Dec. 31 (Monday) = Went by to Food 4 Less to get Prime Rib, 3 lbs. as client want and some stuffs. Got in there and got 3 cans of dog foods, two carrots, cheesecake for dessert, Diet Coke, tv dinners and the 3 lbs. of Prime Ribs from Josie. :) Used my card and spent $29.07. Got to client's home about before 10 am, client awake, on the phone, and put dog outside. Made client tea and she took 1 Tylenol about 10:15 am. Saw gift addressed to me on client's walker from her son and family: Bath & Body Works set. :) Called clients son to say thank you. Client took another Tylenol at about 10:24 am. Told her she shouldn't be taking another Tylenol until about 6 pm. Said she was having headache. Went to Burger King with a receipt from yesterdays Whopper that client didn't liked, says she feels sick with it, they got it for her and that she called Burger King last night and they told her they will make it right but needs ti requisition number, so I got the receipt with me. Got to Burger King and told the situation and got chicken sandwich instead (as client didn't want the whopper anymore,) onion rings, and Diet Coke with no charge. Client had it for lunch with a small slice of cheesecake. Showed her the robe and sleepwear but both has to be exchange as she doesn't like the robe's color and so is the sleepwear. Gave blood pressure med. at 1 pm and turned tv on on client's room. Left at already 1:20 pm.
Jan. 01 (Tuesday) = OFF! New Year! :)
Jan. 02 (Wednesday) = Went work at 10 am. Dropped by to Kmart to exchanged clients pink striped robe and white sleep wear. Went to Customer Service as client said she had called Kmart and had set aside the ones she likes for the exchange. Employee named Cristina helped me. :) Black long robe was in there and I went on the Women's department to grab a black sleep wear. Did the exchanged but the black robe is much expensive thou on sale. Used my card to pay fort he difference of $7.02. Called client before leaving the parking lot. Arrived to client's place about 10:16 or before 10:20 am. Client awake, sitting on the bed. Put dog outside. Showed the robe and sleep wear to client and told her and she saw it was long robe. (She wants a shorter one up to knee.) Thinking about having the robe shorter. Also told her about the difference that I paid for. Doesn't want tea or coffee or food but says she's hungry. Says having a bad day and keep thinking about her son's visit and his family and things she had been told that she's wasn't happy about. Says she ate the sandwich I made with the meat but doesn't happy about the meat. Left at past 11:30 am for Popeye's, client had given me $1 for a pie or fries. Got 3 pieces of mild chicken, with two regular sides and a biscuit with a coupon for $4.99. And got a slice of apple pie too. Used my card and spent $5.44 (subtracted the $1 client gave me.) Got back before 12 noon and prepared clients lunch. She had a big piece of chicken, mashed potato, coleslaw, steamed veges (broccoli, zucchini, and carrots,) and more than half of the apple pie, and water for drink. Client had fallen asleep after lunch. Woke her up 1 pm and gave her blood pressure med. Left at 1:16 pm. Also client's check arrived today. Showed it to her and put it on her bedroom drawer om where the wigs are.
Jan. 03 (Thursday) = 9:30 am @ client's home (part of the 2 hrs. and 30 mins. I worked last Sunday.) Client awake and said she was wondering where I was. And I reminded her I told her yesterday I'd be there at 9:30. Then put dog outside and made client tea. Was talking about Milo's pizza but we decided on Burger King as she said there's also coupons from Burger King. Also wants me to go to Rite-Aid for lipsticks. She then wrote two checks, one for the $50 she wants to cash in as I asked her how am I going to pay for Burger King?! Then the 2nd check ($153.91) was for her payment for me for the money she owes me on groceries and lunches. Went to the bank first and got there about, maybe 11:15 or so and a new lady took cared of me. (first time I saw her and did business with her.) Deposited $494 and cashed in the two checks, asked for it on two different envelopes and got the deposit receipt. Then went to Burger King and got 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for $4.99 with a coupon. Then last stop was the Rite-Aid and looked for lipsticks on sale, called client from the store twice about the prices (buy 1 get 2nd one 50% off,) and she agreed. And then realizes I don't have my Rite-Aid Wellness card with me so called client the 2nd time to tell her. Told me to just leave the lipstick for the mean time and just get the Tums. Then was told on the counter my employee Helaine client called and wants me to get Oreo cookies, so I went on the aisle and was almost $5 each Oreo box and was 2 boxes inside. Called client about the price and changed her mind and I looked for something else cheaper, got 2 Mrs. Field's cookies instead which is $1 each. Paid by cash with clients money. Got back about almost 12 noon or past 12 noon and served lunch. Client had chicken sandwich, the Mrs. Field's cookie, steamed veges., and water for drink. Made her past so she can have some meal ready for later or dinner. Client falls asleep after lunch. Wake her up and gave blood pressure med. Told her I could just dropped by tomorrow in the office for her payment. Left at about 1:12 pm or so. (Used rental car, red.) ^-^' PAID: $153.91.
Jan 04 (Friday) = Arrived 9 am at client's home, awake, put the dog outside. Client still talking about her arthritis pain and problems about money and such. Came back after putting the dog outside and client was deeply asleep. So I just let her sleep. Was talk few words, halfly asleep and continued sleeping. Was talking about the furniture store and wanting to get the breakfast table, what's for lunch, dog terrible last night, etc. And wants me to go to Rite-Aid for the lipstick I was about to get yesterday, she called Rite-Aid to ask what's on sale. So she wrote a check for it and reminded her I also have to go to the office today for her payment. Then she also wrote a check for that to be ready. Decided to go to Great Wall Express for Chinese food and gave me $7. Went to Rite-Aid first at about past 11:35 am and got the two lipstick, Revlon, bath powder, and eyeliner. Spent about $26 and some cents, paid by client's check. Then went to Chinese food and got 3 combo and a Diet Coke for a drink. Got back past 12 noon and client awake. Asked me if I was that shiny, red car that passes by :) Said yes and it was a rental car. Served lunch: client had fried rice, orange chicken and chicken and beans and half of the medium drink Diet Coke. Enjoyed her lunch and says loves it. ^-^' Grand daughter called past 12 noon and client told me why, and wasn't happy about it. Got her worried about money again. Says grand daughter was asked by her mother to make the call to asked if client has enough money as daughter in law just wrote two checks for bills, wanting to know if client h as enough money to cover it before sending the checks. Client talked to me about it and how she feels and she called the bank to check her balances. Was relieved afterwards. Gave her blood pressure med. at past 1 pm. Was ready to go and told her I'm dropping by to the office for her payment and suggested I could just send it by mail. So I called the office and told them I'm just going to send clients payment on the mail. Put check on envelope and put one stamp and left it on the mailbox for mailman. :) Was tidying up kitchen and client went in there and chit chatted thou tv was turned on on vacant room for her favorite talk show. Left at already 1:35 pm.
(Called client about 8 pm or past 8 pm to asked her if she had called me as I had 2 private missed calls earlier.) Learned I had woke her up with my call but says ok, says she didn't made the call but her granddaughter, as she had called her too. Says granddaughter wanted to ask me something, and that it was a good call. :)
Jan. 05 (Saturday) = Can hear dog barking as I parked on the driveway. Backdoor was closed and so was the heavy wooden door but dog was in the kitchen, facing the door and barking. Let the dog out as soon as I got in. Heard the client yelling at the dog as dog barks. Went to the bedroom, client sitting on the edge of the bed. Says she wanted me to get beef bacon on Food 4 Less. I said I could go in there if she wanted me too, says it would be far so made me call Ralphs instead and ask if they have it. Called Ralphs and guy on the meat department says "he thinks they have it." Asked her if she wants tea but says no, not right now. She could just wait for me to come back. Gave me $20 to get the beef bacon, muffins, the cupcakes, and some tv dinners. Asked her is she wanted soda pop but says not. Arrived on Ralphs at 9:30 am and got all the items (beef bacon price was $5.99) and two pot pies ( one beef and one chicken) for .89 each with Ralphs card and one Michelina's for $1 with card. I don't have my Ralphs card with me as it was in the Nissan's key but tried to give both mom's number and landline but guy, Asian cashier says didn't went through. So he scanned new Ralphs card instead from his counter. Has a change of $3.75 which I gave to client when she wakes up (sleeping when I got back before 10 am.) Made her Lipton Mandarin/Orange tea and gave one corn muffin which she didn't really like (says fare,) after. Client fall asleep again. Did some laundry and drying and wiped the kitchen floor. Then started cooking: made sweet yam and steamed vege (cauliflower, carrot, and zucchini) for clients meal for dinner or for tomorrow, Sunday. Then cooked bacon for lunch and made another sandwich for her dinner or whenever she wanna eat it. Client had lunch at almost 12:15 pm, had beef bacon sandwich, and 1 chocolate cupcake and water for drink. Fall asleep again after lunch but wakes up sometimes. Gave client blood pressure med. about 15 minutes before 1 pm. Client sleeping again when I left at 1 pm but woke her up to let her know time for me to go.
NOTE: Asked me before I left if her granddaughter had told me to keep temp. to 76 as higher would result to high bill. But still wants the temp hotter as she was cold so I told her it was now on 84, (which I made to 83 before I left when she went back to sleep.)
Jan. 06 (Sunday) = OFF!
