December 23 - December 28

Dec. 23 (Monday) = Backdoor locked. called client to open it. Heard her complains on arthritis pain as she walks into kitchen to open door. Client sat on chair behind back door for a while then walked back into her bedroom. Brought client a cup of tea. Tidied up kitchen and client's bedroom. Told me about her call about Rite-Aid and speaking to Rhonda asking for  "sale" sign and then was told about being given a box instead when she asked for it and was thinking yard sale again. Client fall asleep. Had swept bedroom area and tidied up mess. Client thinking of El Pollo Loco and spreenging a lunch, but then says maybe would have to wait on it, asked if we have bread. Told her we still have kaiser rolls and I brought a tamales and we could have it and beef bacon for lunch. Client says only soup for her. Wants dolls to be put on living room window, so I did put remaining 3 dolls that I found.Heated up tomato soup. Client awakened. Made beef sandwich. Told client I'd go to Rite-Aid and get the box and dog needs dog food too. Client had lunch, around 11:45 'sh am, beef bacon sandwich on kaiser roll and half of the chicken tamales I did brought and water for drink. Client gave me Rite-Aid gift card and I left 12:14 'sh pm for Rite-Aid. Got an Alpo dog food, had paid with gift card with register, Rhonda, and choose to take remaining .98 cents on card, and asked for box. Claudia gave the boxes. Spoke to Rhonda on my way out and asked what day sale is planned to be and maybe she'd drop by tomorrow. Gave client Atenolol med. when came back, and returned now empty Rite-Aid card and have .98 cents remaining balance to client. Massage legs, back, an shoulders. Told her about the soup I had heated up and that she needs grocery shopping tomorrow for Wednesday. Left 1:15 'sh pm.

Dec. 24 (Tuesday) = Dog still on lease, but inside back door. Client already awake, had tea. Told her she's gonna need groceries as I'm not there tomorrow, for Christmas Day, I'd be there Thursday instead. Client agreed. Suggested her call the bank and she did, spoke to a lady teller, and told me she still have $24. I called Akins by 10:20 'sh am and put order, usual order, but pastrami instead. Also already told client it's going to have pepper, but says ok. Wrote check for Vons and another for $15 to be cashed in for Akins. Turned on tv. Told client I can go early, like 10, but client not ready, then fall asleep. Awakened her for list by 10:30 'sh am. Tidied up kitchen and did laundry, emptied commode while client sleeping. At the bank before 11 am, teller Maria, had cashed in $15. At Akins next and picked up order. Paid with client's cash. Still have .98 cents change. Drove to Vons next and got 2 tv dinners, dog foods, Cracker Jack, tc. Paid with client's check. Prepared lunch. Client had pastrami sandwich, and steamed veges. (sweet peas and carrots) and water for drink. Returned .98 cents change from Akins. Took her Atenolol around 12:40 'sh pm. Massage legs, shoulders and back. Agreed to what I said that pastrami as peppers, now asked me to call Ralphs and and ask if store have corned beef brisket. Called Ralphs and says they have it for $3.77/lbs. Clint says she wanted us to make it but not today. Had prepared client pastrami sandwich, rice-a-roni beef rice and steamed veges. (carrots and sweet peas.) Left 1:20 'sh pm.

Dec. 25 (Wednesday) = OFF!

Dec. 26 (Thursday) = Saw last night's text message from client's granddaughter, about client wanting to be called before I go to work today, as she wants few items from the 99 Cents Store. Called client, and called her again while on 99 Cents parking lot. Gave me the items, and also wanting t oget something for my brother (malted milk balls and something else.) Got it, along with another chocolate bar, 1 pain cream, dry dog food, tomatoes. Paid with my card, $7.16 Back 9:30 'sh am, client awake. Client had tea and 1 toast bread. Tidied up kitchen, clothes on dryer. Turned on tv. Client fall asleep ut watches tv every time she wakes ups. Wrapped gifts (malted milk balls and Lind something chocolate bar she wanted to give to my brother.) Arthritis pain. Massaged back, shoulders, and legs. Says she took 1 pain reliever a while ago. Prepared lunch. Client had sardines sandwich, with some tomatoes and cucumber, had water for drink. Had a small portion of chocolate fudge cake or dessert about 12:36 pm. Took her Atenolol after. Thanked her for brother's gift and told client I have to go, have to get my car fixed as I used mom'scar today. Left 1:20 'sh pm.

Dec. 27 (Friday) = Dog outside. Client already awake. Tidied up kitchen. Client had tea. Laundry. Turned on tv. Watered back and front lawn. Falls asleep. Tried to wake up client before 11 am and asked what she wants for lunch,but client past asleep. Started preparing for sardines sandwich instead, but client wakes up. Decided on BK's chicken sandwich. Client looked for money (coins, quarters, dimes, mostly pennies) but realized $ wasn't enough for lunch and thought about bank. Client called bank for balance and had talked to Carlos, says to me she still have $64. Client wrote $25 to be cashed in. Remembered amount she owes me from 99 Cents Store (spent total $7.16) but I told client I could only spend $5, so what she knows she owes me is $5, had paid me $2 (quarters and dimes.) Says will pay the remaining $3 later. Left past 11:15 'sh am, cashed in check and Julian's the teller. Got original chicken sandwich from BK and value fries w/o salt. Paid with client's $. Dropped by to Rite-Aid and got Diet Coke. Woke up client for lunch. Had original chicken sandwich, fries and Diet Coke for drink. Likes the sandwich. Had returned $2 to client and gave me $5, later remembered the tax and added .16 cents. Had taken Atenolol just before 1 pm. Massage client's back, shoulders and legs. Left 1:20 'sh pm.

Dec. 28 (Saturday) = Dog was outside. Client awake. Says mad at dog and had arthritis pain. Told client I have to leave exactly 1 pm as mom's work is 2 pm today. She thought I'd leave early, so had clarified not early, but have to go exactly 1 pm. Tidied up kitchen. Client says wanted to call HSN, saw something she likes as gift for granddaughter. Says don't know HSN's phone number. Turned on tv and got phone number for client. Had tidied up kitchen. Client fall asleep but wakes her up for tea and fried egg. Made list for Ralphs.Client wrote check for grocery. Tv on. Left around 10:40 'sh am. At Rite-Aid first and got pain cream and pain reliever, paid with check. At Ralphs next, called client from store for items, decided to skipped on corned beef brisket. Paid with client's check. At BK ext ad got double cheese burger and value fries w/o salt, cost $3. Paid with client's $. Back 12 noon, client sleeping. Woke client up for lunch, she had burger, fries, and water for drink. Gave back $7 change and the small black wallet. Made her sardines sandwich and steamed spinach. Two tv dinners on freezer. Had Atenolol 12:50 'sh pm. Says back pain. Massage back, shoulders and legs. Told her granddaughter called me about them coming tomorrow. Client don't like it, but had talked to her about me coming tomorrow and cleaning. Client agreed. Left 1:10 pm.

Dec. 29 (Sunday) = Dog outside. Client awake. Says dog was terrible last night and arthritis pain. Says doesn't like son come over and visit and wanted to call them and tell them not to. Made coffee, but client fast asleep when I brought cup of coffee in so had just let her sleep. Had tidied up kitchen, dryer and laundry. Emptied client's commode, swept bedroom and carpet. Changed towel rugs and tidied up bedroom. Cleaned hallway restroom. Brought client coffee almost 10:30 am and turned on tv. Tried calling HSN again. Shampooed vacant room carpet. Put pain cream on client's back. Received phone call(on client's phone) her son saying they'd postpone visiting today ad will just come next weekend instead for two days. Called HSN again, got to a lady sales representative ad later to a guy, was talking with client about receiving the privacy statement o mail if client doesn't want to agree/accept HSN credit card at the moment, but client became weary and decided to think about it first. Almost 12 noon. Decided for shower first before lunch, decided on El Pollo Loco first. Client tried to walk for shower but says too painful and thinks says hard for her. Did gave sponge bath instead. Was about to change client's gown but says she had just changed it. Then asked if I have any other idea for a lunch so I don't have to go far for El Pollo Loco. So I asked client if she wants Chinese food, client agreed. Gave me small black wallet with about $8. Left past 12 noon. @ Great Wall Express and got fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and chicken chop suey with Diet Coke for drink. Paid $6+. Got back and warmed up lunch. Client had lunch around 12:20 'sh pm: fried rice, chicken teriyaki, cabbage from chop suey and most of the Diet Coke. Also returned $2.7or 8 cents change with the black wallet. Client likes it :) Microwaved baked chicken and rice tv dinner for client's meal later or tomorrow. Took her Atenolol 12:50 'sh pm. Client called son and told him about the Chinese food as she had really liked it. Client signed time sheet and reminded/explained to her about the days exchanged since I came in today, Sunday (I was supposed to be off) so I'd be off tomorrow instead. Client agreed and signed time sheet, and says with the late payment again for office. Told her I'd tell agency they gonna have to wait. Refilled pain reliever bottle on bedside. Told client the remaining Chinese food on fridge and others. Meds. for tomorrow prepared on the kitchen table. Left 1:15 pm.

Dec. 16 - Dec. 22

Dec. 16 (Monday) = Paper pieces on the floor, client already awake. Tidied up kitchen.  Client fall back to sleep but woke her up for tea and scranbled egg. Client had tea but fed egg to the dog. She had her Hydrochlorothiazide after. Wants the garage sale ad to be put out agaian, as always,  she wrote in a writing paper. Reminded client about me asking her to switch my off with Thursday for tonorrow, and she agreed. Prepared meals for dinber and tomorrow. Client called bank and transferred $30 on her checking.Wanted solar duck and gnome which was bought from Rite-Aid last July to be returned and use money for Subway. Look for receipt and found it. Client still, wrote check for Rite-Aid for pain cream and other stuffs, got two poinsettias too, yellow and red which was paid by check, got gift card for solar lights instead of cash as its been about 5 months since it was bought.  Paid $7.02 for Subway with my card, oven roasted chicken, footlobg, with $5 coupon and small Diet Coke. Client awake when got back, gave her Rite-Aid gift card and told her about it. Prepared lubch. Cluent had half of the sabdwich and d Diet Coke. Wrote me check, $7, for amount I spent ob Subway, just told her $7. Prepared baked potato and steamed broccoli, rice-a-roni beef rice, (new) with the steamed broccoli and a potato pancake untouched. Told client about the soup ob green cup as well after lunch when gave her the Atenolol med, gum, paib cream, and Rite-Aid brand tums too was put on her bedside table. Asked me to dial her sob's number. Client spoke to son about granddaughter's try out on singing. Asked me to tell office to wait for payment again. Left almost 1:30 on.

Dec. 17 (Tuesday) = OFF!

Dec. 18 (Wednesday) = Client already awake, with lamp and the comforter on the floor, says had a bad night/day with dog's barking and arthritis pain. Says she wants coffee cake to better her day but she doesn't have money. Asked me if I have money, but was also broke. Told client to call her bank and she did and client was told she have $14 in bank. Also had said son called and says coming on Sunday. Client had tea. Asked me to call Ralphs and ask for coffee cake or coffee bun, store says they have coffee cake for $3+. Wrote check for Ralphs. Tidied up kitchen and did laundry's and dried clothes. Soaked and washed heating pad, which client says not working. @ Ralphs passed 10:30 am, called client from there about items prices. Got Greek salad, dog food, chocolate cookies, 2 kaiser rolls, liver patte. Paid $13+ with client's check. Client sleeping when got back. Prepared lunch. Client had lunch 11:45 'sh am. Client had half of kaiser roll with liver patte, the Greek salad, and water for drink. Brought her Atenolol about 12:30 'sh pm. Massaged back, shoulders and legs. Refilled pain reliever bottle on bed side table. Asked me what I'm gonna be doing on Sunday, says she has plan on spreeing on Sunday because her son is coming, told her I have work in the morning, client was a bit upset.So told her I will have to call office tomorrow and ask, so they could find someone on my shift, we'll see what they say, client agreed and also want me to ask for Ericka's last name. I said yes. Told client pad isn't dried yet. Left 1:10 pm.

Dec. 19 (Thursday) = (Gloomy day) = Client already awake. Says she ate chocolates and they were burnt. So she called Ralphs and told them, says she was told to just bring cookies in and will have exchange or refund. Also reminded me Rite-Aid poinsettia's as John (manager) she had talked to last Monday would be there. Client had coffee. Tidied up kitchen. Asked me to call Rite-Aid and ask what they have in a way of food. Called Rite-Aid and was told they have tv dinners. Found Rite-Aid receipt for poinsettia's and learned I got them for $5.24 instead of the regular price $6.99, told client and poinsettia issue (for refund) was now settled. Client called bank, talked to a lady employee and was told her balance, checking is -$11. Client doesn't want to make transfers. Decided to look at tv dinners instead on Rite-Aid and go to Ralphs after to return cookies (only few left.) Gave me Rite-Aid gift card to use. At Rite-Aid around 10:30 'sh am,called client about cookies and tv dinners. Says I could go to Ralphs and return cookies tomorrow instead. Paid with Rite-Aid gift card. Client slept when I got back past 11 am. Swept bedroom floor and emptied commode. Prepared lunch. Client had the roast beef and mashed potato tv dinner, Greek salad and water for drink. Likes the mashed potato and says Greek salad was good, which she doesn't like yesterday. And roast beef wasn't that good. Wants me to call Ralphs to set aside 2 Greek salad for her son's coming on Sunday or for tomorrow. Then changed her mind into calling Food 4 Less first. I called Food 4 Less and was told they don't have Greek salad. Client had Atenolol past 12:30 'sh pm. Had leg massage, back and shoulders. Trimmed toe nails after and put cream as client says big toe has cuts, (again). Called office (pretended) and asked for my Sunday schedule shift, and Ericka's last name. Told client office agreed and wanted m to change shift with caregiver that works on 2 pm, so I'll come 2 pm shift instead, and client wasn't happy about it. Told her office says would try and find Ericka's file for her last name for client. And client asked me to call son and asked what time they would come on Sunday. Called client's son and was told they'd be coming prolly next week's Sunday, and ot this coming Sunday. Told it to client. Had prepared client's dinner, the beef stew and steamed vegetables (broccoli and sweet peas.) Pest Control man arrived and sprayed past 1 pm. Also gardener arrived just when I'm about to go. Left 1:20 'sh pm.

Dec. 20 (Friday) = Client lying on room's floor, two pillows and a throw as blanket, says she was calling time and her calling/dialing was mixed up as she got surprised by knocking in the front door early morning, still dark, and a cop in there saying she got called 911. Client said she didn't opened door thou, told cop she was living alone and the police shone his flashlight, stayed or a bit more and left. With lying on the floor, says she was chasing dog, walker got stocked, something got into its wheel, and she was on the floor, tried to get up but could not so she lied down on the floor until I arrived. Says she wasn't hurt thou. Checked her, and she was ok. Client tried to get up, could sit but would lie back down again as her arthritis pain gets on her, legs and back. Helped client sit up, but  again, would lie back down as arthritis pain gets on her. Chit-chatted with me, and joking around. Client had tea, asked for lemon but didn't used slice of lemon that came with the tea. Turned on tv, as client wanted. I tidied up kitchen, dried clothes. Swept the bedroom, client tried getting up again, but can't. Told her I'd call my brother and she agreed. I called brother around 10:30 'sh am, told client. Covered commode and changed towel rugs, soaked soiled rug towels. Brother arrived passed 11 am, client was surprised that I already called brother thou I already told her when I did. Let brother in the living room, helped client changed dress, and put dog outside. Brother sat client on the chair I had brought inside room earlier as client wanted. Client chit chatted with brother and I, wanted to get brother something but I just suggested lemons/oranges instead. I got picked some and brought it, gave it to brother. Let dog inside while client chit-chatting with brother. Brother left before 12 noon, around 11:47 'sh am. Told client I'm not going to Rite-Aid, since there's still the beef stew in there, client agreed. Called office, and had talked to Ms. Patty and told her about what had happened, and I, asked brother to come over and help. Says for me to make a note. Warmed up beef stew, and steamed broccoli, sweet peas, and carrots. Boiled 1 egg for egg sandwich. Client had lunch about passed 12 noon, had beef stew, the steamed veges., and water for drink. Brought in her Atenolol med 12:30 'sh pm, which she took, and had a cup of cream of mushroom soup after, as said she was still hungry. Made her egg sandwich on half of kaiser roll while she was having lunch. Remaining soup, put on fridge and told client about the sandwich, later. Told her about the guy (Pest Control) spraying yesterday and the bill I got on the front porch. And had suggested we should call her son about it and also let her know about what happened. Client agreed. Spoke to his son and let him know what happened. And the Pest Control bill too. Says he'd see what he can do, talked about the alert system necklace. Returned Rite-Aid gift card. Had left 1:20 'sh pm.

Dec. 21 (Saturday) = Dog still on lease, inside the back door. Client already awake. Says about her call to Macy's in the valley and speaking to an employee which turned to be a Filipina as client says, she sounds like me. Also says she had some sleep last night but awake since 3 am. Also ha said she had called Smart & Final and was told store has some items on sale and wants pop corn. Asked me if I have money with me. Told client I don't, I'm broke. Suggested for her to call the bank, first resisted but later agreed and called bank while I brought in her tea. Client spoke to a lady teller and then told me $38 was transferred. Tidied up kitchen. And washed soaked towel rugs and re-soaked before washing. Client fall asleep. Shampooed vacant room's carpet. Woke up client @ passed 10:35 'sh am for grocery list, but client was sleepy and fallback to sleep while talking. Prepared meds. for tomorrow instead and meals: made rice-a-roni beef rice and had sauteed sweet peas and carrots. Client woke up @ 10:40 'sh am, wrote check for Smart & Final and Ralphs and still want to return cookies (but only had 2 cookies left.) Also gave me Rite-Aid gift card for pain cream. Left past 11 am for Ralphs, got items and paid by check,spent $27+. Went next to Smart & Final and got taffy, paper towel, and 2 more dog foods. Got back to client's place passed 12 pm and went straight to preparing lunch. Client learned I got back when I answered her call of me few minutes after. Client had beef bacon on kaiser roll and Diet Coke for drink. Made another beef bacon sandwich, on kaiser roll for meal. Got call from granddaughter asking how client was doing and their plan of maybe visiting next Saturday and asked me to tell client she's going to give her a call later in the afternoon. Brought client her Atenolol, and Hershey bar. Took her Atenolol and had more Diet Coke. Massage client's legs, back, and shoulders. Told her about her granddaughter's call. Asked me about the afternoon if I have work or something and I said yes, as she said she was about plans and asked or wondering if I could worked overtime. Told her I have work at 2 pm and could only stay until 1:30 pm, and it's already past 1 pm. Wanted me to put dolls on her window, which I did. Client had the Hershey bar. Returned her the Rite-Aid card and told her the meals and tv dinners I brought. Turned on tv. Says she called Macy again and was told a wrong info. before as item she was calling for, she learned they on't have, BUT says I could still maybe visit the Filipina employee she had talked too. Then when I'm about to go, reminded it again and IF I'd go to the mall, to give her a call on what they have. Left already 1:40 pm.

Dec. 22 (Sunday) = OFF!

December 9 - December 15

December 9 (Monday) = Called client as backdoor was locked. Client did opened it but could hear her complain about arthritis pain as she walks. And walked back to her bedroom when got the back door open. Client had tea. Tidied up bedroom and kitchen area. Continued dryer and laundry. Massage client's leg with pain cream, trimmed toenails. Client falling asleep. Got 3 nickels from behind bedside table and found $1+change last Saturday from Subway. Turned on tv. Called Smart & Final to ask if they have "stuffed dates" says they have. Talked to client about the $500 for her bills. She wrote 4 checks: for Smart & Final, for the $500, for Rite-Aid (or phone cord as phone is not working right) and fr $10 to cash in for Subway. Left @ 11 am. Went to Citibank first, cashed in $10 and $500 check. Carlos took cared of it. Had deposited $500 to Chase bank and texted client's son to let him know. At Subway after Chase bank and got 6" tuna sandwich and Diet Coke. Paid with client's money. Then @ Smart & Final next and got date nuggets, Lays cheese and sour cream chips, taffy, dog foods, paper towel and trail mix. Called client and told her about the items, and the date nugget.  Paid by client's check. @ Rite-Aid and got phone cord and called client for mascara, client had decided to let it go for now and wanted cookies. Got Mrs. Field's cookies (buy 1 get 1 free) and small mailer. Paid with client's check. Back @ client about almost 12:30 pm, client watching tv. Served lunch, tuna sandwich, chips, and Diet Coke. Returned the $4+ change to client as well. Called client's son and told her about the water bill, the DMV mail (renewal letter) and the back door that's not working with the key. Says he's going to see what to do with it. Then I told him I'd just mail him the DMV letter and tell the client about the water bill, if she doesn't want to pay it, I'll mail it. Client took the Atenolol and showed her the water bill, $89.50. Client decided to pay it today. Paid with check, # 1964. Changed channel to "The Talk Show," channel 8. Client had 1 Mrs. Field's cookie. Wrote a check for agency. Put DMV mail in mailbox on my way out at 1:22 'sh pm. Had dropped off water bill payment to post office drive thru box.

December 10 (Tuesday) = Client already awake. Had tea and 1 piece toast bread. Tidied up kitchen and room. Tv on around 10 am. Client fall asleep. Prepared lunch. Made sardines sandwich. Client had lunch passed 11:30 am, had sardines sandwich, cheese chips and water for drink. Fall asleep after lunch. Had woke her up for Atenolol before 1 pm. Had asked me about how much would I think be her balance in her bank. Told her my estimate and explained few bills she had paid and grocery spent. Client got upset, but doesn't want to call bank to ask for her exact balance. Ended up leaving before 1:30 pm.

December 11 (Wednesday) = Was supposed to drop by to Kmart but went straight to client as I planned to left home early to not used working hours and be at Kmart around 8:30 'sh am but ended up leaving same time and got caught up in traffic, so went straight to client's place instead. Dog outside and backdoor was unlocked :) Client already awake, told her I don't want to used her time so I'd just go to Kmart on my way home instead. Tidied up kitchen and client's room. Added more blanket as client was still cold. Client had tea. Turned on tv 10 am, client ha fallen asleep for a while. Gave me cash for Burger King and had written check for Vons with some list. Left around 11:20 'sh am, went to Vons first and got items, being careful on item's prices as I had estimated client only had $18+ on her bank, but she doesn't want to call her bank. Paid by check. @ Burger King next and got 2 Whopper Jr. with 2 value fries using coupon. Got back passed 12 noon. Warmed up fries and burger and served client lunch, almost or passed 12:30 noon, and had Diet Coke for her drink. Had prepared meals for client, pasta with cheese and made bologna sandwich, (also have 2 tv dinners got from Vons.) Client had Atenolol before 1 pm. I left already 1:20 'sh pm and dropped by to Kmart. Then called client from there and told her I didn't found anything I like as see wants me to get something.

December 12 (Thursday) = OFF!

December 13 (Friday) = Dog outside. Client already awake. Tidied up kitchen. Turned on tv, 9:45 'sh am. Client fall asleep. Swept her bedroom area, changed towel rugs and emptied commode. Soaked soiled towel rugs and rinsed commode outside. Had watered lawn as well at the back. Client awake. Client had tea and sunny side up. Made potato pancake and tuna sandwich for lunch. Client had lunch before 12 noon, sweet corn, tuna sandwich on kaiser roll and a potato pancake. Water for drink. Prepared Rice-a-Roni beef rice and steamed broccoli for dinner. Awakened client for Atenolol 1 pm. Asked me to dial her grandaughter twice. Also wants to buy lottery ticket. Gave me a $1 coins for it. Showed her mail from SSS, turned out saying a $20 raise on her SSS check by next month. Had asked me if I wanted to change day for my Christmas Party tomorrow as I told her I'm going to buy stuffs for tomorrow's Christmas Party with my part time job. Left past 1:20 pm.

December 14 (Saturday) = Dog outside, and client already awake. Tidied up kitchen and client's room. Re-soaked rug towels. Client had tea and boiled egg. Had her Hydrochlorothiazide after. Wiped kitchen floor. Turned on tv. Client made list for Windmill Farms, insisted she call her bank to check balance, she did, and learned only has $5 on her checking. Clint didn't want to transfer funds. Canceled Windmill Farms groceries. Told her I can go to Vons instead and just get kaiser rolls, dog food, and one can of soup. Client wrote a check for Vons. I left passed 10:30 am. Got a 1 can of dog food, 2 kaiser rolls, and a ca of soup. Paid with client's check, and spent $3+ on it. Got back around 11:15 'sh am, client awake, just wanted soup. Client had a cup of soup 11:40 'sh am. Fall asleep after. Prepared egg sandwich for client, still have the beef rice-a-roni with steamed vegetables, and the pasta cheese, and a cup of remaining chicken noodle soup. Woke up client for Atenolol, which she took. Planned for me to go to bank on Monday and go to Windmill Farms too. ASked client if I could exchange Tuesday and Thursday next week, (told her mom's colostomy) says ok, for now, as so far nothing's coming up or have to do. Put tv on Channel 8, says for lottery.  Left before 1:20 pm.

December 15 (Sunday) = OFF!

December 2 (Monday) = Took some time opening the box door client already a week she had beby the up bedroom kitchen area receive client check on the mailbox ask me how much she owes the agency and told her she hadn't paid for 2 weeks blast this week when the Citibank deposit the check before 11 a.m. Julie and why's that Taylor so client doesn't want to deposit 500 into Chase Bankcash in $10 for Burger King got a dollar 49 double cheeseburger and apple pie baby with clients Dashback before 12 noon and died client had lunch client had the double cheeseburger and the apple pie for lunchshe had that panel before 1 p.m. Will check of $1050 for agency I laugh about 1:22 'sh pm.

December 3 (Tuesday) =

December 4 (Wednesday) = Backdoor unlocked. Client had tea. Tidied up kitchen area. Water bill arrived. Went to Ralphs for fruit salad, dog foo, tc. (says fruit salad for lunch.) @ Smart and Final next taffy, trail mix,  1 tv dinner, bologna twin pack etc. Paid by cash. Returned change to client when got back. Prepared food. Client had fruit salad (cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple slices, grapes) with sour cream, and cottage cheese and water for drink. Doesn't like it. Says fruits are over ripe. Prepared meals for for until tomorrow: steak, rice-a-roni beef rice, and steamed vegetables (cauliflower, baby carrots, broccoli) and bologna sandwich. Client fall asleep after lunch. Emptied commode. Emptied trash. Woke up client for her Atenolol med. Says arthritis pain. I went to Rite-Aid quickly to get pain rub and pain reliever and paid by check. And client had gave me $6 for 99 Cents on Friday. Left already 1:30 pm.

December 5 (Thursday) = OFF!

December 6 (Friday) = Tried calling client before heading to work. No answer. Called client again from 99 Cents store. Gave me list of what to get. Got items. Paid cash. I added $1.24 (for writing tablet and strawberry can fruit) and added cash since machine had problem accepting my card. At client by 9:30 am. Called client as backdoor was locked. Walked back in her room. And client had tea. Tidied up her bedroom and kitchen area. Says neighbor "S" called her son or dog's barking last night. Continued laundry and changed client's bed sheets. She had fruit salad for lunch as she asked (pineapple chunks and starberry with some cottage cheese and sour cream,) water for drink and had 1 toast bread as she wanted. Ejoyed it. Client fal lasleep. Woke her up for Atenolol and had shower 12:20 'sh pm. Assisted client on dressing up. She had 2 cookies, graham. Turned on her tv in bedroom at channel 8 for "The View." Client still sitting i the vacant room. Sardines sandwich had been prepared for her on fridge. Left 1:30 pm already. PAID me coins for $1.24.

December 7 (Saturday) = Client already awake. Tidied up her bedroom and kitchen area. Continued laundry. Left for Subway around 10:45 'sh am, got 6" oven roasted chicken, paid with client's cash. At Vons next, chicken wings glazed, (on sale for $7.99), 2 kaiser rolls, dog foods, Diet Coke. Had paid with client's check. Back before 11:30 'sh, prepared lunch. Client had oven roasted chicken, Diet Coke, and returned $1+ change. Says sandwich (chicken) wasn't that good. Had made bologna sandwich for client's meal tomorrow. Says granddaughter called, and doesn't want to answer her phone call again. Had checked my cp and saw 4 missed calls and 1 voicemail. Just when abut to play voicemail, client's granddaughter called on my cp again, talked to her and had spoke to client's son, talked about the $500 for Chase bank which client refused to do, passed cp to client. Client got upset but still refused to do it, says she's broke. Later says she's see what to do on Monday. Client had the Atenolol med. before 1 pm. Left almost around 1:20 'sh pm.

December 8 (Sunday) = OFF!

Nov. 25 Dec. 01

Nov. 25 (Monday) = Had tea and waffle. Hydrochlorothiazide. At Ralphs. Subway for lunch, oven roasted chicken, and Diet coke. Paid with client's cash. Client lunch about 12 noon or maybe a little passed 12 noon. Returned some change from Subway to client and had the oven roasted chicken sandwich for lunch and Diet Coke. Had Atenolol about 1 pm. Left past 1 pm. Says will wait for check again to pay office.

Nov. 26 (Tuesday) = Client already awake. Had coffee and boiled egg. Had the Hydrochlorothiazide. Wants to put clothes to sell outside inside gate. I put clothes outside she want to put. Wrote check to cash in for $15 for lunch at Subway. Left around 11:20 am for bank. And cashed in $15, Amber (Asst. Mngr.) was the teller. @ Subway next and got two 6"sandwich: tuna and oven roasted chicken with 2 sodas (Diet Coke.) Client had the tuna sandwich for lunch and a Diet Coke about or a little past 12 noon. Radio on for sale as she wants. Atenolol before 1 pm. Asked me to stay for an hour and come tomorrow later. I said I have work at 2 pm, She still asking, so I said have to call office. I pretended I did and was had spoke to Miss Patty that I could only stay an hour and have to be at work by 2:30 pm to relieved the other girl working. Watered the back lawn. No people passing by. Had turned on tv. Left 2 pm and reminded client I'd be work at 10 tomorrow as she said.

Nov. 27 (Wednesday) = Work at 10 am. Client awake. Doesn't want anything to drink or eat. Tidied up kitchen. Asked client for groceries for tomorrow. Asked me to call Costco for her membership card which I did. Spoke to a lady, asked for clients Costco card number. Needs to be renewed, and it will cost $55. Client wrote check fot Vons, $10 check to be cashed in, and a check for Rite-Aid. Left 11:15 'sh am. At Citibank, cashed in $10 check, teller Maria. Subway next and got oven roadted chicken, 6" with small Diet Coke. At Vons next, got rottieserie chicken, etc. Had paid with clients check. At Rite-Aid next and got pain rub, reliever, and Christmas plastic housewares for kids, 2 sets and callef client for it. Back about 12:20 'sh pm. Client had lunch passed 12:30 pm. Had the sandwich, canned baked beans, some black olives and the Diet Coke. Had prepared her beef bacon sandwich. Prepared meds for tomorrow. Client had the Atenolol. Back, shoulders, and leg massage. Refilled pain reliever bottle and put new pain rib on table. Left 1:20 'sh pm.

Nov. 28 (Thursday) = OFF!

Nov. 29 (Friday) = client already awake. client had the end scrambled egg. she had high blood pressure med. Hydrochlothiazide around 9:45 a.m.Turned on the TV around 10 a.m. Called Vons and ask for Greek and ceasar salad. Client wrote check for Ralphs and had paid me $5 for what she owes me on subway, $5.52. Still owes me .50 cents though. Left around 10:45 am for Ralphs. To go to routeabout Got Greek salad and chocolate fudge cupcakes. Back before 11:30 am and client is sleeping. Pepared lunch but had emptief commode before and tidied up clients room. Client awake around 11:40 a.m. She had lunch before 12 noon and had the chicken, Greek salads, olives and water for a drink. She was thinking about having the garage sale again tomorrow and ask me to call Right-Aid and ask if they have balloons. Talked to Rhonda and said they don't have balloons that are already ready. Client gave me $2 and some cents for Rite-Aid tomorrow for the balloons. She had Atenolol and i refilled pain reliever bottle. Prepared baked potatoes and steamed vegetables for dinner and she still have some left over chicken. I left around 10 p.m.

November 30 Saturday went to Ralphs and get some then chocolate muffinwent to subway and dad and whichwent to subway and got sand witchwhich client had for lunch she had a talon all before 1 p.m. Nov December 1 Sunday of

Nov. 18 - Nov. 24

Nov. 18 (Monday) = Client already awake. Had tea. Made her boiled egg but says she already had eaten something earlier for breakfast. Took her Hydrochlorothiazide. Tidied up kitchen. Showed her photos from Marshalls I took last Saturday, she likes 1 sweater for her granddaughter. Told her I didn't found anything I like as she also wanted to get me something. Wants me to go to Ross tomorrow, Tuesday as there's 15% on Tuesdays. Told her it's only for seniors and she has to be in there, asked me to call Ross and ask. I called Ross and was verified 15% OFF,for seniors is that seniors needs to be there. Says "cream puff" I got from Vons last Saturday, fell off the floor as it was a bit open. (So that's why there's paper towels by the fridge floor.) But I didn't found the "cream puffs" either on the floor or on the trash, only the plastic thing where it was was on the trash and it was empty. Told her I losened it up for her so she could easily open it. Got the idea of calling Vons,and told her I may need to get more dog foods too, so she wanted me to still try and tell the bakery what happened and maybe they will give her a free cream puff. Says I could go tomorrow on Ross on my way since she still owes me hours, I could used an hour to be in there and just go to work an hour later. Wrote a check for Vons. I turned on tv before leaving. Client falling asleep but awakened her to let her know I'm going to Vons, 10:40 'sh am. @ Vons by 11 am, got dog foods, Safeway Ibufrofin 200 mg, 50 tablets, 2 small cream cheese from bakery, and called client about cream puffs and that bakery won't do it. Client still decided to get cream puff and added soda pop so I got 1 Diet Coke. Paid with client's check. Arrived 11:30 am, client watching tv. Prepared lunch. Client had lox on Hallah bread with cream cheese (was supposed to used the kaiser roll but already hard as a rock), and some slices of tomatoes, and Diet Coke for drink. Client had 2 pain relievers about 12:24 'sh pm, massage legs, back and shoulders. Also had refilled the pain reliever bottle on her bedside table and told her she could take another pain relievers about 6:30 pm as it's every 6 hours. Had already wrote a check for agency, dialed her bank, client had spoke to Maria from Citibank and client then decided to skip paying agency today and ask them to wait until her check arrives, told her I'd tell the office. Reminded her the Pest Control bill and that she have 7 days to pay, told me to remind her before the 7th day of it. Asked her when does she wanted to get the Marshalls sweater, and that I had decided to just skip going to Ross tomorrow. Asked me what I wanted to do. And told her I could just go to Marshalls tomorrow, set aside the sweater, she could get money from her bank, then I could pick the sweater up on my way off work. And I could go there by 10, one hour later as she still owes me 4 hours since Marshalls also opens 10 am. Client agreed and handed me a Marshalls card she wanted me to try and used. Left 1:15 'sh pm. Realized I had forgotten the Marshalls card client wanted me to carry so I called her on my way and let her know.

Nov. 19 (Tuesday) = Work 10 am. Dropped by to Mrshalls for sweater client wants. But called client as only 1 sweater was left an was L size. Took some other photos and set aside one, white, long coat on register. Told the nice, Mexican lady about it being for client and I'd call and pick it up before 1:30 pm. Says ok. Says she's not sure about having more sweaters client wants as they don't know what's going to come when truck delivers. Got at client almost 10:30 am, client still sleeping. Doesn't like either tea or coffee. I saw the Marshalls card near the little tv. Talked to me about her son's call to me last night about the tv dinners, the chicken wings, and the kitchen light bulbs. Tidied up kitchen and started checking on the old light bulbs and pulling old bulbs off. Spoke to client about getting new light bulbs as what we have are smaller ones and doesn't fit. Gave me $7.50 for lunch @ Burger King and wrote check for Rite-Aid for the bulbs and Ihad called store also and verified they have bulbs (Claudia.) Turned on tv before leaving. Left about 11 am or so and went to Rite-Aid first. Got 2 boxes of light bulbs (2 bubls on each) and 1 Cheese Puff. Paid with client's check. Then went on Burger King next and got 1 value frires w/o salt and 1 double cheese burger. Paid with client's cash. Got back passed 11:30 'sh am. Client was awake, on the phone. Changed light bulbs while heating up fries on pan and making some rice-a-roni and steamed zhucchini for client's dinner. Client had her lunch maybe almost 12 noon. She had the burger, fries, and water for drink. Returned the $4.50 change/cash. Emptied commode. Awakened client 1 pm for Atenolol med. and did refilled her bedside table pain reliever bottle. Told me she took 1 pain reliever maybe before lunch. Told her she could took another pain relievers about maybe 4 pm as she had only took 1. Decided for me to drop by to Ross next Tuesday. Left 1:15 'sh pm.

Nov 20 (Wednesday) = Got voicemail from mobile physicina's if they could come today checked on client. Client already awake. Called his son about the call. Says he will call them. Client thought her plant bowl were missing. Client had coffee and wafflee. Turned on tv. Shampooed vacant room carpet. Client had Hydrochlorothiazide passed 10 am. Tidied up kitchen. A boiled egg for egg sandwich. Prepared tomorrows meds. Client called bank before grocery. Wrote 2 check s: Vons and Smart & Final. Left almost 11 am. At Vons first. Paid items with chevk. Next to Smart & Final for mini cupcakes.  Tried calling client but phone busy. Got back passed 11:30 am, cluent syill watching tv. Prepared lunch. Client had 4 glazed chicken wings, beans, steamed zucchini, and water for drink. Had made salad, and egg sandwich on half kaiser roll. Also heated up mushroom soup she had opened on stove. Client had 2 pain reliever 13:20 'sh pm. Massagef legs, back and shoulders. Explained to her she could take more pain relievers about 6:30 pm. Refilled bedside table pain reliever bottle. Showed her the poinsettia I got from Vons and had 1 chocolate, mini cupcake also. Went through client fro that blouse and pant item ftom Sears that she thought of finding. Didn't found it in there. Left 1:15 'sh pm.

Nov. 21 (Thursday) = OFF

Nov 22 (Friday) = Back door still closed. Client was still sleeping. Says she called Smart and Final and asked for coffee cake, and says they have it and wanted me to get. Tidied up kitchen. Rinsed soaked clothes,soaked again and laundried. Continued dryer. Wrote a check for Smart & Final, and another check to cashed in $20 in the bank as she decided Akins for lunch. I called Akins and put order in, Mexican male, employee, usual order but decided to get bearclaw as suggested as client kinda like to try something else instead of cheese pocket. Pick-up time 10:30 am. Also reminded client of Pest Control bill and had written $37.99 check for it. Had also given me Citibank card again to try and be activated. Turned on tv. Left almost or about 10 am. Dropped off Pest Control payment on post office drive thru boxes. At Citibank next, cashed in $20, the nice, Mexican woman teller. Went next to Smart & Final and got coffee cake muffins, dog food, mixed vege of broccoli, carrots, & cauliflower, more dog foods, taffy candy and paper towel. Had paid with client's check. At DZ Akins next to pick up order but it wasn't ready yet, had waited. Paid $13.+ client's cash. Client had tea and a muffin, hungry, says hadn't eaten dinner. Returned Citibank card and gave back the $6.51 change. Also returned the Marshalls card I had forgotten to bring with me that I had left near the small tv. Made steamed vegetables (broccoli and carrots.) Awakened client and served client lunch passed 12 pm, served half of the corned beef sandwich I prepared with steamed veges., and water for drink. Other half of the sandwich is on fridge with steamed veges., again for later. Client had her Atenolol about 12:50 pm and had refilled her bedside table pain reliever bottle. Back, shoulders, and leg massage as she mention the arthritis pain again. Client had a small portion of bearclaw, liked it. Left about 1:15 'sh pm.

Nov. 23 (Saturday) = Client already awake. Fall asleep back. Had tidied up bedroom, changed towel rugs and emptied commode. Had tea before or around 10 am.  Had her Hydrochlorthiazide a little after that. Tidied up kitchen. Made macaroni cheese and the one blintz remaining. Client called Food 4 Less and made me called twice too making sure store has the Mums plants, $5.68. Called Vons too and learned about Mums plant 6" is about $8.99. And client just decided to forget it as she said she doesn't have money and doesn't want to take out money on the bank. Made me call Subway and decided on it for lunch.  Gave me cash for Subway and added $2.50 for cheese chips (Ruffles.) Left about 11:15 'sh pm and dropped by to Rite-Aid first. Got small Ruffles cheese chips for $1.49. Next to Subway and got 6" tuna sandwich with small Diet Coke. Paid with client's cash. Back almost 12 pm. Client awake. She had the tuna sandwich and Diet Coke for lunch and returned change $2 and some cents. Likes it :) Prepared meds for tomorrow. Wants me to rake dried leaves outside. I did. Gave client her Atenolol 12:50 'sh pm. Put all clothes from the vacant room on her bedroom as she wanted. Says just put and leave it there 'till Monday. Spent some time looking for remote control. Cleaned under the bed. Gave her found $1 bill. Found remote control on her walker. Left almost 1:30 pm.

Nov. 11 (Monday) = Client still sleeping. Had made tea which she had with scrambled egg and 2 beef bacon. Tidied up kitchen. Dried towels used from shower and soaked soiled clothes. Massage client's back, shoulders, and legs. Turned on tv about 10:45 'sh am for The View. Thinking of El Torito, with the ad of $10 OFF. Showed her ad and explained $30 or more needs to be spent for the $10 coupon. Instead decided on Subway. I called Smart and Final to ask for mini cupcakes. Client wrote check for Smart and Final. Left about 11 am, @ Smart & Final first and got taffy, Lean Cuisine (2) tv dinners, 2 dog foods and 1 paper towel. Paid with client's check. Same girl cashier. :) @ Subway next, got 6" tuna sandwich and the Sun cheese chips. Had paid with my card $6.+ Back passed 11:30 am. Client still watching tv. Prepared lunch. Client had tuna sandwich and some chips and water for drink. She had 1 pain reliever @ 12:55 'sh pm. Paid me $45.36 for the amount $45.46 she owes me for past groceries. Told her it's .46 cents and not .36 cents. Decided to give me 1 cent instead,so I just let it go, and didn't explained it's 10 cents short. I did returned the 1 cent she gave me on the bedside table as it looks soiled. Told her the tv dinners. Also wrote check for agency. Left 1:08 'sh pm.

Nov. 12 (Tuesday) = Dog outside. Client already awake. Made tea that client had when she awakened passed 10:15 'sh am. Had decided on Subway and asked me to call Subway about their commercial of $4 with drink as I didn't gotten the drink yesterday. Was told, (Becky) tuna, 6" is $5 with drink. Left maybe almost or 11 'sh am. Got the 6" tuna sandwich with a drink, and got extra 1 too for yesterday. Paid $6+ with my card. Back 11:15 'sh am, client still watching tv. Steamed zucchini and tomatoes. Client had lunch 11:46 'sh am; the tina sandwich, steamed veges., and water for drink. Adked me to go through closet again about pants and other items she's looking for. Followed me on vacant room. Nosebleed about 12:50 'sh pm. Nose dripping. Called Alvarado hospital and Rite-Aid as she wanted, no answer as to cause and what to do. Client doesn't want to go to hospital and not the 911 call. I called office and spoke to Merrilee. Closed nose and head tilted didn't help. Called client's son, says he'll call mobile physician. Called my mom and was told the cold, damp towel to be use on forehead, the head and nape. Call from client's son, says mobile physician arrives between 2 - 4 pm. Got a call from mobile physician's office asking about client, told them it lessened. Also was told they'd call once they're ready to arrive. Nosebleed stopped about 1:30 'sh pm. Call from mobile physician,  says they'd be arriving in 30 mins. Changed client's dress, changed bed sheet snd shampooed carpet. Client back on the vacant room from bedroom as she had to used commode, had watched some tv, The View. Atenolol was taken 3 pm. Had massaged legs. Mobile physician arrived, James with the assistant. Took client's BP, checked nose, got her meds., and blood draw. I left for Rite-Aid to drop off prescription as doctor left. Turned out it's an over the counter med, showed to me by the Pharmacist. Went back to client to get check. Then back at Rite-Aid, got the Afrin.  Got back at client and used 2 sprays on each nosetrils @ about 4 pm. Client had cup of soup. Back at her bedroom at 5 'sh pm. Tv was on. Left passed 5 pm.

Nov. 13 (Wednesday) = Called client before leaving home. Dropped by to Kmart, and had checked on items she said, idea as gift for her granddaughter. Called client more than 4 times, phone off hook. Left 9:30 am. Client awake, told her I was trying to call, and she did confirmed phone was off hooked. Showed her some photos of good choices in Kmart, and told her sale is until November 16. Client had coffee and 2 scrambled eggs and gave her the Hydrochlorothiazide, told her what the doctor said about taking her medications and she should start taking it gain as she stopped it along with Vesicare. Had tidied up kitchen. Laundry soaked towel rugs and soaked soiled,(with blood) nightgown. Tidied up kitchen. Turned on tv. Client wrote $15 check for bank to cash in for bank and I had called the Popeyes too to ask for specials as she asked,says leg and thigh for $2.99. Left almost 11 am, cashed in $15 check from Citibank, the other Mexican guy was the teller. At Popeyes and got the leg and thigh with biscuit. Back past 11:11 'sh am. Client still watchig tv. Prepared lunch, warmed up chicken and biscuit and canned beans. Client had the 1 thigh, biscuit, beans and water. Afrin nose spray done @ passed 12 noon, twice on each nosetrils. Had told her I will need to go to store quickly as I just learned dog was out of dog food. Showed her the change. Gave her back $1.77 change and showed her I will take the $10 for dog food for Smart and Final. Left 12:24 'sh pm. Got 2 Ceasar's and 1 Alpo. Paid with client's $10 cash. Back 12:40 'sh pm. Gave client the $7.+  change and gave her Atenolol tablet too for high blood pressure. NOTE: Chicken leg on fridge. And told her I'd exchange my off tomorrow to Friday. I will come tomorrow, Thursday as that's her nose spray last day of use (3rd day) and I don't wan't to let it use by herself. Says ok, client had agreed. Left 1:08 'sh pm.

Nov. 14 (Thursday) = Dog outside. Client still sleeping. Had tea and a waffle.  Had the Hydrochlorothiazide @ a little passed 10 am. Laundry and dryer. Tidied up kitchen. Emptied commode, sanitized outside, and rinsed. Tried to helped client on that "donut place" she saw on KFMB, channel 8 last night. Turned out in Downtown, San Diego. I tried to call number but voice mail. Has let client tried it too. Made list for Vons. She called bank to verify checking balance. Wrote check for Vons. And I left almost 11 am, client watching tv. Got items list and called her for lox and had let her know chicken wings are on sale. Client decided toget 2 chicken wings bag and 1 soda (Diet Coke.) Paid with client's check. Back passed 11:30 am, client sleeping. Prepared lunch. Client was already awake when served lunch, had 4 glazed chicken: 3 wings and 1 leg, steamed zucchini,cole slaw and Diet Coke for drink. Made sweet yam and put it along with the fetuccini alfredo. And had her last and third day nose spray 12:25 'sh pm, 2 sprays on each nosetrils. Says arthritis pain. Massage her legs, shoulders, and back. Took her Atenolol before 1 pm. Refilled pain reliever and  reminded her again, every 6 hours, she wasn't sure if she had taken one this morning so told her she could just take 2 or 3 tablets later, and she agreed. Told her about 2 bags of chicken wings. And told her I'd be OFF tomorrow, Friday since w exchanged it today, for her last and third day of spray. Asked her about when she wanted me to start coming an hour later for the 4 hour she owes me, agreed Saturday ,but then had wondered if there's some things needs t b e done ,and says maybe Monday instead. Told me about Anthony's fish grotto, just if in case I wanted to go there, and I could save spot for the family. Told her unlikely to do it today or for the coming days as I have to fix my car first. I just borrowed my mom's car today. Left almost 1:20 'sh pm.

Nov. 15 (Friday) = OFF!

Nov. 16 (Saturday) = Client already awake,and had tea and waffle. Had her Hydrochlorothiazide before 10am. Told me about her call from Kmart. Explained to her how Kmart's layaway works, asked me to callstore and asked. Explained it again to her and says she doesn't like their policy. Decided to try Marshall's nstead and asked me to call and asked if the store has sale.Female staff answered and says they have sale everyday. Tidied up kitchen. Told client I got a call from Pest Control yesterday and that there's a spray scheduled for today. Asked her if she wanted me to go to Vons, out of dog food and she needs meals for tomorrow. The Pest Control guy arrived 10:15 'sh am, client asked me to asked about spraying inside. Talked to the man and he did sprayed inside kitchen. Client rote for Vons. And I left 10:40 'sh am. Got items listed. Paid with client's check. Client was still watching tv when I got back 11:15 'sh am. Dog barking as he wanted to go to the kitchen area/outside as I closed door in the hallway. Rewashed plates, utensils, knives and cups. Prepared lunch. Client had 4 pieces of glazed chicken wings, beans and water for lunch. Enjoyed the lunch. Took her Atenolol about 12:14 'sh pm. Massage her legs, back, and shoulders with cream for arthritis. Showed her the Pest Control bill for $37.99. Had decided I could leave 12:30 pm to go to Marshall's on my way. Let her know about the lox, cream puff, tv dinners, still, the chicken wings, and told her I had refilled pain reliever by her bedside table. Also got pain rub from Vons and had it opened too. Left almost or a little passed 12:35 'sh pm to drop by to Marshall's. Got on the store, and looked at clothes and had taken photos. Tried to call client 3 times, no answer. Had finally got her while on way and she knew I was trying to call. Told her I took photos for her to look at. Again, got this idea I could come tomorrow so she can look at photos and maybe have the sale. Told client I had plans already for tomorrow for morning at the church.

Nov. 17 (Sunday) = OFF!

Nov. 04 - Nov. 10

Nov. 04 (Monday) = Dog outside. Client awake. Made her tea w/c she had. Tidied up kitchen. Shampooed room near kitchen. Client on phone,Smart and Final mini cupcakes. Thought about Akins but she says she doesn't have money so asked me to spend for it first. Client wrote check for Smart and Final. I called Akins and put order, usual order, for 11 am. Left 10:50 'sh am. Picked up order from Akins, had spent $14.23 with my card. @ Smart and Final next and called client a few times for mini cupcakes, tv dinner, and cheese chips. Paid with client's check. Back at client past 11:35 am, client still watching tv. Had prepared lunch. Client had lunch almost 12 noon, corned beef sandwich, and cheese chips (Ruffles) and tea for the drink. Says the best sandwich she had eaten and likes it :) Client had Atenolol at about 12:36 'sh pm and massaged legs with cream an put ointment on big toes, says "there's a cut" as usual, but none. Wrote a check for the office. Asked me to asked for former caregiver's last name from the agency. Left 1:05 pm.

Nov. 05 (Tuesday) = Client still sleeping. Tidied up bedroom and kitchen. Had made coffee, which client had when she awakened. Client went back sleeping, tv turned on. Continued drying and soaked soiled clothes. Prepared lunch. Client thought going through closet clothes again on the vacant room, again with the missing clothes she remembers finding out. I went and put half of the closet clothes on her bedroom. Client took 1 pain reliever around 10:47 'sh am, told her she could take 1 more as she said she had arthritis bad. Client agreed and took 1 more pain reliever. Told her I'd prepared lunch, as it's 11 am anyway. And she needs some food for the pain meds.  Prepared lunch. Client had corned beef sandwich and steamed zucchini for lunch and water for drink. Client had lunch around 11:15 'sh am. Fall asleep after lunch. I went through each clothes on the bedroom before putting it back on vacant room's closet. Client awakened@ about 12 pm. Put pain cream on her legs, shoulders and back. Asked me to check on across the street neighbor if she's ok with the leg. Put back remaining clothes back on vacant closet and few minutes later, told client I had talked to neighbor across the street as she was gardening on one of the neighbors. Told client she's ok and was thankful for client's concern. Left 1:10 pm.

NOTE: Called Rite-Aid pharmacy as client remembered the received call about meds. refill. Talked to a lady in pharmacy and explained client still have a lot and we will just call if refill was needed.

Nov. 06 (Wednesday) = Client awake. Made coffee but client had went back to sleep so let her be. Tidied up kitchen. Laundry towel rugs and continued dryer. Emptied commode and tidied up client's room. Brought her coffee when she awakened. Says arthritis pain. Asked her if she wants me to go to Vons as well when she talks about getting pain cream from Rite-Aid. Says she will think. Decided on Burger King as I said we have coupons. Says she doesn't have money. So I said I have some cash and I could pay for it first, told me to write it down. Client took some time thinking over on what to get from Vons. Asked me to call Vons if they have lox, male employee says they have lox for $3.99. Client wrote check for Rite-Aid and Vons. I left 10:40 'sh am. Went to Vons and on items. Called client to let her know I'm done on item. Asked for Cracker Jack. Went to Burger King next and got original chicken sandwich with buy coupon for a free one and got no salt value fries. Paid with my card, $6.+ Next at Rite-Aid and got 2 pain cream and pain reliever, Advil. Paid with client's check. Back passed 11:30 am, client still watching tv. Prepared lunch. Client had sandwich, fries and Diet Coke. She likes the sandwich. Client had Atenolol and massage her legs, back and shoulders with the pain cream. Put Advil tablets on bedside table and told her 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours. Also told her there's one more tv dinner left, I got the lox as well. Was looking for this Pantene hair color ad, told her there's no Pantene hair color but she insisted. Brought coupons on her bedroom, but I did't found it as well. Says she will maybe find it later. Left 1:10 'sh pm. Put green trashes on curb before leaving.

Nov. 07 (Thursday) = OFF!

Nov. 08 (Friday) = Backdoor still locked. Client already awake.Tidied up room and kitchen. Made tea. Client had the tea and fall asleep afterwards. Changed towel rugs and soaked. Reminded client of shower when she wakes up. Turned tv on.Massage her legs, shoulders, and back with paincream after she took 1 pain reliever about 10:20 'sh am. Client called Rite-Aid and had spoke to Claudia regarding hair colors. Asked about more Burger King coupons and decided on it. Decided for Vidal Sasson to be returned on the store. Wrote check for Rite-Aid in  case the return becomes short. Left 10:45 'sh am. @ Burger King first, got 2 orig. chicken sandwich and 2 fires with a coupon. Paid $5.+ with my card. @ Rite-Aid ext, helped by Claudia for hair colors. Decided on Revlon medium auburn and 2 small Mrs. Fields cookies. Check wasn't used. Returned Vidal Sasson. Rhonda says she still owes me $3.+ as I start to write on check, so I stopped. :D But then, says I'm done but had't handed any money as I thought there's still change, but none (?) At client almost 11:30 am, client still watching tv. Prepared lunch. Client had orig. chicken sandwich and o salt fries and milk for drink. Dyed her hair @ 12:25 'sh pm. Done @ 12:55 pm. Shower past 1. Done 1:30 pm. Tv turned on on client's room, and had added few pain reliever tablets on bedside t. Client walked on bedroom. Told her I will be at Food 4 Less and pick up her set aside 2 Greek salad, and turkey meat on Deli at 9:30 am. Says ok. Left 1:30 pm.

Nov. 09 (Saturday) = At work: 9:30 am. Dropped by to Food 4 Less. No 2 Greek salads set aside. Had called client to let her know. Bought beef bacon instead of roast turkey? Paid with my card $14.+. Arrived @ client around 10 'sh am, awake, made coffee and she had it with toast almost 11 am already. Says she took 1 pain reliever. Told her she might need more pain cream for tomorrow. Decided to get it after lunch. Prepared beef bacon sandwiches for tomorrow's food and lunch. Had lunch little past 12 noon. Had her Atenolol at 12:30 pm. Went to Rite- Aid and got 2 paincreams and 1 Bridgemix. Paid with client check. Back 12:50 'sh pm client sleeping. Let her know I refilled pain reliever bottle, put 1 pain cream and told her the tv dinners. Left 1 'sh pm.

Oct. 28 - Oct. Nov. 03

Oct. 28 (Monday) = Called client am for 99 Cents graham fudge. At 99 Cents 9 am. Called her again and got what she asked. Paid with my card, $7.32. @ Food 4 Less next and got chicken salad, glazed chicken wings, zucchini and paid with my card $13.13. Had tried calling to ask for milk but phone busy. Arrived @ client about 10 am,back door still locked. Client sleeping. Made tea but client sleeping so didn't give it until she wakes up @ almost 10:30 'sh am. Turned on tv. Tidied up kitchen and emptied commode, soaked a towel rug and changed it. Client thought I have her Kmart card, told her I returned it to her as I always return her cards as I don't want to carry it with me. She said she can't find it with her other cards and she really thought I have it with me. Then she checked again her cards and I SAW the Kmart card she's looking for. Client mad at herself for thinking that I have it. Prepared lunch. Client had lunch @ about 11:35 'sh am: had 3 pieces of glazed chicken wings, chicken salad, 2 graham fudge and water for drink. Client said Rite-Aid called for a ready refill. Awakened client 12:40 'sh pm, and had Atenolol. Two Animal Control officer came to check on the dog. Took a photo of JR. Client was writing a check for office at that time. Was mad and embarrassed with the officers dropping by instead of calling her as they have told her. And with the vehicle parked across the street with her neighbors seeing it. Received a phone call from her granddaughter, which I picked up and told me about their concern about the heater bill and the heater itself so high. Talked to her son as well, and told me about maybe getting a candy from Rite-Aid, purse or something nice for the neighbors kids. Left 1:11 'sh pm.

Oct. 29 (Tuesday = Arrived, client awake already. Made tea. Had tea while looking @ Smart & Final ad. Tidied up kitchen. Laundry soaked towel rug. Client wrote check for Smart & Final and for $20.45 to pay me for 99 Cents and Food 4 Less yesterday. Left about 10:20 'sh am. Called client few times from Smart & Final for items and returned corn chips, which they accepted. At Popeyes next and got $1.49 chicken. Hope was the employee. Paid with client's money as she gave me $5 and some change which I didn't took with me as I already have the $5. Called client to update her, says it took time. @ Burger King next for fries value w/o salt. Paid with client's cash. Back at around 11 am. Returned changes to client. Prepared lunch; steamed veges, zhuchinni and tomatoes and made bisquit and warmed up chicken and fries. Client had lunch 11:52 'sh am. Popeyes chicken, bisquit, and steamed vegetables and Diet Coke. Had the Atenolol about 12:35 'sh pm. Remembered Rite-Aid's refills. Told her she still have a lot. Says ok, so no need to worry about it. Tv on before I left. And 13:50 pm asked me to call channel ABC and operator for the hid Halloween related kinda talent show. Unable to get through. Told her i will just look online. Says her grand daughter will call me and remind again about the heater. Lowered heater to 79 before leaving. Left 1:15 'sh pm.

Oct. 30 (Wednesday) = Client already awake. Made coffee and had tidied up kitchen. Washed soaked laundry, nightgowns. Client had coffee and showed me Smart & Final ad, says she likes chocolate cupcakes. I called Smart & Final to asked if there's more chocolate mini cupcakes. Says, no, and only vanilla cupcakes, told guy Andrei to set aside two, be there before 11 am, says ok. Client wrote a check. At the store at 10:45 'sh am, unable to find guy named Andrei as I look around, but saw 2 vanilla cupcakes and got it, got dog foods too. Paid with client's check, $12+, same cashier yesterday, Jane. :) Arrived back past 11 am. Told client Smart & Final don't have blank plastic bag. Says maybe Rite-Aid have some, they could give 1, go and ask. Told her I'll call first. But then, since it's 11:10 'sh am already, I just told her I have tissue paper wrapper and I'd just used it, says ok. Prepare lunch. Client had 3 pieces glazed chicken wings, steamed zucchini, and potatoes and water for drink. Client prepared candies for neighbors kids. Client had lunch about 12 noon. I wrapped candies for neighbors kids, showed it to client 12:50 'sh pm when she took Atenolol. Says I had put a lot, and took out some according to her liking. Also says she wanted to give cupcakes.I said not a good idea since cupcakes showed me on fridge, has icing, and wasn't good to be left out on neighbor's front porches.Agreed on it for neighbors kid but insisted on across the street. I went to across the street to check neighbor is in there, and she is. Told client and she chooses to give 2 chocolate cupcakes, 1 vanilla on ziplock bag and the wrapped candies too. Took it to neighbor across the street. Got back, had refilled client's pain reliever and told her the tv dinners on fridge. Told her I'll put neighbors kids candies on my way out, which I did. Left 1:30 pm.

Oct. 31 (Thursday) = OFF!

Nov. 01 (Friday) = Client already asleep. Says arthritis last night. Put pain cream on legs. Made tea which client had while putting the cream on her. Changed bed sheets. Laundried heating pad too and blankets. Tidied up kitchen. Client decided on Burger King, but says no money, few changes so asked me to pay for it and she will pay me as her check is soon coming, but gave me $1.45 for soda pop. Told her I'd just get soda pop from Rite-Aid. Heard noise, and had wondered what it was. Told her the gardeners were here. (Gardeners arrived a little past 9 am and trimmed ivy.)  Left 10:45 'sh am. Dropped by to Rite-Aid first and got Diet Coke, over a $1 each. Cashier: Rhonda. Paid the $1.45 from client and paid remaining balance with my card. $.59. Went next to Burger King and got $1.49 double cheese burger, and value fries w/o salt. Paid $3 with my card. Back 11:20 'sh am, heard client on the phone with Rite-Aid, and I was told she was just on the phone with Rite-Aid and was told I had just left. Prepared and serve lunch while it's warm. Client says fries isn't cooked, so I heated it up in the stove in a pan and brought back to her. Cooked rice-a-roni for client with steamed zuchini for dinner if she doesn't like the tv dinner left (Stoufers.) Says burger doesn't taste good and fries wasn't cooked, but got ok since I had heated it up. Client had the Atenolol around 12:40 'sh pm. And I put few pain reliever on her bedside table. Attached back heating pad for client's use. And client had 1 vanilla mini cupcake before I left. Left passed 1:10 'sh pm.

Nov. 02 (Saturday) = Client awake, asked if I thought room ca be cleaned today, and I said yeah I could to that. Made client tea and tidied up kitchen. Brought client tea and swept room. Continued drying clothes. Client told me about her check already arrived and I had put it along with the mails on the kitchen table. And told me she have it with her by the side drawer. Was thinking about Papa Johns Pizza if $7 pizza still on sale. Talked to employee and says only on Halloween as she knows. And I shampooed bedroom area. Had changed towel rugs. Unable to talked client into putting $500 into Chase bank. Got voicemail from her son about it. I replied by text saying I was trying to talk to client but unable. Client wrote check for Vons and for $3.49 she owes me yesterday from Rite-Aid (I added few cents for tax) and Burger King. Got call from her son while about to go, already in car. I went back inside and talked to client again. Client wrote a check then , $500, to be cashed in for Chase deposit. Told her, her son called and says they will show her the bills when they come. So she agreed. Called her son back and let him know I now got client to wrote the check. I left 11:14 'sh am, and @ Citibank first,deposited client's check,cashed-in $500 for Chase bank, Carlos took cared of it. @ Chase next, deposited $500, same teller last time: Katara. Last at Vons and called client from there about deli's pastrami and a different soda pop. Got the items and paid with client's check. Back 12:12 'sh pm, client sleeping. Prepared lunch and woke her up. Client had lunch 12:20 'sh pm, had lox on kaiser roll and potato salad, and Mountain Dew for drink. Made pastrami sandwich  for meal, half of kaiser roll used) for it. Had Atenolol about 12:51 'sh pm. Refilled pain relievers. Added 1 more blanket as client says shes cold.

Nov. 03 (Sunday) = OFF!

Oct. 21 - Oct. 27

Oct. 21 (Monday) = Dog outside. Client awake and tells me about hearing voices, or people talking outside,she walked into the kitchen and saw animal control officer, tapping on the kitchen glass window and was told they got report dog's needs a bath. And was told they'd call in a few days to check if bathing was done. Made tea but client had fallen asleep so didn't woke her up but let her sleep. Tidied up kitchen. Emptied commode and changed 1 (top) towel rug. Sanitized and rinsed commode outside. Client up around 10 am 'sh asking what we have for lunch. Called Pink Poodle but no answer. Reminded her there's still glazed chicken wings, and turkey breast. Turned on tv past 10:30 'sh am, client watching tv while I continue tidying up kitchen. Asked her for shower too, and client agreed. Prepared lunch. Client had lunch past 11:30 am, turkey breast kaiser roll sandwich and beans and water for drink. Fall asleep after lunch. Woke her up 12:07 'sh pm asking if she's ready for hair dye, client asked for time, told her, and says we will skip it for tomorrow. Woke her up again @ 12:50 'sh pm for Atenolol which she took. I called Pink Poodle again, but this time left a message, asking for appointment and left my own number. Asked me to made the call for Citibank to ask if she have enough for agency's payment today, I had spoke to Amber but passed the phone to client when she asked. Past 1 pm, phone rang, client's son, asked me if there's an alarm going off in the at client's home or around area and talked to me about the animal control, and the nice neighbor calling him and had let him know about it, says he had received property tax and will pay for it, etc. Left 1:20 'sh pm.

NOTE: Voice mail from Pest Control about 4:30 'sh pm about them coming tomorrow between 11 to 1 pm for spray.

Oct. 22 (Tuesday) = Somehow gloomy day. Dog outside. Client awake. Laundry soaked towel rugs. Had made a tea for client but is sleeping when brought it to her room so didn't awakened her. Had tidied up kitchen, put water outside for dog. Emptied commode and tidied up client's room. Client up about 11 am and brought her tea. Tv on, and watches The View. I was preparing sardines sandwich. Called me maybe 3 times every few minutes about her idea that if it rains hard today, she would spring a big dinner and I would stay overnight and I have my own room and such, and then I won't have to travel to come tomorrow for work since I'm already there. Told her it doesn't look it will rain though it a bit gloomy outside. And beside I have to go to work and I have to call office if I have to stay there. Told me I don't have to be honest all the time. Client had her lunch 11:30 am, sardines sandwich on steak roll, steamed zucchini and Diet Pepsi for drink. Rubbed legs with pain cream around 12:15 'sh pm and while chatting. Took her Atenolol @ 12:55 'sh pm. Pest Control guy arrived 1 pm and sprayed around home for few minutes. Left 1:20 pm. Reminded client she have tv dinners after gave her about 4 chocolate cookies and put remaining 2 pain reliever meds. on side table.

Oct. 23 (Wednesday) = Dog outside. Client awake. Doesn't want coffee or tea of anything to eat. But told kitchen floor was mess as she had dropped dog foods and microwave, fridge needs cleaning. Tidied up kitchen and cleaned microwave and fridge. Made two cheese blintzes for her meals with steamed spinach for later. Was writing check for Rite-Aid when Merrilee arrived around 10:35 'sh am. Spoke to her about "my working in afternoons until evening." She just said hi to client, checking everything is ok, shook her hand and left. Told her about me sometimes bathing the dog and the animal control and neighbors making the calls. Told me bathing is not my job. Don't bath the dog myself. I went back to client's room and I did called Pink Poodle again. Spoke to a lady and scheduled an appointment tomorrow since they are busy on Friday and closed on Saturday (if I heard it right.) Client wrote three checks: One for Rite-Aid, another one to pay me for $8.27 I spent from 99 Cents Store the other day, and last one $65 to cashed in to Citibank. Left about 11 am. @ Citibank and cashed in the $65. Carlos took cared of it. @ Burger King next and got double cheese burger and fries w/o salt. Cost $3. @ Rite-Aid next and got 2 pain creams, pain reliever (Acetamenophene) and 2 tissue (Kleenex and Puff) and toilet . Called client from there and asked me about Kleenex price. Arrived back past 11:30 am. Gave client change $62 which I counted in front of her before giving. Had prepared lunch. Client had the double cheese burger, fries, and hot cocoa. She loves the cocoa :) Had woke her up about 12:22' sh pm for Atenolol. Massage her legs with pain pain cream (Thera Gesic.) Left 1 pm.

Oct. 24 (Thursday) = Dog outside. Client awake. Gave me $7 for Subway. @ Pink Poodles about 9:20 'sh am, dropped off JR. Called client @ Subway parking lot, and she decided on oven roasted chicken. Got 6 inch oven roasted chicken and small drink for $5+ tax. @ Vons next. Called client to ask her for dessert and dry dog food. Got Kibbles 'n Bits, along with other items. Paid with client's check. Arrived @ client past 10 am, returned $1.35 changed from Subway and client had cocoa. Tidied up kitchen. Had shampooed vacant room and cleaned dog's poop. Client had fallen asleep. Turned on tv @ 11:30 am when she awakened. Client had the 6"oven roasted chicken sandwich and steamed zucchini and tomatoes, water for drink. (Diet Coke small drink was let on fridge so she could find it later.) And says she thinks tuna sandwich tastes better after lunch. Prepared liver patte sandwich and prepared medicines for tomorrow. Client had Atenolol @ 12:10 pm and told her about Discount Pest Control bill of $37.99. Says bill has to wait till her check arrives Told her it's due in 7 days and she will get a fine if it got later than that. Says we will take care of it Saturday as she will call bank. Told her I'm gonna go pick up JR and asked for $45, she thinks she already had given me the money, so told her she gave me only $7 for Subway. Finally I got the $45, put green the 4 green trash bins on curb first and picked up JR from Pink Poodle. Lady there was maybe the owner's daughter. Dog had Halloween scarf :) Back 12:40 'sh pm. Finished cleaned the kitchen. Put other new rub cream on bedside table and massage client's legs, back and shoulder. Told me she took 1 pain reliever (Acetamenophene a while ago.) Told her about having tv dinners there. Had reminded client today is Thursday and tomorrow is Friday and I'm off since I had exchanged it today for the dog. Left 1:15 'sh pm.

Oct. 25 (Friday) = OFF!

Oct. 26 (Saturday) = Client still sleeping. I put dog clothes on do as she wanted. Says she's cold which I later discovered heater was on aircon. Made coffee. Brought client coffee almost or maybe a little passed 10 am. Client making writing on her writing pad. Tidied up kitchen. Laundried 2 towel rugs. Refilled dog's water bowl which was completely dry when I came in. Left about 10:40 'sh am for Vons and Subway with client check or Vons and $10 for Subway. Turned on tv on HSN. Client wrote check for Pest Control, $37.99. Went driving around the area as road was closed for Halloween event. Called client and told her the situation while I'm on my way to Food 4 Less area. Asked her if she wants Chinese food instead as it is the one closest I could get into. Says ok. Already in Subway in Food 4 Less area but decided to go back. Road already opened. Called client at Vons parking lot to let her know. Got strawberry short cake, pain cream, three Caesar dog foods and tv dinners. Paid with client's check. @ Suway next. Got 6' tuna sandwich with small Diet Coke. Cost $5 + tax. Got back about 12 noon. Client still watching tv. Returned change to client $4+. Prepared lunch. Client had the tuna sandwich and Diet Coke for drink. Awakened client for Atenolol. And she also noticed the alarm sound going off(which, I also noticed when I came back but don't know yet it was the alarm.) Rub pain cream on client's legs, and shoulder. Prepared medicines for tomorrow. Had found out it was the alarm going off, called client's son and told him. Thought it was the battery needs to be changed. Took off alarm on ceiling. Had called client's son back as he wanted to be called back when I took it off. Told client I need to go to Rite-Aid real quick to get new batteries (needs 9 volts.) Client wrote a check. Got a pack of Rite-Aid brand 9 volts batteries (2 batteries.) Then dropped off Pest Control payment to post office drive thru boxes. About $7+. Paid with client's check. Got back 1:30 pm. Installed back alarm  with new battery. Woke up client to let her know I'm going. Let her know about the tv dinners I got and put pain relievers on bedside table. Left 1:36 pm.

Oct. 27 (Sunday) = OFF!

Oct. 14 - Oct. 20

Oct. 14 (Monday) = Dog outside. client awake. Says arthritis pain bad last night. Had tea. Washed 2 rug towels. Tidied up kitchen. Shampooed vacant room carpet. Watching channel ABC, cooking show with one of the "Top Chief America," and wrote a letter for station for spaghetti recipe. Told her I could get it online. Also letter for Chase she wrote, which I didn't mailed 'coz it's Holiday and beside account there is for bills. At Ralphs at before 11 am. Paid groceries by client's check. Back at before 11:30 am. Prepared lunch. Client had beef bacon sandwich and beans. Diet Coke for drink. Gave her half of 1 slice of cheesecake and gave Atenolol too about 12:35 'sh pm. Left 1:20 pm.

Oct. 15 (Tuesday) = Dog outside. Client sleeping. Made coffee. Tidied up kitchen. Emptied commode and swept client's room. Changed soiled towel rugs and soaked it. Newspaper trash on blue bin and washed black bin. Client up 10:30 'sh. Called called bank for check she wrote yesterday. Client spoke to Carlos. At Vons @ 11 am. Got lox, dog food, 1 paper towel, 1 squash, small strawberry shortcake. Paid with client's check. Back 11:24 'sh am, client, awake, sitting, still watching tv. Prepared lunch. Client had lox sandwich, beans, steamed squash and water for drink. Swapped flies. Says lox heavy, a lot, and should be little cream cheese. Rubbed pain cream at legs, shoulder (left,) and back. Had small slice of cheese cake too after had taken Atenolol. Asked for spaghetti recipe yesterday on tv, told her I had't got it, maybe today. And Chase letter she made yesterday too. Told her I'd mail it today and Holiday yesterday. Just when I'm about to go, called me and asked for her granddaughter to be called, says she's worried about her not feeling well. Left almost or about 1:20 'sh pm.

October 16 (Wednesday) = Dog outside. Client awake. Says arthritis pain bad. Made tea which client had about 9:20 'sh am. Washed soaked 2 towel rugs. Tidied up kitchen. Rubbed pain cream to client's legs. Tv turned on. @ Rite-Aid for pain reliever, cream, and hair color with $5 off. Paid by client's check. Dropped off letter for Chase on post office drive thru. Back 10:30 'sh am, client still watching tv. Prepared lunch. Client walked into the vacant room and sat, arthritis pain while walking. Asked her if she's ready for shower, and had suggested to postphoned it. Had lunch @ before 11:30 'sh am. Had beef bacon, sandwich, corn, and hot coco which she likes. Had 2 Acetamenophen before 12:30 pm. Sponge bath. Rubbed pain cream on back, shoulders and legs. Changed dress. Fall asleep. Tidied up bedroom and added 1 more blanket. Client walked back to room. Asleep. Woke her up to let her know I'm leaving. Told her about the tv dinners and she could take another pain reliever about 6:30 pm. Left. before 1:10 pm.

Oct. 17 (Thursday) = OFF!

Oct. 18 (Friday) = Noticed dog's lease on the rail was not there. Client awake sitting on bed. Told me arthritis pain yesterday bad, today as well but she can deal with it. Also said she got mad at me yesterday as I should have agreed to exchanged my off yesterday, and that she had agreed when I asked her to exchanged my off for the party (relatives coming in to visit us) when I asked her. And that I'm well compensated and such. Doesn't want drink. Took 1 Acetamenophine pain reliever about 9:17 'sh am with warm water. Told me granddaughter called last night and they talked about this coupon of FREE drink and fries from Arby's. Then when I saw the ad I told her she have to buy the sandwich. Then wants me to go to Windmill Farms and called the store to ask if they would accept check. Then started making list while I swapped flies in the room and tidied up kitchen. Laundry soaked towel rugs. Then client changed her mind to Vons and made check. Made list. Made me call Smart and Final to asked if they accept check, store says yes. Helped client apply some rub on her left shoulder and back. Client fall asleep. But awakened her to let her know I'm gonna go to the store, time 10:40 'sh am. Client continued sleep. @ Vons and got items client had on her list. Called her about chicken wings on sale for $5 and price of graham cookies which she decided to skipped because of price. Paid with client's check. Back about or past 11:30 am, client sleeping. Prepared turkey breast sandwich with half of one cheese kaiser roll for later and put it on fridge. Made salad as well. Client awake about 11:45 'sh am. Agreed to have lunch then. Had the sandwich warmed up and client had it with cole slaw and water for drink. Had small slice of chocolate cake about 12:35 'sh pm. Took Atenolol at 12:50 'sh pm. Phone rang, I answered it and spoke to her granddaughter which says, she called to just thanked me again for calling the other day and about the corn chips from Smart & Final if I go there again. Client watching QVC shopping channel. Left 1:16 'sh pm.

Oct. 19 (Saturday) = Client already awake. Still have a cold. Agreed for a coffee. Put pain cream on shoulder, back and legs and noticed she was sleepy. Client had coffee but doesn't want anything to eat. Talked about chicken parts on Smart & Final and wants me to go there. Did laundry. Client sleeping when I brought coffee so didn't bothered her, put back coffee on coffeemaker. Just continued tidying up kitchen, organized receipts by months and tidied up drawer. Emptied commode and swept bedroom, also added 1 towel rug under commode. Prepared the other half of the cheese kaiser roll for beef bacon sandwich and steamed zucchini and tomatoes. Client woke up a little past 11 am. She had coffee and made list for Smart & Final. I left 11:22 am. Called client @ Smart & Final about chicken meat prices, dog treat, and chips. Decided to skipped meat and got cheddar cheese and sour cream chips and corn chips for granddaughter. Got small dog treat and Diet Coke. Paid with client's check. Got back almost 12 noon. Warmed up glazed chicken wings ( 2 legs and a wing) which client had for lunch around 12:15 'sh with the cheese chips, steamed vegetables and Diet Coke for drink. Had taken her Atenolol @ 12:40 'sh pm. Confirmed to me that I mailed the mails, and I said yes, as she said she was told THEY hadn't gotten the mail yet, with the property tax bill. Told her I did mailed it, either Monday or Tuesday. Showed her the mail from Treasury, which appears to be an ad, which we confirmed was an ad. Put pain reliever meds on where she wanted me to put it yesterday (watch box) since the bottle was lost.) Left 1:20 pm.

Oct. 20 (Sunday) = OFF!

Oct. 07 - Oct. 13

Oct. 07 (Monday) = Tried calling client before leaving home. Picked up the phone once, can hear ear but client maybe wasn't aware I am on the line. Dropped by to Smart and Final. Tried calling client again twice for tamales question. No answer. Got 1 taffy bag for $4.99 and got chicken tamales for $6.99. Added $2.98 from my card to client's $9 cash. Arrived before 9:30 am, dog outside, client sleeping. Says she had't had sleep last night, dog was bad. Told her I dropped by to Smart and Final and added $2.98. Started tidying up kitchen. Client had tea and fried egg. Continued cleaning kitchen. Washed dishes, laundry and wiped kitchen floor while client went back to sleep after breakfast. Client awake about 11 'sh am. Then awakened client for lunch, and had 1 tamales, sweet corn, seamed squash and tomatoes and water for drink. Says lunch, ok but tamales is heavy. Gave her Calcium and Atenolol at around 12:45 pm. Asked for taffy bag and gave me some on ziplock bag. Also decided to give some to neighbor across the street, "S," but client changed mind later. Wrote check for agency and paid me too for $75. 

NOTE: Owes me $75.20 but only told client $75.

Oct. 08 (Tuesday) = Had tried called client before going my way. No answer. Dog outside, client was sleeping and cold. Turned the heater higher. Now, remembered the missing blankets again, and still with the velvet pants. Made coffee and tidied up kitchen. Client had coffee. Checked top part of her cabinet where hats and bags are to check for blankets as she asked. No blankets in there. Asked other room's top to be check too, and I did. Took blankets and the 1 comforter set that was in there o top and bought it to client's room. Likes the comforter set and asked her if she wanted it to be put down on the room, client agreed. Client fall asleep. Emptied commode. Continued looking when client awakened, showed her a red pants I found from the other room. Says still cold. Turned heater higher (83 or 85) and added one more blanket on bed, made sure she's covered too. Client decided to sleep after agreeing on lunch, sardines sandwich. Prepared lunch and made two cheese blintzes, with half mashed potato and some olives for her meal. Steamed spinach with sweet corn. Woke client up for her lunch, had the sardines sandwich, steamed spinach and sweet corn, some olives and water for drink. Turned tv on at about 12:40 'sh pm, and gave client the Atenolol. Noticed a car parked in her front, from the city, and she doesn't like it. Told client it's probably for street maintenance or work as vehicle has orange cones in there. Checked her phone as I noticed phone in the kitchen is lighting up. Found out phone's ringer was OFF. Turned ringer ON. Brought dog outside and emptied trash, and had tidied up kitchen. Client says granddaughter called and says she knew phone was off hook. Says granddaughter will call again. Checked phone again before leaving @ past 1 pm. Left 1:07 'sh pm.

Oct. 09 (Wednesday) = (gloomy day.) Client awake. Made tea. Client had tea and I turned heater higher, client cold. Told her it just rained, and it's windy. Tidied up kitchen. Again went through with pants, looked again at the top cabinet of her room where bags and hats are. And again looked on vacant room. Went through coupons as she was looking for that dog food coupon she said free and some other coupons. Found Vidal Sasson $5 off coupon too. Called Akins. Asked for cream puff and eclair price, was told $4.50/piece. Client thought expensive.Says no money. Told her I don't have money too but I could go to her bank so she could have cash. Agreed. Wrote a check to be cashed in for $25. The thought Akins is off my way, so asked for other options for lunch I could think. Told her there's Popeyes or El Pollo Loco. Asked for Popeyes to be called if they have any deals. Called Popeyes and guy says $1.49 leg and thigh, client decided for it and also want me to go to Vons for dog food, dessert, tv dinner. Suggested she should better write check for Vons as it's better if she keeps the cash for lunches or Akins. Client agreed and wrote check for Vons. Left 10: 45 'sh am. @ Citibank first, and cashed in $25 check. "That" lady was the teller. @ Vons next and called client few times about dessert and dog food. Paid with client's check. Got back to her place 11:20 'sh am. Gave back change to client, $20.87. Prepared lunch. Client had  leg and thigh chicken with biscuit I got from Vons, steamed spinach and water for drink. Client then had half of eclair about 12:50 'sh pm and she loves it :) Took her Atenolol. She knows it's Thursday tomorrow, also told her dog food is ready on bottom fridge, and put more pain reliever tablets on her bottle and the Thera-gesic cream.

Oct. 10 (Thursday) = OFF!

Oct. 11 (Friday) = Client till sleeping. Says arthritis pain bad last night. Had tea and boiled egg around 09: 40 'sh am. Tidied up kitchen. Dog had some dry food and walk him on the back patio less than/almost 15 mins. Client still sleeping. Called Akinz to put order before 10 am, guy employee. Usual order @ 10:30 am. turned on tv. Client says she will take an hour nap. Gave me $13 for Akinz. Left 09:23 am. Picked up order, lady cashier. Added $1.54 from my card as cash not enough. Back 10:45 'sh am, client sleeping. Cleaned other bedside table off papers, and shredded name and bank account number off old check books. Client awake past 11 am. Soaked 2 towel rugs. Made salad and prepared lunch. Client had corned beef sandwich, and steamed squash and water for drink about 11:45 'sh am. Told her I added $1.54 more on Akinz bill. Told me to wrote it down. Brought her Atenolol around 12:35. Paid me $1.35 for the $1.54 I added n Akinz.  Then brought a small slice of cheese pocket around 12:45 pm. Brought Property Tax bill too and told her. Dialed her son's number for her and she spoke to him about it. Rubbed pain cream on client's legs. Spoke to her son too about the mail. And told him I already deposited $500 on client's Chase account when he asked for client to sign check. Asked property tax bill to be mailed to him, which I told I will mail tomorrow. Client gave me $10 for 99 Cents tomorrow and told her I will call morning before I go my way.

Oct. 12 (Saturday) = Called client before leaving home, no answer. Called client almost on 99 Cents, got list. Got items. Spent $9+. Arrived before or around 9:30 'sh am. Client sitting on bed. Made coffee and tidied up kitchen. Client had cup of coffee. Stored groceries. Washed and re-soaked soiled towel rugs. Turned on tv, swat flies on client's room. Client had 1 coconut macaroons. Prepared meals for tomorrow and dinner. Made rice-a-roni and steamed spinach, sardines sandwich from the other day's sardines leftover, 1 remaining tamales (told client before I left,) and water melon. Picked up lemons and 3 oranges as client asked if what she saw outside on lemon tree are ripe fruits. Thinking of giving lemons to neighbor as client knows lady neighbor was there, saw her for a walk in front when we looked out for what seems like a crazy black guy singing out loud in the street while walking, happened a few times already. Client had lunch around 11:45 'sh am, had corned beef sandwich, sweet corn, two coconut macaroons and water for drink. Gave her Atenolol medicine abt. 12:35 pm. Had told her I would send property tax bill to son. Ok with client. Also told her meals are prepared. Added the last 3 pain reliever tablets on her bedside and 1 pain rub from 99 Cents. Client was sleeping @ 1 pm when I went to her room to tell her I'm going and told her I'm dropping off mail to her son in the post office drop box.

Oct. 13 (Sunday) = OFF!

Sept. 30 - Oct. 06

Sept 30 (Monday) = Dog outside, client in the kitchen, says dog was just put outside. Made coffee. Client had cup of coffee and asked for a slice of pineapple. Had a little chit-chatting while tidying up kitchen and folding dried clothes. I, went outside to water lawns and she says she'll go in her room. Watered back and front lawn. Client back in her room when I got back inside. Client tells me about her call with Food 4 Less about their Greek and Caesar salad, wanted to try Caesar salad. Wrote a check for $25 to be cashed in the bank. Decided on double cheese burger in Burger King. Left 10:45 'sh am for Citibank. Cashed in $25, the teller was my teller when I lost $$$.) @ Food 4 Less next. Called client from there as there's no Greek or Caesar salad, only about 5 salad's left, 1 shrimp salad left, and mostly Garden and Chicken salad. Decided on chicken salad. Got chicken wings glazed, Diet Coke, spinach. Paid with client's check. @ Burger King and got 1 double cheese burger and value fries w/o salt. Prepared lunch. Client had the burger, fries, salad, and Diet Coke. Says salad was just fair. Wanted to call Fire Department to report the "same" palm tree she's been talking whenever she sees the dead leaves. Dialed the Fire Department for her in Lemon Grove. Spoke to a guy in there and says she was told to call the city maintenance. Gave her the Calcium and Atenolol. Also gave about 4 or 5 pain medicine tablets in a ziplock bag. Turned on tv on channel 8 before leaving. Client says she'll call city maintenance later. Wrote check for office. Reminded her about calling bank but says she doesn't want to and that people (including manager) will take care of her. Left about 1:15 'sh pm. (Forgot to return change. Will return it tomorrow.)

Oct. 01 (Tuesday) = Dog outside, client awake. Turned on heater. Gave her the change from yesterday, $7.27, told her I forgot yesterday, says she knows and she's not mad. Wanted bedroom glass window to be cleaned, top of drawers and bedside table. Client had cup of coffee while watching tv. I had wiped bedside table with warm towel, soaked on soapy water as she had directed. Cleaned, polished drawers top. She called CVS again about Loreal, and says she was told that $10 needs to be spend on product alone to have $3 store coupon, sale until Friday.  Rubbed shoulders, back, and legs with pain cream. Client fall asleep. Emptied commode, had swept bedroom. Client awake almost 11 am,continued watching tv. Decided on chicken wings and baked potato for lunch. Client had lunch 11:45 'sh am, glazed 1 chicken leg and 2 wings, and half of baked potato and water for lunch. Enjoyed lunch :) Had a small dessert. small slice of strawberry shortcake. Gave Calcium and Atenolol medicine 12:50 'sh pm. Had a little chit-chat. Remembered oranges. Picked up 2 oranges , washed and left it in the table (kitchen) for client. 2 cheese blintzes still not eaten. Put 5 pain med on its bottle. Left 1:15 pm.

Oct. 02 (Wednesday) = Dog outside. Client sleeping, says she hadn't had sleep last night, dog bad. Heater on throughout the night. Made coffee. Tidied up kitchen. Laundry. Also continued dryer. Watered front lawn and roses at side. Changed bedsheet at vacant room. Client awake. Had coffee. Turned on tv. Went on the closet as she was looking for velvet, brown and black suits. I took out all the clothes out o the closet and went through each. Can't find the items. Client wants another closet to be check too. Done on client's room closet passed 11 am. Prepared lunch and her meals for tomorrow. Client had half o kaiser roll, beef bacon sandwich, and steamed squash and tomatoes, water for drink. Prepared meals for tomorrow: Rice-a-Roni and bacon,and the remaining 2 cheese blintzes and steamed spinach. There's still the frozen glazed chicken wings too. Gave client Calcium and Atenolol. Went through the clothes on the other closet, the vacant room near the kitchen. Found 1 pants she's looking for. Gave her all the white and black pants found. Gave me $5 for Friday for 99 Cents Store, wants 2 graham cookies, and sardines. Hang back all the pants and other clothes she have in the bed. Reminded client tomorrow is Thursday. Left 1:20 'sh pm.

Oct. 03 (Thursday) = OFF!

Oct. 04 ( Friday) = Dropped by to 99 Cents. Got items client wanted and called her, had added some few. Paid with client's money, $5 and added $11.88 with my card. Before or about 9:30 am arrived and dog outside. Client awake. Client had tea. Check on the mailbox. Tidied up kitchen. Client wrote three checks: 1 for $25 to be cashed in, another for $500 for Chase bank and 1 check for Vons. Left past 11 am, @ Citibank first, teller Carlos, deposited check and cashed in 2 checks ($25 and $500.) @ Chase bank next, teller Katara, deposited $500 on client's name. @ Vons around 11:40 'sh, got items on client's list, check red velvet cake and called client as it seems she's not going to like cake, client agreed. Also decided I should go on Burger King instead of making sardines sandwich as there's no time on making. Paid Vons with client's check. @ Burger King next, got 1 double cheese burger, value onion rings and 1 Hershey's chocolate pie. Cost aout $4.61, paid with client's cash. Arrived about 12:20 'sh pm, prepared lunch. Client had the sandwich, onion rings, cheese chips, cole slaw, and Diet Coke for drink. Likes it :) Fall asleep but awakened her before 1 pm for Calcium and Atenolol. Wants to give the 1 graham chocolate cookies to across the street neighboor, "S." Told client maybe tomorrow as it's already hot in there outside. Returned change,and the brown pursue. Showed client the change. Left 1:16 'sh pm.

Oct 06 (Saturday) = Client awake, calling me when I just got in. Wanted some plastic bag brought to her. Brought plastic bag and tidied up the papers in the bedroom. Had tidied up kitchen area. Client had tea. Again with the window cleaner thing. So told client I would go outside and clean glass window outside. Did it and watered front lawn too. Client fall asleep. Emptied commode and changed towel rugs too. Swept bedroom. Soaked the soiled bed sheet from yesterday. Client called CVS for Loreal price and asked for Vidal Sassoon if on sale,spoke to a lady employee, the "ugly and pug nose" joke :) Wrote a check for Vons and gave me $15 for CVS. Left 10:50 'sh am. Went to Vons first and got brown egg and 1 Diet Coke. Paid by check. @ CVS next, got 1 Loreal pink lipstick $9.99. Cashier, Asian guy. Asked him then that I don't get the $3 off coupon, says have to spend $10 an suggested I could buy another product. Told him I'm gonna asked client first. Tried to call client 3x, no answer. Decided to go. Arrived, told her I didn't got $3 off coupon, client mad, called CVS and spoke to manager "Andrea" was told bring back receipt and would give the $3 off coupon. Prepared lunch. Client had sardines sandwich, olives, and water melon, Diet Coke for drink. Loves it :) Made potato pancakes. Prepared medicines for tomorrow. Gave client Atenolol and Calcium about 12:50 'sh pm. Remembers she hadn't paid me yet. Told her I'm going back to CVS. Was asking if I have work afternoon, and she was saying about Smart and Final having the burritos, tamales, etc. Mexican food, made a list of it wants me to go there. Told her I have work. Client mad. Says that other lady I work for could just wait for me. She thought she pays much more anyway. Told her it's the same rate and it doesn't work like that. I need to be on time. I have to call office if I'm gonna late. Also was thinking Rite-Aid has the same too now with the Loreal and was thinking of like buying it there then. SAME PRICE with CVS. So I suggested if it's same price, why not just get it from CVS. Client agreed. Left 12:50 'sh pm. @ CVS. Got 1 more lipstick, red, as she wanted. Andrea, manager was the cashier. Got the coupons off. Paid the remaining balance with my card. Spent $13.58, CVS lipsticks. Got back and gave 2 lipsticks to client. Told her I have to go, already 1:15 pm. Gave me $15 (?) for Smart and Final on Monday. Wanted to be called before I go my way.  Ended up leaving 1:24 pm.
