June 25 ( Monday) As usual when I came in after an off, kitchen was messed, and papers were on the floor, some of it, while the trash was full. Also caught my attention was that ALL the pills I prepared Saturday before I went home hasn't been touch.
I got into client room to check in and let her know I'm already there. Made coffee and prepared morning meds. I was about to tell her she hadn't touched any medicines but she got me first stating that she thought she would stop taking acyrclovir medicines as she got light headed. Still took the medicines I got though.
June 26 (Tuesday) Came in and three sets of acryclovir medicines (for 5 pm, 9 pm, and 1 am) hasn't been touched. Said she experienced chest pain. Watered both front and back lawn. Went to Vons to return DREAM WHIP which worth $5.99. (Got $6 return.) Bought a can of dog food worth 99 cents, bologna and cheese for lunch.
June 27 ( Wednesday) Soaked some soiled dress. Watered back lawn. Gave the pill that should be taken morning at 9 am when I made her coffee. Then did all things has to be done, brushed rug and left to dry outside. Cleaned hallway and room carpet and put 1 white rug on the room. Client emptied her bucket, saw it on the restroom when cleaning carpet. Client then told me to have lunch and just come back after to continue and I could have the tv dinner left on the freezer and 1 piece of bologna. Said "Don't worry 'bout me I'm just sitting here in the can doing nothing and you're doing the work."
I ate the pansit I brought with me Tuesday that I hadn't touched that day. Then I made cheese macaroni for client and zucchini and brought it to her room with the other two medicines (for the bladder and high blood pressure.) Stored the half part of the macaroni on the fridge.
June 28 (Thursday) OFF!
Got a call from client. First at 7 pm about Food For Less and Carl's Jr. Thinking about me going to Food For Less on my way to her place. And get groceries, I should pay first and she would just pay me when her check comes first week of July. Missed call about 7:30 pm. Returned the call passed 8 pm and she gave me list of times she like me to get.
June 29 (Friday)
Went to Food For Less for client's groceries and paid for it. I had spent $25.17. ON my way to her place client called thinking of me going to 99 Cents store. But I said I should go on her place first since I have ice cream with me which will melt if I go to straight 99 Cents. Gave 1 morning pill and coffee. Noticed dog doesn't have enough dog food so I told her. I went to Vons and got 2 dog food cans, Chicken Wings with Honey and checked bakery's special 'coz I was planning to get one but I don't like it, "Lemon pie meringue." I spent $12.12 on Vons. Gave the rest two pills for client when I brought lunch into her room. Watermelon and ice cream for dessert. And we had the Chinese food I brought. And she had soda (Coke.) Had stomach ache after and took 1 Tylenol at 1:20 pm before I left. Asked her before I left if she still wants me to go to 99 Cents store the following day, and said she would think of it, asked me to give her a call when I got home. Client called me early at night to tell me she's all well, thinking it might have been the combination of watermelon and ice cream with the hot foods. Told me to call her later if I have time.
June 30 (Saturday) Called client before 8:20 am, and asked her if she would like me to go straight to 99 Cents before I go to her place. Told me items to get like Cracker Jack, make-up, roses, chicken soup. And told me to give her a call when I got there. Arrived at 99 Cents store just before 9 am in La Mesa. I chose there and not on University Ave. 'coz it's less crowded in there. Got all the items mentioned and I got 2 paper towels too, laundry soap, got 1 left lavender plant for myself (paid separate.) Called client 3 times to tell her I was there and got blush, and was about to ask if she wants me to get lotion. But not answering the phone. I got worried so I decided to just get stuffs and be out in there. They doesn't have roses. Paid $8.42. Client said she will pay me next week when her check arrived on mail.
NOTE: Still owes me $6.44 (but only said to her $6) from last week, Friday June 22 when I got Popeye's for lunch, worth $2.99 fro both of us. $ 25.17 for Food For Less last June 29. $12.12 on Vons that same day. And $8.42 on June 30 at Vons.

Client Went HOH (Hard Of Hearing) Part 2 and June 18 - June 24 Week
June 18 (Monday). Still HOH. She knows she needs to see a doctor but doesn't want to. Even letting her son know. I called the bank and I talked to Gesuald. Mrs. Helen asked for her checking balance since she has to pay my agency $350 that day. So shem ade me make a transfer that there should be $350 in the checking. Got a balance of $363.
June 19 ( Tuesday) Got a call from her son about on what's time the doctor's coming, but he still going to call the physician for the exact time. Maybe about 11 - 11:30 am or 1:30 pm but I would be out 1 pm. So they would try and come around 11 - 11:30 am. And asked if its ok for him to give my number to the mobile physician so they can call for updates on what time they are coming to see Mrs. Helen. Refilled two of Mrs. Helen's medicines.
I got a call about 12:15 noon about them on their way. Mrs. Helen was almost done on her lunch, Whopper's and took a shower earlier. She's watching tv on the room closer to the kitchen. About 12:20 we went on the living room to wait and not even 5 minutes she said she saw a blue car passed by... happens to be the doctor and his assistant. Cleaned Mrs. Helen's ear. And all clear. She can hear again. Doctor got Rite-Aid phone number and would just call for the prescription for Mrs. Helen's s shingles on her back.
June 20 (Wednesday) Watered the lawn (back and front.) Oven roasted chicken fro lunch from Subway. And got a call from the pharmacy about the prescription ready. I got there to pick it up and got 4 medicines. The ones I refilled and the acryclovir for her shingles.
I made the medicine that she's going to take ready. Talked to her about it before I left that she's going to take it the following morning (June 21 at 9:30 am.) All of it has time for taking. 9:30 am: 1:30 pm for the next. Then at 4:30 pm, and 7:30 pm then the last set for the day is going to be at 10:30 pm. I also told her I'm going to call her to remind her about taking the medicines when its time for it.

I called client at 9:30 am... reminding her of her medicines. And she told me she took acryclovir last night! I asked how many? And she said one. Told her she supposed to be starting it today and she should take two pills of it. Said she's itching and still feels there's still something in her ear. Told her not to put any stuff or drops in her ear. She then told me on the phone she's going to the kitchen and take her pills.Told me to call later.
Called before 12:30 pm, mom and I just arrived on the 99 Cents parking lot. Told her she's about to take another set of medicines (acryclovir) in about 30 minutes (1:30 pm.) And she said "Again?" "Oh I should maybe have a skating board (or something) because it wasn't easy for her to go and walk in the kitchen from the bedroom. Called her at 1:30 pm while inside 99 Cents store. And she told me she had taken the medicine.
Called her at 4:30 pm for reminder of the meds. tried twice but she's not picking up the phone. (missed that meds.)
Called at 7:30 pm to remind the meds. for that time but not answering the phone again. So I thought maybe she doesn't want to answer the phone because either she thought I was her grand daughter calling, or she knows it's me reminding her medicine to be taken.
Didn't call her at 10:30 pm for reminder.
June 22 (Friday. Day went just fine.) Went bought lunch from Popeye's and paid for it. Owes me $6. ( I didn't mind the 44 cents as it was $6.44.) Called office to clocked out and was told I don't have to do it anymore ^-^'
June 23 (Saturday) Noticed 1 medicine, acryclovir was on the floor when I was sweeping kitchen floor.

June 12, 2012 (Tuesday) Client keeps on saying about her ear. Like she hears ringing once in a while. And that she wasn't like this before with her hearing. And so I cleaned her ear with buds damped in warm water. And then her hearing got really bad.
But she doesn't want me to tell to her son or not want to see a doctor.
June 13, 2012 )Wednesday) I spent an hour outside, the door was locked. Tried to call Mrs. Helen but she can't hear the phone ringing or the dog barking or me knocking at the back door. So I spent 15 minutes watering the back lawn, with thoughts that after watering I would call her again or maybe before I finish watering she would be up opening the door and letting the dog out. But she didn't. So I called the office, 9:20 am and told Ms. Patty.
Then I went knocking on the window by her bedroom. The dog keep on barking at me and heard Mrs. Helen mad at the barking dog, so I knew she's ok.. at least :) I kept on knocking and knocking hoping she would peek on the window wondering what's the dog barking at.. but she didn't. I managed to open one of the windows and she saw me.
She gave me a key that day but didn't want me to make a duplicate as I will have to spend money if I did.

June 15 ( Friday) She still can't hear. I'm worried.
June 16 ( Saturday) I decided I would call her son and let him know eventhough Mrs. Helen doesn't want me to. I called her son Mark 12 noon. He then told me he would probably send a mobile doctor early next week.
But she doesn't want me to tell to her son or not want to see a doctor.

Week Of June 11 - June 16 (The Whole Week)
Alright, Monday went fine. Went to Vons and bought some groceries. Fried chicken for lunch, soda, small dessert envelope and writing pad.Client asked how much the writing pad and envelope and when I told her $ 6.99 and $5.28 or something, she said too much and wants it to be returned.
Then following day Tuesday, we went through the closet and looking for a black dress and a bag. But didn't find it. Client was complaining about her ear, hears some ringing one in a while. Cleaned it with warm cotton buds but didn't helped. Said sometimes she uses the ear drops herself. I went to Walmart on College Grove Ave. and bought muffins and lawn fertilizer using my debit card. Client paid me cash for muffins. And still owes me for the lawn fertilizer, $10.77 Wondering how she's gonna pay me, always worries about her money on the bank not enough for the expenses and such.
Wednesday, I dropped by to Vons before I went to client's home. Returned enveloped and writing pad and I got Vons gift card. Still can hardly hear. Talked to me on the phone and can't hear me. Paid $146
Just for the jot down, for the last month of May the client owes me more than $200. And that was because of the carpet steamer and the phone I bought. She called the stores, (both stores where she or I got the items.) The first steamer I got at Target and paid for it using my own debit card and weeks after it she learned of a cheaper carpet steamer from Big Lots, about $49 and she decided I return the first one to the closest Target store in her place and get the other one at Big Lots together with the phone. On my way to her place, I dropped by to Big Lots to get the products as it was close in my way, I mean right in the way I take going to her place so she suggested I should just dropped by in there instead of going to her place first and later on making another trip. And so I did.
And another thing or item that adds up to the piling up money was that able set she asked me to get from Big Lots too. White small table with two chairs for the patio.
And also there are times I would go shopping in nearby Vons with her check and later on if I got to the "wrong" cashier they would asked me for some ID, and when I do give my "own" ID, they would ask for the client's ID and I don't have any of her ID since client can't remember where she put her ID. And so I would end up paying it on my card and I would just tell her when I got back. Also instead of sending me to the bank to withraw and do the shopping, either stores and on the 99 Cents store, I would just go there and used my card. And from buying lunch sometimes.
But then, I got paid already June 5, 2012 with the remaining $146.93. I just let go of the cents so I can say I got paid $146. :)
