Feb. 25 (Monday) = Client awake, dog outside. Brought dog back inside and went to client's room. Told me she was about to call me last night as she can't find the fashion amethyst ring she wants me to exchange to Kmart, she thought I have it with me/keeping it for that reason. Told her I don't have it as I don't want to carry any of her items with me. She really did believed I have it with me and I told her I gave it back to her. We went looking for it and I found it in her black purse. Made client coffee, had coffee and took her am blood pressure med., Told me about her son's call last night, she was surprised he was nice to her, and asked him if she needs a doctor as she said her arthritis got into her, and if she wants to have a ride in a car, and that she had told her granddaughter she hadn't had dinner which worries her son and called her. Told her they were probably going to visit her on Sunday. Did cleaned kitchen, swept client's room and carpets, washed dishes, and had dried clothes. Decided on Subway. Left about 10:35 am and got tuna sandwich from Subway, had spent $5.40 with my card. Client had half of the tuna sandwich for lunch @ about 11:40 am, had some leftover sweet yams, and some of the salad I made for her that she requested :) Had that berry tea for drink which she didn't really like. Picked up oranges as client wanted. Fell asleep when I'm about to give her vit. and other blood pressure med. and the oranges. Had her tv on in the room on channel 08. :) Woke her up about 5 minutes to 1 pm. Took 2 Tylenols and hadn't had her other meds. She gave me some oranges (I took 4) and she had called her bank to transfer needed amount to her checking. Passed me the phone to give the teller client's account number. (Employee was a guy.) 1:17 pm when I left.
Feb. 26 (Tuesday) = Client awake, in her room with the dog, mess on the kitchen and the floor. Told me she was feeling lightheaded. Client talked to me about the call she had received from her bank, from "C," said she was told she's doing her check the wrong and wants it to be thrown away. And client was upset with how "C" had answered her after she asked about her balance and client replied, "that wasn't that bad," and client said "C" also said, "that wasn't bad at all," and client didn't liked it as she feels she wasn't really told with her "current" balance. Still again with her arthritis pain, and was talking to me about corned beef brisket from Food 4 Less so told her I could drop by there tomorrow. And told her I need to get more dog food for today. Had put dog outside as dog still want to go outside (client said dog had been out for about 2 hours) then made coffee. Started on changing bedsheet as it is wet, client said she had spilled water in there. Client had coffee and I continued with the bedsheet changing. Client went back to bed and lied down, fall asleep. Damped her left big foot with the mixture of apple cider and warm water, bandaged it. She woke up for few minutes and took 1 Tylenol at 10 am. Did laundry and cleaning the kitchen. Left at about 10:35 am for Vons. Got 3 Priority dog foods for 65 cents in a pack, chocolate dessert. Spent $ with my card. Then dropped by to Great Wall Express Chinese food and got orange chicken, lo mein, and beef and broccoli and a med. Diet Coke drink for $5.49 + tax. Spent total of $ with my card. Client had lunch about 11:40 something. Had lo mein, broccoli, and orange chicken and half of the soda pop. Gave her a slice of the dessert by 12:16 pm. Client had asked me to call Scripps and asked for over the counter for Osteoporosis. Had showed her the $2163 bill from United Healthcare Secure Horizons. Called Scripps Pharmacist told me calcium. Also had talked to client that I am planning on going to Rite-Aid to get her pain cream. Was already in the car when I remembered to check the vitamins she was taking. Went back inside and saw Calcium vitamins, so told client she already ahs calcium but wasn't really taking it. went to Rite-Aid and got Rite-Aid brand pain cream, spent $2. something with my card. got back and gave client the cream and her vitamin and other blood pressure med. Already 1:15 pm when I left.
Feb. 27 (Wednesday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less, got there about 5 mins. before 9 am and called client about corned beef brisket price being $7.+ something and says ok. And then says now she thinks of it groceries is time consuming while I could be there doing something else. Got veges., dog foods, 2 Campbell's soups, 2 tuna, and bologna for sandwich for lunch. Spent $22 + with my card. Arrived to client's place about 9:30 am, dog outside and client awake. Made coffee and gave her morning blood pressure med. Put clothes she wanted to yard sale outside again, continued doing laundry and cleaned kitchen, while client had fallen asleep. She had lunch about 11:40's, had bologna sandwich, steamed spinach and squash, and water for drink. Maybe about 15 minutes to 1 pm, put clothes back inside, and gave client vitamins and her other blood pressure med. Talked to her about the SDG&E bill of $488.69 she needs to pay as it will be due on March 1.Client wrote a check and called bank for the amount needed in her checking, she asked me to make the call and a lady employee answered the phone. Passed the phone to client when I was asked about the last 4 digit of her SS number. Also had prepared another bologna sandwich for her with steamed spinach and squash, which ready on teh fridge, also have still, the Chinese lo mein and broccoli, and salad in there and the pot pie. Left the corned beef brisket on low setting. Already left at 1:15 pm and went after the mailman which was on the neighborhood, caught up with the mailman and gave SDG&E outgoing mail. Called client to let her know about it and reminded her about the corned beef.
Feb. 28 (Thursday) = OFF!
March 01 (Friday) = Client awake, dog outside, brought dog back inside. Client talked to me about the corned beef brisket I left Wednesday on the crook pot, told me she had told me left it on soup pot so I said my sorry as I thought she means crook pot. Then had informed me the dog had the meat! Says it feels like stone, dog snatched it from her, she got some had it in the room and dog got it again. Hasn't heard complains about the arthritis pain but when I asked about it lunch time says she still has it but wasn't as bad the other days. Had boiled egg for breakfast but doesn't want either tea or coffee, that was before 10 am and also had her am morning med. for blood pressure. Client sleep most part of my 4 hours while I cleaned the kitchen, did laundry, etc. Also garbage bin and 2 bins for the dry leaves was collected today. :) Made tuna sandwich for lunch, and woke up client for lunch. She had the sandwich with steamed squash and zucchini and water for drink. Told her her vitamin and other blood pressure med. are in the kitchen table for later this afternoon. Told me she got another call from Scripps Clinic from a male employee asking if she wants to make an appointment, but then weary about how to go there as she told him the young lady working for her doesn't know how (but told me she's weary about the over $2k billing she's been receiving on the mail, which is why she's wasn't sure about going in there and the trouble with her pain.) Gave her her check as it arrived today, along with other mails from United Healthcare (plan information) for both husband and her, and 1 deliquent account mail for her husband. Left already 1:17 pm, client watching tv on her room.
March 02 (Saturday) = Dog was outside on leased and client awake in room. Talked to client in the room for a while, told me she didn't took the vitamin and blood pressure med. I left yesterday for her to take as she wanted to try if it was causing her bladder trouble, let her know I'm there and went on with cleaning, kitchen floor was a mess with rice krispies, then brewed coffee. Client had fallen asleep, but then had woekn up when I went to room to clean, so I had brought her coffee. Swept client's room and change rug, continued doing the laundries. Past 11:30, went to her room, letting her know I'm ready to deposit her check and go to Vons as she needs groceries/ foods for tomorrow, gave me a list to get, and decided on Burger King's double cheese burger and fries. Client wrote two checks, 1 for me for her payment for the $216.05 she owes me for groceries and lunches (just told her $216.) Then the other check is to cash in $50 for Burger King and Vons. Then off I went to the bank, then I realized while still on the parking lot that I don't have the check I have to deposit, called client and told her that. Drove back to client's place to get her check I need to deposit, also had a note for me saying she also wants me to get soda pop and rub (which she already told me when I called her.) Got her check and drove back to bank. guy named, Julian (?) took cared of the transaction, told him I needed to cash in the checks and that client wants to put rest of the money on the savings, but says he will just put the rest on teh checking, as he can't do that, client needs to call bank to put rest of the money on savings, so I said ok then. About 11:35 am, I'm back on the parking lot and went next to Burger King, got two double cheese burger, and fries with no salt, spent about $5+, then went next to Vons, at about 11:44 am, got few items listed, ther ub, Diet Coke, small dessert for 99 cents (bread pudding,) 2 tv dinners, 1 mushroom soup, and the glazed chicken wings, spent about $25+ from Vons. Got back past 12 pm, started heating fries on the stove, and client learned I'm already back when she started calling for me. Client had lunch at 12:22 pm, double cheese burger, fries, and half of the bread pudding and water for drink, while I steamed veges, (squash, zucchini and carrots) and started on shampooing the carpet on the vacant room. Dog ate, and put outside on leased. Went on to asked client for me to ready the shower and she talkes about having plastic cups and another soda pop, so I said I could go to Rite-Aid and just grab the soda pop, cups, and also wants me to get cheese cracker and gave me $4. I was already on the car outside, then I decided to get back inside and ask client as $4 wasn't enough I think for the items, told her soda pop is about $1, the cups are about $2+, then the cracker, but then she said that cups doesn't need to be fancy and such so I said ok, thou I know it's going to be short. Arrived to Rite-Aid and found cups for $1, then soda pop for 99 cents, and Cheese_It crackers are more than $2, called client about it. Paid with $4.25 with clients money and paid the remaining balance of .30 cents with my card. Got back, and prepared shower. Client had shower, tried to have the dog on the shower but dog won't move, so client just decided to give up on showering the dog before the dog bits either of us, or get mad, or growl. Put dog outside instead while client's finished. Client watches tv on the vacant room, put rub on her legs. Then told her I will change bed sheets on her room, remembered about this show she want to watch for the night and wants me to see it, walks in her room as I change the bed sheets as she said she wants to call Cox and ask the channel for me. Then I also continued shampooing the hallway and client's room. Fixes kitchen and cleaned fridge and put dog back inside before I left. Left at about past 3:15 pm already. Left mails on the kitchen for client's son to look at.
P.S. Clients granddaughter called me while client's having lunch, just wondering if client had told me about them coming for a visit tomorrow. :)

Feb. 18 - Feb. 24
Feb. 18 (Monday) = Dropped to 99 Cents store, called client from there letting her know they got insects sticky traps and I got it. Also had told me to get some few other more items. Paid $3.20 with clients money and I paid for the rest of the balance, spent $5.87 with my card. Store doesn't have the Whopper malted balls so I dropped by next to Rite-Aid and got only 1 as it went higher in price, cost $1.49 which I paid with my card. Got to clients place @ 9:30 am, awake, made her coffee. Damped left big toe with tsp. each mixture of apple cider and warm water, cut toenails on both feet, just the big toes. Told her about the Whopper, and she told me about her calling Rite-Aid Saturday night, and having 2 Whoppers set aside, so she wants me to go to Rite-Aid again on my way to getting lunch and tell employee about her call, and just return the Whopper I got and get soda pop instead in case they already put back the 2 Whoppers back on the aisle. Called Burger King and asked if they still have the 2 original chicken sandwich for $4.99, and says yes. Before I left, client asked client if she want me to get soda pop in case they still have the 2 Whoppers in there for her. Left 10:35 already and went to Rite-Aid first, the Filipino guy was the cashier (believed his name was Jordan) and he looked for the 2 Whoppers, wasn't in there and candies we're back in the aisle, so I just returned the 1 Whopper I got for $1.49 and got Diet Coke for price of 99 cents. Still have a change of .27 cents. Then went next to Burger King, got 2 original chicken sandwich and a value fries. Spent $6.03. with my card. Got back about 11 am or before 11 . Saw Merillee on her way to client, and she parked across the street. Told it to client. She, "M," took some time before coming inside and clients wonders why. "M" was only inside the clients house for few minutes, says hi and went outside. Client called Rite-Aid afterwards as I told her I had returned the Whopper as they already don't have the 2 Whoppers she had called to set aside Saturday night. Was preparing lunch at 11:30 am, and she called me in her room few minutes later telling me her call to Rite-Aid and she won against them, that they are going to get 2 Whoppers for her and sell it for $1 each. Client had lunch before 12 noon, had orig. chicken sandwich, fries, steamed zucchini, and Diet Coke fro drink. Left for Rite-Aid at 12:15 pm while client having lunch to pick up the 2 Whoppers for her. Had already paid the items, 2 Whoppers, with the Mexican lady. :) Spent $2.00 with my card. Called her from there as the Filipina employee had told me Bridge Mix is on sale, called client to ask if she wanted me to get it also, and says yes. Paid with my card again and spent, $5.00. Got back almost 12:35 pm, client doesn't want to take her other blood pressure med. and vit. and she also hadn't taken her morning medicine. Asked me to pick up oranges and lemons for "M." So I did. Wrote a check for the office, but hasn't called her bank, says she will call her bank later. Turned on tv on vacant room before I left. Left at 1:10 pm.
Feb. 19 (Tuesday) = Client awake, with the dog. Chit-chatted with me about the dog being good, her yard sale plan, etc. Noticed dog wasn't barking like he usually do. Also some dog "number 2" on the steps, on the cement, like he had dragged his butt in there, and some in the kitchen. Also a mess on the carpet on the vacant room near the kitchen. Dog lying down on the backdoor, put him outside on leased. Made client tea. Didn't took any of her meds., again today. Checked dog outside and he was constipated. Put dog back inside about 10 am when client was calling the dog. Tidied up/cleaned kitchen and dried towels on the dryer, did laundry. Then client considered Popeyes for lunch, but when I'm ready to go, she said again about the chicken being salty, last time it's salty and she decided to call Popeye and ask them/tell them that if they think the chicken is salty, they shouldn't sell it to us or we aren't going to buy it. She called and Asian employee answered call. Turns out it was the employee she was talking about that was rude to her before. She then passed the phone to me, I talked to the employee and she said that client has been making calls before telling them the chicken being salty, yet she keeps on coming back. But then she explained they can't change the recipe for that.So I suggested client just not to get chicken in there, I could just get chicken from Vons, and we have a coupon for it, the chicken she likes, the "honey glazed chicken." She wrote a check and I went to Vons. Got the Foster Farms honey glazed chicken, dessert, which she said she doesn't like icing but I still end up getting strawberry shortcake (which has icing,) told her she could just scrape off icing, got 2 Kaiser rolls, more dog food and cream style can of corn. Also got the rub cream and Tylenol in there, spent $31 and some cents with clients check. Got back before 11:30 am and prepared lunch after a while. Client's granddaughter called me while preparing lunch and just as client had told me, granddaughter will call to ask me about the perfume brand she's using (Japanese cherry blossom.) Client had lunch before 12 noon, had 3 pieces of chicken, steamed zucchini, and slice of dessert which I had scraped off most of the icing) and water for drink. Client had fallen asleep for a while, and again talked about having the sale on Friday. Turned on tv on the vacant room, client inviting me to stay and watch tv, but I said I have to go and accompany my mom to her mammogram appointment. Left about 1:10 pm.
Feb. 20 (Wednesday) = A windy day. :) Dog was behind the backdoor as I unlocked door with the key. Dog was happy to see me :) And I noticed he was alright now. Client awake, sitting on the bed, had taken off the rug on the side. Put dog outside as dog started barking, then went back to client's room and she had been sleeping. So I took the time to shampoo the "dog's mess" on the vacant room's carpet. Probably had shampooed it for about 4 times to make it really look better, but had brought dog back after I'm done with my first shampooing. Had stopped the shampooing in between and sprayed the kitchen floor with cleaner then went back on shampooing and when the water had been emptied, then I would go back on the kitchen and wipe the floor I had sprayed (giving it sometime to loosen dirt.) Client awake, trying to make calls, had been trying to call Walmart and Kmart. Said to me I could have the roll for lunch but don't worry about er as she wasn't that hungry. Was steaming veges (carrots, brussells, and zucchini) while I brought rug outside and washed two rugs. Got back and prepared lunch, cooked bacon, made call to Kmart as client asked me to to ask if store had already restocked on fashion rings. Talked to employee and says they only have the heart-shaped rings and hadn't restock yet. Client had lunch past 12 pm, had half of the kaiser roll with bacon, steamed veges,. some watermelon and water for drink. Also had prepared her meals for tomorrow, made tuna and pasta, and baked potato and salad are still on the fridge untouched. Still hadn't taken her medicine for today. Turned on tv a little past 1 pm. Had put some Tylenol on plastic bag to make it easier for client to access, and she had taken 1 Tylenol. Again had chit-chatted, about the same issues :) about her neighbors, her granddaughter, the yard sale, the dog, etc. And I ended up getting out at 1:44 pm.
Feb. 21 (Thursday) = OFF! Saw client's twice missed calls. So I called her back at 7:26 pm. Finished talking with her at 8:10 pm. Was talking about sales shoes, Akins, Marie Callender's, and that she should be spreenging for lunch, her arthritis pain, her husband, the dog, her selling clothes tomorrow. Reminded me of her wanting me to come tomorrow later, 10 am and go home later too.
Feb. 22 (Friday) = Arrived to client before 10 am, client was standing in her walker on the kitchen, dog on leased outside, and when I got inside the kitchen she said she's going back in her room now. Again with that arthritis pain. Showed me prices she had written down and sale signs. Made her coffee and she had her coffee back in her room, also took her morning blood pressure med., Told her she hasn't been taking it for 3 days now. Went through the closet and showed her each clothes, then she gives on what prices she wants to sell each, ranging from $2, to $10 -$15, $20-$25, and one is $200 which is a leather jacket. Went to Burger King and got 2 double cheese burger, 1 value fries/no salt, and an apple pie. Paid for it and spent $5.49 with my card. Took 1 Tylenol. Got back by 11:30 am and client had lunch. A little past 12 noon put the two tables by the side, topped with newspaper and put clothes in there. Also put radio on sounds on the living room as client wanted to. She then went to the vacant room and watch her show 1:15 pm, then went back to room as dog barking. Maybe about 10 minutes or so before 1 pm, client wanted to add bags on her sale but I said almost 2 pm, time for me to go, and she said put the tables back in there again tomorrow with the bags on the cups hangers. Brought back clothes in the house and tables back in the backyard. Reminded her of the tuna pasta that was on the fridge and her vitamin. (and other blood pressure med., on the kitchen table.) Left past 2 pm, tv on on the room and turned off the other one. Exactly past 1:15 when I already left.
Feb. 23 (Saturday) = Client awake, dog outside on leased. Brought dog back inside and ent to client's room. Was told doesn't have to bring back clothes on sale right away back outside, not until after I got back from the grocery. Also wanted me to go to Rite-Aid, nd Vons, decide to go to Akins. Wrote two checks: for Rite-Aid and Vons. Suggestedfor her to call the bank and check her balance as she might not have enough. Client called her bank, talke to a guy employee (I had given client's bank account number to him and passed back phone to client.) Then call was ended and client said she only had $2 balance in her checking. And I said, "and?" client paused......and I said if she had transferred money from her savings since she said she only have $2 left. And she said NO, that she didn't transferred. And so I asked what about the 2 checks she wrote for me to use? And she said then I might have to charge it on my card. So I said ok. (golly.) Calle Akins and put order, the usual. Told lady I would be there by 10 am. Already 10:42 or something when I left so I just went first to Ains, picked up order and paid with my card. Spent $ with my card. Then went secon to Vons, got the dog foods, 1 mushroom soup, 2 tv dinners. Had spent $ with my card.About 10:33 am when I got done from Vons. Then dropped by last to Rite-Aid. Called client from there and asked her what candy she want me to get and to picke up 2 Bridge Mix she said she had called the sotre to set aside. Also she asked me to get mascara, said she called Rite-Aid and was tol mascara are buy 1 get 2nd 50% off, and want soda pop too. Called her again about the mascara, got the on she want, brown, black. But that's the only one left, the other, only one left in there was black, (blaackest) but still want me to get that and just maybe exchange it later. Also got Diet Coke. Spent $28+ with my card. Got back about 11 am or so, client sleeping so didn't wake her up. Started doing work as I haven't one anything serious with my work when I got in there. Then later client woke up and asked about making sweet yam. Made steamed veges too (carrots, brussells, and zucchini.) Then made canne yam instead on the stove. Client had lunch a little past 12 noon. Client had corned beef sandwich, steamed veges, sweet yam and soda pop for drink. Also told me we might have to get the clothes outside on Monday. Fall saleep after lunch. Then was trying to give her other blood pressure med. and vitamin but se said she had 1 tylenol. About 5 minutes or so before 1 pm, wanted me to call operator and she waned to ask for Bath and Body Works in San Ysidro as granddaughter said the lotion / cream she had before wasn't on sale so kinda like she not going to order it yet. Client also had talking me into maybe I wanna go to Sn Ysidro, and then I could buy her lotion too. Told her I'm not going on there though. Called operator and got BBW in Sn Ysidro. eft already 1:27 pm.

Again with that arthritis pain. Showed me prices she had written down and sale signs. Made her coffee and she had her coffee back in her room, also took her morning blood pressure med., Told her she hasn't been taking it for 3 days now. Went through the closet and showed her each clothes, then she gives on what prices she wants to sell each, ranging from $2, to $10 -$15, $20-$25, and one is $200 which is a leather jacket. Went to Burger King and got 2 double cheese burger, 1 value fries/no salt, and an apple pie. Paid for it and spent $5.49 with my card. Took 1 Tylenol. Got back by 11:30 am and client had lunch. A little past 12 noon put the two tables by the side, topped with newspaper and put clothes in there. Also put radio on sounds on the living room as client wanted to. She then went to the vacant room and watch her show 1:15 pm, then went back to room as dog barking. Maybe about 10 minutes or so before 1 pm, client wanted to add bags on her sale but I said almost 2 pm, time for me to go, and she said put the tables back in there again tomorrow with the bags on the cups hangers. Brought back clothes in the house and tables back in the backyard. Reminded her of the tuna pasta that was on the fridge and her vitamin. (and other blood pressure med., on the kitchen table.) Left past 2 pm, tv on on the room and turned off the other one. Exactly past 1:15 when I already left.
Feb. 23 (Saturday) = Client awake, dog outside on leased. Brought dog back inside and ent to client's room. Was told doesn't have to bring back clothes on sale right away back outside, not until after I got back from the grocery. Also wanted me to go to Rite-Aid, nd Vons, decide to go to Akins. Wrote two checks: for Rite-Aid and Vons. Suggestedfor her to call the bank and check her balance as she might not have enough. Client called her bank, talke to a guy employee (I had given client's bank account number to him and passed back phone to client.) Then call was ended and client said she only had $2 balance in her checking. And I said, "and?" client paused......and I said if she had transferred money from her savings since she said she only have $2 left. And she said NO, that she didn't transferred. And so I asked what about the 2 checks she wrote for me to use? And she said then I might have to charge it on my card. So I said ok. (golly.) Calle Akins and put order, the usual. Told lady I would be there by 10 am. Already 10:42 or something when I left so I just went first to Ains, picked up order and paid with my card. Spent $ with my card. Then went secon to Vons, got the dog foods, 1 mushroom soup, 2 tv dinners. Had spent $ with my card.About 10:33 am when I got done from Vons. Then dropped by last to Rite-Aid. Called client from there and asked her what candy she want me to get and to picke up 2 Bridge Mix she said she had called the sotre to set aside. Also she asked me to get mascara, said she called Rite-Aid and was tol mascara are buy 1 get 2nd 50% off, and want soda pop too. Called her again about the mascara, got the on she want, brown, black. But that's the only one left, the other, only one left in there was black, (blaackest) but still want me to get that and just maybe exchange it later. Also got Diet Coke. Spent $28+ with my card. Got back about 11 am or so, client sleeping so didn't wake her up. Started doing work as I haven't one anything serious with my work when I got in there. Then later client woke up and asked about making sweet yam. Made steamed veges too (carrots, brussells, and zucchini.) Then made canne yam instead on the stove. Client had lunch a little past 12 noon. Client had corned beef sandwich, steamed veges, sweet yam and soda pop for drink. Also told me we might have to get the clothes outside on Monday. Fall saleep after lunch. Then was trying to give her other blood pressure med. and vitamin but se said she had 1 tylenol. About 5 minutes or so before 1 pm, wanted me to call operator and she waned to ask for Bath and Body Works in San Ysidro as granddaughter said the lotion / cream she had before wasn't on sale so kinda like she not going to order it yet. Client also had talking me into maybe I wanna go to Sn Ysidro, and then I could buy her lotion too. Told her I'm not going on there though. Called operator and got BBW in Sn Ysidro. eft already 1:27 pm.

Feb. 11 - Feb. 17
Feb. 11 (Monday) = Client sitting on the kitchen chair when I arrived, dog wanting to go outside. Put dog outside on leased, and client chit chatting with me as she goes to see the Sunday newspaper I just brought in. Was talking about calling the handyman who fixed the leak in front, as she wants man to wait for her next months check, also talking about her son's call, about her husband being drive by their son to visit the house. Made client tea and had her morning blood pressure med. Complaining about the arthritis pain today, and I noticed she had oranges and lemon. Past 9:30 am client walked back to her room, did tidied up her bedroom and cleaned kitchen area. Had 1 Aleve before 10 am with tea, had chit chatted with me, telling stories about her neighbors. Gave me $4 cash ($1 bills) and quarters, (all total of $5.40) includes tax for tuna, Subway, for lunch, then wrote a check for Vons as she wants me to get small dessert, soda pop, and stamps. Left about maybe 10:40 am something, went to Subway first and got the tuna sandwich, then next to Vons. Spent $8 and something with clients check on Vons: chocolate fudge for less than $2, bought 1 tv dinner (turkey pot pie,) and got brown eggs. And when I was done paying with clients check, I remembered about getting a book of stamps, so I got stamps, and paid for it. Spent $9.20 with my card. Got back almost 11:30 am, and went preparing lunch. Client said she will take another 1 Aleve tablet, but wants to wait for lunch so I won't walk back and forth :) Client had lunch before 12 noon, had half of the tuna sandwich, coleslaw, small slice of chocolate fudge, less than half of a big potato (baked it,) and Diet Coke for drink. Enjoyed her lunch. :) Had prepared client pasta with sauteed veges., zucchini, and carrots. Also had prepared salad. :) Client had fallen asleep, doesn't wanted to take her vit. and other blood pressure med. as she believes she's taking too much med. and thinks it is responsible for what she feels. went back to sleep. Woke her up when I was about to go, to fill up the date on the check. She has a check ready for office but doesn't have date in it, also has to call her bank for transfers as she don't have enough money on her checking. I called bank and male employee talked to client. Also had called handyman, Andrew and told him client wants to ask him if he could wait until next month's 3rd to be paid as client doesn't have enough cash/money, the guy agreed. :) Log off, about 1:10 pm.
Feb. 12 (Tuesday) = Client awake, while dog was tangled up on the hose and barking when I pulled into the driveway. Client talked to me about the talk she had with her granddaughter and son last night, said she had mentioned to her son about the phone call we made yesterday to the handyman. Client doesn't want coffee nor tea. But asked for a boiled egg. She had 1 boiled egg, at 9:30 am, and had called her son as she wanted me to, just to tell her son I'm not gonna go with the handyman. Son also had asked me to ask client to sign 8 checks and securely send it to him to pay clients bills. Client wasn't happy with it, and tried to call her husband. Cleaned spilled dog food on client's bedroom, also the dog's poop on the carpet going to the kitchen, on the vacant room. Had shampooed carpet too from there to bedroom. Client had fallen asleep, and I went to Great Wall Express to get Chinese food. Got there about 10 mins. early before they open, but opened as they saw a customer on their parking spot :) Got lo mein, orange chicken and beef and broccoli and a Diet Coke, Spent $5.93 with my card. Got back with client still sleeping. Few mins. later heard client on the phone, and called me as I was about to warm up her lunch. She was just on the phone, called Popeyes and told me their Tuesdays special, $1.49. Told client I already got the Chinese food, but I could go to Popeyes to get their Tuesday $1.49 special so she could either have the chicken or Chinese food, whichever she wanted for lunch today. got to Popeyes and Chinese employee (Hope,) took cared of me. :) Spent $2.68 with my card. Steamed some zucchini, and client had it with her lunch a little past 12 noon, had mild chicken, half apple pie, and the steamed zucchini, water for drink. Client took her vit. and other blood pressure med. about or a little after 12:30 pm. Had fall asleep after that. Still has her tv dinner on the freezer, the salad and pasta I had prepared yesterday. Also had prepared her some Chinese food (lo mein, beef and broccoli and orange chickens) on a plate and had it on the fridge. Left 1:04 pm.
Feb. 13 (Wednesday) = Dog on leased outside, client awake. Had tea later on, had talked to her about the medicine ready for pick up, says we would talk about it later, says again that she doesn't think medicine are helping as she goes on and on on the commode. Told her again that she hasn't been taking the bladder medicine because she doesn't want to, what she's taking are the blood pressure medicines. Then she thought about getting Subway sandwich for lunch as she already touched the Chinese food. Went and did tidying up/ cleaning kitchen, and client had fallen asleep. Awakened when the phone rings, and we had talked about kinds of Subway sandwiches, she had chosen turkey breast sandwich, also told her I'm going to pick up the medicine from Rite-Aid, told me to list down whatever I will spend with it, (so with that said, I got it that I'm going to pay for it.) Also asked me to get candy, and told her I'm going to get a can of dog food, and that I'm going to call her from there. Left past 10:30 am, went to Subway first, got turkey breast sandwich, spent $5.40 with my card. Tried to call client to tell her I'm on my way back and just finished, if there's something else she wants, but phone was busy. Got there maybe past 11:15 am, client sitting in bed, and says she's been trying to contact me as she had changed her mind about getting the grape jelly, and also wants the Swiss Miss to be returned when she learned the price ($2.49) or something. She had 1 milk ball. Prepared lunch past 11:30 am, made steamed vegetables ((brussels, carrots, and zucchini.) Client had lunch past 12 pm, had half of the turkey breast sandwich, steamed vegetables, coleslaw and remaining soda pop from yesterday I put in a cup on the fridge. Enjoyed her lunch. :) Had fallen asleep after lunch. Awakened about 10 minutes or less before 1 pm, asked her if she wants me to dropped by to Food 4 Less on Friday, but can't seem to decide and asked me to call her. So told her I'm just going to call her tomorrow night (Thursday.) Had turned on tv on the vacant room. Also was asked to turn on heater higher (now on 83) as she is still cold, she knows it's now on 83 and aware about her son had told her about the temperature not higher than 76. Had left past 1:10 pm.
Feb. 14 (Thursday) = OFF!
Feb. 15 (Friday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less for groceries that client and I had listed for me to get last night when I called her. Got there about 10 mins. or less before 9 am. God dog foods, roast beef which is more than $6, veges., watermelon, mushroom soup, Lipton black (berry) tea, two tv dinners, beef bacon. Had spent $37.75 with my card. Arrived at client's place about 9:40 or so, dog outside on leased. Brought groceries inside, and dog back inside, went back outside as I forgot my lunch bag but can't get in as the door was now completely closed and locked! Tapped on client's window in front and told her I can't get inside, so she went and opened back door. :) Cleaned kitchen a bit, and stored groceries, while client walked back to her room, with her arthritis pain. Made her the tea I just got (black tea, berry,) took it in her room with her morning blood pressure med. which she took. Client had fallen asleep after a while and I wiped/cleaned her bedside table. Also had bandaged her left big toe (had damped it with hydrogen peroxide) as she says it still hurts then falls asleep again, says she was up a lot last night going back and forth in the commode. Still thinks the med. wasn't doing good for her but told her again it was the blood pressure meds. she's taking as she doesn't wanna take her bladder med. And she had taken Aleve (2 tablets) about 11:15 am while I was tidying up her room. Then went on to prepare lunch at 11:30 am. Client had lunch past 12 pm, had roast beef sandwich, water melons, some steamed zucchini and water for drink. Wasn't really satisfied with the watermelon as she says, it wasn't really ripe yet. Then had her small slice of cheese cake for the dessert before 12:30 pm. Had fallen asleep again but wakes up about 20 or 15 mins. before 1 pm. Brought her vit. and other blood pressure med. to take, but she was putting pain cream so asked me instead to put meds., on the table and she would take it later. Turned on tv on the vacant room, for the "The Talked" show. Left about 1:10 pm.
Feb. 16 (Saturday) = Dog on the kitchen, client in the bedroom, awake. Had put dog outside, went to client and still complains a bit about her arthritis pain, and her trips to the commode, which she moved closer to her side. Wants to try not taking her medicines for the whole day. Had a boiled egg past 9:30 am. Dabbed equal part of warm water and apple cider vinegar ( 1 tsp. each) with cotton, on her big toe, on the left foot. Client fall asleep while I wrapped big toe in gauge and bandage. Client continued sleeping, while I made tuna sandwich for her meal to stack on the fridge. Cleaned kitchen, and tidied up things. Client woke up maybe before 11 am or about 11 am, asked me if I want Oreo cookies and cheese for sandwich, told her I could get the items if she wanted me to get those. She then wrote a check for Rite-Aid for most of the items she wants me to get, told her I also have to return 2 items to Rite-Aid (Swiss Miss and grape jelly) and use the refund on Vons for the cheese. Went to Rite-Aid, got 2 Ore chocolate cookies for 79 cents each, and 2 Whoppers for 99 cents each, while they don't have the sticky pad she wants for ants/roaches, and yard sale sign. Returned the items, got the cash refund and I paid with the check, about $3+. Went to Vons next and got cheddar cheese for almost $3, paid with cash, $5. Got back to client house, 11:44 am, started making bacon for sandwich. And client called my name, she said she doesn't know I'm back, but just called me to see I'm already there :) Then I realized I forgot the pain cream. Client had lunch about 12:10 pm, had bacon sandwich, steamed spinach and 2 Oreo cookies and water for drink. Told her I'm going back to Rite-Aid as I forgot to get the pain cream. Went back to Rite-Aid while client is having lunch. Got a Rite-Aid brand pain cream and paid with my card, $4.36. Got back at 12:30 pm. Washed dishes, tidied up kitchen, and prepared clients medicine for tomorrow. Client was sleeping, woke her up just to say me have to go :) Gave me $3+ for 99 Cents Store on Monday and told me whatever I spend more, just list it. Left @ about 1:10 pm.

Feb. 04 - Feb. 10
Feb. 04 (Monday) = Had called client I'd be late as I can't open the garage door all way up, I got stuck. Got there 9:20 am, client awake. Asked for a scrambled egg but doesn't want either coffee or tea. Tidied up kitchen a little bit, washed dishes, put dog outside and made scrambled egg. Client had it before 10 am and had her am blood pressure med. Cleaned kitchen, dried clothes I had hand washed Saturday. Went to bank to deposit client's check at 11:05 am, also she had wrote two checks for me to cash in: one for $15 (for Burger King and Vons) and $236 to pay me for the $$$ I had spent for her groceries. Total is $236.26 but I just told her $236. Carlos took cared with the transaction. I told him client want to put the rest of the check to savings but then wants to take $350 from the savings to checking. So he just put the remaining no the check and took $42 from savings for the needed $350 on the checking. Went next to Vons and I got Diet Coke for 99 cents and 2 dog foods. Paid cash $5. Then went next to Burger King and got 2 original chicken sandwich, value fries / no salt, and apple pie, paid cash $10. Got back and I made steamed spinach. Client had lunch at about 12 noon, 1 chicken sandwich, half of the fries, half of the apple pie, steamed spinach and soda pop for drink. Also warmed up the cream of mushroom soup, and made steamed veges., (carrots, brussels, and zucchini) for clients meal. Put it on the fridge. Gave her other blood pressure med, and vit. at past 1 pm. Also talked to me about the mail from Scripps in Torrey Pines reminding her of her annual check up. Still talking about the washing machine and the handyman fixing the leak on the front. Got out 1:43 pm (supposed to be 1:20 as I was late) but client was chit chatting with me so I got out 1:43 pm already. Turned on tv on the vacant room. We're chit chatting about our garage being stuck as she wants the land lord to fix it, and me dropping by to the office, and tax talk, and earthquake.
Paid: $236 (Total was $236.26) Never mind the 26 cents. :)
Feb. 05 (Tuesday) = Backdoor locked, but dog outside. Client lying down in bed, still asleep. Living room door from the hallway open again, closed it. Client said she had talked to her son last night about the washing machine, that her son had close to the handyman and that he probably did forgot to plug in back the washer, and that I might need a broom to pick up the cord (?) Called client's son back as I had a voicemail from him last night. Tried to look for the washers cord while on the phone with clients son, got the cord, plugged it back and washer worked! :) Asked client for coffee or tea but doesn't want it, gave her warm water instead and the morning blood pressure med. Says she made tuna sandwich for dinner. Had asked me if I wanted to go to the deli, Akins for lunch or to Burger King as she had called BK yesterday about the chicken sandwich she had yesterday as it was salty, says she had talked to an employee (something like Estella) and that she will have a free sandwich. Made order to DZ Akins for 1/2 lbs. corned beef, Hallah bread (sliced,) and dill pickle and says I'd be there before 10:30 am. Client wrote a check for Vons. Went to Vons at about past 11 am, got apple strudel, 10 pieces for $5, coleslaw, 1 tv dinner and milk. Paid with clients check. Then dropped by to Burger King about the free sandwich client told she will get, spoke to the Asian, lady employee (I believed was a Filipina,) then passed me on the Mexican manager. Guy looked at the record for called on their book but didn't saw record, asked for the receipt but I don't have it, called client and says she was just guessing with the name Estella. Told the guy (manager) I will just be back tomorrow with the receipt. Next was to the watch repair for clients watch. Had learned from the repair man that the watch was a mechanical watch, first told me battery change is $8.65 but then learned it was a mechanical watch, doesn't uses battery, needs repair and will cost about $55. Called client and doesn't want to spend that much, left with watch unrepaired. Then went to DZ Akins to pick up order, got there 11:36 am, paid for it and had spent $12.25. with my card. Client sleeping when I got back. Prepared lunch, warmed up the steamed veges. I made yesterday. Client had lunch before 12 noon, had corned beef sandwich, half of 1 apple strudel, some steamed vege., coleslaw, and water fro drink. Enjoyed her lunch, the sandwich and strudel. :) Gave her the other blood pressure med, and vit. I went on changing the bed sheet on the vacant room close to kitchen and shampooed carpet there as dog peed (caught him doing it) in it, aside from the spots in there again I saw when I came in. About less than 15 minutes to 1 pm, client calling me, and saw she already had took off her bed's bedsheets :) Went on changing the bedsheets. Another corned beef sandwich and steamed veges. are set on the fridge for client.
NOTE: She had called Debbie from Big Star Plumbing to let her know and thank her the washer's working again :) Got a call from Andrew, handyman, on my cp, about the washer and says he would come maybe tomorrow to fix leak in front. Turned on tv on vacant room before I left. Client looked at the apple strudels and got half of what she had from lunch. Left at 1:!5 pm.
Feb. 06 (Wednesday) = Loaded laundry and dryer when I got in there. Client sleeping, but had awakened her up with my knocking on the bedroom door, letting her know I'm there. Says with the arthritis pain again. Doesn't want coffee or tea. Put dog outside, client was talking about her not wanting the handyman to come today, or nay day not until she knows how much it will cost, (fixing the leaking pipe in front.) Called client's son and had let him knew about it, says he will call the handyman (Andrew.) Told client I had called and called her son. Client was sleepy, and woke her up to give her morning blood pressure med. Told me about the dog barking, and that her, waking up every hour, and that dog went in the living room. Cleaned living room's mess (dog did number 2.) Had tidied up kitchen, shampooed living room carpet. Told client at 10:30 am that I'm heading to Burger King for the free sandwich she was told about as she wasn't happy with her sandwich last Monday (says it's salty.) Also wrote a check for Rite-Aid for Tylenol, and wants me to drop by to Smart and Final for chicken parts. Went to Burger King and Mexican lady, Asst. Manager/Manager (Adriana) took cared of me, gave the whole order for free. Then went to Smart and Final and look for chicken parts, called client as there's no chicken parts, but there's drumsticks, legs, thighs, and breast sold separately. Says no as the price $5. something, $6 + was expensive. Dropped next to Rite-Aid and got Aleve, called client about it 'coz they run out of Tylenol, also got the cream, Rite-Aid brand, and 1 Cheetos Puffs. Paid with client's check. Got back about 11:30 am, client had 1 Aleve, and started preparing lunch. Client had BK original chicken sandwich, half of the value fries with no salt, half of the apple pie (put half on fridge,) and steamed spinach and water for drink. Client had lunch before 12 noon. Then handyman arrived, Andrew. Had told him about my call to client's son, asked him if he had called him, and says no. Then asked for client's son's contact number. Says he's not going to do the fixing today though. Client still says sandwich was salty, and had put 1 ketchup. Called me when I was in the kitchen as she hears man's voice in her front lawn, on the phone, which she believes first was from across the street. Told her it was the handyman, on the phone with her son. Turned on the tv on the vacant room, close to kitchen, and had told client abt. the 1 tv dinner in the freezer, and the corned beef sandwich I made with steamed spinach on the fridge. Client was sleeping, woke her up for her other blood pressure med. and vit. but still sleepy, so I told her she could take it later this afternoon or early evening, and that I will leave it on the kitchen table. Left the meds. on the kitchen table with a note to take it this afternoon or early evening. And set aside the other meds. with a note for tomorrow. Left about 1:10 pm., handyman still on the phone with client's son on the front lawn.
Feb. 07 (Thursday) = OFF!
Feb. 08 (Friday) = (a rainy day.) Client still sleeping, bedroom's door closed with walker behind it. Told me about the dog getting stuck yesterday outside, and barking for four hours. That client had tried to call anyone she could think of, the post office, police station which she can't get through, Rite-Aid pharmacy, and even 911, but says 911 responded that the can't send someone for that, and that if there's maybe neighbors that can help. Client said she had somehow managed to get outside the backdoor but can't down the steps. And then she was sitting in the kitchen and the neighbor (Steve) came and asked what was wrong with the dog, if it was stuck? And he helped. Said she had mentioned about the fence, and the leaking pipe in front and that these things was happening, etc. And said neighbor replied, " some things are better/best/worth to be taken care of." Put dog outside, had made client tea, and had her morning blood pressure med. Did laundries then told client about needing to go to Vons for some groceries. Client wrote a check, and says she just learnedabout Vons having corned beef brisket. First was decided Chinese food for lunch but changed mind to Subway. Also had picked out some lemons and oranges as client wants to give some to neighbor, as a thank you for the help yesterday. Dropped by to neighbor first and left about 3 pieces of lemon and oranges, then head on to Subway and got tuna sandwich, spend $5.40. with my card. Then went next to Vons and got Priority (3 cans) dog food, and 1 in pack, then got tomatoes, 1 carrot, radish, 1 cucumber, 1 mushroom soup, 1 liver pate, and looked for brisket, called client as the price was over $15. Got beef chuck steak instead which is a little over $2. Paid by client's check. (Raining when I got out.) :) Client sleeping when I got back, prepared bathroom for shower. Had shower at about 11:38 am, colored hair (Vidal Sasson) and finished about 12:20 pm. Client watches tv on the vacant room while I prepared for lunch. Client had half of the tuna sandwich for lunch, half of an apple strudel, and water for drink. Wrote check for her bill, for Los Angeles Times, $9.18 which is due by Feb. 17. Mailed it. Also had mailed some mails to clients son, 1 mail fr. Utilities Dept, Tax info from client's bank, and the rest for client's husband. Forgot to get stamps on Vons but I have stamps with me which I used to mail the items. Had used 4 stamps. Gave client other blood pressure med. and vit. Left at almost 1:30 pm, about 1:24 pm to be exact. Woke up client to say I'm going. :)
Feb. 09 (Saturday) = (day with sunshine now. :) Noticed as I pulled into the driveway that the mails I left yesterday for the mailman is still there. Client awake and had put dog outside. Client had tea, and gave her morning blood pressure med. Asked for bacon, had fallen asleep while I'm cooking, and then had two pieces of bacon. Told me abt. her talked with her granddaughter and her son, which son told her about the handyman and she had to pay about $110 as man though didn't fixed the leak had tied up (?) or something he did on the leak to stop it. While $150 would be the cost for fixing it. Says she was thinking of calling the water department and hear what they say about it. Did more laundry and drying. Asked client if she would like the steak I got yesterday from Vons for lunch. Had made her corned beef and bacon sandwich and steamed spinach for meal, and the little piece of apple pie, stored it in the fridge. Had marinated the piece of chuck steak for about 15 minutes then cooked it. Client had lunch at 12:15 pm (woke her up) had steak for lunch, and half of apple strudel. Had enjoyed her lunch, the meat to be specific :) Gave her vit. and other blood pressure med. afterwards. Damp her big toe on the left foot with Hydrogen Peroxide and wrapped gauze around it as she said it hurts, she thinks she had bumped into something. I had shortened dog's lease to help JR prevent getting stuck between the patio chairs. Had left about 1:06 pm. :)

Feb. 05 (Tuesday) = Backdoor locked, but dog outside. Client lying down in bed, still asleep. Living room door from the hallway open again, closed it. Client said she had talked to her son last night about the washing machine, that her son had close to the handyman and that he probably did forgot to plug in back the washer, and that I might need a broom to pick up the cord (?) Called client's son back as I had a voicemail from him last night. Tried to look for the washers cord while on the phone with clients son, got the cord, plugged it back and washer worked! :) Asked client for coffee or tea but doesn't want it, gave her warm water instead and the morning blood pressure med. Says she made tuna sandwich for dinner. Had asked me if I wanted to go to the deli, Akins for lunch or to Burger King as she had called BK yesterday about the chicken sandwich she had yesterday as it was salty, says she had talked to an employee (something like Estella) and that she will have a free sandwich.
