Feb. 18 (Monday) = Dropped to 99 Cents store, called client from there letting her know they got insects sticky traps and I got it. Also had told me to get some few other more items. Paid $3.20 with clients money and I paid for the rest of the balance, spent $5.87 with my card. Store doesn't have the Whopper malted balls so I dropped by next to Rite-Aid and got only 1 as it went higher in price, cost $1.49 which I paid with my card. Got to clients place @ 9:30 am, awake, made her coffee. Damped left big toe with tsp. each mixture of apple cider and warm water, cut toenails on both feet, just the big toes. Told her about the Whopper, and she told me about her calling Rite-Aid Saturday night, and having 2 Whoppers set aside, so she wants me to go to Rite-Aid again on my way to getting lunch and tell employee about her call, and just return the Whopper I got and get soda pop instead in case they already put back the 2 Whoppers back on the aisle. Called Burger King and asked if they still have the 2 original chicken sandwich for $4.99, and says yes. Before I left, client asked client if she want me to get soda pop in case they still have the 2 Whoppers in there for her. Left 10:35 already and went to Rite-Aid first, the Filipino guy was the cashier (believed his name was Jordan) and he looked for the 2 Whoppers, wasn't in there and candies we're back in the aisle, so I just returned the 1 Whopper I got for $1.49 and got Diet Coke for price of 99 cents. Still have a change of .27 cents. Then went next to Burger King, got 2 original chicken sandwich and a value fries. Spent $6.03. with my card. Got back about 11 am or before 11 . Saw Merillee on her way to client, and she parked across the street. Told it to client. She, "M," took some time before coming inside and clients wonders why. "M" was only inside the clients house for few minutes, says hi and went outside. Client called Rite-Aid afterwards as I told her I had returned the Whopper as they already don't have the 2 Whoppers she had called to set aside Saturday night. Was preparing lunch at 11:30 am, and she called me in her room few minutes later telling me her call to Rite-Aid and she won against them, that they are going to get 2 Whoppers for her and sell it for $1 each. Client had lunch before 12 noon, had orig. chicken sandwich, fries, steamed zucchini, and Diet Coke fro drink. Left for Rite-Aid at 12:15 pm while client having lunch to pick up the 2 Whoppers for her. Had already paid the items, 2 Whoppers, with the Mexican lady. :) Spent $2.00 with my card. Called her from there as the Filipina employee had told me Bridge Mix is on sale, called client to ask if she wanted me to get it also, and says yes. Paid with my card again and spent, $5.00. Got back almost 12:35 pm, client doesn't want to take her other blood pressure med. and vit. and she also hadn't taken her morning medicine. Asked me to pick up oranges and lemons for "M." So I did. Wrote a check for the office, but hasn't called her bank, says she will call her bank later. Turned on tv on vacant room before I left. Left at 1:10 pm.
Feb. 19 (Tuesday) = Client awake, with the dog. Chit-chatted with me about the dog being good, her yard sale plan, etc. Noticed dog wasn't barking like he usually do. Also some dog "number 2" on the steps, on the cement, like he had dragged his butt in there, and some in the kitchen. Also a mess on the carpet on the vacant room near the kitchen. Dog lying down on the backdoor, put him outside on leased. Made client tea. Didn't took any of her meds., again today. Checked dog outside and he was constipated. Put dog back inside about 10 am when client was calling the dog. Tidied up/cleaned kitchen and dried towels on the dryer, did laundry. Then client considered Popeyes for lunch, but when I'm ready to go, she said again about the chicken being salty, last time it's salty and she decided to call Popeye and ask them/tell them that if they think the chicken is salty, they shouldn't sell it to us or we aren't going to buy it. She called and Asian employee answered call. Turns out it was the employee she was talking about that was rude to her before. She then passed the phone to me, I talked to the employee and she said that client has been making calls before telling them the chicken being salty, yet she keeps on coming back. But then she explained they can't change the recipe for that.So I suggested client just not to get chicken in there, I could just get chicken from Vons, and we have a coupon for it, the chicken she likes, the "honey glazed chicken." She wrote a check and I went to Vons. Got the Foster Farms honey glazed chicken, dessert, which she said she doesn't like icing but I still end up getting strawberry shortcake (which has icing,) told her she could just scrape off icing, got 2 Kaiser rolls, more dog food and cream style can of corn. Also got the rub cream and Tylenol in there, spent $31 and some cents with clients check. Got back before 11:30 am and prepared lunch after a while. Client's granddaughter called me while preparing lunch and just as client had told me, granddaughter will call to ask me about the perfume brand she's using (Japanese cherry blossom.) Client had lunch before 12 noon, had 3 pieces of chicken, steamed zucchini, and slice of dessert which I had scraped off most of the icing) and water for drink. Client had fallen asleep for a while, and again talked about having the sale on Friday. Turned on tv on the vacant room, client inviting me to stay and watch tv, but I said I have to go and accompany my mom to her mammogram appointment. Left about 1:10 pm.
Feb. 20 (Wednesday) = A windy day. :) Dog was behind the backdoor as I unlocked door with the key. Dog was happy to see me :) And I noticed he was alright now. Client awake, sitting on the bed, had taken off the rug on the side. Put dog outside as dog started barking, then went back to client's room and she had been sleeping. So I took the time to shampoo the "dog's mess" on the vacant room's carpet. Probably had shampooed it for about 4 times to make it really look better, but had brought dog back after I'm done with my first shampooing. Had stopped the shampooing in between and sprayed the kitchen floor with cleaner then went back on shampooing and when the water had been emptied, then I would go back on the kitchen and wipe the floor I had sprayed (giving it sometime to loosen dirt.) Client awake, trying to make calls, had been trying to call Walmart and Kmart. Said to me I could have the roll for lunch but don't worry about er as she wasn't that hungry. Was steaming veges (carrots, brussells, and zucchini) while I brought rug outside and washed two rugs. Got back and prepared lunch, cooked bacon, made call to Kmart as client asked me to to ask if store had already restocked on fashion rings. Talked to employee and says they only have the heart-shaped rings and hadn't restock yet. Client had lunch past 12 pm, had half of the kaiser roll with bacon, steamed veges,. some watermelon and water for drink. Also had prepared her meals for tomorrow, made tuna and pasta, and baked potato and salad are still on the fridge untouched. Still hadn't taken her medicine for today. Turned on tv a little past 1 pm. Had put some Tylenol on plastic bag to make it easier for client to access, and she had taken 1 Tylenol. Again had chit-chatted, about the same issues :) about her neighbors, her granddaughter, the yard sale, the dog, etc. And I ended up getting out at 1:44 pm.
Feb. 21 (Thursday) = OFF! Saw client's twice missed calls. So I called her back at 7:26 pm. Finished talking with her at 8:10 pm. Was talking about sales shoes, Akins, Marie Callender's, and that she should be spreenging for lunch, her arthritis pain, her husband, the dog, her selling clothes tomorrow. Reminded me of her wanting me to come tomorrow later, 10 am and go home later too.
Feb. 22 (Friday) = Arrived to client before 10 am, client was standing in her walker on the kitchen, dog on leased outside, and when I got inside the kitchen she said she's going back in her room now. Again with that arthritis pain. Showed me prices she had written down and sale signs. Made her coffee and she had her coffee back in her room, also took her morning blood pressure med., Told her she hasn't been taking it for 3 days now. Went through the closet and showed her each clothes, then she gives on what prices she wants to sell each, ranging from $2, to $10 -$15, $20-$25, and one is $200 which is a leather jacket. Went to Burger King and got 2 double cheese burger, 1 value fries/no salt, and an apple pie. Paid for it and spent $5.49 with my card. Took 1 Tylenol. Got back by 11:30 am and client had lunch. A little past 12 noon put the two tables by the side, topped with newspaper and put clothes in there. Also put radio on sounds on the living room as client wanted to. She then went to the vacant room and watch her show 1:15 pm, then went back to room as dog barking. Maybe about 10 minutes or so before 1 pm, client wanted to add bags on her sale but I said almost 2 pm, time for me to go, and she said put the tables back in there again tomorrow with the bags on the cups hangers. Brought back clothes in the house and tables back in the backyard. Reminded her of the tuna pasta that was on the fridge and her vitamin. (and other blood pressure med., on the kitchen table.) Left past 2 pm, tv on on the room and turned off the other one. Exactly past 1:15 when I already left.
Feb. 23 (Saturday) = Client awake, dog outside on leased. Brought dog back inside and ent to client's room. Was told doesn't have to bring back clothes on sale right away back outside, not until after I got back from the grocery. Also wanted me to go to Rite-Aid, nd Vons, decide to go to Akins. Wrote two checks: for Rite-Aid and Vons. Suggestedfor her to call the bank and check her balance as she might not have enough. Client called her bank, talke to a guy employee (I had given client's bank account number to him and passed back phone to client.) Then call was ended and client said she only had $2 balance in her checking. And I said, "and?" client paused......and I said if she had transferred money from her savings since she said she only have $2 left. And she said NO, that she didn't transferred. And so I asked what about the 2 checks she wrote for me to use? And she said then I might have to charge it on my card. So I said ok. (golly.) Calle Akins and put order, the usual. Told lady I would be there by 10 am. Already 10:42 or something when I left so I just went first to Ains, picked up order and paid with my card. Spent $ with my card. Then went secon to Vons, got the dog foods, 1 mushroom soup, 2 tv dinners. Had spent $ with my card.About 10:33 am when I got done from Vons. Then dropped by last to Rite-Aid. Called client from there and asked her what candy she want me to get and to picke up 2 Bridge Mix she said she had called the sotre to set aside. Also she asked me to get mascara, said she called Rite-Aid and was tol mascara are buy 1 get 2nd 50% off, and want soda pop too. Called her again about the mascara, got the on she want, brown, black. But that's the only one left, the other, only one left in there was black, (blaackest) but still want me to get that and just maybe exchange it later. Also got Diet Coke. Spent $28+ with my card. Got back about 11 am or so, client sleeping so didn't wake her up. Started doing work as I haven't one anything serious with my work when I got in there. Then later client woke up and asked about making sweet yam. Made steamed veges too (carrots, brussells, and zucchini.) Then made canne yam instead on the stove. Client had lunch a little past 12 noon. Client had corned beef sandwich, steamed veges, sweet yam and soda pop for drink. Also told me we might have to get the clothes outside on Monday. Fall saleep after lunch. Then was trying to give her other blood pressure med. and vitamin but se said she had 1 tylenol. About 5 minutes or so before 1 pm, wanted me to call operator and she waned to ask for Bath and Body Works in San Ysidro as granddaughter said the lotion / cream she had before wasn't on sale so kinda like she not going to order it yet. Client also had talking me into maybe I wanna go to Sn Ysidro, and then I could buy her lotion too. Told her I'm not going on there though. Called operator and got BBW in Sn Ysidro. eft already 1:27 pm.
Feb. 24 (Sunday) = OFF!
