July 29 (Monday) = Dog outside, client awake. Told me what she wants on Ralphs. Tidied up the kitchen. Client had fallen asleep and woke her up for waffle and cup of hot mixture of 1 tbsp of honey and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon. Then fall back to sleep again, awakened her about 10:15 am, told her I'm going on Ralphs and gave her the Hydrochlorothiazide, Vesicare was dropped on the floor as she was sleepy, still lying in bed. Then told me she called Rite-Aid and was told they have a lot of statues so she wants me to look, and also wants me to ask pharmacy for this bladder med. commercial she saw on tv but she forgot, she wrote a check for it but asked me to pay for Ralphs and Burger King. Called Burger King too as client wants me to ask for other burgers. Client seems to like BBQ sandwich. Left already 10:31 am. Went to Ralphs first, got Rug Doctor shampoo cleaner, and Mean Green spot spray, the cheese cake dessert, and 2 kaiser rolls, and dog cookies. Had paid and spent $25.61 with my card. Then went next to Burger King and got the rib sandwich for client as the BBQ sandwich is made from pork, and got no salt value fries. Spent $5.16 with my card. Dropped by next to Rite-Aid and looked for statues but all are for Fall and Thanksgiving decors. Got back past 11 am, client sleeping. Emptied commode, sanitized and rinsed outside. Folded bed sheets and washed 2 soaked rug towels. Client awakened, but went back to sleep. Had wiped her face and arms with warm towel as her arms are brown and some on her face. Told her she probably had rubbed something. Client had lunch at about 11:40 'sh am. Had the rib sandwich and value fries, water for drink. Client fall asleep after lunch. Woke her up at 1 pm before I left, client signed in time sheet and she had check for office ready. Told her she still had 1 tv dinner and a steak in there. (Left 2 kaiser rolls in the table.) Left 1:10 pm.
July 30 (Tuesday) = Dog barely inside the door, door open for him to get in, client awake. Made her the 1 cup hot water with cinnamon and honey but says it's not working, told her it would take time as it won't work that quickly and client made crack that hope she'd still be around when it worked. So told her I'd just bring it back in the kitchen and I'd stop bringing it in.Asked her for coffee and she prefers it. Client had coffee, doesn't want anything to eat. Tidied up kitchen, 2 rug towels on dryer, shampooed carpet near kitchen. Client asked me to call Black Angus Steakhouse, called number on Kearny Villa Rd., not working, called operator, tried the 2 given numbers but still not working, client said just forget it for now. Decided Chinese Food and wanted me to go Rite-Aid and get candies too. Left before 11 am, got Chinese food first, teriyaki, lo mein, and orange chicken and Diet Coke. Spent $5.93 with my card. Went next to Rite-Aid and got M & M's for about $3.99 and Rite-Aid brand pain rub. Spent $7.95 with my card. Got back, client awake still watching tv. Remembered the mail for dog's licensing and told her her son got it when they came her for 2 days to do the tree cutting. Asked me to call her son but no answer. Told her about her check too with her son wanting it to be deposited on Chase bank, client wasn't happy about it, but mad. Client had lunch at $11:40 ' sh am, had lo mein, teriyaki and orange chicken and the Diet Coke. Still had some of it for dinner and put it on the fridge. Gave client the Atenolol, Calcium, and Omeprazole. She had wrote a letter to her son asking about the mail back for the dog's licensing, put it by the mailbox. Left about 1:15 pm.
July 31 (Wednesday) = [used mom's car, Akhing got stock on our way home from Spring Valley yesterday.] Dog outside, client awake. Dog peed again on the vacant room's carpet, and it smells. Swept client's bedroom. Put corned beef brisket on stove about 9:50 ' sh am, or before 10 am. Made client coffee and tidied up kitchen, sanitized/wiped kitchen table. Client fall asleep, says she had the arthritis again last night and was glad the Rite-Aid brand pain rub worked. She was sleeping, so I didn't woke her up, left the cup of coffee by the bedside table. And I opened the window so fresh air could come, the room smells. Emptied commode and change towel rug. Laundried dark green jacket & bedsheet from the vacant room as I changed the bed sheet. Made rice-a-roni too while shampooing vacant room. Cleaned hallway restroom. Client awakened, watches tv and fall asleep again. Awake again @ about 11:35 am and was asking if I wanted to go to the store for my lunch. And I said I'm ok, but if she wants me to go get her something then I go. Made steak for client's lunch and steamed baby carrots and zucchini. Client had lunch @ around 11:45 'sh am, she had the steak, served it whole but offered her help on cutting it but she refuses, had steamed veges., some chicken flavored rice-a-roni and water for drink. Gave client shower @ 12:22 pm and done @ 12:45 pm. Helped on grooming and dressing. Told her my thought of going to Rite-Aid and getting her more rub as she might need it and I'm off tomorrow. Asked her to write me a check. Left almost 1 pm for Rite-Aid (12:58 pm to be exact), got 2 Rite-Aid brand cream and 1 Cheetos Puffs as they don't have Cracker Jack. Got back 1:11 pm, client already back in her room, watching "The Talk Show." Gave her Calcium vit., the stomach med. Omeprazole and Atenolol. Showed her the rub and the pain medicine Acetamenophine 500 mg that I also bought in case she lost or drop the current Acetaminophine bottle she have. Reminded client the corned beef on the stove and asked her if she wants me to turn it off, and she wants me too so I did turned it off. Took cp video too of the off stove. Left almost 1:30 pm.
Aug. 01 (Thursday) = OFF!
Aug. 02 (Friday) = Can hear dog barking in the kitchen. Back door still closed. Put dog outside, client awake. Was talking about Hometown Buffet ad and I was looking for it. Also told client I had brought my own lunch as she was into the Hometown Buffet ad. Asked me why, told her I don't have money to buy lunch so I brought my own lunch. Told me about her arthritis pain, and dog was bad last night, and about half of the corned beef on a plate on fridge, and said she wanted some changes, no cooking so I could use the time on cleaning and that she would just buy food. Says she hadn't had dinner but she doesn't want anything to eat for breakfast when I asked her. Tidied up kitchen, did laundried the soaked clothes and towels used on shower last Wed. Client had coffee and I called Hometown Buffet National City since the one in University isn't answering call, asked them if they accept personal check, says no. Also called Ralphs to ask the same question as client wanted more kaiser rolls, she likes it. She wanted met o go there but I told her I don't have money to spend. She wrote two checks: 1 to cash in in her bank ($10 check,) and other check to be use in Ralphs. Already 10:40 ' sh am when I left. Arrived to Citibank 11 am. "That guy" said he can't cash it in and I spent 30 minutes sitting on the lobby, they or he want client to talk to them directly and NOT me talking to client and letting them know what client said. Called client twice. Then finally "that guy" called me for the check to be cash in. Asked me what denomination I want so I said the whole $10 (Is he going to give me $1's I thought?) Turned out he thought the amount was $110 so I told him it was $10! He went and "slide" the check again. Already 11:30 am, called client when I got to the car and told her I just finished on the bank. Went to Hometown Buffet, but was told they only accept the $5.99 coupon in, and not on take out. Was told take out is $9.07. Got mostly meat, (sweet and sour chicken with sesame seeds, fried chicken, bbq, 2 grilled chicken thighs, fried fish stick, and mashed potato. Next to Ralphs and got the cheesecake slice, 3 kaiser rolls, 1 Diet Coke, 1 Hungry Man tv dinner and more dog food. Paid with client's check. Got back past 12 pm, client sleeping, woke her up for lunch. Client had 1 fried chicken leg, 2 fish sticks, sweet and sour chicken, mashed potato and Diet Coke for drink. Client on phone past 12:35 pm, with granddaughter, called me as they want to talk to me. Spoke to granddaughter and client's son, was asked about client's SS check if it had arrived and that either half or all of it be deposited to Chase bank, told him maybe tomorrow as it arrives on the 3rd of the new month. Asked me to call him tomorrow. Client mad about it. Gave her Atenolol, Omeprazole and Calcium vit. already 1:15 pm. Reminded her I really have to go as mom has to go to work, I'm using her car. Left past 1:15 pm.
Aug. 03 (Saturday) = Client sleeping. Asked her for tea or coffee, chose tea. Made tea and client went back to sleep so I just put tea on side table. Tidied up kitchen and continued laundry. Shampooed carpet as it smells, do had peed again. Client sleeping. Called client's son as he asked me yesterday to call him today when they called client yesterday. Told him client's check had arrived and Water Utility bill which client want to pay. Told me to deposit about $500 on Chase bank for client's bills they have. Told him client still sleeping and didn't know yet check was already here. Tried to wake up client about 10 am, but says woke her up in 15 minutes as she was so tired, and drifted back to sleep. Asked for coffee this time so I made coffee this time. Heard client awake so brought coffee in and brought check in and Water bill. Told her about the $500 she needs to deposit on Chase and rest she could deposit on her Citibank. Client agreed to cashed in $500 that would be deposited to Chase. Wrote 3 checks: 1 for $500 to be cashed in, 1 for Vons, and 1 to pay me for the $272.69 she owes me for lunches and groceries. Explained it well to client and she understood. Asked her to call Citibank to let them know I'm coming and making a deposit of $1K and cash in $500. Suggested her she could just pay the bill on Monday as it's due on Aug. 15 so she doesn't get overwhelmed. Left almost 1 am. Deposited check, and cashed in $500. Julian took cared of it. Had no problem. Went next to Chase and deposited $500, Lisa Butler took cared of it. Called client after and let her know I was just done and going next to Vons. Told client Chase has long line as she asked what took me long it's already late. Got items form Vons and called client if there's something else she wanted me to get, says no. Got back to client almost 12 noon. Client only asked for Greek salad, she says she's not hungry. So client got Greek salad and Diet Coke for lunch. Gave her Atenolol, Calcium, and Omeprazole already past 1 pm. Rubbed pain cream on back, shoulders and legs and asked medicine for foot as says it hurt. Put ointment and bandaged both big toes. Had also asked me to drop by to Kmart on Monday as she wants me to look at torquise ring, gave me change purse with her ring in there for sample of the size she wants and Kmart card. Left already about 1:20 pm.

July 22 - July 28
July 22 (Monday) = Back door still closed, client awake. Wants 5 eggs, and says 1 goes for the dog and bacon. Says she had a wonderful sleep last night. But wonders why she still sleepy this morning. Thought she's taking too much medicines. Made 3 eggs only and 2 remaining slices of bacon. Client had 2 eggs, bacon, and coffee past 9:30 am. And gave dog the 1 egg mixed with some dog foods. Client fall asleep. Tidied up room, kitchen, washed dishes, swept carpet, kitchen and room, emptied commode, disinfected and rinsed. Client awakened and was talking about Subway sandwich with fritos or fritos sandwich. Called Subway and says its enchalada sandwich with fritos, and mildly spicy. Decided either roasted chicken sandwich or tuna, client choose chicken sandwich. Had her Hydrochlorothiazide. Client mentioned her arthritis pain and told her about ground cinnamon and honey for arthritis pain, says she'll try anything for it. Then wants me to go to Vons and wrote a check for Vons for ground cinnamon, honey, dog food, and says maybe soda pop. Already in the car past 10:45 pm, then noticed client's check has some writing/notes at the back, went back inside and asked client to wrote another check and showed her the writings at the back of the check. She made another check. Left about 11 am, went to Subway and got oven roasted chicken. Paid $6.48 with my card. Next to Vons and got items, 1 tv dinner too and new brand of dog food. Paid with client's check. Got back before 11:30 am, client sleeping, didn't woke her up but prepared lunch, made chicken rice-a-roni for client's dinner and steamed asparagus. Client woke up almost or a little past 12 noon. She had her lunch past 12 noon, oven roasted chicken, and steamed asparagus and Diet Coke for drink. Likes lunch :) Prepared pm meds. with a note to take it after dinner. A little past 1 pm, when I was just ready to go, client had made check for office and such, showed me WSS shoes ad and says she wants these two pairs of shoes! And wants to write a check. Told her we could call WSS first and ask if they accept personal check. Called 1-800 number on ad as there's no local number. Asked for El Cajon Blvd. or University Ave. WSS store. Gave me address and number. Called WSS in El Cajon Blvd. and says they don't accept personal check. Told client I could either go to her bank and get cash or I could just pay for it first as there's no time since she prefers me to go there today eventhou I told her already I have to go to the office and they close by 2 pm. Left already past 1:15 pm. Arrived to WSS store before 1:30 pm. Called office and talked to "M" about me just dropping off the check and time sheet as I was in a shoe store as client wanted me to go there just before when I'm ready to go at 1 pm. Says ok. Asked for employee's helped for looking at the black shoes client wanted and for the tiger inspired one with size 8 1/2 size but there's no 8 1/2 size and doesn't have the black one she likes. Called client and told her. Left before 2 pm.
July 23 (Tuesday) = Backdoor still closed and dog outside. Client awake. Told me how mad she was on the dog the night, doesn't wanna come in. Made client 1 cup of hot water, mixed 1 tbsp. of honey and 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon after. Client took it. Explained it to her that it doesn't work overnight, she needs to take it daily, give it a week for her arthritis pain. Tidied up kitchen area. Picked up oranges as client wanted to give some to neighbor on the right side (with the baby.) Gave client 1 boiled egg. Then gave her blood pressure and bladder med. afterwards, past 10 am. Client wrote a check for Rite-Aid and wanted me to look at garden decor, she called Rite-Aid for the statues and had talked to Rhonda. Decided Burger King for lunch as I still have coupon: Whopper Jr. combo and wanted malt. Told her I would asked if I could get the malt instead of the soda pop on the coupon, and wants dessert too so told her I'd get pie as well. Left 10:45 ' sh am and went to Rite-Aid first. Looked @ statues and called client, decided to get 2 solar ones: garden gnome and mother duck. Returned broken sunglasses too and got new one. Paid with client check. Went next to Burger King. Got Whopper $3.99 coupon and asked employee if I could get chocolate malt instead of soda pop, says yes and asked for order. Paid $4.53 with my card. Remembered the pie afterwards and got it. Spent another $1.08. Total spent was $5.61 with my card. Got back, client sleeping. PRepared lunch. Woke up client for lunch 11:35 ' sh am, had Whopper Jr., unsalted fries, apple pie, and malt. Fall asleep after lunch and woke her up for shower. Says she's feeling sick with the malt, client got cold. Taking shower @ 12:22 pm. Put Rite-Aid Sheer lotion, and assisted on dressing. Showed er the statues and she likes it specially the gnome :) Did changed bed sheets 15 minutes to 1 pm. Gave client 1 tablet of med. @ 1:03 pm for her cold (the one she is taking for pain). Left past 1:15 pm.
July 24 (Wednesday) = Called client before 8:30 am to ask if she wanted me to go to 99 Cents on my way and what she wants. Gave me a list. Arrived to 99 Cents store before 9 am. Got items asked and called client about 9:12 am to see if she had something else she wanted me to get. Paid $21.40 with my card. Dropped by to Rite-Aid for client's Vesicare refill. Pharmacist name is Tee helped me :) Says system is down and gave me 5 tablets for now, and ask me to come back but call first to get the rest of it. Didn't charge me yet for the 5 tablets I received. Told her I'd come back Friday. Client awake, but still in bed with coat added as her covers, says it was cold last night. Tidied up kitchen. Client had a cup of hot water with mixture of 1 tbsp of honey and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon and 1 waffle before 10 am. Client fall asleep after. Emptied commode, washed towels, dryer, steamed vegetables (carrots and spinach,) wiped kitchen floor. Prepared sandwich. Made Uncle Ben's chicken and broccoli rice. Woke up client for lunch about 11:47 ' sh am. Had pastrami sandwich on dinner roll, the steamed vegetables, some olives and Diet Coke. Also made her another sandwich for her meal. Prepared meds. for tomorrow with notes when. Wanted to give brief to gardener but told her husband's drawers were mostly empty. Found neck ties instead and wanted me to gave it to gardener. I only took 4 and put it on plastic with client's note. Then she aske for husband's shoes, only showed client 2 pairs. Then client saw shoes are still in good condition and changed her mind, thinking about having it on sale again. Client had Omeprazole (stomach med.) Atenolol, and Calcium vitamin a little past 1 pm. Showed her Cox bill too, $71.39. I took some time looking for check book which we can't find. So took out another check book, the third now and client wrote a check for the bill. Also made a note for Cox on how she wasn't happy with the service with tv being blurred etc. Asked me about my afternoon plans so told her I have to go on my training and I have baby sitting at night. Then she goes on with her wanting to put an ad on the newspaper for her yard sale, and ad is free, wants me to call her before 5 pm as newspaper office closes at 5 pm. Explained to her I'd try as I'm going to my training and she understood. Left already 1:30 pm. Dropped off bill on post office drive thru box.
July 25 (Thursday) = OFF!
July 26 (Friday) = Listened to client's son's voicemail about his daughter called client and that client said she had soup for dinner, she doesn't have dinner prepared or something like that. Son just wanted to know if I had prepared meals or what, etc. Called her son morning before I left, before 8:30 am and told him I had prepared meals for client: she had sandwich, rice-a-roni, and some tv dinners. Also told him Cox Cable bill was already received and client already paid for it, dropped it foo at the post office 1:30 pm. And that client wants to put ad on the newspaper for yard sale.
Client awake, sitting on the edge of the bed and first thing she told me when I knocked on the bedroom was about the dinner. Wants me to know that she didn't told them (her granddaughter and son) that she doesn't have dinner prepared as she doesn't want me to think that she was a double-crosser. Told her it's ok. She then explained that her granddaughter called her and the were talking about Rite-Aid's garden statues, and later she was asked what she had for dinner and she said she had soup. So her granddaughter said she can't have only soup for dinner and she went and ordered pizza for client. Wants me to call her son to tell him she didn't told them I hadn't prepared something but told her I already talked to her son and him calling me about it was ok with me. Tidied up kitchen. Soaked soiled sheets. Client had mixture of 1 tbsp. honey and 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon on 1 cup hot water. And had 1 waffle too past 9:30 am. Gave her Hydrochlorothiazide and Vesicare 10:22 am. Client watching tv and asked me if we still have pastrami for lunch, I said yes and asked her what is she gonna have for dinner. I got the usual answer when I asked her about her dinner, says "she's not worried about dinner." Told her " I am." Then later she prepared a check for Vons as she's thinking steak would be nice, some vege., tv dinner, and some small dessert. And after a while she thought of El Pollo Loco. Asked me to call El Pollo Loco to ask them if they think their food is greasy or salty. Made the call and lady employee said no, their food isn't greasy as it is grilled, asked them for the price as well. Client asked me to call Rite-Aid too as she is wondering if our Rite-Aid could get some more garden statues from Rite-Aid in 35th st. and she would just buy it from them instead. Called Rite-Aid and talked to the manager and he said he'll call that Rite-Aid and see if it's possible. Left 10:45 am and headed to El Pollo Loco. Got 3 pieces of chicken, cole slaw, tortilla, and salad. Paid and spent $7.01 with my card. Went next to Vons and got the items client asked. Got more dog food too. Called client before leaving the store just in case there's something else she wants. Paid with client's check. Dropped by next to Rite-Aid pharmacy and got client's refill for Vesicare, paid for it and spent $42 with my card. . Their computer/system is still a bit slow but I got the medicine. Got back past 11:30 am, client watching tv. Prepared lunch, warmed it up. Client had lunch about 11:50 am, had 2 pieces of chicken, leg and thigh, some cole slaw, tortilla, and salad and water for drink. Says the other chicken was good but the other one is salty. Lunch was ok to her. Made steak and steamed zucchini for a ready meal. She also have 3 Lean Cuisine tv dinners and told her about it before 1 pm (12:50 pm) to be exact when she had 2 acetamenophine for arthritis pain. Also rubbed cream on her back, shoulders and legs. Left about 1:15 pm.
July 27 (Saturday) = Dog outside, client already awake. Said she's already up at 4:30 am having tea as she had arthritis pain last night. Asked her if she had tried to call me as I had about more than 5 missed private calls, says it was her, then ti was her granddaughter as her granddaughter just wanted to ask if I, or can I go to that Rite-Aid in 35th St. which has selections of garden statues. Client had mixture of 1 tbsp honey and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon on 1 cup of hot water and had 1 waffle. Client fall asleep after, says it was cold and had 2 robe covering her. Tidied up kitchen, did laundry and drying and added 1 more warm blanket on bed and covered client under 4 blankets while she's also using the 2 robes. Wrote check for Vons and gave me the few items, including cinnamon rolls, and decided I'd better go early before it gets hotter, I agreed and left for Vons about or a little past 9:30 am. Got items, 3 bagels, cream cheese, 1 more tv dinner, 1 can Priority dog food, 2 zhucchini, and the cinnamon rolls. Called client but she hadn't added any more items. Arrived past 10 am, client sleeping. Went on with things that had to be done. Watered back lawn and then front. Client awoke, and watches tv. Prepared lunch and made steak and sauteed asparagus for a meal to be stored on fridge for tomorrow. Woke up client for lunch, she had bagel with (locks) salmon, 1 cinnamon roll and water for drink. I grilled the 2 pieces of locks left and added it along with the steak and sauteed asparagus. Client fall asleep again after lunch. Woke up client @ 1 pm and gave her the Atenolol, stomach med., (Omeprzole) and Calcium vit. Again with the, me spending over the night in there and her getting a dinner. But then before I could say I can't client already knew, and say I would go to my other jobs. And I said yeah. Left before or about 1:15 pm.

Prepared meds. for tomorrow with notes when. Wanted to give brief to gardener but told her husband's drawers were mostly empty. Found neck ties instead and wanted me to gave it to gardener. I only took 4 and put it on plastic with client's note. Then she aske for husband's shoes, only showed client 2 pairs. Then client saw shoes are still in good condition and changed her mind, thinking about having it on sale again. Client had Omeprazole (stomach med.) Atenolol, and Calcium vitamin a little past 1 pm. Showed her Cox bill too, $71.39. I took some time looking for check book which we can't find. So took out another check book, the third now and client wrote a check for the bill. Also made a note for Cox on how she wasn't happy with the service with tv being blurred etc. Asked me about my afternoon plans so told her I have to go on my training and I have baby sitting at night. Then she goes on with her wanting to put an ad on the newspaper for her yard sale, and ad is free, wants me to call her before 5 pm as newspaper office closes at 5 pm. Explained to her I'd try as I'm going to my training and she understood. Left already 1:30 pm. Dropped off bill on post office drive thru box.
July 25 (Thursday) = OFF!
July 26 (Friday) = Listened to client's son's voicemail about his daughter called client and that client said she had soup for dinner, she doesn't have dinner prepared or something like that. Son just wanted to know if I had prepared meals or what, etc. Called her son morning before I left, before 8:30 am and told him I had prepared meals for client: she had sandwich, rice-a-roni, and some tv dinners. Also told him Cox Cable bill was already received and client already paid for it, dropped it foo at the post office 1:30 pm. And that client wants to put ad on the newspaper for yard sale.
Client awake, sitting on the edge of the bed and first thing she told me when I knocked on the bedroom was about the dinner. Wants me to know that she didn't told them (her granddaughter and son) that she doesn't have dinner prepared as she doesn't want me to think that she was a double-crosser. Told her it's ok. She then explained that her granddaughter called her and the were talking about Rite-Aid's garden statues, and later she was asked what she had for dinner and she said she had soup. So her granddaughter said she can't have only soup for dinner and she went and ordered pizza for client. Wants me to call her son to tell him she didn't told them I hadn't prepared something but told her I already talked to her son and him calling me about it was ok with me. Tidied up kitchen. Soaked soiled sheets. Client had mixture of 1 tbsp. honey and 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon on 1 cup hot water. And had 1 waffle too past 9:30 am. Gave her Hydrochlorothiazide and Vesicare 10:22 am. Client watching tv and asked me if we still have pastrami for lunch, I said yes and asked her what is she gonna have for dinner. I got the usual answer when I asked her about her dinner, says "she's not worried about dinner." Told her " I am." Then later she prepared a check for Vons as she's thinking steak would be nice, some vege., tv dinner, and some small dessert. And after a while she thought of El Pollo Loco. Asked me to call El Pollo Loco to ask them if they think their food is greasy or salty. Made the call and lady employee said no, their food isn't greasy as it is grilled, asked them for the price as well. Client asked me to call Rite-Aid too as she is wondering if our Rite-Aid could get some more garden statues from Rite-Aid in 35th st. and she would just buy it from them instead. Called Rite-Aid and talked to the manager and he said he'll call that Rite-Aid and see if it's possible. Left 10:45 am and headed to El Pollo Loco. Got 3 pieces of chicken, cole slaw, tortilla, and salad. Paid and spent $7.01 with my card. Went next to Vons and got the items client asked. Got more dog food too. Called client before leaving the store just in case there's something else she wants. Paid with client's check. Dropped by next to Rite-Aid pharmacy and got client's refill for Vesicare, paid for it and spent $42 with my card. . Their computer/system is still a bit slow but I got the medicine. Got back past 11:30 am, client watching tv. Prepared lunch, warmed it up. Client had lunch about 11:50 am, had 2 pieces of chicken, leg and thigh, some cole slaw, tortilla, and salad and water for drink. Says the other chicken was good but the other one is salty. Lunch was ok to her. Made steak and steamed zucchini for a ready meal. She also have 3 Lean Cuisine tv dinners and told her about it before 1 pm (12:50 pm) to be exact when she had 2 acetamenophine for arthritis pain. Also rubbed cream on her back, shoulders and legs. Left about 1:15 pm.
July 27 (Saturday) = Dog outside, client already awake. Said she's already up at 4:30 am having tea as she had arthritis pain last night. Asked her if she had tried to call me as I had about more than 5 missed private calls, says it was her, then ti was her granddaughter as her granddaughter just wanted to ask if I, or can I go to that Rite-Aid in 35th St. which has selections of garden statues. Client had mixture of 1 tbsp honey and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon on 1 cup of hot water and had 1 waffle. Client fall asleep after, says it was cold and had 2 robe covering her. Tidied up kitchen, did laundry and drying and added 1 more warm blanket on bed and covered client under 4 blankets while she's also using the 2 robes. Wrote check for Vons and gave me the few items, including cinnamon rolls, and decided I'd better go early before it gets hotter, I agreed and left for Vons about or a little past 9:30 am. Got items, 3 bagels, cream cheese, 1 more tv dinner, 1 can Priority dog food, 2 zhucchini, and the cinnamon rolls. Called client but she hadn't added any more items. Arrived past 10 am, client sleeping. Went on with things that had to be done. Watered back lawn and then front. Client awoke, and watches tv. Prepared lunch and made steak and sauteed asparagus for a meal to be stored on fridge for tomorrow. Woke up client for lunch, she had bagel with (locks) salmon, 1 cinnamon roll and water for drink. I grilled the 2 pieces of locks left and added it along with the steak and sauteed asparagus. Client fall asleep again after lunch. Woke up client @ 1 pm and gave her the Atenolol, stomach med., (Omeprzole) and Calcium vit. Again with the, me spending over the night in there and her getting a dinner. But then before I could say I can't client already knew, and say I would go to my other jobs. And I said yeah. Left before or about 1:15 pm.

July 15 - July 21
July 15 (Monday) = Backdoor still closed. Client was already awake, told me about her arthritis pain through the night. Tidied up mess in the kitchen floor, and the room. Client had 2 waffles about 9:30 am, doesn't want coffee as she said she already had tea early morning. Brought her the Hydrochlorothiazide and Vesicare about 10 'sh am. Asked me what are the meds. for, again with the bladder med. she thought wasn't helping as she still goes much often. Says she wanted the other mobile doctor she had before (which no longer with the mobile physician's.) Client fall asleep. Cleaned kitchen area, laundry, emptied commode, swept the bedroom. Client woke up before 10:30 am, asked me to call Rite-Aid, both the Rite-Aid we have closer and in Lemon Grove about the China, black pots for planting flowers. Both doesn't have it. Wrote me a check for Rite-Aid, for pain med. and soda pop, and wanted me to look at the pots as she doesn't believed Rite-Aid doesn't have it. Left before 11 am. Went first to Burger King and got 2 chicken sandwich with a coupon for "one free." Paid with client's money, $7 that she gave me. Still has a change of .87 cents. Went next to Rite-Aid, looked at pots (only plastics, no China black pots,) and asked pharmacist (Chinese) for pain reliever. Told her client's age, that she's taking Tylenol before, then Advil as Tylenol became uneffective, now Advil too, was adviced to try naproxen (Aleve has it too). Got Rite-Aid brand naproxen, and Diet Coke. Paid with client's check. Got back, client sleeping, didn't woke her up but prepared lunch instead. Woke up client for lunch 11:40 ' sh am. Client had chicken sandwich, fries with no salt, and Diet Coke. Doesn't like chicken sandwich, says peppery (but there's no pepper in it.) Watered back lawn and washed rug. Folded clothes. Client took 1 naproxen (pain reliever) after lunch, 12:30 pm. Gave back .87 cents change. Put rub on her back, shoulders and legs. Did some nail cutting but being careful, says again with the "cut" on the toe, it hurts, etc. Told client her other meds. are in the kitchen table, (Calcium, Atenolol, and the stomach med.) Told her not to take another naproxen NOT until 8:30 pm. Client understood. Turned on tv on her favorite show at 1 pm. Wrote a check for office, with a letter again, asking for "E"s number. Signed my time sheet. Left 1:20 pm. 2 missed calls and 2 voicemails from client's granddaughter wanting me to call client about groceries either Food 4 Less or Vons, great tonight or tomorrow before I go.
July 16 (Tuesday) = Called client in the morning, about her granddaughter's 2 voice mails last night about groceries. Client gave me list for Food 4 Less. @ Food 4 Less @ exactly 9 am. Got items and called client about corned beef brisket price, told her but says ok, over $9 and also had added prunes and lemon. Spent $42.58 with my card. Arrived 9:50 am, client awake. Had coffee, toast, and scrambled egg. Then went sleep as she said she wanted to sleep she was awake most time last night. Tidied up kitchen and client's room, washed dishes, watered back lawn and oranges. Steamed asparagus, and simmered some prunes with drops of orange slice as client wanted. Doesn't want me to wake her up for lunch. Asked her again about shower as we already talked about it yesterday and client refused, says she wasn't feeling good today, feels hot., so I opened the window and turned on cooler a bit later. Made chicken rice a roni. Client woke up past 12, brought her steamed asparagus and rice. Says she doesn't know it was rice when I asked her how was her rice after lunch. Prepared her meds., Calcium, the stomach med., Atenolol on the table with note in it to take it after dinner. Naproxen (pain medicine) tablets was on the side table, picked some up and the rest was on the floor with the bottle. Client wanted to pick up the ones on the floor too but I told her it was already dirty. Told her there's some tv dinners and some more rice on the fridge and prunes on the fridge too. Lowered cooler, put it on 75. Then client was talking about maybe she could bribe me, and I would stay, rest and she she would get a nice dinner, etc. Then giving me a dress she's been telling me since yesterday, it was on the bed on the vacant room, had thanked her but told her I wanted to go home, I wanna rest, etc. Left 1:20 pm.
July 17 (Wednesday) = Client awake already. Dog pooped on the vacant room again. Client looking for sunglasses from Rite-Aid, wanted to exchange it and wanted to Rite-Aid "to make it right" she believes. Told her they might not accept it back as it's broken and I have to find the receipt. Client had waffle, but doesn't want something to drink, either coffee or tea as again, with her going back and forth tot he commode as she say. Client had her Vesicare and Hydrochlorothiazide after the waffle, about 10:20 ' sh am. Client sleep as she said she was sleepy, cold and asked heater to be on which I turned on. that she's never been this sleepy in her life. Tidied up kitchen area, washed dishes, shampooed carpet on vacant room, cleaned fridge, emptied commode. Client remembered if she had paid me for Coco's and I said NO she hasn't, as she was thinking again of this restaurant in University Ave. that's why she remembered what she owes me from Coco's because probably she's gonna owe me again for the restaurant she was thinking. Then says she's gonna past on the idea first as with the money. And says now she has to wait for her check to pay me. Wrote check for Vons, gave me $7.50 for Popeyes. Left about 10:30 am. Went to Vons first and got black tea, chocolate fudge cake slice, 1 Cracker Jack, and acetamenophen for pain reliever. Paid with client's check. Then next to Popeyes. Got 5 pieces of legs and thigh for $3.99 and small cole slaw. Paid $7.46. Still has change or .4 cents which I gave to client before I left. Client sleeping when I got back, wiped kitchen floor, laundry. Client had lunch about 11:45 ' sh am when she woke up, had a leg and a thigh, cole slaw, and water melon. Water for drink. Likes lunch :) Took 1 pain pill @ 1 pm, explained to her it was a different brand than the one I got from Rite-Aid the other day which needed to be taken 8 hours apart (naproxen.) Client understood. Turned on tv. Rub at the back, shoulders, and legs. Told her I'd come 10 pm on Friday as I still have to work with the extra 4 hours I had when I waited fro her med. and she understood. (Got it on vid.) Called Rite-Aid pharmacy to refill Vesicare but out of refill, says will call doctor for refill. Left 1:20 ' sh pm. Put order for Akins, client wants 3 kaiser rolls, 1/2 lbs. pastrami, 1 cheese pocket, 1 dill pickle. Lady employee says cheese pocket will be ready in about an hour. Left 11:15 am. Picked up order @ Akins 11:30 am, spent $12.70 with my card. Dropped by to Ralphs and got 99 cents Diet Coke, cheese cake 2 slice, 1 can dog food, small Rug Doctor for odor. Spent $14.21 with my card. Client sleeping when I got back. Emptied commode. Prepared the lunch. Woke up client for lunch, client had pastrami sandwich with the kaiser roll, and watermelon and Diet Coke for drink. Didn't like the lunch, says salty last time and this time was even more. Called Akins and had talked to 4 people in there, finally she was told by employee named James to return pastrami tomorrow as he's there 12 noon and she (client) will be given whatever order she wants.Client wants corned beef instead for it and wants me to TASTE a piece. Told her "what if I like it and she DOESN'T like it?" Says she will throw me out the door. At about 12:40 pm, asked me if I wanted to work "overtime" as it's getting late then whatever time I spent will come later next day, or whatever day. I said "we'll see," (as I already was done with work.) Gave client Atenolol, Calcium, and stomach med. past 1 pm. Turned on tv on channel 8. Just finished whatever needed to be finished in the kitchen, went back to client's room 1:20 pm to tell her I'm leaving. Asked me why I am in a hurry and if I have somewhere to go and I said no. And she said, "then why are you in a hurry to go?" So I told her it's already 1:30 pm, I'm all done with my work, cleaned the kitchen, the fridge, did laundry, emptied her commode, etc." And client says " Ohhh.... I'm sorry." Called client's son about my refilling Vesicare and it's out of refill. Left voicemail. Left past 1:30 pm. Got a call back when I'd just got home and told me he will call client's doctor, the doctor who came to see her (the three.)

Told her my brother is going to use the car going to LA. Talked about DZ Akins and me returning the remaining pastrami and getting the corned beef, and client told me about the restaurant in University Ave. as she heard it again on commercial, turned out to be the buffet, and thinking of me going there, then she remembered the ad of Windmill Farms and wanted me to go there too. Told her I could only spend $15 for her as I'm broke. Then she decided to skip the buffet for today, just go to Akins and Windmill Farms. Also wanted Garnier product moisturizer, showed me a coupon and some lotion too. Made the list for it and asked me to call Windmill Farms on what they have for candies. Hanged up phone as it was taking so long, told client I would just call her from there. And told here my plan of what time to go and where I'm going first. Continued clothes on dryer, cleaned restroom, and kitchen floor. Called Rite-Aid and asked for price of Garnier item client wants, employee went and look for hair color price! Then went and find the item I want as I told her its a moisturizer, unable to find item and told me to drop by and see the item, (something like that.) Left 10:45 am almost and went to Rite-Aid first. Called client from there and told her Garnier's price for the item, about $16. And got Rite-Aid brand lotion as it's cheaper on the brand she had on the ad. Paid with client's check. Called client a few times about some other items such as bakery goods: muffins, and half of pie. She doesn't like the prices. Called her again and asked her about the trail mix, just wanted to make sure she understands and wants it, that its nuts as might not be able to chew it and ant to return it on the market, told her the price of chocolate peanut too and says too much, agreed on raisin chocolate instead. Got tomatoes, 3 potatoes, brown egg. Paid with client's check. Left 11:40 ' sh am and went to Akins next. Called client when I got there while looking for parking spot. Talked to an Asian male employee and told her the situation and that client had talked to James. Returned remaining pastrami and got 1/2 lbs. corned beef and added 2 kaiser rolls. Just to make sure I asked the guy as what I know is I have to pay for the kaiser rolls as it was separate and he confirmed. (Client expecting it to be free with the corned beef.) Paid for the 2 kaiser rolls from DZ Akins with my card, spent $1.70. Got back almost 12:30 pm, client sleeping, prepared the sandwich and woke her up for her lunch. Client had lunch @ about 12:35 ' sh pm, had corned beef on kaiser roll and water for drink. Prepared client's medicines for the night and for tomorrow with letters on it when to take and what day. Asked me about the lunch when I went to get her plate and gave her med. Agreed it was a bit salty. Says it's salty but she's done complaining. Also didn't told her I paid for the 2 kaiser rolls and that it wasn't free with the corned beef as she expected. Left 1:20 pm. Called back client's son when I got in the car as he has a voicemail letting me know about him calling the doctor about the refill of Vesicare.

Got tomatoes, 3 potatoes, brown egg. Paid with client's check. Left 11:40 ' sh am and went to Akins next. Called client when I got there while looking for parking spot. Talked to an Asian male employee and told her the situation and that client had talked to James. Returned remaining pastrami and got 1/2 lbs. corned beef and added 2 kaiser rolls. Just to make sure I asked the guy as what I know is I have to pay for the kaiser rolls as it was separate and he confirmed. (Client expecting it to be free with the corned beef.) Paid for the 2 kaiser rolls from DZ Akins with my card, spent $1.70. Got back almost 12:30 pm, client sleeping, prepared the sandwich and woke her up for her lunch. Client had lunch @ about 12:35 ' sh pm, had corned beef on kaiser roll and water for drink. Prepared client's medicines for the night and for tomorrow with letters on it when to take and what day. Asked me about the lunch when I went to get her plate and gave her med. Agreed it was a bit salty. Says it's salty but she's done complaining. Also didn't told her I paid for the 2 kaiser rolls and that it wasn't free with the corned beef as she expected. Left 1:20 pm. Called back client's son when I got in the car as he has a voicemail letting me know about him calling the doctor about the refill of Vesicare.

July 08 (Monday) = Arrived before 9 am, client's son and his wife in the front, surveying the front, trees, etc. Had chit-chat, talked about the cleaning up and client, and her stomachache. Son called mobile doctor to set appointment. Men already working with cutting down the trees, or trimming it on the back. Client already awake, told me about the stomachache, asked for Alkazeltzer. Had Alkazeltzer on 4 oz. of water about 9:30 ' sh am, doesn't want any breakfast. Tidied up kitchen. Client had fallen asleep, emptied commode, dryer (towels,) washed dishes. Client told me what she wants from Rite-Aid and Vons when she awakened. Called Vons and asked them for locks if still on sale. Says not. So suggested client liver patte and says ok. Wrote 2 checks: 1 for Vons and 1 for Rite-Aid. Left about maybe 10:45 am, went to Vons first, got 2 small steak, 1 locks as I check still the same price, $3.49 like last time, 1 liver patte, Diet Coke, 2 Cracker Jack. Paid with client's check. Next to Rite-Aid, got the prescription (Hydrochlorothiazide,) and paid the Doublemint gum, macaroni and cheese, cups, and antacid on the pharmacy too. Paid with client's check. Got back to client's place about 11:15 ' sh am, and she had 1 doublemint. Asked her what she wants for lunch and she says soup, she thought better for her stomach. Heated soup and prepared the macaroni and cheese too for her meal later. Client had the soup for lunch @ past 12. She walked into the kitchen 12:40 ' sh pm, had Cracker Jack. had some little chit-chat with her son when he came inside. Men working on the side tree, cutting it down. Noisy. Gave client 2 antacids to chew on before 1 pm. Talked to her about my planning to go to her bank and explained to her the reason: That I just noticed this morning that I was short on the amount I got from the bank when client paid me the $337 money she owes me for groceries and lunches, I just noticed that I had $237. Client wrote check for office. Turned on tv on the vacant room for her favorite 1 pm show. Had some chit-chat with her daughter in law and son. Left past 1:35 pm, called office I would just drop off time sheet and check as I'd be there past 2 pm.
July (09) Tuesday = Came in, dog outside, client sitting on the vacant room bed. Asked me about what happened to the bank yesterday. I said I prolly had lost the money. Client had tea and had her am med. Had se
had steak for lunch and steamed vegetables; broccoli and zucchini. Doesn't like the steak and the sauce very much. Water for drink. Had her calcium and vesicare before 1 pm. Told her about time doctor would be coming tomorrow, she wants shower and get cake for the doctor tomorrow. Told her we might not have time before dotos comes @ 10 to 12 pm. Agreed for my idea to come 8:30 to 12:30 pm. Left already about 1:20 'sh pm.
July 10 (Wednesday = Came in 8:30am.
Dog outside, client awake. Client had tea and am med. @ Vons 09:45 'sh am. Got cheesecake varities for $14.99. Dog food can, diet coke, glazed chicken wings, 1tv dinner. Paid with client check. Spent $41+. Paid with client's check. Got back past 09:20 am. Shower @ 09:40 'sh am. Alkazeltzer @ past 10 am. Says stomachache again. Missed call from her son. Returned call, he's asking bout the doctor if they've called. Tidied up kit hen. Laundry and dryer. Client wat hung tv. Had fried egg about 10:45 'sh am. Fall asleep. Lunch @ 11:50 'sh am. Had 4 BBQ glazed chicken wings, and steamed zucchini. Finished food by 12:30 pm. Water for drink. Doctor arrived, high blood pressure, and prescribed med for stomach. Client paid $250 for visit. Picked up meds. @ 4:20 'sh pm. Client had the stomach med., calcium and atenolol. Left 4 45 pm.
July 11 (Friday) = OFF!
July 12 (Saturday) = Called client before leaving. Dropped by to Rite Aid, Lemon Grove. Asked guy employee about sit aside beach umbrellas but says "not that he knows of" and directed me to the aisle. Called client about to tell her about the embrellas, big ones with purple in it along with other colors, 6.5 ft. but no small ones to match it like she wants. Says up to me. I said I like the ones we have better. Got bandages and Advil instead. Paid with client check. Went next to Home Depot, looked at flowers and got vinyl / linoleum samples.. @ Vons and got single serve strawberry shortcake, dry dog food, pastrami. Spent $15 with my card. got got to cliner 10 or past 10 am. Recycle bin put on the curb and brought back black bin. Back door still closed. Client sleeping, says awake mostly last night, arthritis pain. Client had coffee and waffle @ about 10:45'sh am. Rub pain cream on shoulders, back, and legs. Cleaned mess on the floors, tidied up things, laundry, dryer. Woke up client for lunch: half of pastrami sandwich, potato chips and water for drink. Put other half of the sandwich on fridge with olives. Watered back lawn and plants on pots. Client likes lunch :) Went to Rite Aid almost 12:30 pm and client wrote check for it. Brought big 7 ft beach umbrella with me. Got 1 pain cream and called client for the umbrella. Told her its the same umbrella I saw from Lemon Grove Rite Aid, says up to me but also says, "don't you think that's beautiful?" I just agreed. And decided to get it as she seems to really into this purple thing. Returned the 7 ft one we have and got the 6.5 ft with purple. Hadn't used check, still got refund of $2.93. Gave refund to client, and also she took her prescribed stomach pain Atenolol, and Calcium. She saw the umbrella with purple in it and now wanted the one she had just returned. Asked me to call Rite Aid for them to hold it 'til tomorrow. Then wanted me to pick it up now on my way as she worried they would sell it if someone likes it. Also wants candy in "green" bag. Had told her im gonna bring the check again as I might need it, that umbrella I just returned cost more. Did exchanged again, same cashier. Used check to pay remaining balance with the exchange. Then realized I forgot the candy. Told cashier I forgot something and left umbrella with the cashier. Called client and just decided on Bridge Mix. Got 1 Bridge Mix from Rite-Aid. Paid with my card $2.96.Almost 1:30 pm when left Rite Aid.
July 13 (Saturday) = Work 10 am. Called client @ 9:20 am for list of items she wants from 99 Cents. @ 99 Cents Store @ 10 am. Got items, called client, but she hadn't added anything, wants dessert from Vons. Spent $20.12 wih my card @ 99 Cents. @ Vons past 10:35 am. Got chocolate fudge slice and 1 can Alpo dog food. Spent $3.58 with my card. Arrived @ client maybe 10:50'sh am. Client sleeping, says awake most of the night with the pain cream. Dog pooped on the vacant room's carpet. Tidied up mess in the kitchen, made coffee, laundry and dryer, emptied trash, washed dishes, sanitized table as always. Client had coffee and boiled egg past 11 am. Took her Vesicare 11:30, again with arthritis pain and says she had 2 Advil before I came in. Rubbed cream at client's back, shoulders, legs. Changed vacant room's sheet and cleaned dog mess. Client fall asleep. Client had lunch past 12 pm, had steak, steamed vege. (zucchini and baby carrots) and brought her water for drink. Folded clothes, emptied commode, changed soiled rug. Watered lawn at the back. Prepared meals: pastrami sandwich, some more steak, the steamed vege., and olives, still has the macaroni and cheese and a tv dinner. Prepared meds for tomorrow and tonight with letter on when to take it. Woke up client to let her know im leaving, past 1 pm. Wants oranges. Picked oranges. Left 1:30 pm.

July 01 - July 07
July 01 (Monday) = Work (9:15 am) since I had stayed 'till 1:15 pm last Saturday (but left 1:26 pm already) with talking. Client already awake, still in bed, put dog outside. Very short chit-chat, just told me about the wildfire on news the night. Was asking her if she wants coffee or tea but fall back to sleep again so just let her sleep. Did on working instead, washed dishes, laundry of the soaked clothes and dried. Wiped kitchen floor, emptied commode, change rug and put topped white rug in used with old, blue, towel, emptied trash and had watered back lawn too. Turned on tv as client wanted to see news about the wildfire on Arizona. Decided on Popeyes and gave me $4 (two $1 bill, quarters, and dimes, nickels, and pennies.) Then wanted me to get dessert and tea on Vons. Told me to pay for Popeyes first and used the money on Vons. Left a little past 11 am, got Popeyes chicken with $2.99 coupon (leg and thigh, cole slaw and biscuit.) Paid with client's money. Spent $3.23. Then next to Vons, got cheese cake for $3.99 and Lipton original green tea for $2.99. Spent $6.98 with my card. (Also bought 2 cup noodles for .99 cents each for me but I paid separate with my card.) Got back past 11:35 'sh am, and went on preparing lunch, and preparing her dinner, made 2 blintzes and sauteed vegetables (brussels and zucchini) with Wostershire. Client had lunch 11:45 ' sh am, with the Popeyes chicken, biscuit, and half of coleslaw. Watered flowering plants at front porch on pots. Gave client small slice of dessert a little past 12:30 pm. Took her Calcium vit. about 12:50 pm. Paid me $2.87 that I deducted from what I spent on Vons ($6.98).Asked me if I got a call from her son. And I said "no." Told me about her son's call about the shower and that he learned he hadn't gotten shower yet and he told her he's going to call me. Client said she said," call her and I break your neck."Asked me what I ha done too for today so I told her. Made check for agency @ 1 pm, then suddenly thought of writing letter again for "Ericka," so while she's making the letter I went on cleaning the stairs at the back porch. Client done with her letter before 1:20 pm. Left 1:22 pm.
July 02 ( Tuesday) = Back door still closed. Carpet smells bad. Client already awake and wonders why dog doesn't wanna go outside. Doesn't want tea or coffee, says already had tea. Spent almost an hour looking for her checkbook as she wanted me to go to Vons and get 2 locks or salmon for $3.49. Decided Chinese Food for lunch. Had changed bed sheets. Then later found the new, unopened new checkbooks from Citi bank. :) Client wrote two checks: one for Vons and another 1 for Rite-Aid for small Tums and Advil. Left before 10:40 am for Vons. Got 2 locks, dog foods, chocolate cake slice dessert and cream cheese. Paid with client's check. Dropped by to Great Wall Express for Chinese food. Got fried rice, teriyaki and orange chicken and Diet Coke. Spent $5.93 with my card. Next ti Rite-Aid, paid with client's check for Advil and Tums. I went and looked for more umbrella's too as she was thinking of EXCHANGING after over a month for brown and white shades. Back past 11 am, client on the vacant room, says she just washed her hands. Prepared lunch. Client had lunch around 11:30 ' sh am, had fried rice, orange chicken, teriyaki and Diet Coke. Loved her lunch :) Again with the beach umbrella talk so I explained to her I cannot do an exchange if I do not have the receipt, I have to find the receipt first. And told her I did looked on the beach umbrella's at Rite-Aid and they don't have brown or white shades. Still asked me to call Rite-Aid so I did, asked about umbrellas and id they gonna have a new stock. I was told they're most likely not gonna have more stock as everything that needs to be shipped has been shipped and price is about 25% off now. Still, client wanted me to call other Rite-Aids: called Rite-Aid Lemon Grove, Bonita, she called Adams Ave. asked operator for Rite-Aid Nat'l City but no Rite-Aid there. Gave her small slice of chocolate dessert. Then later says she had called Rite-Aid Sweet Water and she was told they have like 1 in there and asked me if that's far from my place. I said that's in Chula Vista so says just forget it. Prepared shower. Had shower a little past 12:35 pm. Assist on grooming, etc. Says whatever extra time I spent, make up for it tomorrow, so I said I'm gonna be there 9:15 am Left 1:15 pm.
July 03 (Wednesday) = Worked 9:15 am. Client already awake, surprised I was in there already as she thought I was on the store as I asked her yesterday on her shower if she would like me to go to 99 Cents today, but then she didn't said she wanted me too and she made a crack that she doesn't have money and she hadn't said anything about me calling or what she wants. And she says she went and called 99 Cents Store and that they have roses and she wants more roses, etc. Asked me to call 99 Cents store in La Mesa so I could go there but they don't have roses. Called 99 Cents Store in University Ave. again if they would hold roses but guy says they don't do it. Worked with the list on what she wanted me to get. Remembered her check coming for the month so I went and checked mailbox. Check in there for her SSS (says on check for June) $1214. Had called client's son to asked him where he wants it to be deposited. Says he was on another line and will just call again later. Told client I would just do some work first. Then later told her I would just go to 99 Cents Store first and I'll just deposit check before 1 pm as I don't wanna carry it with me. She agreed. Left about 10:20 'sh am for store. Client's son called while I'm in there, and he and her wife decided I would just deposit the check on Citibank. Done with grocery shopping and got 5 roses too, called client about it first to let her know they weren't looking good but she still wanted it. Spent $32.38 with my card on 99 Cents Store Only. Got back to client's place past 11 am. Laundry and drying continued. Prepared lunch. And made baked potato and steamed broccoli for her dinner. Client had lunch past 11:35 am, had bagel with locks and cream cheese, water for drink. Asked me if I could stay 30 mins. and make up for it next day I come in so I could plant roses and other flowers in pot. I agreed. Transplanted roses. Wants me to have straw hat so I did. Then later client sitting in the kitchen looking at newspaper and store ads. Was back in her bedroom when I got back inside and ready to go. She had her Calcium and wrote the amount she owes me on the ready check. Left past 1:35 pm. Went to Citibank, deposited check with a new cashier who doesn't want to like look at the account of client as she says "they" or "she" she can't look at it in there (asked me for the account number and says I don't know) so I asked her to give client a call and tell client what was the problem. She did called client. And later transaction went smoothly. Says amount was deposited on checking account as client wanted to. (But client told me before on savings. Left almost 2 pm or a little past 2 pm. PAID $337.
July 4 (Thursday) = OFF! Fourth of July! And got a voice mail from client's granddaughter asking me to client about the locks (salmon.) Returned granddaughter's call, left a voice mail that I'm going to call client. Called client and talked abt. locks I got yesterday. Confirmed to me that I got 2 locks, and I said yes, I got 2 locks and I put it either on the 2nd or 3rd so she could see it. Then asked me where I am, I said home and then tells me she's feeling sick, arthritis pain, and that if I would come in there she would get a nice dinner. Talking about a chicken pie place in El Cajon Blvd. and Coco's, and I told her I could only stay until 10 pm as I have baby sitting for the night. Called office, had talked to Merrillee and told her about client's call and and what I told to client that I could only stay until 10 as I have baby sitting for the night. Says ok I could be there for 4 hrs. (?) Called client before I left at maybe about 7:40 ' sh pm told her I would go to Coco's and asked her what steak she wants (top sirloin $11.99 or ribeye $14.99) and she choose sirloin. Arrived @ Coco's before 8 pm, called client from there and asked her if she wants a pie ($11.49 + whole and $3.49+ a piece.) Got a slice of coconut cream pie and top sirloin steak. Spent $16.93 with my card on Coco's. Arrived @ client's place, lights on at the kitchen, dog outside, and client was sitting on vacant room. Spilled a bottled water in the ktichen, 2 towels on the floor. Dried kitchen floor, tidied up mess, newspapers on the floor, and trash, rub pain cream on her stomach as she said she has stomachache, then cream on her shoulders, back and legs too. Made her tea. Warmed up Coco's meal. Sliced steak into serving pieces. Client had steak for dinner, baked potato, grilled zhucchinis and half tomato, diced tomatoes and cream and her tea for drink. Loves the pie but not really the meal. Tidied up kitchen, and more rub, took 2 Advil @ about 9:35 pm. Phone rang, got it and her granddaughter was on the phone, surprised I was in there, then spoke to client's son too and he asked how client was doing, told him he's feeling better now but her mom had asked me to come as she has the arthritis pain, upset stomach and what she had for dinner. Also client had asked me If I could call the woman I was baby sitting for if she would understand if I would stay there overnight, etc. Client still watching tv, but says she's gonna go on her bedroom when I was about to go. Left 10:15 pm. NOTE: Told client its OK, with the 30 minutes she owes me yesterday as she was reminding me with it. I told her I will just come 9 am tomorrow and not 9:30 am.
July 05 (Friday) = Came in 9 am, back door still closed. Client awake. Then talked about pest control and I looked for BBB book accredited list of businesses. Called about 4 to 5 pest controls as client asked. She doesn't want prices and I already told her her son is taking care of it but she thinks their butting into her life and they want her home etc., explained to her her son just wanted to help her. Then asked me to call her son about pest controls, and I was told he took cared of it already and set for Monday when they come there and that he's planning for the trees first. Explained it to client. Asked me about the other locks, and I couldn't find it, and she asked me if I brought the locks home with me! Later found the locks on the top of the fridge, my mistake, I thought I put both locks together on the same spot. Tidied up kitchen, laundry, and dried bed sheets. Client fall asleep, emptied commode, sanitized and cleaned it. Watered back lawn too. She signed a check for Rite-Aid for: hair color, 7 Up, a Bridge Mix, and hair clip. Left about 10:45 ' sh am. Got the items and an Advil too. Arrived back and prepared lunch. Client had bagel and locks (salmon) for lunch with salad, 7 Up for her drink. Likes it than yesterday :) Had prepared grilled zucchini wrapped on salmon, 2 of it and 1 cheese blintz and steamed brussels with baby carrots for her dinner. She had fallen asleep and I tidied up the room, changed rugs and soaked old towel rugs.Put recycle bin and trash bin outside. Woke up client to let her know I'm going. Asked me if I could stay and hour later tomorrow and just make up on that on Monday. I said ok.. Left already past 1:15 pm.
July 06 (Saturday) = Dog outside, client awake, told me she was awake most of the time last night and she was mad about her granddaughters call asking her what she wants from the bakery, etc. Made her coffee. Continued drying towels, clothes, etc. and did more laundry. Defrosted beef liver. Says she has stomachache again, and had asked for Alkazeltzer. Had warmed up a bit of a 4 oz. water from the microwave, and added the the 2 tablets of alkazeltzer, which client took. Fall asleep for a while. Decided on DZ Akins, I called and put in the order: sliced hallaj bread, 1 cheese pocket, 1/2 lbs. of pastrami w/c to be pick up @ 10:30 am. Brought client a cup of coffee before I left @ about 10:24 am. She had fallen asleep again and woke her up when I'm about to go pick up the order. Got to Akins past 10:35 sh pm. Got order and I added the pickle and 1/2 lbs. of potato salad. Paid using my card, spent $15.76 on DZ Akins. Arrived back, client sleeping so I let her be. Emptied commode, change rugs and put the 3 area rugs I got from 99 Cents Store I got last time I went in there. Cooked sauteed beef liver that I marinated from Mama Sitas barbecue mix. Steamed zucchini. Client wakes up around 11:20 ' sh. Prepared the lunch. Client had lunch a little past 12 pm, had pastrami sandwich, and some potato salad and water for drink. Didn't like the potato salad. Tidied up kitchen area, folded the finished laundry. Client had her Calcium vit and bladder med after 1 pm. Did asked her when she wants the shower, and we had talked about just doing it today. Asked me to stay later to do for it and told her we could do the hair color too. Hair dyed done @ 1:22 pm. Client fall asleep while waiting for the dyeing time. Woke her up for shower about 1:40 'sh pm. She enjoyed the shower :) Baby power on the back, lotion on arms, and legs, assisted on putting on dress while watching the shopping channel. Asked me to open drawers, was looking for a blue plastic as there's dress in there she wanted to show me or give. Told her we could do it some other time. Told me to come on my usual time, 9 am, on Monday as her son and family is coming and I could just make up the extra hours, come later on Tues. Asked me the time so I told her, 2:45 pm already. Explained it to her I could come about an hour later on Tues. and the remaining minutes on Wed., because if I would do the 1 hr. and 45 mins. on Tues, I would just be in there for about 2 hrs. on Tues. which isn't good. And she says "yeah" what ever I decided. And wanted me to write it down on paper but I told her we don't have to. Left almost 3 pm.
July 07 (Sunday) = OFF!
July 02 ( Tuesday) = Back door still closed. Carpet smells bad. Client already awake and wonders why dog doesn't wanna go outside. Doesn't want tea or coffee, says already had tea. Spent almost an hour looking for her checkbook as she wanted me to go to Vons and get 2 locks or salmon for $3.49. Decided Chinese Food for lunch. Had changed bed sheets. Then later found the new, unopened new checkbooks from Citi bank. :) Client wrote two checks: one for Vons and another 1 for Rite-Aid for small Tums and Advil. Left before 10:40 am for Vons. Got 2 locks, dog foods, chocolate cake slice dessert and cream cheese. Paid with client's check. Dropped by to Great Wall Express for Chinese food. Got fried rice, teriyaki and orange chicken and Diet Coke. Spent $5.93 with my card. Next ti Rite-Aid, paid with client's check for Advil and Tums. I went and looked for more umbrella's too as she was thinking of EXCHANGING after over a month for brown and white shades. Back past 11 am, client on the vacant room, says she just washed her hands. Prepared lunch. Client had lunch around 11:30 ' sh am, had fried rice, orange chicken, teriyaki and Diet Coke. Loved her lunch :) Again with the beach umbrella talk so I explained to her I cannot do an exchange if I do not have the receipt, I have to find the receipt first. And told her I did looked on the beach umbrella's at Rite-Aid and they don't have brown or white shades. Still asked me to call Rite-Aid so I did, asked about umbrellas and id they gonna have a new stock. I was told they're most likely not gonna have more stock as everything that needs to be shipped has been shipped and price is about 25% off now. Still, client wanted me to call other Rite-Aids: called Rite-Aid Lemon Grove, Bonita, she called Adams Ave. asked operator for Rite-Aid Nat'l City but no Rite-Aid there. Gave her small slice of chocolate dessert. Then later says she had called Rite-Aid Sweet Water and she was told they have like 1 in there and asked me if that's far from my place. I said that's in Chula Vista so says just forget it. Prepared shower. Had shower a little past 12:35 pm. Assist on grooming, etc. Says whatever extra time I spent, make up for it tomorrow, so I said I'm gonna be there 9:15 am Left 1:15 pm.
July 03 (Wednesday) = Worked 9:15 am. Client already awake, surprised I was in there already as she thought I was on the store as I asked her yesterday on her shower if she would like me to go to 99 Cents today, but then she didn't said she wanted me too and she made a crack that she doesn't have money and she hadn't said anything about me calling or what she wants. And she says she went and called 99 Cents Store and that they have roses and she wants more roses, etc. Asked me to call 99 Cents store in La Mesa so I could go there but they don't have roses. Called 99 Cents Store in University Ave. again if they would hold roses but guy says they don't do it. Worked with the list on what she wanted me to get. Remembered her check coming for the month so I went and checked mailbox. Check in there for her SSS (says on check for June) $1214. Had called client's son to asked him where he wants it to be deposited. Says he was on another line and will just call again later. Told client I would just do some work first. Then later told her I would just go to 99 Cents Store first and I'll just deposit check before 1 pm as I don't wanna carry it with me. She agreed. Left about 10:20 'sh am for store. Client's son called while I'm in there, and he and her wife decided I would just deposit the check on Citibank. Done with grocery shopping and got 5 roses too, called client about it first to let her know they weren't looking good but she still wanted it. Spent $32.38 with my card on 99 Cents Store Only. Got back to client's place past 11 am. Laundry and drying continued. Prepared lunch. And made baked potato and steamed broccoli for her dinner. Client had lunch past 11:35 am, had bagel with locks and cream cheese, water for drink. Asked me if I could stay 30 mins. and make up for it next day I come in so I could plant roses and other flowers in pot. I agreed. Transplanted roses. Wants me to have straw hat so I did. Then later client sitting in the kitchen looking at newspaper and store ads. Was back in her bedroom when I got back inside and ready to go. She had her Calcium and wrote the amount she owes me on the ready check. Left past 1:35 pm. Went to Citibank, deposited check with a new cashier who doesn't want to like look at the account of client as she says "they" or "she" she can't look at it in there (asked me for the account number and says I don't know) so I asked her to give client a call and tell client what was the problem. She did called client. And later transaction went smoothly. Says amount was deposited on checking account as client wanted to. (But client told me before on savings. Left almost 2 pm or a little past 2 pm. PAID $337.
July 4 (Thursday) = OFF! Fourth of July! And got a voice mail from client's granddaughter asking me to client about the locks (salmon.) Returned granddaughter's call, left a voice mail that I'm going to call client. Called client and talked abt. locks I got yesterday. Confirmed to me that I got 2 locks, and I said yes, I got 2 locks and I put it either on the 2nd or 3rd so she could see it. Then asked me where I am, I said home and then tells me she's feeling sick, arthritis pain, and that if I would come in there she would get a nice dinner. Talking about a chicken pie place in El Cajon Blvd. and Coco's, and I told her I could only stay until 10 pm as I have baby sitting for the night. Called office, had talked to Merrillee and told her about client's call and and what I told to client that I could only stay until 10 as I have baby sitting for the night. Says ok I could be there for 4 hrs. (?) Called client before I left at maybe about 7:40 ' sh pm told her I would go to Coco's and asked her what steak she wants (top sirloin $11.99 or ribeye $14.99) and she choose sirloin. Arrived @ Coco's before 8 pm, called client from there and asked her if she wants a pie ($11.49 + whole and $3.49+ a piece.) Got a slice of coconut cream pie and top sirloin steak. Spent $16.93 with my card on Coco's. Arrived @ client's place, lights on at the kitchen, dog outside, and client was sitting on vacant room. Spilled a bottled water in the ktichen, 2 towels on the floor. Dried kitchen floor, tidied up mess, newspapers on the floor, and trash, rub pain cream on her stomach as she said she has stomachache, then cream on her shoulders, back and legs too. Made her tea. Warmed up Coco's meal. Sliced steak into serving pieces. Client had steak for dinner, baked potato, grilled zhucchinis and half tomato, diced tomatoes and cream and her tea for drink. Loves the pie but not really the meal. Tidied up kitchen, and more rub, took 2 Advil @ about 9:35 pm. Phone rang, got it and her granddaughter was on the phone, surprised I was in there, then spoke to client's son too and he asked how client was doing, told him he's feeling better now but her mom had asked me to come as she has the arthritis pain, upset stomach and what she had for dinner. Also client had asked me If I could call the woman I was baby sitting for if she would understand if I would stay there overnight, etc. Client still watching tv, but says she's gonna go on her bedroom when I was about to go. Left 10:15 pm. NOTE: Told client its OK, with the 30 minutes she owes me yesterday as she was reminding me with it. I told her I will just come 9 am tomorrow and not 9:30 am.
July 05 (Friday) = Came in 9 am, back door still closed. Client awake. Then talked about pest control and I looked for BBB book accredited list of businesses. Called about 4 to 5 pest controls as client asked. She doesn't want prices and I already told her her son is taking care of it but she thinks their butting into her life and they want her home etc., explained to her her son just wanted to help her. Then asked me to call her son about pest controls, and I was told he took cared of it already and set for Monday when they come there and that he's planning for the trees first. Explained it to client. Asked me about the other locks, and I couldn't find it, and she asked me if I brought the locks home with me! Later found the locks on the top of the fridge, my mistake, I thought I put both locks together on the same spot. Tidied up kitchen, laundry, and dried bed sheets. Client fall asleep, emptied commode, sanitized and cleaned it. Watered back lawn too. She signed a check for Rite-Aid for: hair color, 7 Up, a Bridge Mix, and hair clip. Left about 10:45 ' sh am. Got the items and an Advil too. Arrived back and prepared lunch. Client had bagel and locks (salmon) for lunch with salad, 7 Up for her drink. Likes it than yesterday :) Had prepared grilled zucchini wrapped on salmon, 2 of it and 1 cheese blintz and steamed brussels with baby carrots for her dinner. She had fallen asleep and I tidied up the room, changed rugs and soaked old towel rugs.Put recycle bin and trash bin outside. Woke up client to let her know I'm going. Asked me if I could stay and hour later tomorrow and just make up on that on Monday. I said ok.. Left already past 1:15 pm.
July 06 (Saturday) = Dog outside, client awake, told me she was awake most of the time last night and she was mad about her granddaughters call asking her what she wants from the bakery, etc. Made her coffee. Continued drying towels, clothes, etc. and did more laundry. Defrosted beef liver. Says she has stomachache again, and had asked for Alkazeltzer. Had warmed up a bit of a 4 oz. water from the microwave, and added the the 2 tablets of alkazeltzer, which client took. Fall asleep for a while. Decided on DZ Akins, I called and put in the order: sliced hallaj bread, 1 cheese pocket, 1/2 lbs. of pastrami w/c to be pick up @ 10:30 am. Brought client a cup of coffee before I left @ about 10:24 am. She had fallen asleep again and woke her up when I'm about to go pick up the order. Got to Akins past 10:35 sh pm. Got order and I added the pickle and 1/2 lbs. of potato salad. Paid using my card, spent $15.76 on DZ Akins. Arrived back, client sleeping so I let her be.
