Aug. 26 (Monday) = Arrived, dog outside. Client awake, with the arthritis pain again put/ rubbed back, shoulders and legs with pain cream. Dog popped on the vacant room's carpet. Made coffee and tidied up kitchen. Client had fallen asleep. Emptied commode. Gave her coffee when she had awakened. Was thinking of the deli (Akinz) again but then had changed her mind to Burger King with her available money. Had thought of Vons too and wrote a check for a "white fish" but skipped it. Turned on tv, says "Click OK to watch TV." Called Lalo (AT&T tech guy that did installation last Friday.) No answer and I didn't left a message but called the 1-800 number instead. Didn't helped. Got a call back from Lalo as I was about to go for Burger King. He suggested what to press and told me to call again if I nothing worked. Left for Burger King at 11 am with total of $5.90+ ( three $1 bill and quarters, dimes, nickels and lots of pennies.) Added $1 of my money on it as money wasn't enough. Got the original chicken sandwich with a coupon (buy 1 get 1 free) and a Hershey's sundae pie. Spent $6.24. Client had lunch 11:40 'sh am and told her I added .34 cents as money wasn't enough. (And she also made a joke that she thought Burger King had kept me there because I don't have enough money.) Had her Calcium and Atenolol before 1 pm. Put other half of the pie and the other sandwich on the fridge. Wrote a check for office and she called bank and had spoke to Carlos about her balance (did transferred for the check.) Left 1:06 pm.
Aug. 27 (Tuesday) = Dog inside by the door on leased. Client was still sleeping. Made her coffee and sunny side up egg. Watered lawns and washed 1 99 Cents square rug. Tidied up kitchen. At the bank, with teller Maria. Had cashed in $35. Went to Vons and got dessert, Diet Coke, dog foods, slice of water melon, and kaiser rolls, cost $18+. Got 1 double cheese burger and value fries cost $3. Went to Smart & Final and got taffy candy bag, cost $4.+. Got back, prepared lunch. Client had the double cheese burger, fries, some watermelon and Diet Coke for drink. Client liked it. Had her Calcium and Atenolol before 1 pm. Turned on tv and the same trouble again yesterday but had fixed it and found the channels. Returned change to client and asked her if she wanted me to go to 99 Cents then I would need money. Gave me back the change bills, $9. And paid me .35 cents for what she owes me yesterday, .34 cents from BK. Gave her a slice of the dessert and told her about the tv dinners. Left 1:05 pm.
Aug. 28 (Wednesday) = Called client in 99 Cents Store and she asked me to call Coco's as she watched a special of $6.99 something lunch. Called Coco's and learned it was a regular burger and fries special. Called client back and decided to get items from 99 Cents, we can get the burger from Burger King. Got items and cost $8, added .32 cents for tax. Arrived to client 9:40 ' sh am, dog inside by the door. Client awake. Doesn't want coffee. Tidied up kitchen. Turned on aircon as client asked and turned on the tv. Prepared meals for her tomorrow: blintzes and peas and bacon sandwich and olives. Client had bologna sandwich on kaiser roll, steamed spinach, olives, 2 slices of tomatoes and water for drink. Fall asleep after lunch. Had her Calcium and Atenollol about 12:50 pm. Rubbed pain cream on back, shoulders, and legs. Green trashed put by the curb. Picked up 4 oranges. Told her about her meals and the untouched 2 tv dinners, gave 2 more pain rub from 99 Cents and Acetamenophine, 500 mg. pain reliever. Left 1:25 pm.
Aug. 29 (Thursday) = OFF!
Aug. 30 (Friday) = Put dog outside. Client awake, with the arthritis pain again. Tidied up kitchen area. Watered lawns. Says yes for shower but fall asleep and changed mind to tomorrow. Also wanted Vidal Sasson hair color from CVS as she said Rite-Aid says they don't have it when she called. Wrote a check for Vons. She called bank to check balance to make sure there's enough for groceries. Spoke to a lady teller and past phone to client. Left 11 or around 11 am. Got tv dinners, dog foods, glazed chicken wings, $5 Boston cream pie, grape soda, 1 Cracker Jack, 3 kaiser rolls, waffles. Spent $30 + paid with client's check. Arrived, past 11:30 am, prepared client's lunch. Client had 3 glazed chicken, corn, steamed spinach and grape soda. Wiped the kitchen floor. Had the Calcium and Atenolol about 12:50 'sh pm. Changed bed sheets as she postponed shower for tomorrow. Changed bed sheets. Warm towel on legs for arthritis pain and client fall asleep on bed while I'm changing. Pan cream on legs afterwards. Soaked soiled sheets and clothes. Prepared the tv dinner steak portabello, already heated on microwave and had it in a plate. Picked oranges. Left almost 1:30 pm.
Aug. 31 (Saturday) = Client still sleeping, and told me she didn't sleep last night, and arthritis pain. Doesn't want coffee. Tidied up kitchen. Laundry. Dog poop on the dust pan in the hallway. Shampooed carpet. Client had a waffle. Changed bed sheet on the hallway bed. Tidied up room and emptied commode while client sleeping. Checked mail but told client just magazine (check already arrived, wanted to talked to her son first for Chase before telling client.) Client again with wanting pool to be filled with water for dog. So I just did it to satisfy her as she's been saying it for days, maybe weeks. Filled the ready pool with about almost 1/2 water before 11:30 am and watered back lawn. Brought dog outside and he won't go in there. Went back inside and told client, which was sleeping but got awakened. Still she's on it and thinking of what to put in there so the dog would go, "maybe a rubber ducky?" she thought. Told her the dog won't still go in there even with a "rubber ducky," the dog needs the salon. Prepared lunch. Client only had a cup of cream of chicken as she had wanted. Prepared her meals: the rest of the blintzes (2) with corn, half of the kaiser bread remaining with bologna, steamed carrots, tomatoes. Got missed calls from private number (I thought was her granddaughter) then her number showed up, another missed call. Called her back. It's about them coming tomorrow, and the Nachos and the stuffs she got for client. And talked to client's son as well, with the rat trap from the pest control, and told her about client's check came which client didn't know yet, and client needing to deposit $500 to Chase. Told client about the call and just told her about the check coming earlier on the mailbox and she kept it by the side drawer. Shower after lunch. Assist on putting on night gown and combing. Found bank statement and put it on top of fridge. Client fall asleep for a while on the hallway bed. Walked back in her room and lied down. Shampooed client's bedroom. Pushed the greenery trash bins back in place, emptied pool, tidied up things. Client walked in kitchen. Asked for something to eat, gave her the Calcium and Atenolol first and gave her some grapes. Texted her son about the bank statement on top of the fridge. Put the nachos and taffy on the table for her granddaughter. Told me to whatever time I spent to either come late or leave early on Monday. Told her the time, 3 pm, and that I'd just come later. Left 3 'sh pm.

Aug. 19 - Aug. 25
Aug. 19 (Monday) = Backdoor still closed, dog barking, client awake. Let dog outside and client says how mad she is with the dog specially last night, says she put dog outside and was waiting for it to go inside for 6 - 7 hours but dog won't come in. Doesn't want coffee, says she already had tea, and again with the arthritis pain. Client asked for potato pancakes, made two. Tidied up kitchen while pancakes on the pan, laundry and dryer on. Woke up client for her 2 potato pancakes. Emptied commode, sanitized and rinsed it outside and watered back lawn. Cleaned hallway restroom. Preparing tuna sandwich when client called, asking me what I'm gonna have for lunch, told her I'm making tuna sandwich and potato fries, says she had gathered nickels, dimes, pennies, etc. for money to if I want to go out. So I asked her if she wanted me to go out, and she went about her plan of having a nice lunch about once a month and she remembered Hometown Buffet, asked me if I think we should skip that for today after she asked me how much I spent in there last time. So I said I think so (as she only have dimes, pennies, and nickels.) So I continued preparing the tuna sandwich. Woke up client for lunch but took her few more minutes to wake up. Client had half of the tuna sandwich on cheese kaiser roll, fries, and nachos and water for drink. Prepared past with beef bacon, sliced zhucchini and the remaining tuna from the sandwich with half of the sandwich on ziplock bag. Watered front lawn. Took her Calcium and Atenolol at 12:50 pm. Then went on with the idea for fun that she wanted me to call MGM Grand and asked the gift department for a small "slot machine." Then next the Caesars Hotel. Then pest control guy arrived. Brought back dog inside and went back to client while guy sprays outside. Also brought back pain meds. to client, that I found in the trash along with the newspapers. She called bank to check checking balance for check she wrote for office. Took to another fella as she was told Carlos was busy. Then phone was cut off. She wanted to wait but then decided to just call back. And she asked the guy about what happened to Chase, and asked for the guy's opinion. Left 1:20 pm already.
Aug. 20 (Tues.) = Dropped by to Target for Grout sealer. Called client to let her know they don't have it. Went to Walmart next to check, called client, they don't have it. Got blueberry muffins. Spent $3+ with my card. Says El Pollo Loco for lunch. Arrived to her place about 9:40 'sh am, backdoor still locked. Put dog outside. Client had 1 muffin and coffee, woke her up for it. Tidied up kitchen. Dried 2 towel rugs and tidied up kitchen. LIVING ROOM door from the kitchen OPEN. Dog POOPED in there. Watered back lawn. Asked me to count all her change, total $2.55+, not enough for El Pollo Loco, told her I need about $9. And I have $20 with me but that's for my gas. Suggested I'm gonna have to go to her bank, client agreed. Wrote a check for $20 for me to cash in. Went looking for her necklace (the one that's always tangled up) and for her black ring (the one I brought on Kmart for sample.) Found the ring under the bed along with papers, pens, candies, and previous still had just used checkbook, etc. Found the round, pendant (or so I believed was the pendant of the necklace.) Gave both to client. Left 11:30 am. On bank, cashed in $20, teller: Maria. Next to El Pollo Loco, got 3 pieces leg and thigh combo, with corn tortilla, Spanish rice, cole slaw, and Diet Coke. Spent $8+ with client's money. Back before 12 pm. Client had lunch, 1 thigh, cole slaw, Spanish rice and Diet Coke. Also gave her the Target check and the change. Says was a little bit salty. Emptied trash, tidied up kitchen again. Made 1 potato pancake to add for the left chicken leg for her dinner. Gave Calcium and Atenolol. Left 1:05 pm. :)
Aug. 21 (Wed.) = Client awake already, says about 8:30 am she got a call from the mobile physician's office about them coming for follow up. Client says call her after an hour as she still has to decide. Made coffee and tidied up kitchen. Laundry and continued dryer. Client had coffee and waffle, and the Hydrochlorothiazide and Vesicare after. Shampooed carpet on vacant room. Waited for the mobile physician's call: unable to do the grocery and shower as client wants us to wait fort he call. Then she decides to call for her son and asked him if he made the call for them. Her son called the mobile physician. Asked me to call his son after a while. Was told by her son not to worry about it as they won't come unless client wanted them to, and he asked fort hem to call him first. Looked for client's denture's glue or something, can't find it. Decided to just get a new one and wrote a check for Rite-Aid. Gave me $12+ for lunch, Smart and Final for chocolate candies, and Vons for dog food and tv dinners. Left already 11:14 'sh am and got to Vons first. Got Banquet 3 tv dinners, and 3 can dog foods, spent $4+. Got 1 double cheese burger from Burger King $1.49+ and went next to Smart and Final. Called client from there and told her about the Snickers price. Decided to just go get it from Rite-Aid too. And went to Rite-Aid, called client a few times about the shower powder brand Mavis, denture glue, Loreal lipstick and Chili beans. Paid by check. Got back to client about 12:20 ' sh pm. Prepared lunch. Client had lunch 12:30 pm already, had double cheese burger, some Nachos, and sweet corn and Diet Coke for drink. Returned changes too, about $5+. Emptied trash and tidied up kitchen. Atenolol, and Calcium med. taken 1 pm. Gave her the pain reliever ($1 a bottle, 16 capsules from Rite-Aid) and the ultra strength rub. Asked me about the extra minutes I had spent, told her it's ok. (just 1:06 'sh pm.) Then went on with the "grout" again on Home Depot and gave me the $5+ change I just returned and wants me to ask employee too if they know someone who could install the tiles. . And with some chatting, I ended up leaving 1:20 pm.
Aug. 22 (Thursday) = OFF!
Missed call and voice mail from client's granddaughter. Called her back and had talked to client too. Told me to skipped Home Depot tomorrow as the AT&T technicians are coming tomorrow and wants me to get donuts from Vons tomorrow.
Aug. 23 (Friday) = Dropped by to Vons and got 4 donuts, .69 cents each and got 1 small can dog food. Spent about $3+. Got to client with back door still closed, client awake. Had made coffee (but client doesn't want coffee thou,) tidied room, and kitchen. Phone call received, and it was the tech letting client know they're gonna be there in 45 minutes. Had half of the glazed donut and doesn't want it, says tasted like dough, called Vons bakery and was told to return it for refund. AT&T Technicians arrived just before 10 am, or maybe around 9:40 'sh am. One named Eduardo and another one was older man, both nice. Tested signal, and checked wirings. They's installed new cable / wirings to have a good connection. Client had coffee about 11:30 'sh am and decided for Burger King. Tried calling client's son twice but no answer. Had left him a message the third time letting him know about the guys arrived before 10 am and working with the wirings and installation. Got mail from Cox, a bill for $71.39 and client says she already paid it, had explained it later that this was a different bill, this was for August. Client's son called before or around 1 pm, let him talked to Eduardo. Guys left past 1 pm. Left about 1:15 'sh or 1:20 ' sh pm to Vons and returned remaining donuts and got refund of $2+. Then next to Burger King and got 1 double cheese burger and Hershey's sundae pie for $1.69 a slice. Paid with client's money. Client had lunch already 1:35 pm, had the double cheese burger, peas, Hershey's pie and water for drink. Made mashed potato, and made the remaining 2 potato pancakes for her dinner with corn. Had her Calcium and Atenolol 2 pm. Gave change back. Also had opened another pain reliever and put it on her bedside table. Missed call and voice mail from client's son. Called him back and told me about him calling Cox and that it was canceled already and had 3 days to review/cancel AT&T service. Woke up client to let her know I'm leaving. Left before 2:20 pm.

He called client as there's no enough on client's checking and he says was overdrawn of $10. He called client and explained the need for transfer and he transferred $40 on client's checking. Got the $25 cash and went to Vons. Got I Ams can dog foods, 1 tv dinner, 1 Cracker Jack, sour cream, cheese blintz, cream, and steak. Paid $22+. Got change of $2+, not enough for Popeyes chicken so I decided to just pay for the chicken. Got leg and thigh with brisket for $2.99 + tax. Spent $3.23 with my card. Aug. 12 - Aug. 18
Aug. 12 (Monday) = Called client as she asked me to call her for Target before going. I had a check for Target for grout sealer. Then told me about green trash not being picked up, made her mad, didn't sleep. Agreed for me to just go there straight there for the trash as there would fine if it is reported. Work 10 am. Pulled 4 green bins on side. Dog inside by the door. Client awake. Made coffee. Client fall asleep. Had coffee, talking about her arthritis pain. Tidied up kitchen. Soaked blanket. Client fall asleep again. Made uncle ben's rice, bacon and steamed spinach for client dinner. Left almost 11:30 am when she's awake with ka little over $4 for Rite-Aid for Whopper and pain cream. Added .36 for payment. Back about 11:40 'sh am. Made lunch. Client had lunch about 12:11 pm, 4 glazed chicken wings, sweet corn and water for drink. Client liked the chicken :) Client fall asleep. Woke her up 12:50 pm to rub pain cream on shoulders and legs. Took her Atenolol, Omeprazole and Calcium. Client wrote check for office. Talked to her if it's ok to come Sunday instead of Saturday. Left already 1:30 pm.
Aug. 13 (Tuesday) = Dog outside. Client awake. Told me about her granddaughter's call about Smart And Final's Nachos, big bag for $4+, etc. and told me about her call to the said store about taffy candies for $2+. Doesn't want either coffee or tea. Wanted to take out money from Chase and put it back on Citibank, worries about her money all going out and that she doesn't have money on Citibank, etc. She said she had called Chase yesterday and was told she has to authorized someone to withdraw in there. Informed me too about her calling Cox and that a technician would come tomorrow am. Explained to client that the $500 that was on Chase bank was for her bills. Suggested her to talked to her son. Client spoke to son and told him about her needing to take out money from there. First she wants to take out $250, then $500 (told her I deposited $500 in there) and she said she thought it was $1000. So reminded her the rest of her check was deposited on Citibank. Then came to $50, then $25, etc. Tried to call Chase, no answer. Client decided to try it again later, went to sleep and I watered lawns as she mentioned. Tidied up kitchen, dryer (blanket), cleaned shower room, and wiped kitchen floor. Client up about 10:30 am and suggested to her she could try and call Chase. Client called Chase bank and spoke to employee named Hector. Was told she has to be there. I then suggested her she could just take out needed money from Citibank. Client agreed. Asked me to bring her Citibank debit card with me as well for PIN, and she took some time writing a letter she wanted Carlos to read about Chase. Told her she needs more check books too as she only have one more left. Lady came up on the front but didn't rang doorbell. Then came back to her car and went to the fruit tree in client's front and checked the tree. :) Left 11:11 am. Teller $$$ took cared of the transaction, and asked for client's card for a new PIN and again, was told client needs to be in there, and gave me a number to call instead when I told her client also needs more check book. Cashed in $20. Went next to Burger King and got 2 for $5 deal; got the original chicken sandwich and Whopper and value onion rings. Next to Smart and Final and got the big Nacho bag and taffy both each $4+. Went next to Rite-Aid and got 3 $1 each Whopper candies. Back, client sleeping, prepared lunch. She's up before I served lunch. Client had original chicken sandwich, some onion rings and Nachos and water for drink. Prepared macaroni and cheese and steamed zucchini. Gave Calcium, Omeprazole (last one of the tablet), and Calcium. Tidied up bedroom, changed soiled towel rug past 1 pm. Client gave me Nachos and taffies. Left already 1:35 pm.
Aug. 14 (Wednesday) = Arrived 9 am, dog outside, brought him in. Client up. Made her coffee. Tidied up kitchen and client had coffee and a waffle. Gave am meds. Told me about her granddaughters call and a message for me to call her father (client's son) as soon as the Cox guy leave and report on how it went. Continued cleaning, shampooed carpets, from vacant room to hallway and her room while she had a bit of nap. She's watching tv at around 10 ' sh am. Cleaned hallway bathroom floor. Cox guy (Filipino) came almost 11:30 am, checked all tv's. And spoke to client and explained that her tv is getting the best picture quality its getting but for HD she would need a cable box. Client doesn't want it if she would pay for it but she would appreciate if they would give it free of charge. Called client's son as soon as the guy left. Told her son what the guy said and says they'd probably go with AT&T and they would get a deal. Also told him about the insect traps on fig tree at front. Left past 11:30 am for lunch. Got Chinese food from Great Wall Express: lo mein, teriyaki, orange chicken, and Diet Coke (maybe sweet and sour?) Spent $6.+ with my card. Client doesn't want her refill med. to be picked up though already told her it's about $3 to $2. Got back and warmed up foods. Client had lunch about 11:40'sh am, had lo mein, teriyaki and orange chicken and half of the Diet Coke. Complains about the orange chicken being too sweet. Laundry and dried some hand towels and clothes. Client fall asleep. Changed bed sheets when she had awakened. Gave Atenolol and Calcium. Massage back, shoulders and legs with pain cream. Also ointment on both big toes while she was still asleep (before the massage.) Left already 1:30 pm.
Aug. 15 (Thursday) = OFF!
Aug. 16 (Friday) = Dog outside, client awake and had coffee. Had morning meds. Told me she wants egg and bacon for breakfast but we don't have the bacon so I may need to get it on the store. Watered lawns. Tidied up kitchen. Called bank (client doesn't want to call them but asked me instead) to check client had enough in her checking for Ralphs. Talked to Julian and he heard client on phone too as I asked client how much she wants in her checking, she says $30, but Julian said client have $50 so its enough. Went to Ralphs. Wrote me a check for Ralphs thou I suggested I cashed in money because of the declines she got the past weeks. Still wrote me a check. Got all needed items from Ralphs and check got accepted. :) Got back, client sleeping. Prepared egg and bacon and woke her up for it and she had it with coffee. Says it's gonna be her lunch. Client went back to sleep again. She's up just before I prepared lunch and asked her what she wants, asked for only Greek salad so client only had Greek salad for lunch and Diet Coke. Prepared the 2 tv dinners I got for her (opened lids), sandwich on ziplock bag still untouched, macaroni and cheese and the Chinese food. Gave Atenolol, and Calcium about 1 pm. Left about almost 1:30 pm.
Aug. 17 (Saturday) = OFF!
Aug. 18 (Sunday) = Dropped by to Kmart and looked for night gowns. Called client to let her know there's no knee high night gowns. Checked Jaclyn Smith's sale products and called client. Decided she;d skipped as doesn't need them. Told me she's out of cream. Told her I could get it in 99 Cents but I only have $5 cash. Dropped by to 99 Cents Store. Got about 8 items: 2 pain cream, chocolate cookies, paper towel, dry dog food and canned, tomatoes, and mayonaise. Spent $8+ with my card. Arrived about 9:40 'sh am. Dog outside, client still sleeping. Tells me about her arthritis pain, and went back to sleep, and was feeling cold, put her under 3 blankets and using heating pad. Cleaned pasta on the bed. And butter on the floor wrapped in hand towel. Tidied up kitchen. Laundry and continued drying. Client had coffee about 10:30' sh am. Rubbed pain cream on back, shoulders, and legs, and trimmed big toe nails. Client went back to sleep. Prepared lunch, beef bacon and steamed spinach. Woke client up for lunch, had beef bacon sandwich on kaiser roll, steamed spinach and water for drink. Prepared meal: bacon, green peas and mashed potato. Shower after lunch before or about 12:30 pm. Assist on putting clothes on, put lotion. Client had the Atenolol and Calcium a little past 1 pm. Left 1:30 pm already.
Aug. 13 (Tuesday) = Dog outside. Client awake. Told me about her granddaughter's call about Smart And Final's Nachos, big bag for $4+, etc. and told me about her call to the said store about taffy candies for $2+. Doesn't want either coffee or tea. Wanted to take out money from Chase and put it back on Citibank, worries about her money all going out and that she doesn't have money on Citibank, etc. She said she had called Chase yesterday and was told she has to authorized someone to withdraw in there. Informed me too about her calling Cox and that a technician would come tomorrow am. Explained to client that the $500 that was on Chase bank was for her bills. Suggested her to talked to her son. Client spoke to son and told him about her needing to take out money from there. First she wants to take out $250, then $500 (told her I deposited $500 in there) and she said she thought it was $1000. So reminded her the rest of her check was deposited on Citibank. Then came to $50, then $25, etc. Tried to call Chase, no answer. Client decided to try it again later, went to sleep and I watered lawns as she mentioned. Aug. 05 - Aug. 11
Aug. 05 (Monday) = Dropped by to Kmart and looked for torquise ring, called client as they don't have it. Asked me to look for rust remover (for iron) and a paste to put on tile crakcs. Got rust remover. Paid with client's Kmart card she got when she returned a ring before. She still have a balance of $10.80 on the Kmart card. Got back about 9:30 am, turned on heater as said she was cold. Made client coffee and she took it. Tidied up kitchen, really messy. Dog pooped and peed on carpet by the vacant room. She wanted donut so suggested her I could go to Vons as I don't have money I could spare for her as she thought of Ihop while I'm in Kmart. Client wrote a check for Vons and gave me items she wanted. Went to Vons, and tried to pay with client's check but it was declined, manager Connie was the cashier. Called client and told her and she called bank. Called her after a while from store and client asked me to go back to her place, have the items on hold. Got back to client and we called her bank again, she talked to Carlos and was assured she has her bank account intact, no problem with it. So I got back to Vons and told client I'd try and pay again. Declined again, manager Connie called Vons (main office ?) and told about the declined check which client has enough fund. I was given a 1-800 number for client to call. Told her I'd leave the items again and go back to client and maybe just have her write a check for me to cash in in her bank.Got back and told client what happened, and she was mad. Says she's not going to Vons again. But after a while I had her agreed to call the 1-800 number (Safeway.) Client talked to a representative and she learned why. She got her account overdrawn the past weeks. And she said she was told they'd have it fix but meanwhile she decided for me to just go to Ralphs. She wrote a check for Ralphs and I left already 12 noon. Got same items I got from Vons. Paid with client's check and it was accepted. Got back about 12:30 pm, client awake, prepared her lunch and she woke up before I serve her lunch. Client had 3 pieces of the Honey Glazed Chicken Wings, peas and water for drink. Asked me to stay for an hour and come later tomorrow. Client likes it and fall asleep after lunch.Stayed until 2 pm. Did things that needed to be tidied up and cleaned. Emptied commode and continued washing towel rugs. Woke up client 2 pm for her Omeprazole, Calcium, and Atenolol. She wrote a check for office too and she called her bank to see if she has enough money in there. Reminded me to come later tomorrow as I stayed 'til 2 pm. Left about 2:15 pm.
Aug. 06 (Tuesday) = 10 am work. Dog barking as he got into inside of the door. Client awake, says dog had been a bad dog. And arthritis pain bad. Rubbed cream at the back, shoulders and legs. Says it helped, made her feel better. Made client coffe about 10:30 am.Tidied up kitchen. Past 11 am at the bank to cash in $15 for Subway. Client ddoesn't want to call bank and wanted to be called instead for any problem. Maria: teller. @ Subway at about 11:30 am. Got footlong roast beef and two 21 oz. Diet Coke and Sprite Paid $10.75with client's money. Change of $4.25. Drpped by to Rite-Aid to get cream, pain medicine, Diet Pepsi, Cheetos Puffs and looed at wheelchair's price. Paid with client's check. Client lunch past 12 noon: roast beef, green peas and the 21 oz. Diet Coke. Picked up 5 oranges. Client took Atenolool, Omeprazole and Calcium about 1 pm. Paid water utilitybill, $93.11 and dropped it off at post office. Left already 1:20 pm.
Aug. 07 (Wednesday) = Called client before leaving home for 99 Cents Store item list she wants me to get. Asked her about going to Ralphs for groceries as I'm off tomorrow, Thursday. Only have $4.25 budget, change from yesterday's Subway. Got to store before 9 am, got items. Spent $3.94 and had .31 cents change returned to client when I got there. Doesn't want coffee or tea. Says about arthritis pain last night, went to sleep. Put dog outside and watered back lawn and front. Dried two towel rugs and soaked 2 night gowns. Tidied up kitchen. Emptied commode and changed soiled towel rug.Client up about past 10:30 am. Asked her again about getting Ralphs groceries and says she's going to think about it. Made her kaiser roll pastrami sandwich and macaroni and cheese for meals just in case she doesn't want me to get groceries. Client had lunch about 11:45 am, had glazed chicken wings, steamed spinach, plums and water for drink. Made me list for Ralphs. Left 12:24 pm for Ralphs. Got items from Ralphs and check was declined. Hold off items and told manager/cashier Jessie Rivas I'd make a call to client. Called client and explained what happened and suggested her either cancel the groceries or I'd go back to her place, she'd write a check that I'd cash in to her bank. Got items on hold, went back to client and she called the bank, spoke to Carlos and explained him what happened. Teller asked for 10 minutes: 12:55 pm, and it's already 1:14 pm so client decided to call again, told Carlos I'd be there in few minutes. Client wrote check for $20 for me to cash in. Got to the bank and Carlos check client's account, assured it's ok and cashed in the $20. Called client and told her I'd go straight to Ralphs back and get the items. Arrived to Ralphs and paid for the items, also asked for 1-800 to call for the declined check. Jessie Rivas game me two choices of numbers to call. Got back to client, gave her medicines, (Atenolol, Calcium, and Omeprazole) rub, and gave back her change purse and change from $20 from Ralphs. Called the second number given. Then I was past to another number, went on what happened again, was asked for client's account, routing, and check number, the amount I was about to pay on Ralphs, etc. Says check was declined due to negative feedback from another store (Vons) that they had seen. So it has to be cleared first and that takes about 7-8 days. Left 2:30 pm and client had it written down about her wanting for me to come in later the next day I come to work for whatever extra time I had spent. Left already past 2:30 pm.

Aug. 09 (Friday) = Work 10:30 am. Backdoor still closed. Client awake, told me about her arthritis pain and her son and granddaughter called last night, and she told them what happened with the stores, and says her son says it's the bank and she should get back to them. Made coffee. Put recycle bin on the curb. Tidied up kitchen. Put dog outside Laundry. Client sleeping. Had awakened her when I went in to put coffee in her bedside table. Client went back to sleep. Client awake before 11:30 am. Asked me to go to the garage and look for the pool she says she got for dog. Went on the garage and got it. Made beef bacon, steamed zucchini and baby carrots. Client watching tv and had lunch 12 pm. Had 3 pieces of glazed chicken wings, beef bacon, the steamed vegetables and water for drink. Prepared beef liver (the way she wanted/taught me to do it) for her dinner, with green peas. Client fall asleep after lunch. Made the night medicines ready on the kitchen table. Woke her up past 1 pm to let her know I'm leaving. Told her I already had prepared her dinner and there's still chicken wings left. Wanted me to call her tomorrow. Left past 1:15 pm.
Aug. 10 (Saturday) = Called client before leaving home as she asked me to and she had a thought of going to El Pollo Loco for lunch for their special. Told her I have $10 cash to spend. Dog outside, brought back inside, client awake. Doesn't want any drink but asked for sunny-side up egg. Made it and she took her morning meds after. Tidied up kitchen and continued laundry and drying. Made me list for Vons and went to sleep. Left 10:30 am without waking up client as we already talked about me just going and not to wake her up. El Pollo Loco about 10:45 'sh am and got 3 pieces leg and thigh combo, Diet Coke, with Spanish rice, corn tortilla and cole slaw. Spent $8.+ with my card. Next to Vons and got items. Check declined, cashier was Steve, groceries on hold and called client. Got back to her place, client called Vons and spoke to Adams, the manager and asked me to call her son after. Client had lunch about 11:40 ' sh am, had 2 chicken grilled, Spanish rice and cole slaw with the Diet Coke. Her son called bank with us on the phone after, then was told all was set and client could write checks again that I could use to pick up groceries. Went back with the same check that was declined to Vons to pay, had talked to Adams, tried paid, and declined again. He tried to call the 1-800 number and again he was told that they need to talk to client to get permission that they could speak to me as it has some questions with her account and all that. Put groceries on hold again and got back to client. Told her what happened and called her son again. Her son called Vons while we were on the phone and had spoke to Lorenza, supervisor as manager's are the break, was given the 1-800 number again. For the meantime, client's son suggested I go to bank to get cash for groceries (which I also thought) and just go to Ralphs for the groceries. Talked to client on it and she wrote a check to cash in for $30. I called bank to ask what time they close as it's Saturday, was told 2 pm. Put Pest Control letter/bill on the front, by the mailbox for mailman. Left @ 140 pm, got to bank and cashed in check, Julian was the teller. Went straight to Ralphs, grabbed items I had from Vons and paid. Spent $25+. Still has change of $4.60. Emptied trash when I got back to client, prepared the tv dinners for easy opening and gave client her Atenolol, Omeprazole, and Calcium. Gave the pain cream I got as well and the change. Told her I'm gonna go. Called client's son before I left and we decided to just made the call to the 1-800 number today, client walked into the kitchen and was surprised to see me still in there. Told her what's going on and she spoke on the phone too with Wendy's, Safeway representative about her bank, etc. Gave me other slice of cheese cake and 1 kaiser roll. Left 2:40 ' sh pm, client sitting on the kitchen, says she's ok as I told her I'd wait for her to go before I leave.

Woke her up past 1 pm to let her know I'm leaving. Told her I already had prepared her dinner and there's still chicken wings left. Wanted me to call her tomorrow. Left past 1:15 pm.
Aug. 10 (Saturday) = Called client before leaving home as she asked me to and she had a thought of going to El Pollo Loco for lunch for their special. Told her I have $10 cash to spend. Dog outside, brought back inside, client awake. Doesn't want any drink but asked for sunny-side up egg. Made it and she took her morning meds after. Tidied up kitchen and continued laundry and drying. Made me list for Vons and went to sleep. Left 10:30 am without waking up client as we already talked about me just going and not to wake her up. El Pollo Loco about 10:45 'sh am and got 3 pieces leg and thigh combo, Diet Coke, with Spanish rice, corn tortilla and cole slaw. Spent $8.+ with my card. Next to Vons and got items. Check declined, cashier was Steve, groceries on hold and called client. Got back to her place, client called Vons and spoke to Adams, the manager and asked me to call her son after. Client had lunch about 11:40 ' sh am, had 2 chicken grilled, Spanish rice and cole slaw with the Diet Coke. Her son called bank with us on the phone after, then was told all was set and client could write checks again that I could use to pick up groceries. Went back with the same check that was declined to Vons to pay, had talked to Adams, tried paid, and declined again. He tried to call the 1-800 number and again he was told that they need to talk to client to get permission that they could speak to me as it has some questions with her account and all that. Put groceries on hold again and got back to client. Told her what happened and called her son again. Her son called Vons while we were on the phone and had spoke to Lorenza, supervisor as manager's are the break, was given the 1-800 number again. For the meantime, client's son suggested I go to bank to get cash for groceries (which I also thought) and just go to Ralphs for the groceries. Talked to client on it and she wrote a check to cash in for $30. I called bank to ask what time they close as it's Saturday, was told 2 pm. Put Pest Control letter/bill on the front, by the mailbox for mailman. Left @ 140 pm, got to bank and cashed in check, Julian was the teller. Went straight to Ralphs, grabbed items I had from Vons and paid. Spent $25+. Still has change of $4.60. Emptied trash when I got back to client, prepared the tv dinners for easy opening and gave client her Atenolol, Omeprazole, and Calcium. Gave the pain cream I got as well and the change. Told her I'm gonna go. Called client's son before I left and we decided to just made the call to the 1-800 number today, client walked into the kitchen and was surprised to see me still in there. Told her what's going on and she spoke on the phone too with Wendy's, Safeway representative about her bank, etc. Gave me other slice of cheese cake and 1 kaiser roll. Left 2:40 ' sh pm, client sitting on the kitchen, says she's ok as I told her I'd wait for her to go before I leave.
Aug. 11. (Sunday) = OFF!
