Sept 30 (Monday) = Dog outside, client in the kitchen, says dog was just put outside. Made coffee. Client had cup of coffee and asked for a slice of pineapple. Had a little chit-chatting while tidying up kitchen and folding dried clothes. I, went outside to water lawns and she says she'll go in her room. Watered back and front lawn. Client back in her room when I got back inside. Client tells me about her call with Food 4 Less about their Greek and Caesar salad, wanted to try Caesar salad. Wrote a check for $25 to be cashed in the bank. Decided on double cheese burger in Burger King. Left 10:45 'sh am for Citibank. Cashed in $25, the teller was my teller when I lost $$$.) @ Food 4 Less next. Called client from there as there's no Greek or Caesar salad, only about 5 salad's left, 1 shrimp salad left, and mostly Garden and Chicken salad. Decided on chicken salad. Got chicken wings glazed, Diet Coke, spinach. Paid with client's check. @ Burger King and got 1 double cheese burger and value fries w/o salt. Prepared lunch. Client had the burger, fries, salad, and Diet Coke. Says salad was just fair. Wanted to call Fire Department to report the "same" palm tree she's been talking whenever she sees the dead leaves. Dialed the Fire Department for her in Lemon Grove. Spoke to a guy in there and says she was told to call the city maintenance. Gave her the Calcium and Atenolol. Also gave about 4 or 5 pain medicine tablets in a ziplock bag. Turned on tv on channel 8 before leaving. Client says she'll call city maintenance later. Wrote check for office. Reminded her about calling bank but says she doesn't want to and that people (including manager) will take care of her. Left about 1:15 'sh pm. (Forgot to return change. Will return it tomorrow.)
Oct. 01 (Tuesday) = Dog outside, client awake. Turned on heater. Gave her the change from yesterday, $7.27, told her I forgot yesterday, says she knows and she's not mad. Wanted bedroom glass window to be cleaned, top of drawers and bedside table. Client had cup of coffee while watching tv. I had wiped bedside table with warm towel, soaked on soapy water as she had directed. Cleaned, polished drawers top. She called CVS again about Loreal, and says she was told that $10 needs to be spend on product alone to have $3 store coupon, sale until Friday. Rubbed shoulders, back, and legs with pain cream. Client fall asleep. Emptied commode, had swept bedroom. Client awake almost 11 am,continued watching tv. Decided on chicken wings and baked potato for lunch. Client had lunch 11:45 'sh am, glazed 1 chicken leg and 2 wings, and half of baked potato and water for lunch. Enjoyed lunch :) Had a small dessert. small slice of strawberry shortcake. Gave Calcium and Atenolol medicine 12:50 'sh pm. Had a little chit-chat. Remembered oranges. Picked up 2 oranges , washed and left it in the table (kitchen) for client. 2 cheese blintzes still not eaten. Put 5 pain med on its bottle. Left 1:15 pm.
Oct. 02 (Wednesday) = Dog outside. Client sleeping, says she hadn't had sleep last night, dog bad. Heater on throughout the night. Made coffee. Tidied up kitchen. Laundry. Also continued dryer. Watered front lawn and roses at side. Changed bedsheet at vacant room. Client awake. Had coffee. Turned on tv. Went on the closet as she was looking for velvet, brown and black suits. I took out all the clothes out o the closet and went through each. Can't find the items. Client wants another closet to be check too. Done on client's room closet passed 11 am. Prepared lunch and her meals for tomorrow. Client had half o kaiser roll, beef bacon sandwich, and steamed squash and tomatoes, water for drink. Prepared meals for tomorrow: Rice-a-Roni and bacon,and the remaining 2 cheese blintzes and steamed spinach. There's still the frozen glazed chicken wings too. Gave client Calcium and Atenolol. Went through the clothes on the other closet, the vacant room near the kitchen. Found 1 pants she's looking for. Gave her all the white and black pants found. Gave me $5 for Friday for 99 Cents Store, wants 2 graham cookies, and sardines. Hang back all the pants and other clothes she have in the bed. Reminded client tomorrow is Thursday. Left 1:20 'sh pm.
Oct. 03 (Thursday) = OFF!
Oct. 04 ( Friday) = Dropped by to 99 Cents. Got items client wanted and called her, had added some few. Paid with client's money, $5 and added $11.88 with my card. Before or about 9:30 am arrived and dog outside. Client awake. Client had tea. Check on the mailbox. Tidied up kitchen. Client wrote three checks: 1 for $25 to be cashed in, another for $500 for Chase bank and 1 check for Vons. Left past 11 am, @ Citibank first, teller Carlos, deposited check and cashed in 2 checks ($25 and $500.) @ Chase bank next, teller Katara, deposited $500 on client's name. @ Vons around 11:40 'sh, got items on client's list, check red velvet cake and called client as it seems she's not going to like cake, client agreed. Also decided I should go on Burger King instead of making sardines sandwich as there's no time on making. Paid Vons with client's check. @ Burger King next, got 1 double cheese burger, value onion rings and 1 Hershey's chocolate pie. Cost aout $4.61, paid with client's cash. Arrived about 12:20 'sh pm, prepared lunch. Client had the sandwich, onion rings, cheese chips, cole slaw, and Diet Coke for drink. Likes it :) Fall asleep but awakened her before 1 pm for Calcium and Atenolol. Wants to give the 1 graham chocolate cookies to across the street neighboor, "S." Told client maybe tomorrow as it's already hot in there outside. Returned change,and the brown pursue. Showed client the change. Left 1:16 'sh pm.
Oct 06 (Saturday) = Client awake, calling me when I just got in. Wanted some plastic bag brought to her. Brought plastic bag and tidied up the papers in the bedroom. Had tidied up kitchen area. Client had tea. Again with the window cleaner thing. So told client I would go outside and clean glass window outside. Did it and watered front lawn too. Client fall asleep. Emptied commode and changed towel rugs too. Swept bedroom. Soaked the soiled bed sheet from yesterday. Client called CVS for Loreal price and asked for Vidal Sassoon if on sale,spoke to a lady employee, the "ugly and pug nose" joke :) Wrote a check for Vons and gave me $15 for CVS. Left 10:50 'sh am. Went to Vons first and got brown egg and 1 Diet Coke. Paid by check. @ CVS next, got 1 Loreal pink lipstick $9.99. Cashier, Asian guy. Asked him then that I don't get the $3 off coupon, says have to spend $10 an suggested I could buy another product. Told him I'm gonna asked client first. Tried to call client 3x, no answer. Decided to go. Arrived, told her I didn't got $3 off coupon, client mad, called CVS and spoke to manager "Andrea" was told bring back receipt and would give the $3 off coupon. Prepared lunch. Client had sardines sandwich, olives, and water melon, Diet Coke for drink. Loves it :) Made potato pancakes. Prepared medicines for tomorrow. Gave client Atenolol and Calcium about 12:50 'sh pm. Remembers she hadn't paid me yet. Told her I'm going back to CVS. Was asking if I have work afternoon, and she was saying about Smart and Final having the burritos, tamales, etc. Mexican food, made a list of it wants me to go there. Told her I have work. Client mad. Says that other lady I work for could just wait for me. She thought she pays much more anyway. Told her it's the same rate and it doesn't work like that. I need to be on time. I have to call office if I'm gonna late. Also was thinking Rite-Aid has the same too now with the Loreal and was thinking of like buying it there then. SAME PRICE with CVS. So I suggested if it's same price, why not just get it from CVS. Client agreed. Left 12:50 'sh pm. @ CVS. Got 1 more lipstick, red, as she wanted. Andrea, manager was the cashier. Got the coupons off. Paid the remaining balance with my card. Spent $13.58, CVS lipsticks. Got back and gave 2 lipsticks to client. Told her I have to go, already 1:15 pm. Gave me $15 (?) for Smart and Final on Monday. Wanted to be called before I go my way. Ended up leaving 1:24 pm.

Sept. 23 - Sept. 29
Sept. 23 (Monday) = Client still sleeping. Turned on heater. Client had tea, doesn't want anything to eat. Tidied up kitchen. Continued drying bedsheets. Emptied commode and changed towel rug. Was planning on Akinz, and had wrote a check but I had called Akins to asked if they would still accept check like last time, lady employee says no to client, they can't. Called CVS too for that tovitz bladder med again on tv, lad on the pharmacy says no such med, spoke to client and client says a medicine ( or the tovitz or something that sounds like it) cost $200. Client wrote check for Vons for kaiser rolls as I said there is liver patte as she said there's still sardines for the bread. Reminded her too about my groceries the other day and I was thinking if she has enough balance to cover that, says yes, all of them in the bank, including manager is taking care of it. @ Vons before 10:30, got items: 2 kaiser rolls, dog food,Ibuprofen pain reliever, glazed chicken wings. Cost $33+ paid by client's check. Got back 10:45 ' sh am, client sitting on bed edge, windows open. Prepared shower. Shower @ about 10:12 am. Client scared as usual and hard for her due to arthritis. Assisted on dressing up. Asked for tomato soup for lunch. Had half of a kaiser roll with liver patte ad pickles. Had her Calcium and Atenolol @ before 12:50 pm. Bill from Discount Pest Control. Client wrote a check for amount, $37.99. Walked back to room @ 1 pm. Turned on tv in her room and it wasn't working, only displays "AT&T Uverse"even tv in the vacant room not working. Wrote check for office. Told me she's gonna wait to ask them for that balance she still has. Told her I'll try again tomorrow on her tv's. Put pain reliever med. on bed side table. Talked to her about me coming Sunday instead of Saturday. Says ok. Left past 1:30 pm already.
Sept. 25 (Tuesday) = Client still sleeping and had tea around 9:30 'sh am. Tidied up kitchen. Washed soaked towel rug. Tried to get channels on vacant room tv. Plugged in ethernet (5e,) the unplugged link I noticed yesterday an still didn't worked. Had fixed bedroom tv. Client tried calling Cox, but can't. Complains about AT&T and want Cox back. I covered most of the remote controls button to be easier for client, also the "input" and "menu" button on tv's side. Client had prepared $3.33 for urge King's, and was thinking of me going to Vons for dessert but remembered there's chicken wings. Decided on chicken wings for lunch and steamed vegetables instead. Steamed zhuchinni,carrots and broccoli @ 11:20 pm. Awakened client for lunch @ 11:45 'sh am, 4 glazed chicken wings, steamed veges., and water for drink. Likes it :) Was sleeping again after lunch. Woke her up for her Calcium and Atenolol @ 12:50 pm. Asked me to call Food 4 Less and asked for Greek salad, they have it. 1 Greek salad set aside to be pick up tomorrow @ 9 am. Client gave me the $3.20 to pay the Greek salad tomorrow and asked me to pay for whatever remaining balance is and she would owe me for it. Left 1:05 'sh pm.
Sept. 25 (Wednesday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less for Greek salad. Called client and let her know I got it.Asking for dog cookies and coffee cake but store don't have the last item. Tried to call her twice, phone busy. Paid with $3.20 cash client money and paid the remaining balance with my card, spent $8.22 with my card. Client still sleeping. Dog pooped on the vacant room carpet. Client asked for tea which she had around 9:30 'sh am with 3 beef bacon and went back to sleep. Tidied up kitchen, watered back lawn, cleaned dog's mess and shampooed carpet. Client awake, told her I'd water front lawn. Watered front lawn 10:35 am. Client had prepared a check for Vons @ almost 11 am. @ Vons at 11:20 am, got another dog food brand, (Vitality ?) and another 1 like Beneful. Got liver patte, 1 Cracker Jack, cheese blintz, pain rub and called client for dessert, as they don't have coffee cake. Clint overwhelmed by the prices. I didn't get any dessert as she said Cracker Jack or cookies. Got back 12 'sh pm, client awake. Prepared lunch. Client had kaiser roll sandwich with liver patte and some tomatoes, Greek salad and had water for drink. Loves it specially the Greek salad :) Gave her Atenolol and Calcium 12:50 'sh pm, woke her up for it. Pain rub and pain cream on the bedside table. Medicines for tomorrow prepared on the kitchen table. 4 green trash pushed on the curb. Left 1:20 'sh pm.

Sept. 27 (Friday) = Dog outside on the top stair on the backdoor. Client awake. Says she "did it again,"yesterday thinking that I didn't came to work, thought it was Wednesday. She learned it was Thursday when her granddaughter called her the night and she old her I din't came and she was told it was Thursday. Client doesn't want coffee or tea. Had a boiled egg which she did't like, says taste bad. Asked for waffle instead. Tv turned on. Client had 1 waffle @ past 10 am. Tidied up kitchen, and separated newspapers from the trash. Dried towels. Watered back lawn. Called Rite-Aid to ask for clients total refill cost and to make sure meds are still available for pick up as client says she had talked to the pharmacy yesterday. Reminded her about her bank if she had enough in there, says yes, she hopes so. @ Vons past 11 am, got strawberry shortcake, Cesar's dog foods, Cracker Jack, zucchini, paper towel, kaiser rolls. Paid with client's check. @ Burger King next, got 1 double cheese burger and value fries w/o salt. Paid with my card, $3. @ Rite-Aid next, got Theragesic pain rub, Advil and called client for Loreal's prices and lotion, she decided to skip on Loreal but not on lotion. Picked up medicines and I skipped on Vesicare as client wanted, and on the stomach medicine too as I told pharmacy employee, client hasn't even taken the last refill of the stomach med. Client wrote a check for Vons, for pine apple in can as she was thinking of having pine apple with cottage cheese for lunch. Says she called CVS yesterday, asked if Loreal was on sale. She remembered we have the kaiser rolls. Told her that there's cheese blintzes too and beef bacon. Client sleeping, but awakened her 10:45 'sh am to let her know I'm going to Vons. Called her from Vons: lox wasn't on sale,chocolate bars an graham cookies price. Client decided on Cracker Jack instead. Got 1 Cracker Jack, the pine apple in can, and 1 on sale (99 cents)cream of mushroom(Safeway.) Cost $3+. Brought mails on way inside,United Healthcare booklet and 2 little envelopes, tied with ribbon from kids. Client awake. Prepared her lunch as she said. Served client 2 pine apple pieces, topped with cottage cheese on lettuce. Water for drink. And she didn't liked it, says pine apple was heavy and she made a mistake asking for a nonfat cottage cheese. Asked for something else to eat. Prepared beef bacon sandwich. Client had half of sandwich for lunch. Prepared 2 cheese blintzes too with sweet corn for dinner. Two slices of strawberry shortcakes prepared as well. Gave client Atenolol and Calcium meds. @ 12:50'sh pm. Arthritis pain, wants to call the nice, mobile physician (that she thought didn't asked for payment). Rubbed pain cream at her back, shoulders and legs. Showed her the two little envelopes, with blue, heart-shaped bracelet from neighbor's daughter. Also says she's waiting for check for garage sale, she's going to put ad on newspaper. Left 1:20 pm already.

Sept. 16 - Sept. 22
Sept. 16 (Monday) = Dropped by to Marshalls to return client's bag she got maybe 4 yrs. ago. Called client to let hr know as I learned that Marshalls opens 9:30 am, and it's only 9 am. Gave me a list for 99 Cents. Did groceries on 99 Cents. Spent $15.20 with my card. Went next to Marshalls, register and manager did helped, says bag was too old, and credit will only be $4. Called client on way out and told her. Client mad, says she's not going to buy again from the store and that its a nice bag and they should have accepted it back. Arrived about 10 am, client still in bed,awakened her to let her know I'm already there,doesn't want coffee, wants me to call Marie Callender's and asked about the barbecue lunch but told her knew I already id called them before about the same item. Tidied up kitchen. Laundry. Got back to client's room and called Marie Callender's. Spoke to a lady employee, asked the barbecue lunch price, if the price is only for the bbq, if they accept check, etc. Says they accept card or cash but not check. Learned price is about $9.99 to $16+. Client says $9.99 is too much money, wants me to call Subway instead. Called Subway and learned most sandwiches are on special, $5 for the month. Client went back into sleeping. Continued tidying up kitchen and watered back lawn. Client sitting on the bed writing something. Told her I'm ready to go, was surprised to learn the time when I said it's almost 11 am. Wrote a check of $20 to be cash in and wants chips from Rite-Aid too. Left about 11'sh am. Had cashed in $20, Carlos took cared of it. Also saw a familiar face in the bank when I was just new to client. Went to Subway next ad got oven roasted chicken footlong. Cost $5+. Next to Rite-Aid and got $1.49 Ruffles cheese an onion as client says the bigger ones on sale is expensive (2 for $6 and about $4 for one.) Gave change back to client, $13.6 and prepared lunch. Client had half of the oven roasted chicken, some Ruffles chips and 2 graham chocolate cookies and water for drink. Client had Calcium and Atenolol @ 12:50 pm, had woke her up for it. Told her I saw she did not took all her medicines yesterday. Says yeah, and with the arthritis pain she had yesterday. Turned on tv on HSN. Wrote a check for office and reminded her to call her bank just to make sure she had enough in her checking to cover it, also told her I'm gonna deposit the $33 check she wrote me for amount I had spent for her lunches and groceries.. Client called Citibank and spoke to manager, named Jose, he familiar face I noticed earlier on the bank. Client was happy as she said manager was a nice man. Also had told me about what they had talked about, her son calling the bank and wanting to be in her account. Client then got mad. Asked for her son's number ad I dialed it for her. No answer. But after few minutes got returned call, spoke to her son about his calling to the bank and hanged up on him. Left 1:20 pm already (listened to client.) Deposited $33 client owe me in my bank.
Spt. 17 (Tuesday) = Client still sleeping. Had let her know I've arrived. Turned on heater. Doesn't want anything to eat. Had tea. Arthritis pain again. Tidied up kitchen. Watered back lawn. Rubbed pain cream on client's legs. Dryer: laundry. Watered front lawn. Client sleeping. Wiped kitchen floor. 11:15 'sh am, client awake, tv on. Talked about lunch, sardines sandwich, steamed veges. and cookies. Prepared lunch. Steamed brocolli and zucchini while making sardines sandwich. Client had lunch 11:56 am: steamed veges., sardines sandwich, some olives and water for drink. Prepared the tv dinner steak portabello for client's inner. Took her Calcium and Atenolol 12:50 noon. Talked about the neighborhood, her granddaughter and son's call,the Talk Show from yesterday, the neighborhood from before, etc. Gave me $10 for the 99 Cents tomorrow. Agreed to be called tomorrow morning.
Sept. 18 (Wednesday) = Contacted client before leaving for work @ 8:33 am for 99 Cents list. Changed her mind, says money for lunch and something else. Decided on Subway's tuna sandwich. At Subway for tuna sandwich @ 9 am. Cost $5+. Called client to let her know I'm planning to get the soda pop from Vons and dog food too. Says yeah and remembered the pot roast and wanted it to be cook today. Next to Vons and got 1 dog food can and Diet Coke. Also got chuck beef roast for $9.12 as pot roast client had had been deforsted for about a week and doesn't look good anymore, dark meat. Paid cash from clients cash for th Diet Coke and dog food. Had paid with my card for the pot roast. I'd just add it up on whatever client owes me. Had arrived @ client past 9:30 a, client sleeping. Returned change to client from the $10 I used on Subway and Vons dog food and Diet Coke,$1.35.Asked her what for whatever ingredients she wants to be in the roast. Simmered pot roast. Made coffee and waffle. Awakened client for waffle and coffee. Tidied up kitchen. Watered back lawn real quick while the dog was outside. Emptied commode and swept room and the other carpet area. Watered potted flowers in front door. Woke up client for lunch@ 11:40 'sh am, client had half of the tuna sandwich, peeled plum slices, 3 graham cookies and Diet Coke for drink. Fruit ot consumed. Brought client a small piece of pot roast to taste. Says good and soft, suggested a little salt. Prepared meds for tomorrow, dog foods, client's meal, etc. Pot roast turned off @ 12:40 'sh pm. Had slices on a bowl and the rest on a dish, both set aside on kitchen table to coll off before be stored on fridge. Client had Calcium and Atenolol meds. taken 12:50 pm. Now, with the MISSING PAINT AD on the paper that she saw. Helped cliet find it, but can't find the ad. Also looking for a painter. Sept. 20 (Friday) = (Weather gloomy.) Dog in the kitchen, barked when I came in, which awakened client. Client still in bed, under blankets, sleeping.Let her know I'm already there. Told me how mad she was with the dog. Meat wasn't good then and gave him the pot roast I made to stop him from barking. Made tea and waffle. Client had the tea and waffle past 9:35 am. Tidied up kitchen. Cleaned back porch stairway with laundry soap and water as client asked for it to be cleaned. Watered back lawn too while dog is outside. Laundried soaked towel rugs. Client fall back to sleep after her breakfast. Awake in about 30 minutes or so after and asked me to call Rite-Aid for the tovitz bladder medicine she saw on tv. Talked to the pharmacist,says medicine name not coming out of their system. Asked her about Vesicare if it's better for client to take it before bed time, than in taking it in the morning which she does. Says client could try that but Vesicare should last 24 hours. Called Rite-Aid and CVS again after few minutes as she wanna asked about Lancomb make up if its on sale. Later then she realizes it was Loreal she wanted to ask. Learned Loreal wan't on sale on both pharmacy. Made a list for Vons and client made a check for Vons. Decided on Burger King and client gave me $2.10,wants double cheese burger and fries. Told her money isn't enough so I'd pay the difference first. Left 11:05 'sh am. Went to Vons first, got items, Marie Callender's tv dinners ans Lean Cuisine, dog foods,cheese cake slice, watermelon slice, liver patte, pancake and syrup. Cost $33+, paid with client's check. @ Burger King next and ot 1 double cheese burger and no salt value fries. Paid with the $2.10 client's cash and paid the difference with my card, $.90 cents. Got back before 12 pm, client sleeping. Prepared lunch. Client lunch, fries, double cheese burger, watermelon and water for drink. Loves the burger :) Fall asleep after lunch. Woke up client for blood pressure and bladder medicine; dropped the Vesicare (bladder med.)so gave her another one as we can't find the med. she dropped on the bed. Tv on. Told her about the Marie Callender's tv dinners. Client had a small portion of the cheesecake before I left @ about 1:06'sh pm.

Client waiting for Sherwin-Williams employee return call for the paint. No call.Client called again ad told guy employee about her written check for them, got ok. Client wants the check deposit, $25 for the store to be mailed.Decided to call and asked again because of my concerns. I called Sherwin-Williams, spoke to a guy and was told the don't accept deposit and that item won't be discharge until fully paid. Client paint issue, done (so far.) Ended up leaving 1:22 'sh pm.

Sept. 09 (Monday) = Backdoor still closed. Client already awake, sitting in bed, mad, as she tells me she waited for me yesterday for hours, I just took off. Told her it's SUNDAY yesterday, IM OFF. Says she thought it was MONDAY, she got days mixed up. Client had coffee and waffle. Tidied up the kitchen. Put rubbed on shoulders for arthritis. Watered both front and back lawn. Trimmed client's toes. Had the idea of calling Subway and ask them a place to get burritos, tamales (Mexican food.) Told her we could try to call El Pollo Loco as it was a Mexican food place. Client had 2 pain relievers @ 10:45 'sh am. Explained to her she COULDN'T not have another pain relievers not until before 5 pm. Called El Pollo Loco and asked for burritos, the price and if they have tamales. Spent some time looking for $5 bill for lunch. Found it under the bed. Left almost 11:30 am for El Pollo Loco. Got 2 burritos (beans, rice, and cheese burrito,) a side salad. Cost $5.91. Added the .91 cent, paid with my card. Called client from there but no answer. Returned back past 12 pm, dog outside, and client asked if I called, says yes, and she says she put dog outside. Client had 1 burrito, some side salad and water for drink. Just ok. Client had her Calcium and Atenolol 12:55 pm, turned on tv for channel 8. Talked about the cake I left for her, she likes it :) And asked me where was the cake bought from as she wanted to know. Wrote check for office, reminded her to call the bank. Client called bank 1:10 'sh pm. Left already 1:20 pm.

Sept. 11 (Wednesday) = Client sleeping most of the time before lunch. Watered both front and back lawns. Tidied up kitchen, continued laundry and folded clothes. Went to Burger King and got 1 double cheese burger and value fries w/o salt. Spent $3 with my card Awakened client for lunch. Client had her Calcium and Atenolol before 1 pm. Left before 1:20 pm.
Sept. 12 (Thursday) = OFF!
Sept. 13 (Friday) = Client still in bed, tells me how bad her night was with dog outside, barking, and her receiving call from her granddaughter about 10:30 pm as his son got contacted by the neighbor (the skunk and rat neighbor) about the dog barking. Lady neighbor then brought back dog inside. Arthritis pain, rubbed cream on behind the neck, and back. Told me she found a check book and wanted me to add up what she owes me so she can pay me. Tidied up kitchen. Client called DZ Akins and asked if they would accept check, got a "yes" so she wrote a check for it. Put in the usual order @ Akins (got pastrami) before 10 am, and told the guy I would pick it up @ 10:30 am. Washed dishes and told client I'd go @ 10:22 'sh am. Client then made a list for Ralphs since its on my way and gave me an expired Well's Fargo debit card too for ID purposes for Akins. Left 10:35 am. Got order @ Akins and paid with client's check to the lady she happened to talked to on the phone. Dropped by next to Ralphs and got items she wanted, got beef bacon too, paper towel, and 2 tv dinners no Greek salad in there. Cost $29+ paid with client's check. Got back about 11:30 'sh am, client surprise I'm already back as she sais there's something else she wanted: chocolate graham cookies. She wrote a check for Rite-Aid for it and for pain med. Tried called client from Rite-Aid for the graham cookies as Rite-Aid don't have it. Got two $1 each Mrs. Field's cookies instead. Payaso doll on the kitchen table with a note for me to wrap it and put cookies for the girl next door as she wnt with her mom when the mom went and helped with the dog last night. Client had pastrami sandwich for lunch, Diet Coke and potato cheese chips. Happy with her lunch :) Wrapped payaso doll with gift wrap as client wanted, gave her the pain med., the pain cream and returned her expired debit card. Left the wrapped doll on neighbor's front door and got 4 bins for "greens" back in the backyard. Client had the Calcium and Atenolol. Turned on tv. Left 1:05 pm and was on the car when I went back on the backdoor and checked on the dog's leash as I had noticed I really didn't noticed it on where it used to be. Got back inside (dog just started eating) asked client about leash and she doesn't know, says about the lady neighbor who brought back dog inside last night. So I just went and tied the leash that we didn't used as it was long, tied it up outside on the rail and shortened it by tying a plastic in there and put end behind the backdoor as the missing leash used to be at. Put dog outside and brought him back in. Told client again I'm leaving. Left 1:15 pm.

Shampooed carpet on close to kitchen vacant room and changed bed sheet. Laundry and dryer. Then soaked soiled sheets and clothes. Was making beef bacon sandwich when client awakened, about 11:30 am, was on the phone trying to get to Ralphs with the operator, says she was trying to see if they have graham cookies on sale. Told her the time and let her know I'm already making lunch. She was surprise to learn what time it is. Client had lunch about 11:36 am, had beef bacon sandwich on hallah bread, and watermelon, water for drink. Liked the lunch. Talked about the fertilizer again for the front lawn and that it's bad though I've been watering it. Told her the watering is working as there's green, new grasses in there. Suggested her to wait as it will need some time, the grasses won't grow over night. Took Calcium and Atenolol about 12:45 'sh pm and turned on tv. Told me she wanted me to returned bad from Marshall's she got that she doesn't know when she got it. Told her I'd ring the bag home with me and drop by to Marshall's and TRY and return it since she doesn't have the receipt and it's way over most of the stores 30 day return policy. Remembered about the money she owes me and asked me to total it as she wanted it to be paid today. Wrote a $33. (Just told her $33, I didn't add the cents.) Turned on tv. Told her again that I'd stop by to Marshall's on MONDAY, today is Saturday and tomorrow is Sunday. Bag talk again, asked me the price and I said the tag is still in there, and says she had probably got the bag year 2009, as it also says on the tag. Pain reliever and cream on the side table. Sept. 02 (Monday) = Work 10 am. Backdoor still closed. Client awake, mad. Told me about her son's visit yesterday and why she's mad. Also told me she got mad at me too yesterday with me talking to her son. Told her I have to answer the call. Doesn't want me to tell her son things about her, etc. Client had coffee. Tidied up her room, cake box in there, empty, wet towel, dirty night gown on the floor. Tidied up kitchen. Laundry. Looked for pain cream, empty, cut it to get some out, put cream on client's back. Watered front lawn. Asked client what she wants for lunch, says she's not hungry and I should go eat. Wants me to have chicken. Thanked her and went to the kitchen and did my time sheet instead. Back at her room before 12:30 'sh pm and told her I'm going to throw away the tuna which was left on the kitchen table as it was probably spoiled if it was left there overnight. Client agreed, says it was theirs. Asked for soup too. Warmed up the left over cup of cream of chicken soup she had the other day (Saturday) and turned on tv on channel 8. News, no "The Talk Show" as it was Labor Day. Also client had 1 pain reliever at 12:40 pm. Told her she could have another one at 3:40 pm or before 4 pm. Sliced the Boston cream pie and client had a slice. Told her I left the Atenolol and Calcium on the kitchen table so she could take it later. And told her there's more cake slices on the fridge, ready for her. She wanted to give a slice of cake to neighbor, "S" but told her "S" wasn't home and if the cake was left in the porch (as she wanted) it would get spoiled as it should be on the fridge. She agreed and says tomorrow then. Mentioned if it's ok on the office for her to pay tomorrow, as she's afraid if se wrote the check she doesn't have enough, waiting for the check to be deposited tomorrow. Also wrote me a note for office that if she writes a check, to do not cash it in till Wed. she waits for her check on deposit. So told her it's ok and we could just mail it tomorrow. Also wrote a check of $350 for her daughter in law, says the rest of the $500 would be next month, but for now it was $350. Explained to her the $500 would go to her Chase bank for her bills. And says ok. Left before 1:15 pm.
Sept. 03 (Tuesday) = Work 10 am. Backdoor still closed, client awake, had coffee later. Deposited check for over $1k, on checking. Cashed in $500 and another one for $10 for client's lunch, Subway.Teller was Maria. Next to Chase, had some problem with the guy teller as he said he can't find client's name in San Diego. Called client's son. Had some issue with client's son wanting to talk to the teller, and the teller cannot take the phone from me and talk to him. He found the account number afterwards and got it settled. Gave me 2 business card, one with whom to call on the bank as client's son wants to call, and the other with the account number which I only noticed when I got back to client. Went to Subway and got footlong tuna and 21 oz. Diet Coke. Had spent about $7+. Client sleeping. Woke up client for lunch, had half of the tuna sandwich and the small Diet Coke. Placed half of the sandwich on fridge. Asked me about the bank, on how it went in there. And told her the $500 had been deposited on Chase bank. Had taken the Atenolol and Calcium at 1 pm. Left 1:20 'sh pm.
Sept 04 (Wednesday) = Dog outside. Client awake. Says about her son and granddaughter's call last night, with him wanting her to call the bank for the $10 penalty on her account. Client had 1 toast, with butter and orange jelly. Watered back lawn. Continued laundry. Client called Citibank, Maria answered the phone, waited for Carlos. He took client's phone number. Made grocery list. Client wrote check for Vons, and another check to cash in, $20 for Smart and Final taffy candy and a mix chocolate bag. Left 10:40 'sh am. Went to bank first, cashed in $20 check, teller Maria. Tried Citibank debt card again, same answer, told her client doesn't go out of the house due to severe arthritis pain. Told me to call 1-800 number on the card. Asked which number, and turned out to be 1-888 number which was on the card. @ Vons next, got items and called client for lox price, and pot roast. Cost, $30 +, client's check, as I got a book of stamps too. @ Smart and Final next, called client too for taffy and mixed chocolate bag price. Got taffy and Kitkat bag. Still got $12+ change. Back @ client before 12 noon, client sleeping. Prepared lunch. Client had lunch 12 'sh pm, had lox sandwich, tomatoes and cucumber on side, small cream cheese, and Diet Coke for drink. Prepared half of the remaining beef steak meat for client's meal with steamed squash. Received call from Carlos. Client had Calcium and Atenolol past 1 pm. Told me about the call, and that the penalty of $10 was only once, 'coz of the overdraft (its for the overdraft fee) and that Carlos said her son could give him a call. Turned on tv. Returned hat, and change purse, showed her the Citibank card in there and the change from Smart and Final. Dialed her son's number for her, and he explained the call from the bank, the $10 penalty, and so on. Gave her another pain cream, told her about the tv dinners, and the blintzes ready. Turned on cooler on 66. Reminded client again how to turn on cooler and off button. Left 1:35 'sh pm already.

Sept. 06 (Friday) = Client awake, still lying down. Noticed heater on, turned it off. Papers and salt water candy wrappers and some candies sticking on the floor. Client says about her night, too hot, arthritis pain. Tidied up bedroom. Tidied up kitchen and client fall asleep. Watered the front lawn and roses by the side. Emptied commode. Rubbed some pain cream on client's back and she's sleeping while sitting up. Went to sleep again. Woke up 10:30 am and tells me about getting CVS fan, and skin peel set aside for her on the counter. Told her to better call the CVS again and see if they still have the skin peel set aside for her as it's been 2 days ago since she called last Wed. as she said. Had spoke to the guy too and was told they don't have anything on the aisle that's $4.95 skin peel or item for $4.95. And says they accept check with ID card. Explained it to client and still insisted on writing a check for CVS, then wrote a note with it, and told me to tell CVS to talk to Carlos of Citibank if there's still have problem with the store on confirming her identity. Explained to her what they need is an ID. Then gives me her Citibank un-activated debit card to work for ID, and Kmart and Marshall card. Told her I'd just try the bank card as there's no name of her on the last 2 mentioned. Gave me $8 too for lunch, Burger King. Left 11:30 'sh am. Got $1.49 double cheese burger and value fries w/o salt on Burger King. Cost $3. @ CVS next, looked for over the counter incontinence as client asked, can't find one, was about to ask pharmacist but they didn't noticed me on consultation line. Went back on aisle and called Rite-Aid pharmacy. Told to a lady employee and was told can't find it over the counter, needs doctor's prescription for it. Called client. Looked on the fans and called client again for price $22.99. Asked guy employee if there's fan on sale for $19+. Says o. Called client again, let her know, asked my suggestion, and then decided to wait for it to go on sale. Got back @ client's home maybe 12:20 'sh pm. Client sleeping. Prepared lunch. Awakened client for lunch, BK double cheese burger, fries, and water for drink. Also returned change purse, showed her the Citibank card in it, and the $5 from the $8 she gave me for Burger King. Made salad (lettuce, carrots, cucumber) and washed remaining grapes for client, put o ziplock bag. Client asleep after lunch. Woke he up for the Calcium and Atenolol @ 1 pm. Put CVS check and note on the drawer by the toaster. Left 1:05 'sh pm.
Sept. 07 (Saturday) = Kitchen clean, table and floor, like when I left it yesterday.Client already awake. Client had tea, fall asleep again. Watered back and front lawn. Client awake, had the idea I could bath dog as she doesn't want to spend $40 - $45 on the dog salon. Told her too I may need to get groceries as there's no dog foods. Fall asleep again. Tried bathing dog, had just wet and shampooed body, dog barking and would come toward me but I had lease tied on the gate. Rinsed, dried with towel and he went back inside. Client awakens with the dog on the bed, asked about the dog's bath and told her how it went. Client wrote two checks: 1 for Rite-Aid as she wants me to look at fans, says she called yesterday and then was told they have fans on sale. Another check for Vons, told her dog needs dog food. And gave me $6.88 for lunch @ El Pollo Loco. Put the pennies on where the pennies are on the ziplock bad,left the dime and only took the $6.75 with me Left almost 11 am. Went @ El Pollo Loco first, got 2 pieces of chicken combo, leg and thigh, cole slaw, mashed potato, and Diet Coke drink. Paid with $6.75 cash and added .37 cents from my card as cash not enough. @ Vons first, got tv dinners, dog foods, beef broth, paper towel, ice cream. Cost, $17+. Then @ Rite Aid next, got two $1 pain relievers, pain cream and called client about the fans. She decided to get, try it and return if she doesn't like it. Got back to client 12 noon. Prepared lunch. Client had lunch 12:20 'sh pm, client had 1 chicken breast, cole slaw, mashed potato and the Diet Coke. Client had Calcium vit. and Atenolol @ 12:55 pm, gave pain cream and pain reliever, told her 1 tablet very 4 hours and showed fan, and told her the price too, $18+ as it's 25% sale. Client happy with it as she said she's already ready to take it back hearing the original price. Told her about the tv dinners ready. Plugged in new fan, 21 inch. fan, client satisfied with it. Left 1:20 pm.
