Sept. 23 - Sept. 29

Sept. 23 (Monday) = Client still sleeping. Turned on heater. Client had tea, doesn't want anything to eat. Tidied up kitchen. Continued drying bedsheets. Emptied commode and changed towel rug. Was planning on Akinz, and had wrote a check but I had called Akins to asked if they would still accept check like last time, lady employee says no to client, they can't. Called CVS too for that tovitz bladder med again on tv, lad on the pharmacy says no such med, spoke to client and client says a medicine ( or the tovitz or something that sounds like it) cost $200. Client wrote check for Vons for kaiser rolls as I said there is liver patte as she said there's still sardines for the bread. Reminded her too about my groceries the other day and I was thinking if she has enough balance to cover that, says yes,  all of them in the bank, including manager is taking care of it. @ Vons before 10:30, got items: 2 kaiser rolls, dog food,Ibuprofen pain reliever, glazed chicken wings. Cost $33+ paid by client's check. Got back 10:45 ' sh am, client sitting on bed edge, windows open. Prepared shower. Shower @ about 10:12 am. Client scared as usual and hard for her due to arthritis. Assisted on dressing up. Asked for tomato soup for lunch. Had half of a kaiser roll with liver patte ad pickles. Had her Calcium and Atenolol @ before 12:50 pm. Bill from Discount Pest Control. Client wrote a check for amount, $37.99. Walked back to room @ 1 pm. Turned on tv in her room and it wasn't working, only displays "AT&T Uverse"even tv in the vacant room not working. Wrote check for office. Told me she's gonna wait to ask them for that balance she still has. Told her I'll try again tomorrow on her tv's. Put pain reliever med. on bed side table. Talked to her about me coming Sunday instead of Saturday. Says ok. Left past 1:30 pm already.

Sept. 25 (Tuesday) = Client still sleeping and had tea around 9:30 'sh am. Tidied up kitchen. Washed soaked towel rug. Tried to get channels on vacant room tv. Plugged in ethernet (5e,) the unplugged link I noticed yesterday an still didn't worked. Had fixed bedroom tv. Client tried calling Cox, but can't. Complains about AT&T and want Cox back. I covered most of the remote controls button to be easier for client, also the "input" and "menu" button on tv's side.  Client had prepared $3.33 for urge King's, and was thinking of me going to Vons for dessert but remembered there's chicken wings. Decided on chicken wings for lunch and steamed vegetables instead. Steamed zhuchinni,carrots and broccoli @ 11:20 pm. Awakened client for lunch @ 11:45 'sh am, 4 glazed chicken wings, steamed veges., and water for drink. Likes it :) Was sleeping again after lunch. Woke her up for her Calcium and Atenolol @ 12:50 pm. Asked me to call Food 4 Less and asked for Greek salad, they have it. 1 Greek salad set aside to be pick up tomorrow @ 9 am. Client gave me the $3.20 to pay the Greek salad tomorrow and asked me to pay for whatever remaining balance is and she would owe me for it. Left 1:05 'sh pm.

Sept. 25 (Wednesday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less for Greek salad. Called client and let her know I got it.Asking for dog cookies and coffee cake but store don't have the last item. Tried to call her twice, phone busy. Paid with $3.20 cash client money and paid the remaining balance with my card, spent $8.22 with my card.  Client still sleeping. Dog pooped on the vacant room carpet. Client asked for tea which she had around 9:30 'sh am with 3 beef bacon and went back to sleep. Tidied up kitchen, watered back lawn, cleaned dog's mess and shampooed carpet. Client awake, told her I'd water front lawn. Watered front lawn 10:35 am. Client had prepared a check for Vons @ almost 11 am. @ Vons at 11:20 am, got another dog food brand, (Vitality ?) and another 1 like Beneful. Got liver patte, 1 Cracker Jack, cheese blintz, pain rub and called client for dessert, as they don't have coffee cake. Clint overwhelmed by the prices. I didn't get any dessert as she said Cracker Jack or cookies. Got back 12 'sh pm, client awake. Prepared lunch. Client had kaiser roll sandwich with liver patte and some tomatoes, Greek salad and had water for drink. Loves it specially the Greek salad :) Gave her Atenolol and Calcium 12:50 'sh pm, woke her up for it. Pain rub and pain cream on the bedside table. Medicines for tomorrow prepared on the kitchen table. 4 green trash pushed on the curb. Left 1:20 'sh pm.

Sept. 26 (Thursday) = OFF!

Sept. 27 (Friday) = Dog outside on the top stair on the backdoor. Client awake. Says she "did it again,"yesterday thinking that I didn't came to work, thought it was Wednesday. She learned it was Thursday when her granddaughter called her the night and she old her I din't came and she was told it was Thursday. Client doesn't want coffee or tea. Had a boiled egg which she did't like, says taste bad. Asked for waffle instead. Tv turned on. Client had 1 waffle @ past 10 am. Tidied up kitchen, and separated newspapers from the trash. Dried towels. Watered back lawn. Called Rite-Aid to ask for clients total refill cost and to make sure meds are still available for pick up as client says she had talked to the pharmacy yesterday. Reminded her about her bank if she had enough in there, says yes, she hopes so. @ Vons past 11 am, got strawberry shortcake, Cesar's dog foods, Cracker Jack, zucchini, paper towel, kaiser rolls. Paid with client's check. @ Burger King next, got 1 double cheese burger and value fries w/o salt. Paid with my card, $3. @ Rite-Aid next, got Theragesic pain  rub, Advil and called client for Loreal's prices and lotion, she decided to skip on Loreal but not on lotion. Picked up medicines and I skipped on Vesicare as client wanted, and on the stomach medicine too as I told pharmacy employee, client hasn't even taken the last refill of the stomach med. Paid with client's check. Back past 12 noon. Green trash bins, already piled up alltogether closed to the fence, Agriculture car, (the one's that puts up insect traps was parked on the curb.) Warmed up sandwich and fries. Client had lunch around 12:20 'sh pm, had the double cheese burger sandwich, fries, and Diet Coke for drink. Asked for another cup of soda. Brought in the Calcium and Atenolol with the small slice of cake and soda pop she asked. Put meds. on cake's plate as client wants to eat first. Advil and pain rub on bedside table. Told client Advil was every 4 - 6 hours. Reminded her I'd see her on Sunday as I had exchanged tomorrow, Saturday to Sunday instead. Told her tv dinners and ready slices of cake are available on fridge. Left 1:15 'sh pm.

Sept. 28 (Saturday) = OFF! (Had exchange day off for tomorrow, Sunday)

Sept. 29 (Sunday) = Dog still on leased, but inside house, back door open. Client awake. Turned on heater. Living room door by the kitchen open. Tidied up kitchen. Made coffee. Client had coffee. Hadn't had the 2 pancakes, as it had hardened. Doesn't want waffle so client just had the coffee instead. Fall asleep. Emptied commode and tidied up room, swept, picked up Cracker Jack that was stocked on the carpet. Client wrote a check for Vons, for pine apple in can as she was thinking of having pine apple with cottage cheese for lunch. Says she called CVS yesterday, asked if Loreal was on sale. She remembered we have the kaiser rolls. Told her that there's cheese blintzes too and beef bacon. Client sleeping, but awakened her 10:45 'sh am to let her know I'm going to Vons. Called her from Vons: lox wasn't on sale,chocolate bars an graham cookies price. Client decided on Cracker Jack instead. Got 1 Cracker Jack, the pine apple in can, and 1 on sale (99 cents)cream of mushroom(Safeway.) Cost $3+. Brought mails on way inside,United Healthcare booklet and 2 little envelopes, tied with ribbon from kids. Client awake. Prepared her lunch as she said. Served client 2 pine apple pieces, topped with cottage cheese on lettuce. Water for drink. And she didn't liked it, says pine apple was heavy and she made a mistake asking for a nonfat cottage cheese. Asked for something else to eat. Prepared beef bacon sandwich. Client had half of sandwich for lunch. Prepared 2 cheese blintzes too with sweet corn for dinner. Two slices of strawberry shortcakes prepared as well. Gave client Atenolol and Calcium meds. @ 12:50'sh pm. Arthritis pain, wants to call the nice, mobile physician (that she thought didn't asked for payment). Rubbed pain cream at her back, shoulders and legs. Showed her the two little envelopes, with blue, heart-shaped bracelet from neighbor's daughter. Also says she's waiting for check for garage sale, she's going to put ad on newspaper. Left 1:20 pm already.
