Sept. 16 (Monday) = Dropped by to Marshalls to return client's bag she got maybe 4 yrs. ago. Called client to let hr know as I learned that Marshalls opens 9:30 am, and it's only 9 am. Gave me a list for 99 Cents. Did groceries on 99 Cents. Spent $15.20 with my card. Went next to Marshalls, register and manager did helped, says bag was too old, and credit will only be $4. Called client on way out and told her. Client mad, says she's not going to buy again from the store and that its a nice bag and they should have accepted it back. Arrived about 10 am, client still in bed,awakened her to let her know I'm already there,doesn't want coffee, wants me to call Marie Callender's and asked about the barbecue lunch but told her knew I already id called them before about the same item. Tidied up kitchen. Laundry. Got back to client's room and called Marie Callender's. Spoke to a lady employee, asked the barbecue lunch price, if the price is only for the bbq, if they accept check, etc. Says they accept card or cash but not check. Learned price is about $9.99 to $16+. Client says $9.99 is too much money, wants me to call Subway instead. Called Subway and learned most sandwiches are on special, $5 for the month. Client went back into sleeping. Continued tidying up kitchen and watered back lawn. Client sitting on the bed writing something. Told her I'm ready to go, was surprised to learn the time when I said it's almost 11 am. Wrote a check of $20 to be cash in and wants chips from Rite-Aid too. Left about 11'sh am. Had cashed in $20, Carlos took cared of it. Also saw a familiar face in the bank when I was just new to client. Went to Subway next ad got oven roasted chicken footlong. Cost $5+. Next to Rite-Aid and got $1.49 Ruffles cheese an onion as client says the bigger ones on sale is expensive (2 for $6 and about $4 for one.) Gave change back to client, $13.6 and prepared lunch. Client had half of the oven roasted chicken, some Ruffles chips and 2 graham chocolate cookies and water for drink. Client had Calcium and Atenolol @ 12:50 pm, had woke her up for it. Told her I saw she did not took all her medicines yesterday. Says yeah, and with the arthritis pain she had yesterday. Turned on tv on HSN. Wrote a check for office and reminded her to call her bank just to make sure she had enough in her checking to cover it, also told her I'm gonna deposit the $33 check she wrote me for amount I had spent for her lunches and groceries.. Client called Citibank and spoke to manager, named Jose, he familiar face I noticed earlier on the bank. Client was happy as she said manager was a nice man. Also had told me about what they had talked about, her son calling the bank and wanting to be in her account. Client then got mad. Asked for her son's number ad I dialed it for her. No answer. But after few minutes got returned call, spoke to her son about his calling to the bank and hanged up on him. Left 1:20 pm already (listened to client.) Deposited $33 client owe me in my bank.
Spt. 17 (Tuesday) = Client still sleeping. Had let her know I've arrived. Turned on heater. Doesn't want anything to eat. Had tea. Arthritis pain again. Tidied up kitchen. Watered back lawn. Rubbed pain cream on client's legs. Dryer: laundry. Watered front lawn. Client sleeping. Wiped kitchen floor. 11:15 'sh am, client awake, tv on. Talked about lunch, sardines sandwich, steamed veges. and cookies. Prepared lunch. Steamed brocolli and zucchini while making sardines sandwich. Client had lunch 11:56 am: steamed veges., sardines sandwich, some olives and water for drink. Prepared the tv dinner steak portabello for client's inner. Took her Calcium and Atenolol 12:50 noon. Talked about the neighborhood, her granddaughter and son's call,the Talk Show from yesterday, the neighborhood from before, etc. Gave me $10 for the 99 Cents tomorrow. Agreed to be called tomorrow morning.
Sept. 18 (Wednesday) = Contacted client before leaving for work @ 8:33 am for 99 Cents list. Changed her mind, says money for lunch and something else. Decided on Subway's tuna sandwich. At Subway for tuna sandwich @ 9 am. Cost $5+. Called client to let her know I'm planning to get the soda pop from Vons and dog food too. Says yeah and remembered the pot roast and wanted it to be cook today. Next to Vons and got 1 dog food can and Diet Coke. Also got chuck beef roast for $9.12 as pot roast client had had been deforsted for about a week and doesn't look good anymore, dark meat. Paid cash from clients cash for th Diet Coke and dog food. Had paid with my card for the pot roast. I'd just add it up on whatever client owes me. Had arrived @ client past 9:30 a, client sleeping. Returned change to client from the $10 I used on Subway and Vons dog food and Diet Coke,$1.35.Asked her what for whatever ingredients she wants to be in the roast. Simmered pot roast. Made coffee and waffle. Awakened client for waffle and coffee. Tidied up kitchen. Watered back lawn real quick while the dog was outside. Emptied commode and swept room and the other carpet area. Watered potted flowers in front door. Woke up client for lunch@ 11:40 'sh am, client had half of the tuna sandwich, peeled plum slices, 3 graham cookies and Diet Coke for drink. Fruit ot consumed. Brought client a small piece of pot roast to taste. Says good and soft, suggested a little salt. Prepared meds for tomorrow, dog foods, client's meal, etc. Pot roast turned off @ 12:40 'sh pm. Had slices on a bowl and the rest on a dish, both set aside on kitchen table to coll off before be stored on fridge. Client had Calcium and Atenolol meds. taken 12:50 pm. Now, with the MISSING PAINT AD on the paper that she saw. Helped cliet find it, but can't find the ad. Also looking for a painter. Asked me to call my field manager on the office for the number of the painter that did the painting and backdoor last time which field manager recommended. Told client I could only stay until 1:30 pm, I have training for the afternoon, every Wednesday. Ad still not found. Left already 1:40'sh pm. Reminded client the day tomorrow. Returned change to client from the $10 I used on Subway and Vons dog food and Diet Coke.
Sept. 19 (Thursday) = OFF!
Sept. 20 (Friday) = (Weather gloomy.) Dog in the kitchen, barked when I came in, which awakened client. Client still in bed, under blankets, sleeping.Let her know I'm already there. Told me how mad she was with the dog. Meat wasn't good then and gave him the pot roast I made to stop him from barking. Made tea and waffle. Client had the tea and waffle past 9:35 am. Tidied up kitchen. Cleaned back porch stairway with laundry soap and water as client asked for it to be cleaned. Watered back lawn too while dog is outside. Laundried soaked towel rugs. Client fall back to sleep after her breakfast. Awake in about 30 minutes or so after and asked me to call Rite-Aid for the tovitz bladder medicine she saw on tv. Talked to the pharmacist,says medicine name not coming out of their system. Asked her about Vesicare if it's better for client to take it before bed time, than in taking it in the morning which she does. Says client could try that but Vesicare should last 24 hours. Called Rite-Aid and CVS again after few minutes as she wanna asked about Lancomb make up if its on sale. Later then she realizes it was Loreal she wanted to ask. Learned Loreal wan't on sale on both pharmacy. Made a list for Vons and client made a check for Vons. Decided on Burger King and client gave me $2.10,wants double cheese burger and fries. Told her money isn't enough so I'd pay the difference first. Left 11:05 'sh am. Went to Vons first, got items, Marie Callender's tv dinners ans Lean Cuisine, dog foods,cheese cake slice, watermelon slice, liver patte, pancake and syrup. Cost $33+, paid with client's check. @ Burger King next and ot 1 double cheese burger and no salt value fries. Paid with the $2.10 client's cash and paid the difference with my card, $.90 cents. Got back before 12 pm, client sleeping. Prepared lunch. Client lunch, fries, double cheese burger, watermelon and water for drink. Loves the burger :) Fall asleep after lunch. Woke up client for blood pressure and bladder medicine; dropped the Vesicare (bladder med.)so gave her another one as we can't find the med. she dropped on the bed. Tv on. Told her about the Marie Callender's tv dinners. Client had a small portion of the cheesecake before I left @ about 1:06'sh pm.
Sept. 21 (Saturday) = Called client before 8:30 am, for items list. @ 99 Cents @ 9 am. Also got 2 pain cream. Spent $10.32 with my card. Client still sleeping. Made pancake and waffle which client had for breakfast. Laundry and continued dryer. Watered front lawn. Client went back to sleep. Prepared sardines sandwich with sesame kaiser roll. Awakened client for lunch, half of the sardines sandwich on kaiser roll, 3 chocolate graham cookies and steamed zucchini. Had water for drink. Likes lunch :) Folded towel rugs. Preared meds. for tomorrow, Calcium and Hydrochlorothiazide (for am meds) Vesicare and Atenolol (for pm meds.) Atenolol and Vesicare taken 12:53 'sh pm. Tv on. Client waiting for Sherwin-Williams employee return call for the paint. No call.Client called again ad told guy employee about her written check for them, got ok. Client wants the check deposit, $25 for the store to be mailed.Decided to call and asked again because of my concerns. I called Sherwin-Williams, spoke to a guy and was told the don't accept deposit and that item won't be discharge until fully paid. Client paint issue, done (so far.) Ended up leaving 1:22 'sh pm.
Sept. 22 (Sunday) = OFF!
