Jan. 28 (Monday) = Weather was kind of gloomy, looks like gonna rain but sun had peeked throughout the day. Can hear dog barking while getting inside, client awake (or was awakened by barking.) Put dog outside and client was sleeping when I got back on her room. Cleaned kitchen. Made client coffee with her morning blood pressure med. Had it before 10 am. Told me her son talking to her last night about someone coming in today and putting up a fence, but she doesn't want it either today or tomorrow. Andrew, the guy whose putting up the fence called me about him coming about 12:30 (dropping by to Lowes first) and that leaving the back door open in case he wasn't still there by the time I leave at 1. Called clients son and told him about the gap on the left side of the fence about 5 inches. Client would wake up and fall back to sleep then she called Burger King and decided on chicken sandwich, says $4.99 for 2 sandwiches. And wrote a check for Rite-Aid for pain cream and other items. Left past 11 am and went to Rite-Aid first, got Rite-Aid brand cream, 2 Oreos chocolate for 79 cents each, can of black olives, box of Snickers, and 7 Up, used check for payment. Then went to Burger King for 2 original chicken sandwich for $4.99 and value onion rings. Spent $6.03 with my card. Client had lunch before 12 noon, had original chicken sandwich, onion rings, 7 Up, steamed veges (cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini.) Enjoyed her lunch. :) Andrew arrived about maybe 12 or 10 minutes before 1 pm, can't find the right paint used on the wall and showed the gap on the fences on the left side. Made pasta for client for her dinner. Dog was outside on leased when he arrived, JR barked at him. Put dog inside on clients room and let client know Andrew was there. Wants me to make the guy leave but told client son wants the fence to be fix soon so neighbors has nothing to complain about. Andrew then called clients son about not being able to find the paint used on the wall. Told client about it. Talked about her calling Walmart and talking to a very nice lady who suggested her to take vitamins, vit. c and d combo. So I told her I could get it tomorrow on my way. And again with the ring talk on Kmart, wanting a red stone (ruby) instead. Woke her up a little past 1 pm before I go for her other blood pressure med. She called her bank for the transfer and a lady employee assisted her. Left was already 1:26 pm.
Jan. 29 (Tuesday) = Went by to Walmart on my way to clients home and got the Spring Valley vit. C with vit. D for about almost $4, then 3 salt water Taffy candies, the chocolate mini cupcakes for almost $3 ($2+) and 3 dog foods, 1 Alpo for 70 cents and 60 cents for each Pedigree small variety. Spent a total of $14.39. Got to clients place, dog was outside barking, on leased but just down the back stairs as dog has limited lease, was tied up on the chair inside. Dog barking on the fence :) Put dog back inside.she's awake sitting in bed and asked where have I been? So I reminded her about our talk yesterday before I left about dropping by to Walmart today to get the vitamin she was talking about and she said she thought that I had dropped by yesterday on my way home. And I said no, I didn't went to Walmart after I'm off work to get her vitamins. Client had coffee and gave her morning blood pressure med. Then went on work, tidied up kitchen. Worker arrived about 10 am and worked on putting the fence up. Also had asked him to replace the bulb on the back door light as client wanted to. Client talks on how she liked the chicken sandwich yesterday from Burger King and wants to have it again for lunch. I left past 11:15 am to get lunch, I told client and says ok and she wants fries with no salt. Also had called BK to verify if they still have that 2 chicken sandwich for $4.99. Got there and got the 2 original chicken sandwich for $4.99 and value fries without salt. Spent $6.03 with my card. Got back before 12 noon, and told client I'm gonna go and heat the fries. And she asked if I have been on BK already? And I said yes, I just got back and says she didn't know. Client had chicken sandwich, fries, steamed spinach and 1 mini chocolate cupcake for lunch and water for drink. Client feels sorry for the worker not having lunch and wants me to ask if he wants half of her sandwich. Gave worker the other sandwich and a bottled water. (I already had the same sandwich yesterday and couldn't finish it so I decided not to have it.) I had bubble tea thou. :) Then went on making the gravy and heating a two pieces of meat from the one I cooked the other day so client could have a meal ready for dinner, had it set ready with steamed veges. (cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini.) Gave client 1 vitamin after lunch wand her blood pressure med. Told her she should take 2 vitamins a day and I left the other vit. on the kitchen table for her to take tonight after dinner. Worker talked to me about the fence, and he had fixed also the gap on the fences on the left side, and back door was fixed and the leak on the front, this was about maybe 10 minutes before 1 pm. Then he left already. Told client about it. And also told client about items I think was needed and that I'm planning to get to the 99 Cents Store tomorrow. And discussed her about the amethyst ring to she wanted to be change to a red, or pink one to Kmart. I brought the ring with me for tomorrow, let her know I found the receipt for it. Left already 1:25 pm.
Jan. 30 (Wednesday) = Dropped by to 99 cents store, got the items client has told me to get yesterday, then called her if there's something else she wanted to add. So I got the tea and dog treat. And the other items are paper towel, Green cleaner, 1 pot pie, onions, spinach, can of olives, 2 can of soups, plastic wrap, etc. Spent $15.38 with my card. Then went next to Kmart and find her size (size 7) on the fashion rings, called client when there's no size for her. Wanted me to ask about ordering or stocking more of the rings so asked an employee happens to be currently working on the jewelry (usually no employee there) but still no size for client, says they had just restocked for the month and next stock would be next month, middle of February. Left client's name and number as she wants to be informed when new stocks arrives. Got to clients home, client sitting on the kitchen and dog outside by the fence. :) Showed client items, gave her the writing pad. Made her tea and gave morning blood pressure med. Then we chit chat while I'm working on the kitchen. Put dog outside again, un-leased but kept an eye on JR, checked the fence around making sure its intact and found a hole way back there behind the bushes ( 2 holes.) Covered each with tiles and stones and put dog on lease. Client got back on her room when I went back inside. Was trying the washer when clients son called, talked to me about the fence and how it looks like and the dog, and had talked to me about client having the write a check today to pay the guy. ($454.54.) Told it to client but wants to wait on her check for next month. I then called clients son and told him about it and says the man spent for the fence and items needed and should be get paid soon. So I went and told client about it, then client agreed writing the check and sending it today as her check won't arrived 'til maybe next week. Client wrote a check for the amount and called her bank for transfers of needed amount to checking. She had spoke to a guy on the bank. Client had lunch at about 12:30 pm, had a bacon sandwich, steamed spinach, and 1 mini cupcake and water for drink. Then I went on with making past and bacon with zucchini for a ready meal for either dinner or tomorrow. Mailed the payment to Mr. Andrew after that. Then gave client her other blood pressure med. and the vit. Got the meds. prepared for tomorrow too and left it on the kitchen table. Client had fallen asleep. Had woken her up to let her know I'm gonna go. Left at 1:20 pm already.
NOTE: Returned the amethyst ring to client as we can't do the exchange yet to the ones she likes.
Jan. 31 (Thursday) = OFF!
Feb. 01 (Friday) = Got in there, client awake. Dog doesn't wanna go outside yet, in the room with client :) Living room door was open by the hallway. Client had tea and boiled egg. And had her morning blood pressure med. Told her about the washing machine not working. Shampooed carpet on the vacant room close to the kitchen. Had made some call for repair fr. Yellow Pages but says service call is $25, guy talked to client and client decided not to continue with them as it is much. Tried to call the Big Star Plumbing if they can refer client to repair but only voicemail, no answer. Went to Great Wall Express past 11 am and got Chinese Food, orange chicken, lo mein, chicken chop suey and Diet Coke. Had spent $5.93 with my card. Client had lunch past 11:35 am and had all three kinds and the Diet Coke. Enjoyed her lunch :) Then had her vitamin c with d and other blood pressure med. Also had dialed her husband and made me talked to him, wanted me to ask him to pay me for the $44.97 I spent with his item that she asked me to buy. Had spoke to clients husband but didn't talked about it, he asked me thou about the call but I said I only wanted to say hi. Had opened and fixed tv on the vacant room again. Client again gave me her husband's number and wanted me to call him or write him a letter about the owed money. Left at 1:15 pm.
Feb. 02 (Saturday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less on my way for beef bacon. Had talked about it with client yesterday. Got the beef bacon and 2 Cesars and 1 Alpo dog food and called client if there's something else she wanted me to get. She wants to consider having liver patte instead of beef bacon but Food 4 Less doesn't have liver patte, told her they have chicken spread and deviled ham spread instead, so she decided to stick to beef bacon. Also got 2 tv dinners and small dessert, 1 tuna can and 1 russet potato. Spent $15.67 with my card. Got to client's place before 10 am, client awake, living room door from the hallway's open again. Client was talking about her granddaughter calling Kmart in Mission Valley and that the store is closing and having sales on items. Made client 2 scrambled eggs. Says she doesn't want coffee or tea but change her mind and had coffee afterwards. Gave her morning blood pressure med. with the coffee. I called Big Star Plumbing again and a lady, I believed was the owner answered the phone and referred me to a repair man. :) Called the number twice but no answer so I just left a message in my second call. Did some hand washing with the clothes that I soaked on the washing machine. Made steamed veges. (carrots, zucchini, and three brussels.) Also cooked bacon for lunch. Client had bacon sandwich, with some of the steamed veges. and a slice of the cheese cake for dessert and water for drink. Also made another sandwich with the steamed veges. and put it on the fridge for her meal. received a call from the repair man I called. Asked some questions about clients location, street, the washing machine and says $80 an hour. I turned the call to client for him to explain it to her.Client didn't went for it. Guy says call him if client changes her mind and ready. Gave client her other blood pressure med. and vit. Received another call, the lady/ owner of Big Star Plumbing had talked to client and client says, the lady said she would talk to client's son about the washing machine. Later client got call again from the lady and says she had talked to clients son and that, client's son thinks the guy who installed the fence had tripped the lines. And that, clients son would probably have a handyman come on Monday and see/fix it. Left almost 1:30 pm as client asked me to call Kmart in Mission Valley and ask how much is 42" tv. Client still talking to me about me going to Mission Valley for the afternoon or tomorrow, maybe I could go shopping there and I could buy stuffs for her and that she would pay for my gas. Told her I'm broke so I'm not considering having a trip there for the afternoon or tomorrow.

Feb. 03 (Sunday) = OFF!
