Jan. 14 - Jan. 20

Jan 14 (Monday) = Dropped by to Kmart to return the long black robe and pick up items client said she called store for to set aside: the Betty Boop robe, and slippers. Got into the store 9 am, Kmart had just opened. Went straight to Pet Supplies aisle to see dog snacks prices, then tried to call client many times but phone seems busy. Went and looked for jewelries, slippers, and night gowns too. Client still can't be contacted so I just went on the Customer Service. Dolores, who was the supervisor was the one in there and I asked  if there's any item set aside for the client but says she doesn't know as she hasn't been in there for 4 days, checked on their room but nothing in there. So I just went to grab black Betty Boop robe. Returned the long black robe and bought the Betty Boop and 1 dog snack for over a $1. Got into client's place and client was still sleeping. Had awakened up client and put dog outside. Told her I've been trying to call her but phone seems to be always busy. Says she hasn't been on the phone so I went checked the phone, doesn't have a dial tone. But then later had fixed it. Both phone on her room and kitchen now working. Made her coffee about 10 am. Decided to go to Popeyes for lunch. Showed her the remaining change which is $5 (five $1 bills and some cents.) But then brought it with me for Popeyes. Also client was looking for a coupon for a pill that says for losing weight, says she wanna try it. But can't find it so I left before 11 am. Used a $2.99 coupon on Popeyes: 2 chicken, 1 regular side and biscuit. Got coleslaw for the side and one apple pie also. Spent $4.30 cents. Gave the remaining change to client and also gave back her brown wallet she calls her change pursue. Client had lunch at 11:45 am, the two chickens, half of the coleslaw, and apple pie and the biscuit. Then water for drink. Was about to give her blood pressure med. but says about the arthritis pain, asked her if she wanna take Tylenol and says yes. So gave her 2 Tylenols at about 12:50 pm and left the blood pressure med. on the kitchen table for her to take later. Got the black sleep wear with me as client says she wanted to return it too on Kmart. Tried to call her bank as it's Monday today. But not ringing, thou I had tried calling my cellphone and even my home phone using clients phone and it rings both my cp and landline. Used my cp instead for calling the bank. Client talked to a guy employee, then later passed the cp with me. Talked to the employee about client wanting to transfer 350 from her savings to checking.

Jan. 15 (Tuesday) = Dropped by to Walmart to get salt water taffy, 3 bags and shoe polish for the bedside little drawer. Used my card and spent $4.34. Dropped by to Kmart and returned client's black sleep wear. Got refund of $12.95 and cashier who helped me from the Customer Service was Cristina.
