Dec. 03 - Dec. 09

Dec. 03 (Monday) = Called client last night if she wanted me to drop by to Food 4 Less today for groceries and dog might not have food but said worried more about lunch. So we had agreed DZ Akins. Got to client today and she was awake sitting on the bed. Put dog outside and made coffee while changing client's bed sheets. And while doing that, she's also vacuuming her side of the bed with the small vacuum and had told me she's itching last night and I saw rashes on her side of the right arm. Gave her coffee and she took morning blood pressure med. too. She called Citibank and had spoke to Carlos about needing $350 in her checking and asked about her debit card activation. Mr. "C" was busy and client said he will call back later as she asked him first if he's busy or with a customer. Meanwhile, I placed an order to DZ Akin's with an employee named Genie. Drove to Akin's past 11 am and got the order, paid it with my debit card and had spent $16.14. Got Hallah bread, 1/2 lb. corned beef, pickel, 1 chesse pocket, 2 piece of rye bread, and small slice of apple strouffle. Got back about 11:30 and prepared lunch. Client had corned beef sandwich, and zucchini steamed and water for drink. Mr. "C" had called twice as client had told me when I got back from Akins. Client wrote a check of $350 ready for my agency and the other check she wrote last week was setting there on the tv's table. Gave her the other blood pressure med. at 1 pm before I left. Turned on the tv on the vacant room before I left at 1:15 already. Also, client gave me Ross card to use tomorrow as she wants the robe I got last week to be change, so I got the robe wand card with me for tomorrow. Also thinking again of sending her husband the rye bread and apple strouffle.

Dec. 04 (Tuesday) = Dropped by to Ross to exchange client's blue leopardy robe that she wants to be exchanged which. Got a pink robe that worth about $ 14.99. Had exchanged the two robes ($11.99 + tax =  $12.92 to the $14.99 which I had used my own debit card.) There's a difference of $3.23 tax included and used clients Ross card to pay for it.) Called client when I got back to the parking lot and told her and gave me a list of items for Food 4 Less. Left at 9:32 pm and dropped by to Food 4 Less for dog food. Spent $13.73 with my card. Got to client's place past 10 am, client awake sitting in bed. Put dog out. Made client coffee and gave her morning med. with it. Got to whatever I have to do , cleaned kitchen, laundry, cleaned her room and had washed rugs. Client was thinking of sending her husband the small package (with the rye bread I got yesterday, cheese pockets, strouffle, 1 avocado) but then she also wants some American cheese with it which Food 4 Less doesn't have, and wants me to go to Rite-Aide and get spread instead like peanut butter and jelly and tea. She wrote a check for it. Also her check had arrived today. I went to Rite-Aide already 12 noon or a little past 12 noon and got the tea. Called client while on the store a few times and told her about the spread on how much they cost and said too expensive, same with the buy 1 get 1 free chocolate too which is about $8.99 to $9.99. Then client asked me to just get Chinese food on Great Wall Express as it was late for me to make the sandwich as it's almost 12:30 so I went to G.W. Express and got Chinese food, 3 combo and medium drink, used my card and had spent $5.92. Got back and served lunch: fried rice, mushroom chicken, and orange chicken with Diet Coke for drink. Client took the other blood pressure med. at 1 pm with water. Already about 1:40 something when I left as as always, had spent chit-chatting with client and I was trying to finish I need to do before leaving and she wrote me a check for all the things she owes me for. Client paid me $347.53. Teller that helped me on the bank was Gesualdo. With the remaining money, as client wanted, I put back $100 on savings and the rest, on the checking.

Dec. 05 (Wednesday) = Arrived with the  client on the kitchen and was about to leash dog out,said dog almost got out as dog needs to go out badly. I put dog outside and made client tea while she sits on the kitchen. Client took morning blood pressure med. with tea. Again, thinking about sending the small package to husband and with the cheese spread topic and said she thought I would drop by to 99 Cents store today and she had called store last night. Told her I could go there today to get the peanut butter spread as she said employee on 99 Cents store in University Ave. said they have it. So I choose to go there and client gave me some other items to get. Now, she's thinking where would the money come from. I reminded her about the $2.35 she had given me the other day that she wants me to keep for 99 Cents store. But then that wouldn't be enough and she said for me to list whatever amount I would spent for the rest of the items she wants. Got to 99 Cents store and got gift wrapper, congratulatory card she wanted for her daughter in law, malted milk balls (strawberry flavor,) ballpens, tootsie rolls, frozen waffles, chicken flavored dog treat, bubble wrap, and brown envelopes. Used my card and spent $9.17 (minus $2.35 money client gave me) she owes me $6.82.Got back about 11 or past 11 am and made client 1 waffle. Then helped client on the phone as she was trying to call CVS on Fletcher Parkway. Had contacted the CVS on Fletcher and she was talking about her walker and happened to be the woman on the phone was the employee who delivered her walkers when she bough it. Client got mad with the employee as she said she paid for fixing the walker and client said employees reply was, " that's the way it is when you buy something." As client feels like CVS should pay for fixing her walker which she got past 2 years ago or more. But then employee helped and ordered the missing part which is the break and said she will call again in a couple of days to ask for client's address and no charge for it. Also client had been trying to call NOVA company which made the walker but call won't get through. Made corned beef sandwich for lunch, zucchini steamed, and soda pop for drink. Then gave other blood pressure med. about 1:09 pm, woke up client as she was sleeping. Made client roast sandwich from teh roast the other day, and made her broccoli and has 3 tv dinners on the freezer. Turned on tv on the otehr room for her show before I left at almost 1:20 pm.

Dec. 06 (Thursday) = OFF!

Dec. 07 (Friday) = Called client in the morning as she asked me to call her before I left Wednesday, but hadn't called her Thursday evening as I got home almost 9:30 pm from work. Dropped by to Walmart in College Grove as client want me to get 3 Taffy candies and some other items. Called her while on the store few times to confirm on items. Got 3 Taffy candies, cream cheese, small box, small chocolate pie for dessert and went to asked on the pharmacy for over the counter med. for her arthritis as she said. Used my debit card and had spent $8.73, done on Walmart 9:30 am. and got to client's place before 10 am. Client awake, then I put dog outside and made tea and waffle for client. Still upset about the walker issue. Was thinking about sending the package to his husband today and went on packing that. Then client remembers about oranges so I went to her backyard and got more, asked me to put 1 orange on the package. I packed the 2 slices of rye bread and hallah bread, 3 cream cheese, 3 tea bags, cheese pocket, apple strudle, newspaper clippings, 1 orange and 1 avocado. Then went on the post office past 11:30 am to send the package. Used my card and had spent $4.85 . Then went on Rite- Aide next as client want me to look at Mansfield chocolates. Got in there and called client as it was the assorted kind and buy 1 get 1 free for $5.99 or something. Says too much money and was mad about her phone call that she got from CVS. Drove back in client's place almost 12 noon and told me about the phone call, CVS lady who she talked to the other day says if I can go there and pick up the brake part, client says she doesn't want me to as it is too far and lady says she has to pay $12 for shipping. But the client says she won the talk and they will send it to her address free of charge. Made client lunch, roast beef sandwich and zucchini steamed, the chocolate cream pie and water for drink. Had lunch 12:15 noon. She likes it :) Client still thinking about the walker issue and wondering what to do, planning on writing a note for the bicycle shop about the issue and ask the man to sign it. Client had fallen asleep, woke her up past 1 pm before I go to take her other blood pressure med. But then had talks again and had keep me later. I got out almost 1:40 pm something. Wants me to go to Kmart as she called and had talked to an employee named Irma about clothes I should look out for me. Got to Kmart, and called client from there about the clothes and that I didn't found something that I like. Asked me to get writing pad from there but I told her I might just get it to 99 Cents tore as it was cheaper in there. I went to 99 Cents tore and called client from there few times about items she wants me to get for her. I got 3 flowering plants as she want to fix the front porch for Christmas, Whopper, spinach, the writing pad, paper towel,  dog treat, and 2 cans of soups. Used my card again and had spent $11.97.

Dec. 08 (Saturday) = Arrived to client's place with the groceries and flowering plants I got yesterday from 99 Cents store. Client awake, put doggie outside. Made tea and gave morning med to client before going to Vons as she want cream pie and said she called yesterday on Vons about cream pie, but then I can get it today for $5 still (was their special yesterday.) Got cream pie, and just one dog food and spent $10.06 with my card. Got back and did some cleaning. Left at about 11 am again to go to Popeyes for lunch. Got 5 pieces of chicken with a coupon and 1 biscuit. Spent $5.04 with my card. Got back and prepared lunch. Client had 2 pieces of chicken, the biscuit, and a slice of cream pie and steamed zucchini. Called the Furniture Store to ask if the lounges had arrived that he had told me more than a week ago when I went there. Planted the flowers after lunch. Had fallen asleep after lunch. Woke her up and gave other blood pressure med. About 10 minutes to 1 pm and she knows it and she wants shower. So, I gave her shower and we decided I'll just come later for the time I stayed in there after 1 pm. Stayed until 2 pm. and then went to the Furniture Store as client want me to look at the lounge. Got there and called client from there, owner said he just sold the dark lounge but more are coming on Dec. 27.

Dec. 09 (Sunday) = OFF!
