Nov. 26 (Monday) = Called client last night as she asked me to call her bout groceries for today. Dropped by to Food 4 Less and got dog foods, bacon, zucchini squash, soda pop, mushroom soups and spent $19.51 with my card. Got to client house and took dog out. Client was sleeping the whole time I got in and just woke up before 11 am. Said she was awake most of the time last night. Did laundries, emptied commode, cleaned kitchen, fridge, microwave, and emptied trash out and recycles. Made bacon sandwich for lunch for client, a slice of dessert, Diet Coke for drink and salad. Up most times after lunch and was scribbling with notes and telling me about former caregiver Carrie calling her last night, etc. Gave other blood pressure med. at 1 pm., woke up client for it as she fall asleep. Then made me asked agency if it's ok for her to pay next week for this week as she only have $18 in her checking and doesn't wanna take out more money on her savings. I made a call and was fine with office. Turned on tv on the vacant room for client as small tv in her room won't get channel 8 again.
Nov. 27 (Tuesday) = Client awake sitting on bed, put dog outside. Client talking about spots on the kitchen, fridge, and microwave. I had told her I already cleaned the fridge yesterday and microwave so it's just gonna be the floor today. Offered her either tea or coffee but doesn't want it. :) Client scribbling and I went on the kitchen for cleaning, while drying blankets and clothes and tidying up whatever needs to be done. Got to Furniture Store about 10:44 as client wanted me to drop by there and look for the chest lounge if there's ones that comes in another solid color and material and the wood dressing table. After that I went to Popeye's and got 2 orders of leg and thigh and 1 apple pie. Client gave me $9 and had spent $4 plus tax. Got back and client was on the kitchen just made salad for us. Prepared her lunch, 2 pieces of Popeye's chicken, 1 leg and 1 thigh and the salad, half of the apple pie and water for drink. And she went back to her room to eat there and I brought in her water. Client likes the chicken this time says it was good :) Dog ate his food too, mixed some pieces of chicken in there so dog would eat his food, and he did, all of it, drank water and went outside. Meanwhile, I did some tidying up and washing the dishes and gave client her other blood pressure med. past 12 noon and gave back the money left to her. Then we talked about my dropping by to 99 Cents store tomorrow for the writing tablet, Whoppers, envelops, and Tootsie rolls and she gave me back the remaining money left and gave 2 more dollars later for tuna can as she thought about our lunch tomorrow. Turned on tv on the vacant room before I left for client's The Talk show on channel 8. Left at 1:04 pm.
Nov. 28 (Wednesday) = Client in bed sleeping when I arrived. Took out dog and made coffee and client took morning med with it. Client gave money for lunch from Popoye's chicken with coupon, 3 pieces of chicken, 2 regular sides and biscuit. Client gave some money, about $1.95 but wasn't enough and we decided I'd pay first for the rest. Went to Popeye with coupon and spent $5.38 with my card (minus $1.95 client's money.) Then dropped by to Rite-Aid as client wants Tylenol and pain cream and wrote check with it. She called the bank before I left thou and told me she only have about $18 or less. Got to Rite-Aid and got pain cream and got Rite-Aid's brand for pain reliever as client's money on the bank isn't enough if I get Tylenol. Called her before I went to register and told her about it. Gave other med. before I left. But had left past 1 already. Sent client's letter to CVS in Fletcher Pkwy. for her walker.
Nov. 29 (Thursday) = OFF!
Nov. 30 (Friday) = Dropped by to Ross and picked up robe client had called in the store last night. I called her last night to talk about grocery for today and she had told me about the robe on Ross that her granddaughter or daughter in law had wanted to buy for her. Got to Ross before store opens at 9 am. Then picked up the robe and paid for it with my debit card and spent $12.92. Called client before I drove next to Food 4 Less but phone was busy. Dropped by next to Food 4 Less and got 2 Alpo dog foods, flan slice on the bakery, soups, 1 onion, carrots, banana bread (manager's special for $1.49) and beef pot roast and spent $20.98 with my card. Got to client's home before 10 am, client sitting on bed, and I took dog out. Did laundry and did some cleaning up and was about to make the pot roast but there's no beef or chicken broth. Client gave me $1.95 for Popoye's chicken but wasn't enough so she said if I could just pay for whatever the balance is. Went there and spent $5.38 with my card ( minus $1.95.) So client owes me $3.43. Then went to Rite-Aid later to get broth and as client wants Rite-Aid brand pain reliever back to store, said made her feel sick when she took it. Returned med. on Rite-Aid and got 2 beef broth as exchanged ($1 each broth.) Then got back and was about to get ready for making pot roast and noticed there's no water! Told client and wondered if I had sent the bill, and I assured her I did sent the bill to her son. I also checked my phone as I knew I took photo of it before I sent it. And yes, saw the photo of the bill ready to be sent along with receipts and clients note for her son bout paying me to what I had spent for her husband's items.I called water department and prompted to leave a message and so I did. But later had decided to call client's son and let him know. Then client's son took cared of it and called me later stating the bill was paid now and water will be on in 3 or 4 hours. I had made the pot roast and was making bacon sandwich too for lunch. Client had bacon sandwich, zucchini steamed, slice of leche flan and water for drink on the kitchen table :). Gave other blood pressure pill at 1 pm. Turned on tv on the vacant room before I left. Left at 1:120 pm.
Dec. 01 (Saturday) = Made coffee and gave morning med. Client was sitting on bed and telling me how stories about her day and such. Put doggie out and did laundry, washed dishes from yesterday and turned on pot crock again as roast is still in there. Then added barley, wiped table, emptied and washed trash, and shampooed carpet again on vacant room as doggie went in there, as always. Also noticed 4 trashes for dried leaves aren't picked up. But client doesn't want me to picked trash bins up and bring it back on the yard. Client had roast sandwich for lunch, zucchini steamed, and water for drink. And today was talking about her robe from Ross that was too leopardy and was thinking if I would go to Ross and buy my mom a robe too for Christmas, that maybe I could maybe return or exchange the robe. But if I'm not going there she would keep it instead. Also talked about getting a call from CVS and was told she needs "cancelled check" for verification of her purchased of her walkers. I told her maybe she meant "void check" but she said not. Gave other blood pressure med. about 1 pm and I left already 1:44 pm! Client also gave me a dollar pill and some coins for Monday on 99 cents.
Dec. 02 (Sunday) = OFF!
