Nov. 12 (Monday) = Dropped by to Kmart and exchanged the other ring client want to be exchanged. Got another one which is blue and oval stone. Then called her about it and asked me to dropped by to Food 4 Less and buy dates. So I did, got pitted dates, dog foods, 2 tv dinners, Ferrero Roche candies, milk, butter, shredded cheddar cheese and spent $26.81 with my debit card. Got to client before 10 am, made a tea and gave morning meds. Asked me about the dates price so I told her $5.98. Said it was big and a lot of money so wanted the dates back on the store. Called other stores and found out Vons has dates and smaller size which cost less so wanted me to take that instead. Made the salmon for lunch with Greek salad and water for drink. Gave another blood pressure meds. at 1 pm. Spent some time looking for check book and got out by 1:30 pm.
NOTE: Veterans Day yesterday and some businesses including client's bank was closed as I try to call them so client can verify if she has enough money on checking as it's Monday, she wrote a check for my agency. And I forgot to bring dates with to be returned to Food 4 Less.
Nov. 13 (Tuesday) = Dropped by to Vons and got dates in small package, 2 tv dinners and 2 Cracker Jack. Used my card and had spent $9.15. Got to client's home and already up heading to the kitchen as the dog was barking wanting to go out. Learned I was already there and lied down on the room near the kitchen while chitchatting with me. Said she already had cereal when asked if she wants coffee or tea. Asked me about lunch and going to Akinz. I called an order before 10 am for rye bread, dill pickle, 2 cheese pockets, and corned beef 1/2 lbs. Went there at 10:30 to pick it up and client went back napping. Spent $14.55 on DZ Akinz deli with my debit card. Dropped by to Rite-Aid on my way back and got 99 cents Diet Coke soda pop, Johnson's baby powder, and bubble mailer. Used my card again and spent $6.48.Gave client and dog shower when I got back. Done with the shower at 12 noon past. NOTE: $6.48 from Rite-Aid minus $2.33 refund I got when I returned the mailer and got a new one.
Nov. 14 (Wednesday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less to return the $5.98 worth "dates." Also got more dog food and got beef bacon as client had told me when I called her before I went in to the Food 4 Less store. I returned the item (dates) and paid the remaining balance of $2.90 with my debit card. Then went to 99 Cents Store and got 3 Whoppers (malted milk balls) and tomatoes. Spent $2.80 with my card again. Got to client's place about 9:45 am, client awake and cleaning up bedroom floor with vacuum. Made coffee and gave morning med. I'm working on the package she wanted to send to her husband but package is small for all the items she wanted to be sent so I went to Rite-Aid to exchange item to a larger size bubble mailer. And I got size 6 and Zinc Oxide ointment client wanted. I got money back $2.33 for the green mailer I bought Nov. 13 that I returned. Paid $5.99 with my card for the new bigger mailer and ointment. 2 lemons and 1 orange, 2 ripe avocados, small Whopper box, 1 pajama set, dates and cheese pockets went into the mailer and I put 6 stamps in there and put it on the mailbox for postmater. Made lunch at past 11:30, rye bread and bacon, then spinach and watermelon and water for drink for client. Gave another blood pressure med. at 1 pm. She had fallen asleep so I woke her up. I left at 1:10 and woke up client again to tell her I'm leaving . :)
Nov. 15 (Thursday) = OFF!
Nov. 16 (Friday) = Some drizzles on my way. Client was already awake when I got there, sitting down on the edge of the bed said trying to do some cleaning, told me about a new burger place on El Cajon and I saw the ad, client now looking for some money but we can't find her wallet. I put dog out, then went back and tidied up the room but still can't find what she was looking for. Made her tea and gave morning med. Also told me the rye bread from Akins was no good so she wants it back on the bakery and called there and had talked to the employee named Christina and was told bring the bread back and she will give us a new bread. And she wants me to go to the new burger place for lunch but I decided to call first to ask for price as client might not regret sending me there when it was expensive. And if she not like it, in case, she's going to make me return the food on the store so I decided to call first. Learned the 9" sub is about $7.50 and there's some that's about $7.99. So I told the client and yeah, she said too much money. And so we agreed for Burger King as I have coupons still. We called her husband to asked for their granddaughter's number as she said granddaughter called her and asking for me to get cookies for her as well if I went to DZ Akin's. Got number and client called granddaughter who was sleeping, she was told she doesn't want anything fr. the bakery. I went to DZ Akin's with the rye bread and got Christina helped me, was about to give me another rye bread but asked her is I could get another kind instead, like hallah bread. And so I got the hallah bread, unsliced, I told her it was ok with me when she's about to get the sliced one. (I should have just said yes, later I realized I have to slice the bread myself and the knives aren't sharp.) Then went on Burger King and was there at 11:15, got 2 Whoppers (one is free) as I got coupon, then got 1 apple pie. Spent $5.38 with my card. Back to client's place almost 11:30, prepared lunch for her and we shared the apple pie. :) Gave her water for drink and doesn't want vege. when I asked her so she only had the Whopper sandwich and the half of the pie. Had lunch at about 11:45. Was done past 12 noon. Only did washed 1 rug outside as it was hot and past 12 noon. Gave client other blood pressure med. at 1 pm while she's watching her favorite show. Wants the package to be sent to her son tomorrow: pajama. And wants me to get 2 Whoppers, and 2 Cheetos Puffs, and 1 b'day card tomorrow on 99 Cents. Also Roast Beef from Food 4 Less. Left at 1:15 pm.
Nov. 17 (Saturday) = Dropped by to 99 Cents and got 2 Cheetos Puffs and 2 Whoppers and got envelopes and a b'day card. Used my card and had spent $5.36. Then called client when I'm back on the parking lot and told her I got the items and was about to go to Food 4 Less, then she told me she called Food 4 Less and thinking of getting turkey instead of roast beef for a change, fruits, and small dessert. Also told me on the phone she was so mad and not thinking of sending the package for his son today as granddaughter called her and her son was on the background telling they paid $3 something more for the last package's postage. And that the package could just wait there until his son would go for a visit. Got inside the store and found different kinds of turkey's so I called client again, but she let me decided instead what I want to get, so I got the white turkey meat for over $3 instead of the one she was told about on the phone which was $6. Got small cheesecake too and red, big grapes, used card and spent $9.34. Got to client 'bout 10 minutes or so before 10 am, client was sitting on the kitchen with the dog, waiting for me as the dog might need to go out and the "newly" discovered door can't be opened. Put dog out and showed client the 99 Cents items, specially the b'day card and she likes it. Made tea for client while she was looking at all the ads on the table. Didn't gave her medicine today as I noticed she already took the medicine that was sitting on the table on the small plate. ( I left that medicine for Thursday as I was OFF, but came in Friday and she didn't took the meds. but was in her room so I put it back on the kitchen.) I went on tiding up the kitchen and started shampooing the carpet after that. Done at 11:30 am so I went on making lunch for client: turkey sandwich, with a slice of cheesecake, and water for drink. Then client brought it on her room and decided to ate there. Said she wasn't really hungry when I was preparing the lunch but said it was so good and she ate the whole sandwich. :) Then went on telling me to send the bills to her son, for all the money I spent for her husband's items so her son could pay for it. Mailed the receipt along with client note and some mails. I also took photo of the receipt which is the "dates" I bought from Vons, Cheetos Puffs from 99 Cents, and Kmart for two $19.99 set of pajamas. I put 3 stamps in there. I left at 1:25 pm already, client in bed. And noticed the mailman had probably dropped by and got the mail as it wasn't there anymore :)
NOTE: Client called husband and said employee had told her on the phone that husband already got the package. Client saw robes on a Big Lots ad and now thinking again about getting it for her husband.
Nov. 18 (Sunday) = OFF!
