Oct. 29 (Monday) = Went to Food 4 Less on my way to client's place and got some groceries. Spent a total of $32.56 with my card. Got Cesar's dog foods, veges., 2 rolls, dessert, watermelon, white potatoes, frozen salmon, soda pop, Lysol, tomatoes, roast beef, and tv dinners. Made tea and gave morning med. to client. Sent Butterscotch candies and 2 ballpens in an envelope to clients husband. Put 3 stamps on the envelope and left it on the porch. Also sent bills/mails to client's son in Rancho Mirage in an envelope. Client had the roast beef and rolls for lunch, watermelon, spinach and soda pop for lunch. Gave other blood pressure med. before 1 pm. Left already 1:20 pm.
Oct. 30 (Tuesday) = Dropped by to Vons (called client about before I left home and when I was on the Vons parking lot before I went in.) Got blueberry muffins, a book of stamps (as client lost the stamp I just bought last week) and Duck bubble envelope and had spent $14.37 with my card. Client had tea and 1 muffin when I arrived. Paid me $2 first for the muffins so she owes me $12.37. Gave her morning blood pressure med. and I got the gift ready to send to her granddaughter in a bubble wrap with Tootsie rolls. Told her I would go to the post office to send the package but doesn't want me too, but wants me to put stamps on the package instead and leave it on the mailbox. So I did put 4 stamps in there, emptied the mailbox of mails and put the bubble wrapped package in there. Gave other blood pressure med. before 1 pm. Left 1 pm.
Oct. 31 (Wednesday) = Went to cleaning as soon as I got to client's home as a Cox technician would be coming at 10 am as client said she called yesterday about the televisions not working. Cleaned/tidied up client's room and had steamed carpet in there, hallway, and vacant room. Made tea and gave morning med. Cox tech. arrived at 10 am. named Eduardo, fixed the tv first on the vacant room near the kitchen, and the small tv on client's room, says can't fix the big 2 tv's on client's room and the 1 on her husband's room as the tv's got the problems and not the connection. Client had talked to her husband about him getting his small package, the Butterscoth candies and the pens. Client was happy, offered muffin to tech., and tech got 1 muffin :) Client called Cox too to tell how much she appreciates the nice man who fixed her tv. Went to Great Wall Express to get Chinese food, (client gave me $20 for it and for Rite-Aid). Got a 3 combo; fried rice, orange chicken, and squash with chicken and medium drink, Diet Coke. Spent $5 and something and went to Rite-Aid and got .95 cents, I believed was Snickers to wrap for neighbor children as client wanted to and had picked up $2 worth of refill on the pharmacy for blood pressure. Got back, serve client lunch and wrapped the chocolates for neighbor with angel figurine. :) Also wrapped a ballpen for parents as client wanted to, both with client's note. Gave client the other blood pressure med. at about 1:15 pm. I left already 1:30 pm.
Nov. 1 (Thursday) = OFF!
Nov. 02 (Friday) = Client still sleeping when I arrived. Made her tea and gave morning med. then started cleaning up, papers on the room and kitchen floors, emptied trash but separated papers first for recycle, cleaned kitchen table, washed dishes, and started shampooing carpet on vacant room as it smells again. Went to Burger King for lunch and got Whooper, used coupon buy 1 get 1 free and value fries without salt. :) Client gave me $8 for it. Spent $5 and some cents. Dropped by to CVS and got Hydrogen Peroxide for $1.49. Served lunch when I got back, with small slice of dessert, and made steamed squash, and water for drink. Gave client other blood pressure med. at 1 pm. Left at about 1:15 pm.
Nov. 03 (Saturday) = Morning med. for blood pressure taken with tea. Client told about her walker broken, the brake to be exact and wants me to bring it to the bicycle shop to be fix. Said her walker had been there before and paid $10. Called the shop and asked if they fixes walker and said it had been fixed there before and how much would it be, but guy said it had to be seen. So I left at about 10:30 am and brought the walker on the shop that was in the living room, (with the red handles.) Might need some oil maybe or something as it's a little hard to push but working. Then went to Burger King with a coupon for Whopper and went back to client's house. Gave her lunch, with steamed squash, watermelon, and water for drink. Went back to the shop by past 12:30 pm to pick up the walker and brought the other one with me to be fixed too. Picked up the first one but told the second one (which has a broken brake) isn't fixed yet as they don't have the brake lever for it. Owner didn't asked for payment when I asked him how much I owe him for the fixing of the first walker. Left the second one on the shop and brought the other one back to client and gave the change back to her from Burger King from the $20. Gave her other blood pressure med. before I left.
Nov. 04 (Sunday) = OFF!
