Nov. 19 (Monday) = Dropped by to Big Lots and got a size (11-12) slippers for $12 and one size fits all robe for $18. Paid with my debit card and spent total of $32.33. Called client while I was in the store to confirm her of the prices. Was about the dropped by next to Food 4 Less but client told me of the dog needing to go out and she closed the "secret" door and now can't open it so I went straight to client's home instead and decided to just go to Vons later on. Made tea when I got there and gave morning med. Then went to Vons before 10:30 am and got items, used my card and spent $31.10. I got chicken wings, macaroni salad, broccoli, dog foods, soda pop (Sprite,) brown sugar, milk, and 2 mushroom soups. Client had chicken wings, a small slice of tres leches dessert, and macaroni salad and broccoli. And had sprite for drink. Gave another blood pressure med. at 1 pm, woke up as she was sleeping. Then wrote a check for the office, and called her bank. I believe a lady answered the phone and then later on transferred to Mr. "C." Left at 1:15 pm.
Nov. 20 (Tuesday) = Client awake, room was a mess with all the papers on the carpet, then put the dog first outside and got back on the room. I got on preparing the package to be sent to client's husband using the small box I got from Rite-Aid before. Packed the robe, the other pajama (size M,) and the slippers. Got them ready for post office. Made coffee and gave morning blood pressure med. to client then I left for the post office. Also client gave me $2.10 as she wants me to get something for "my" dessert. I said no, it's ok but still wanted me to. So I said I will just get a chocolate from Rite-Aid, gave me 2 bucks for that and wants me to look and get the 99 cents nail polish, maroon color if they have. Got to the post office and paid $7.29 for the small package. Used my card with it. Then went to Rite-Aid and got 1 nail polish, and 1 Snicker bar, both worth 99 cents each. Paid and I was surprised still have a change of .25. Got back and client was sitting on the vacant room's bed near the kitchen and dog's leash was on the kitchen chair. Client going through paper ads and me was shampooing the carpet on that room as dog peed in there. Had chicken wings again for lunch, and made steamed squash, and half of the Snickers for client with the meat. Water for drink. Client enjoys lunch :) Gave another med. before 1 pm and tidied up the room. Left at a little past 1 pm. Called client at night for what she wants me to get for tomorrow, was talking about getting a steak, pie, etc.
Nov. 21 (Wednesday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less. Called client while I'm on the store. Got a whole blueberry pie, salad, steak, 1 cucumber. Had spent $10.06 with my card. Got to client's place before 10 am and put dog out. Asked client for coffee or tea but said she already had a drink. I think milk, I forgot what. Then I went on cleaning the kitchen, emptying the commode while client had fallen asleep, then shampooed the carpet on the vacant room as I noticed the same spot I shampooed yesterday was wet again. Then client went on the living room to get the silver wares, I went there later on and helped client. I set up the table while she sits there telling me stories. About 11:30 I started making the bacon sandwich. Almost 12 noon we had lunch on the living room, had the bacon sandwich, salad, and we had a slice of pie. Client had water for drink. Asked me if I want to stay a little later, as she noticed I was looking on the clock. Asked me what I'm looking and asked me if on the time? And I said yes, and its almost 1 pm. And so she asked me. And I said yes, I could still until 1:30. It's going to be Thanksgiving Day tomorrow so I don't mind staying 30 minutes more and I'm only going to grocery for a turkey after that and has anything to do that would want me to hurry and go home. Client had finished eating almost 1:30 and I started cleaning up. Gave her the other blood pressure med. then and she went out to watch her show on the vacant room as I tidied up things. Left already 1:45 pm.
Nov. 22 (Thursday) = OFF! Thanksgiving Day! ^-^'
Nov. 23 (Friday) = Dropped by to Kohl's before going to client's place to look at the watches she was talking about on the ad. Then also wants me to get slippers so I got her Dreamfoam slippers for $9.99, body mist for $4.99 (said for her daughter in law as she was graduating) and the watch for $12.99. Spent a total of $30.14. Got on client's place and made tea and gave morning med. Client was on the kitchen chair sitting and tried on slippers, won't fir her (I got size 7-8, says her size is 8 1/2.) So I said I could go back into the store on my way home to exchange it as I might as well look around. I went to Vons to get soda pop, I got Diet Coke for 99 cents and ice cream. Client wrote a check for it. Then I went to Burger King and got Junior Whoppers. I got a coupon so I got the other one free. Paid cash with it as client had gave me $10.10 for lunch. Was supposed to be Popoyes chicken but they were closed. Got back to client's place and client went to the kitchen while I was preparing her lunch so she sat on the kitchen, which she went there as she just about to bring dog out. Also got fries without salt and client had half of it along with the Whopper for lunch. Had soda pop for drink. Gave other blood pressure med. at 1 pm and gave back change from Burger King. Left about 1:15 and brought slippers with me to exchange to size 9-10 and client wants me to get one too for her daughter in law to go along with the body mist. She told me she wants 2 slippers for her and call her when I got on the store. Went on the store and got 2 size 9-10 Dreamfoam slippers and fall in line on the returns line. I forgot client said she wants two slippers for her. Had done the exchanged and paid $10.76 for the other slipper with my card. Called client when I got back on the car as her phone was busy when I was calling before I left the store. Told client I will drop by to the grocery tomorrow for dog food. P.S. Also changed bed sheets today and mailed a few mail with 1 mail from SDG&E.
Nov. 24 (Saturday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less on my way and got 6 tv dinners for .88 cents each and three kinds of dog foods. Called client while I was there and told me she was sitting on the kitchen waiting for me with the dog as dog won't go out with her. So I told her I'd be on my way in minutes. Used my card and paid $10.82. Client was sitting on the kitchen with dog in there too when I came in. Let dog out and made client coffee and gave morning med. She was telling me things and stories while I was tidying up the kitchen. Client wants me to get lemons to give to my mom and to the neighbor on our right side so I went out. Got about 4 to 5 lemons and not fully ripe yet, and client was back on her room when I got back. Told her about the oranges at the back which is fruitful, one branch on the ground as it can't carry the heaviness of the fruits but still green. Tidied up client's room, emptied commode. Gave shower about maybe past 11:15 am. Client almost fall as she was sitting more of like at the edge of the chair. Done shower at 11:44 am, and was sitting on the vacant room.Turned on the tv for her while I make steak for lunch. Client had steak for lunch, with vege. salad and water for drink.Client likes the steak :) Had fallen asleep before and after lunch. At 1 pm, client walked on the kitchen and sat, asked for ice cream so I gave her ice cream on a cup but gave her the other blood pressure med. first. Left before 1:15 while client having ice cream.
Nov. 25 (Sunday) = OFF!
