June 24 - June 30

June 24 (Monday) = (Got client's voicemail when I woke up. About the client wanting me to call her before I go on my way as she wanted me to get stuff from 99 Cents Store.) Called client past 9 am. Got the list. @ 99 Cents Store @ 10 am. Got items she wanted. Called client for the plants. Got three: 1 daisy (light pink,) and 2 with red small flowers. Spent $18.07 with my card. Arrived to client past 10:35 am. Backdoor still closed. Client awake. Put dog outside. Had a little chit-chat with client on how she feels about son and wife. Client fall asleep. Emptied commode. Had tea about 15 mins. before 11 am. Tidied up kitchen, stocked up groceries, washed dishes.Client had lunch just before 12 pm, had bologna sandwich (steak rolls,) olives, steamed zucchini, and Diet Coke in small bottle for drink. Also prepared her another one with sauteed veges., (sweet peas and zucchini) for either dinner or lunch tomorrow. Picked up oranges. She had taken her Calcium vit. about 10 mins. before 1 pm. Rubbed pain cream @ back, shoulders, and legs. Wrote a check for the agency @ about 1:10 ' sh. Left already 1:27.

June 25 (Tuesday) = OFF! Received client voicemail @ 9:26 pm about calling her before I go to work tomorrow as she wants something from store.

June 26 (Wednesday) = Called client @ around 8:30 ' sh am. Gave me list of items for 99 Cents Store. @ 99 Cents Store @ 10 am. got items by 9:10 am. Called client, wants me to get 3 more flowers and I got it. Spent $18.71 with my card. @ Client @ about or before 10:30 am. Back door still closed. Client awake. Tidied up mess on the kitchen floor, emptied trash, etc. Client had tea and waffle. Storing groceries, when plumber, (the same plumber who fixed leak outside and had put back shower) arrived about less than 15 mins. before 11 am. New shower installed. in maybe about 10 mins. Plumber said bill will be sent to client's son. Put clothes outside as client thought "again" of putting clothes outside. Did it before 11:30 am and turned on radio on living room. Client watching tv. Talking about a cute dog, his pretty, silvery collar and wanted a puppy, etc. Ate lunch past 12 noon, had bologna sandwich, Cheddar and Sour Cream potato Chips, olives, steamed veges., (brusells, baby carrots, and broccoli) and H20 for drink. Prepared 2 blintzes and the same steamed veges., and had prepared tuna sandwich as well. Gave Calcium vit. Told me she could give me the check now to be deposited, and told her I don't wanna carry it with me I could just deposit it on Friday. ASked me how much she owes me too, told her the amount: $248 currently. Showed client mails addressed to husband, (3 mails) opened it, 2 was from Dept. of Veterans Affairs and his passing and about living client $2,045.00. Other mail was abt. sponsoring membership and getting a flag. Hide mails on a bottom drawer where an old movie player is (according to client.) Left 1:24 pm.)

June 27 (Thursday) = OFF! Awakened by client's granddaughter 3 way calling, with client asking a favor of me spending the night in her place if it's ok as she has arthritis pain. Told her I'm sorry but I have baby sitting for the night. Asked me to call her tomorrow before I leave as I asked her I could drop by to Rite-Aid tomorrow on my way to get her Advil.

June 28 (Friday) = Called client just before 8:30 am. Agreed to get lunch @ Subway then gave me few items for Rite-Aid. Dropped by to Subway and got oven roasted chicken, footlong and Sun Chips cheese. Spent $6.40 with my card. Next to Rite-Aid, got Advil, looked at grill ($69.99) and called client and told her abt. grill price, asked her too if she wants me to get the potting soil, got Snickers chocolates (buy 1 get 1 free.) Spent $21.19 with my card. Arrived to client past 9:30 am, back door still closed, client awake. Put dog outside. Client had 1 Advil past 9:30 am. Tidied up kitchen and floor, client had tea and waffle, she's watching tv, had cleaned client's room, emptied commode, change rugs. Told me about red bathroom towel she didn't like so I told her I could just return it to Target tomorrow. Prepared dinner, pasta with the tuna I hadn't use on the tuna sandwich last Wednesday. Baked cookies. Client had lunch before 12 noon, had chicken sandwich, Sun Chip and olives, H20 for drink. Got a call from client's granddaughter by around 12:37 ' sh am, about them coming in a week, told her about the dog licensing mail, and I was told set it aside so they can look at the mails when they come. Also talked to client's son, and told me about Veterans check coming and it has to be deposited on Chase bank, and client's other check for $255 goes to Citibank. Told it to client and first she was upset and got confused with her checks, explained it to her and she understands the over $2K check was from Veterans and it wasn't the one that comes every month on the 3rd. Agreed for the check to be deposited on Chase and the $255 on her Citibank. Asked me how much she owes m, so I told her, ($275) and she was surprised it was that much. Told her her money that's going to be deposited on Citibank wasn't even enough for her to pay what she owes me. Agreed that I would just wait on her 3rd of every month check. Left 1:16 pm already. Went to Chase, looked for Liza as I was told to by client's son, Lori helped me instead with the deposit. Called client's son on the parking lot and let him know I had deposited the check. went next to Citibank and had deposited the $255 on checking as I was told to by her son to put it on checking account. Left on the bank already 1:40 pm. Brought shoes from Rite-Aid and towel for Target that is going to be returned tomorrow. 

June 29 (Saturday) = Dropped by to Target and returned red bathroom towel. Got refund $4.31. Went next to 99 Cents and got items client wanted. Then called her and apologizes for her dog's mess and told me about a surprised lunch @ Marie Callender's. Spent $14.87 with my card @ 99 Cents Store. Next to Rite-Aid and exchanged light gray shoes with a black one. Arrived at client maybe about 9:45' sh am. Client awake, had little chit-chat with the dog mess, etc. Client had tea. Tidied up kitchen mess, washed dishes, etc. shampooed carpet after cleaning dog's poop, and steaming vegetables while shampooing. Called Marie Callender's and asked barbecue lunch price and pie, bbq is $15.99, and they don't accept check. Decided to Popeye's then as we have coupons. Decided on $4.99 coupon with 3 chickens, 2 sides, biscuit. Left @ about 10:35 am, spent $5.39 with Popeyes, and Hope is my cashier. Next Rite-Aid and returned gray shoes to black pair. Got back and watered back lawn. Client had lunch @ about before 11:50 sh am. Had 2 chickens, cole slaw and mashed potato, half of the biscuit and Diet Pepsi for drink. Prepared egg sandwich and steamed veges., again with it. Gave client Calcium vit. and rub pain cream at back, shoulders, and legs. Says she took Advil this morning. Told her about two tv dinners in there. Had enjoyed her lunch, liked it and she called Popeyes to tell them they have a better chicken this time. And employee she had spoken to is Hope. :) Saw front lawn and wanted it to be watered, at 12: 45 pm. Watered front lawn quickly, client happy, singing Popeye The Sailor Man on the window ^-^' Told me that whatever extra time I spent, I could come later on Monday for that. Tidied up what needed to be tidied up before I leave. Already 1:15 pm, so we agreed I would come 9:15 am on Monday. :) Then client got into talking, and I ended up leaving 1:26 pm. Gave refund to her from Target before I left.
