May 27 - June 02

May 27 (Monday) = Backdoor locked. Both client and dog are still sleeping. Says it was FREEZING COLD. So I turned the heater ON, (and she wanted it FULL FORCE) and not even 2 minutes had past and says it wasn't working and she doesn't like the heater. Told her it has to take time. Client had coffee and boiled egg then fall asleep again. Cleaned kitchen, watered back lawn, emptied trash and washed, laundry and continued drying sheets/blankets. Shampooed carpet, vacant room near kitchen. Emptied commode and client awakened past 10:30 am, was about to asked me what I like for lunch but I got asked first :) Asked her if she wanted to have the steak for lunch as we still have one meat, says yes. And fall asleep again and woke up a bit later, past 11 am and asked me if I want dessert, says no and told her I am making cookies. Awakened client for her lunch, had lunch about 11:50 am, had the steak, in slices, fries, steamed zucchini and water for drink. Fed dog too before I went to client's room so dog won't bother her. Took and washed dishes before 12:20 pm, and client had fallen asleep again. Woke her up less than 10 minutes before 1 pm, and gave her blood pressure med. and vit. Had asked me the day/date, and asked me to call my agency if it's ok for her to pay in a few days as she's out of cash. I tried to call office's number, knew line was on adn can hear some noises but no "hello" and line then gone off. Texted Mer. and asked her and she replied "yes." Told client, and again with the missing items, etc. says she's gonna write letter again for the office and tell her about Ericka, and the missing items, etc. and wanted me to tell them. And I said "ok, I'll talk to them." Asked her if i should leave the heater ON and says it's better. So I turned the heater lower (put it on 83.) Also I had explained to her that if she wanted to skip the payment for the agency this week, and she will wait for her check on 3rd of June, and she has to pay for that week too, she will pay a total of $700, says she gonna be unable to do that and says we have to come up with something.  She signed my time sheet and left. 1:12 pm.

May 28 (Tuesday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less but hadn't found, or they don't have blintzes and called client, told her I could just get it from Vons. Also she added drink and bacon. Spent $16.17 with my card. Dropped by next to 99 Cents and spent $15.94. Dropped by next to Vons and called client what's blintzes she she likes, chose the cheese blintzes and told her the price but ok with her. Spent $5.12. Got to client's place 10 or a little past 10 am. Dog was sleeping with client and had awakened her up. She had coffee. Stored groceries and tidied up kitchen area, was about to water front lawn but client says I don't have to, looks like it's gonna rain since it's a gloomy day. She watches tv and I went outside and watered back lawn and tried to washed really soiled rug, but as I tried to hang it on a chair, it TEARS apart. Also found a somehow brown, warm blanket on a chair outside, showed it to client but says it was't it, what she was looking for. Also noticed the trash cans outside and says its UGLY or not a good sight and wanted me to put it somewhere else. Then fall asleep again. Client had 2 cheese blintzes for lunch, (woke her up for it), also had watermelon and steamed spinach and Diet Coke for drink. Likes the blintzes a lot :) Taken her blood pressure med. and vit. @ 12:50 pm. Cut toenails and dabbed with cider and water mixture and bandaged both big toes. Left 1:10 pm.

May 29 (Wednesday) = Client sleeping, but already had brought dog outside. Had tea. Arthritis pain complains, says bad today. Fallen asleep. Had lunch before 12 noon and woke her up, had 2 blintzes, fries, steamed bruusells and water for drink. Gave her blood pressure and vit. about 12:50 pm, applied pain cream at the back, and both legs. Asked client if she had taken Tylenols and said two, at about 10 am. (Had prepared her half baked potato with sauteed mix vegetables (spinach, chards, baby kale,) and beef bacon sandwich. Left about 1:10 pm.

May 30 (Thursday) = OFF!

May 31 (Friday) = Backdoor still locked. Client sleeping, says she only wants to rest for the meantime as she was awake most of the night, also says she had a bad arthritis pain yesterday. Asked her for coffee or tea and chooses tea. Brought tea to room and let her know it was sitting on the bedside table. Client  continued sleeping and I went on tidying up room. Also emptied commode and rinsed it outside. Watered back lawn too. Cleaned kitchen area. Client wakes up around 10 am, asked me if I want pizza for lunch and I said I don't think so :) Asked me if we have any coupons and told her about Burger King's coupon for original chicken sandwich and today's the last day, so she decided on that. Rubbed pain cream on her back and shoulders then fixed blankets. Left 11 am, client gave me $1 bill plus $1.45 for dog cookies, says it was something hard that JR first had. Dropped by to Rite-Aid and check dog treats aisle and called client on what's in there, brand and prices. Decided just skipped it since the prices ranges from almost $4 to more than $5. But asked me to check for 99 cents lipstick from Wet "n Wild. Got 1 for 96 cents. Went next to Burger King and got 2 original chicken sandwich and 2 small fries with coupon for $4.99. Spent $5.39 (plus tax) with my card. Client sleeping when I got back, didn't woke her up. Steamed zucchini, warmed up sandwich,  and warmed up fries on pan and wiped salt as I forgot to tell BK "no salt on fries." Client had lunch around 11:50 'sh am and had water for a drink. Was sleeping again after lunch but woke her up as I prepare shower. Client had shower about 12:30 pm. Lotion and powder at back after, and cleaned ears. Says her left ear feels like clogged or something, asking for swab to be soaked in oil and warm water, or ear drops. Told her it was probably because she had overused the ear drops last year that doctor had prescribed her. Turned on tv for her "The Talk Show" at 1 pm. Had her blood pressure med. and vit. a little past 1 pm. Left 1:10 pm.

June 01 (Saturday) = Dog outside, client lying in bed, still sleeping. She had coffee and 3 bacon and scrambled egg. Also client was talking about her needs bread and wants Akins but says she only have .96 cents. She's she's going to think about it as I told her she's not going to have food for tomorrow, Sunday. Fall asleep again. Did laundry, towels used from shower yesterday and did drying. Tidied up kitchen area. Went back and asked client for her decision whether she wants me to go to DZ Akins or not, says yes and I called Akins twice, first to asked price for pastrami and corned beef and other meat they have. Second call, placed order, this time with the pastrami instead of corned beef, and without pickle as I said to client we still have a bottle of pickles from 99 Cents. Left 10:14 am, to pick up order at 10:30 am. Spent $12.78with my card. Also dropped by to Ralphs as client wants coleslaw and I also got dog foods. Spent $6.62 with my card. Got back about 10:45 ' sh am, client asleep, so I went on preparing her meals for dinner and tomorrow. Client woke up before 11:30 am. She had lunch about 11:50 am, had pastrami sandwich and cole slaw and water for drink. Likes it :) and fall asleep again. Called me when I was about to go in her room, just before 1 pm, so got there and brought her med. Atenolol. Also asked me if I could go tomorrow, says she will pay me for her "all out yard sale," and we, (I) will play radio outside. But told her I have already plans for tomorrow, says it's ok. Called Rite-Aid to refill Hydrochlorothiazide and Atenolol. Later was out of refill and says they will call doctor first. Left 1:10 pm.

June 02 (Sunday) = OFF!
