May 13 - May 19

May 13 (Monday) = Arrived, back door still closed, client sleeping but woke her up with a gentle knocked on the door. Put dog outside. Has some chit chat with her as she talks about her day yesterday, and with her expecting a greeting for Mother's Day from her son, or maybe a card from the mailbox. Then phone ringing and she knew it was her granddaughter and she didn't answered, etc. Was thinking of putting the clothes outside for yard sale again. Client had tea while watching tv, and I prepared the two tables outside for clothes, also checked on the red radio she said was on the 3-wheeled bicycle. Radio was no longer working and she was thinking about MAYBE bicycle repair shop would repair it. I told her I could just use the electric radio instead. Client fallen asleep. Emptied commode and cleaned the rest outside. Woke her up and asked what she likes for lunch. At first, she said she wasn't hungry and not going to have lunch but wanted me to get my lunch. Told her I'm not going out to get a lunch for myself. Says she knows what I'm doing ^-^' so she just asked me to get double cheese burger instead for our lunch. Left past 11 am and went to Burger King. Had two double cheese burgers and spent $3.22 with my card. Made pasta for client's dinner (the quick pasta I got fr. 99 cents while making fries as I overheard her talking about potato fires when I got back while she's on the restroom.) Client had lunch about 11:40 'sh am, had double cheese burger, some fries, and water fro drink. Made a list for me to Food 4 Less, 99 Cents tomorrow. Also wanted me to get more Priority packet from Vons, since it was .49 cents each. Gave her the blood pressure med. and vit., and we went with her list of items for tomorrow. And she wrote two checks: 1 for the office and 1 check is for the bank to be cash in tomorrow after the groceries, $45 for JR's (dog) grooming on Pink Poodle. Took some time looking for the new checkbook but hadn't found it. Instead she found her previous one and used the left 2 checks, which one already had her signature and the other one with the word "Rite" written supposed to be for Rite-Aid, which I crossed out. Left already about or past 1:15 pm.

May 14 (Tuesday) = Dropped by to 99 Cents Store. Spent $11.32 with my card. Then went next to Food 4 Less, got there about 9:15 am, got items and called client. Spent $13.70 with my card. Then to client's bank and cashed in check for $45 (for dog's grooming tomorrow, "C" took cared of it. Asked him if client had called them and says no. Also told him client also needs more checkbook, and after the transaction says he's going to order for it after. Called client on the parking lot and told her I already cashed in check, told bank about her needing more checkbook and I'm on my way to Vons. Told me to get 1 soda pop. Got to Vons and got Priority dog food, 5 of it as still on sale for .49 cents each and got Diet Coke. Spent $3.82 with my card. Got to client's place about 10 am. dog outside, leased was outside but dog was UNLEASED. Client was awake, lying in bed and told me about the dog, (mad at JR.) And that says SOMEONE had unleased the dog again. Stored groceries and client had tea. Then I went outside to water front lawn and back lawn too, also roses by the side. Client had fallen asleep, but woke her up for lunch by 11:40 'sh am. Client had t-bone steak, steamed spinach, baked potato and Diet Coke for drink. Went back to sleep again, food unfinished but awakened as the dog approaches the room. (I had closed the door between vacant room and kitchen and fed the dog so he won't bother client.) Client continued eating slowly, still sleepy. Rub pain rub on her back, and arms and both feet as she said. Left blood pressure med. and vit. on her plate to take later. Turned on tv. Showed her the flowering ground cover plants I got from a friend and told her I'm going to leave it in the kitchen to plant tomorrow. She want it planted in the front lawn. Reminded client of being careful with eating in her room, with the plate inviting ants in there. She she decided to finish eating and handed me the plate. Handed her the meds. & turned off heater. Told client I have to go as I have to drive my dad to his dental appointment. (As most of the time it's about 1:15, or almost 1:30 when I leave.) Wanted me to ask dentist about her condition (arthritis.) Left maybe 1:05 'sh.

May 15 (Wednesday) - Back door still locked. Client awake, asked for a plastic bag as soon as I got into the bedroom, for the paper trash. Made client tea and had it, but doesn't want anything for breakfast. Brought dog for Pink Poodle Salon, left almost 9:20 am. Left dog, and told owner client wanted puppy cut, but says she's gonna do smooth cut with all the tangled up hairs. Transplanted flowering plant I brought yesterday on the front lawn, near the window and watered both front and back lawn. Client watching tv.  Laundry. Prepared her meals for tomorrow. Made tuna sandwich, steamed brusels, and sauteed sweet peas, and zucchini on wostershire sauce and A1. Then client calling from the bedroom, wants me to look for dog clothes as she thinks dog would need it "it's cold." Also had turned on heater as she said she was freezing cold, first was on 83, and later on 85 since she says still was cold. Then prepared lunch. Client had pastrami sandwich, with steamed brusels, olives, and water for drink about or almost 11:50 am. Tidied up kitchen and finished meals for tomorrow. Went to client's room by 12:15 pm, $45 for dog was ready and she wrote another check for Rite-Aid, (she got one ready but dated may 8, today was 15.) Wants me to get Tylenol, extra strength and to look for Garnier anti wrinkle on the ad, with $2 OFF coupon. Also wants ear drops but told her we have it. Went to Rite-Aid and got Tylenol, then look for Garnier and it as $15.79 original price, called client to let her know and decided to skipped it. Paid with client's check. Then went next to Pink Poodle and picked up dog. Paid $45 cash, dog was all cleaned, smooth cut. Got back about 12:45 'sh pm. Client still watching tv, gave her blood pressure med. and vit. and put some Tylenol on ziplock bag, easier for her if she wanted to take. Left 1:15 pm.

May 16 (Thursday) = OFF!

May 17 (Friday) = Back door still closed. Client awake. Put dog outside. Made client tea and asked for egg as she said she doesn't had dinner. (Didn't touched the salad I made.) Asked for boiled egg first and then changed it into fried egg after a while. Had her fried egg about 9:20 'sh. Asked me if we have coupons for Popeye, later opened the topic about Popeye's chicken might be salty and was into thinking of me telling the employees there that if the chicken has to much salt or is salty, DON'T sell it to me. Then also asked me to decide which one to prefer :) Popeyes, Burger King, or go to Akins. I said I'd go with her whatever she likes for lunch but left the decision to me. I also suggested her Vons's Farmer's glazed chicken wings if she likes chicken but says the price is too much. Told her we still have the pastrami and steak.And decided on steak. Client had fallen asleep after the talk. Prepared steak for lunch and steamed veges. Woke client up for lunch about 11:45 'sh am. She had  steak, steamed brussels and water for drink. Fall asleep again after lunch. Took her vit. and blood pressure med. about 12 minutes before 1 pm. Rubbed pain cream to back, and both shoulders, leg and feet. Asked me about the mail and if I got paid yet and I said no, not yet. (For the $44.97 that she owes me for her husband's items that she asked me to get and I had paid first.) Thinking of "us" calling and reminding her son again as she thought I was told I would get paid Friday. And I said no, her son didn't said I would get paid Friday, he just said he will pay for it. Tv was on. Left 1:10 pm.

May 18 (Saturday) = Both dog and client still sleeping :) Showed me about this scratch ad from El Cajon Mitsubishi where it says when the scratch match there's three prices below. Says she called WAlmart and sked if they have contest or raffle as a Walmart gift card was one of the prices but the employee says they don't have contest but they gonna have "samples" food today (?.) Wants me to call Walmart too and asked to see if it's legit and maybe she would win the $25,000. Also remembered the bike and I  told her I can't take the radio off, and that something, plastic ca me off as I tried and that has flat tires. Was thinking me bringing it to the shop or biking it. So I told her I already thought about those things. The bike won't fit on my car and that it has flat tire. Still want me to call store and asked what can they suggest or what they think, etc. Client had tea and asked for a pancake as she said she hadn't had dinner. (Still didn't touched the pasta.) Had her tea and pancake around 9:20 'sh am. Then I went and watered the lawn at the front. One out of about 5 plants that I transplanted last May 15 was thriving, it's the one on the shady part. Then got back inside 10 am, to asked client what she wants me to get on the deli (Akins). Turned out to be the usual order and I called Akins to put the order, told the lady I would pick it up by 10:30 am. Client was sitting on the bed's edge as she just got off the commode when I went on the room. Remembered about the decorated chocolate cupcake so I called Akins again. Was told it is $1.95 and client wasn't happy with it, says cost a lot as she was about to get me one. Told her it is ok, (I am not fond of cupcakes or cookies anyway.) Then I went to water the back lawn 10:20 am. Left and went to Akins past 10:31 am to pick up the order. A Mexican employee took cared of the order, but the nice Asian, I believed was Filipina employee was nice enough to asked me if I was there to pick up an order and if someone's already helping me :) Spent $14.32 with my card for the order I picked up on DZ Akins. Got back about 10:50 am and client was sleeping, with the tv on. Didn't woke her up, I went on the kitchen to prepare meals for her. Made baked potato, and sauteed sweet peas and spinach with wostershire sauce. Then prepared pastrami sandwich too. Stored both on the fridge for her meals tomorrow along with the remaining corned beef. Made sandwich for lunch. Client was already awake, sitting on the bed when I brought lunch. She had corned beef sandwich, steamed spinach and water fro drink. Fall asleep after lunch but woke up when I was about to get the plate back. Brought her meds. and put Tylenol on ziplock bag for easy use. Asked for alcohol on her back, shoulder, leg and feet (and big toes too and talampakan) for arthritis. Says it maybe would help, and says it helps, after I'm done. Left past 1:15 pm.

May 19 (Sunday) = OFF!
