May 06 - May 12

May 06 (Monday) = Rainy day. Backdoor was still locked, client still asleep, later had tea but doesn't want anything for breakfast. Told me about his son's visit and how she felt about it, her bills, skunk at the backyard, etc. and scared maybe not having enough left in her acct. Continued drying bedsheets and soaked soiled sheets and clothes. Then cleaned kitchen area. Called Akins as client asked as she wanted to know how much was the corned beef sandwich with macaroni salad and the chocolate designed cupcakes (which she loves) that her son brought her, learned the sandwich and macaroni salad is $10.95 or $10.99 and the cupcake is $1.95 each. Client was surprised about the price and says it was too much money. Summed up what I had spent for groceries and lunches and totaled $210.27. Went to her bank to deposit clients check. Also she wrote two checks: 1 for $210, her payment for what I had spent for her groceries and lunches and another for $10 for Burger King's Whopper Jr. combo meal. Now she worries more about her money and doesn't wanna worry about the dog having to get to the saloon and the heater pad she wanted to return. Got to bank and "C" took cared of it, did the deposit and the cashed in and told him about client needing $350 in her checking too, says he's going to take care of it. Next to Burger King and got client Whopper Jr. combo: small fries and small drink. She still has $5.69 change, gave it to her with her lunch about 11:45 am, woke her up as she was asleep. Client fall asleep again after lunch, woke up past 12:30 just when I'm about to wake her up to give her her vit. and blood pressure med. Asked me about calling her son, then her husband for what she / he owes me for the money I had spent for her husband's clothes and stuffs that she asked me to get and send to him. Told him I don't wanna go after him but says we need to be persistent and be a team on this. Told her we could just make a call tomorrow to her husband. Client asked me how I'm gonna worked out with the extra hours I had made, and she said she's expecting me to call and come later today. So I told her I could just come tomorrow at 10 am to work with the extra hours I had stayed last Saturday. Left 1:00 pm.
NOTE: Paid $210. (Total: $210.27)

May 07 (Tuesday) = Went to work 10 am as client wanted to make up for the extra hours I had last Saturday. Dog outside when I arrived, client already up, watching tv then had a cup of tea some minutes later and talks again about what happened when her son visited her, Saturday. Wiped kitchen floor and did laundry. Client had fallen asleep before lunch but woke up by 11:30 am when I had just emptied her commode. Client had bacon sandwich for lunch, steamed zucchini and water for drink. Continued watching tv and told her I was planning to go to either Food 4 Less or 99 Cents tomorrow as dog is not going to have dog food on Thursday, so if she would want to make a list. Had her meds. before 12:30 pm. I went and picked 5 oranges 10 minutes to 1 pm. Left 1 pm.
NOTE: I went outside and noticed the 2 rugs (white and the one of those big, green one) I left and soaked last Saturday was no longer there. Checked the garbage and saw some leaves and the white rug under the leaves.

May 08 (Wednesday) = Dropped by to 99 Cents. Tried to call clients more than 3 times but getting cut off. Spent $16.54 with my card. Arrived to client's place past 9:30 am. Dog outside and client sitting in a chair in the kitchen, showed her the items I got and telling me about her arthritis. Walked back in her bedroom, and had her tea and a pancake minutes about 10 am while watching tv. Brought her 6 regular strength Tylenol in a ziplock bag and gave client 2 to take but says later. (Gave her total 6 in the zplock so she have some Tylenol to use later or tomorrow. I brought Tylenol with me and she's out of it.) Client fallen asleep, but woke up a little past 11 am. Reminded her about the heating pad that she wanted to be mailed back to the company. Wrote check for Rite-Aid after her call to it asking for Cheese Puffs if its on sale and Bridge Mix. Wanted one Cheese Puffs and the Icy Hot product as she showed me the coupons on the kitchen table. Then gave me $5 to use for USPS asking me if it will cost more than that, so told her I could just pay first for the remaining balance in case. Past 11:35 am when I left, went to USPS first to return heating pad, spent $11.25 with my card. then next to Rite-Aid. Got 1 Cheese Puff and the Advance Icy Hot patches with the $2 OFF coupon. Paid with client check. Got back past 12 noon, client is sleeping. Woke up client for lunch, which she had bologna sandwich, olives, stir fried brusells and some sweet peas and water for drink. Gave her back the $5, and she knows I charge it on my debit card. Also asked me how much it cost, so I told her, $11.25 and says it is too much money. Had her other blood pressure med. and vit. around 12:40 'sh pm. Applied 3 patches: 1 on the right thigh, 2nd on the left at the knee area, and 3rd on the left shoulder. Client was in bed, sleepy, but asked for tv to be on for her favorite show "The Talk Show." :) Left about about 1:05 pm.

May 09 (Thursday) = OFF!

May 10 (Friday) = Dog outside, NOT on leased, client awake. Told me about the dog being outside unleased and something else like she thought someone untied the dog yesterday (?) We spent my first minutes finding her dentures as she said she used it to go outside and talked to the gardener for the tree, but hadn't talked to them. Then told me about her granddaughters call about a man coming to look for the yard, so I told her about her son's call about it and told her someone is coming tomorrow to look at the tree and give her son a quote. We got into calling the "city" as she wanted to, to ask if they can send anybody to check for the skunks her neighbor had told. Had talked to the party she wanted to talk to and turned out she was told by a guy from the city that they can't go around, with the distance to check for it (something like that,) and that skunk are good as they eat rats or rodents. Client was happy. :) She had tea but doesn't want to eat any breakfast. Her son called me about the guy coming today and tomorrow too. And about asking client to call her bank and make sure she has enough money on her checking as son is going to send the payment for the bills, closed to 1K (?) Client tried to call her husband too. Had bologna sandwich for lunch, the remaining olives, steamed brusells and water for drink, woke her up for the lunch as she had fallen asleep. Then told her dog doesn't have dog food for the night and for tomorrow, so I was thinking of going to either Vons or Rite-Aid. Client had made a check ready for me to sue on Vons. Gave her blood pressure med. and vit. and left after lunch. Called Barkin' Dales and ask for their price, said $50 - $55 for everything, bath, grooming, drying. Called The Pink Poodle next, and says $45 with shower and grooming, so client chooses that. Set an appointment for Wed. May 14. Went to Vons after the call, already about 12:35 pm. Got 5 packet of Priority dog food, sale for .49 cents each, then got 1 Alpo,sale for $1 and .99 cents small dessert as client wanted. I got bread pudding. :) Got back 10 minutes before 1 pm, client had fallen back to sleep but awakened by 1 pm, just right for her favorite tv show, "The Talk Show." Was thinking of "yard sale" tomorrow and gave me a "sign" written on paper to post. Left about maybe 1:10 pm.

May 11 (Saturday) = Dog was outside, client awake. Had tea. Put hydrogene peroxide on foot and bandaged. Big tv wasn't working again, client was dozing off and thought of me calling stores like Target, and asked them what's wrong with the tv, or call the company, TOSHIBA. I had spent lots of time trying to make call to Target stores, and they don't know the company number. And operator giving number wasn't working, etc. Client tried too but it was the same number given to me by the operator, not working. Then almost 11 am. Went to Great Wall Express and got Chinese Food for lunch. Got fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken and Diet Coke for drink. Spent $5.93 with my card. Got back, client on the phone. Prepared, warmed up lunch. Client had lunch about 11:45 ' sh am, had fried rice, teriyaki chicken and orange chicken and half of the soda pop for her drink. Loved the food :) Fall asleep after lunch. The small tv was on though. Again, says company should be called. I tried to pull off the plug behind the cabinet, on the wall and decided to try and plug it back on where the small tv's plug is connected and it worked! Client woke up and continued watching her shopping channel. Happy :) Gave her blood pressure med. and vit. Also had given her about 4 Tylenol on ziplock bag. And she remembered to tell me she wanted Tylenol from Rite-Aid as she's out of it. Thought she already owe me a bottle but told her not. Left about almost 1:10 pm.

May 12 (Sunday) = OFF!
