April 01 - April 07

April 01 (Monday) = Dropped by to 99 Cents store, got there before 9 am, called client while on the parking lot for items list. Got items: olives, dog foods, 3 sticky pads, mayonaise, 2 Cheetos Puffs, asparagus. Spent $ with my card. Got to client's place before 10 am, dog outside on leased, client awake in her room. Asked her for tea or coffee but says she already had tea as she was up early, only had sleep 7 am but got awakened by a call from woman she doesn't know who and what for is the call.Gave her morning blood pressure med. Cleaned kitchen and wiped floor kitchen. Decided Burger King chicken sandwich for lunch. Heard client called BK asking for special, and I was told about the call and she says there's no special. So I told her there's coupons for BK and Popeyes and we could use the coupon for BK. Also was told to go to Vons and get small dessert and her food for dinner, but was picky with tv dinners, she loves the steak so I told her I could check the steak and get one for her dinner. Left before 10:45 am, went to BK first since it was almost 11 am, got 2 orig. chicken sandwich with the coupon (buy 1 get 1 free.) Spent $ with my card. Then went next to Vons and got chocolate fudge for $2.99 and got 2 steak for almost $3 each. Spent $ with my card. Arrived about 11:15 am, started marinating steak. Prepared lunch. Client had lunch about 11:40 am, had chicken sandwich, sweet corn, and water for drink. Gave a small slice of the cake but says she's full, so I put dessert on fridge whenever she's ready for it :) Client fall asleep after lunch. Emptied commode. Had prepared steak for her dinner, sliced it with asparagus. Tried and cleaned shower thing with sand paper, but wasn't really cleaned. Gave client another blood pressure med. and vit. Asked me to call my works office and asked them if it's ok for her to sned the check for this week on Wed., as she was waiting for her check for the month. Also picked 4 oranges as she says :) Her favorite tv show at 1 pm is on, woke up client when I was ready to go. Left past 1:15 pm.

NOTE: On our way home from Seafood City, (me and dad) got a missed calls and voice mail for clients granddaughter and son, and office about dog getting tangled up outside. Was asked to go in there. Went there with my dad. :) Left about 6:30 am or something. Client just got in the kitchen. :)

April 02 (Tuesday) = Dog hasn't been out yet and client awake. Put dog outside on leased and went back to client's room, asked me how was the Chinese Food I got yesterday, as she wants to treat me and my dad for a Chinese food, a to go. I said ok, and thanked her but didn't went to get one, we just headed home. But told her I didn't went and get it. Still feels like she owes me dinner, but I told her it's ok :) Client had tea later and falls asleep. Cleaned kitchen, and shampooed carpet on vacant room, changed rug in her room and washed two rugs outside. Decided on Great Wall Express for Chinese food, went there before 11 am. Got fried rice, beef and broccoli, and orange chicken and med. Diet Coke. Spent $5+ with my card. Got back about 11:15 sh am. Client had lunch 11:45 am, fried rice, broccoli, beef, orange chicken and half of the Diet Coke. Clients son called me asking about if the shower had hold with the glue because I told him yesterday and on the email I sent with the shower photos that I am planning on gluing it back. Told him I had't glued it back yet but I had cleaned the dried glue with sand paper, told me he had called some plumbers but busy with construction work, he wants the leak in the front yard to be check and so is the shower. Gave client vit. and other blood pressure med. Left past 1:15 pm. Client watching her favorite tv show. :)

April 03 (Wednesday) = Called client morning before I went on my way and see if she wanted me to drop by to Food 4 Less, she had decided to skip it and get the bread on Akin's. So I just went straight to her place. Got there, dog hasn't been out yet, client awake, feeling cold and asked for the heater to be turned higher (also same story the last few days.) Put dog outside, on leased. Client doesn't want coffee nor tea, says she already had tea early morning. Tidied up kitchen area, and laundried soaked soiled clothes from yesterday. Placed order to Akin's, had talked to a lady employee, ordered sliced Hallah bread and a pickle. Told employee will be pick up about 10:30 am. Then client wants me to get beef bacon, and small dessert from bakery in Ralphs on my way back. Left almost 10:30 am, had waited for a few minutes on Akin's as Mexican guy employee who helped me was unable to find the ready order, I think he went and found the order copy (?) But then a lady handed me the order after or almost 10 minutes. Spent $4.+ with my card. Then went next to Ralphs and got the beef bacon, dog treat for $1.49 and looked for dessert and had called client about cupcakes price, and other one which is something like "3 cheese" for about $3.99, client says get it if I think it looks good. So I took some time on looking again and choosing as she wants something good but doesn't want to spend about $3, even $2 seems too much. So I decided to get the cheese something instead for .69 cents. Spent $ with my card. Got back past 11 am, and started on cooking beef bacon. Client had lunch almost 12 pm, had bacon sandwich, steamed asparagus and water for drink. Made her meals for dinner and for tomorrow's lunch. Made another bacon sandwich. Then baked potato and steamed squash. She still had canned soups, 1 tuna, and spaghetti canned on kitchen table ready. Gave her vit. and other blood pressure med. And handed her check with her as it arrived on the mailbox early (before 1 pm.) Gave her half of the dessert and she likes it, says good, but taste like somehow like raw. Also had spilled the cup of water on her side table, which really got wet. Client had wrote two checks, one for the office, $350 as she promised to pay Wednesday and the other check to pay me for all the expenses she owed me for groceries and lunches. Total she owed me was $280.09. And the hot dog bun she asked me to get on Vons, I didn't add it to money she owes me since she wanted me to get the bread for my lunch, and only .99 cents though :) Got paid $280 (didn't add the cents, to total since its only 9 cents.) :) Left already 1:26 pm, or something. Dropped the check for the office on USPS and went to client's bank. Guy employee"Julio" (?) took cared of the transaction. Told him about depositing the check, and the two check client wrote: one $350 and the other $280 and the deposited money wasn't enough so client says get the rest from her savings. And he took the deficient from the savings, gave me yellow receipt for it and the deposit receipt. Then Carlos arrived, and talked to me about client and explained a paper work he gave me, which needs client's signature. Says client was billed $30 for her account monthly, and that they will give her a senior account, which is free. Also explained the call client told me before, about client's using the wrong check, and showed me that if client's check account displays "this specific" number, throw it away, wrong checkbook. Then gave the the single paper which needs client's signature.

April 04 (Thursday) = OFF!

April 05 (Friday) = Subway for lunch, got $3, 6 inch oven roasted chicken and small Lays as client thought of just potato chips, she was thinking of small salad before to go with the sandwich. Paid for it and spent $4.24 with my card. Then dropped by to Rite-Aid, got Tylenol, Ultra strength Bengay cream, (red one,) Jelly Beans and paid with clients check. She had the oven roasted sandwich for lunch with asparagus and water for drink. After lunch, asked her if she took some Tylenol and says yes. So I told her I'm going to leave her other blood pressure med. and vit. on the kitchen table for her to take later, and she says ok. Gave her the Jelly Beans and she gave me some. Told her about the canned spaghetti on the kitchen table for dinner. Left about 1:15 pm or past.

April 06 (Saturday) = Dropped by to Food 4 Less, got there few mins. before 9 am. Got items client had told me to get when I called her before I went on my way. Then gave her a call as she asked me too, as she might think of something else. Also had called her few more times to tell her the prices of some other things she also had added. Finally got done way past 9:30 am, total amount was $37.22, tried to paid with client check she had prepared for me to use but cashier says they can't accept it since my ID and client's check didn't match, two different person and client wasn't there. So I said ok, I'm going to pay for it. And I did paid and spent $37.22 with my card. Called client to tell her I'm on my way, and that store didn't accepted check and that I paid $37+, and reminded her I'm going to drop by to her bank. She asked me if I got the Cracker Jack and I said yes. But I realized I had forgot about it so I dropped by to 99 Cents, it's on the same area with Food 4 Less, looked for Cracker Jack but they don't have it. So I just decided to drop by to Vons on my way after the bank and get it from there. Received a call from clients son on my way out 99 Cents, was asking about the statement, and telling me about the issue with the water company, and told him I'm on my way to the bank as I did groceries for client. Arrived to the bank already 10 am. There's a lie and took some time in line. Lady employee, who also had taken care of me before was my teller :) Gave her the paper Carlos gave me last Wednesday for client to sign, and the note which was supposed to be for Carlos about the March statement. Lady told me to go the the guy named Ryan, but name on the desk says Frank S. Handed him the signed paper to close client's credit line, and he checked with the statement for the check that went for San Diego City Treasurer for $212 plus. Found it, gave me a copy and I asked him to fax it to client's son, which he was about to do when I got up to leave. :) Also says he had downgraded client's account and client had refunded $30 in the account she have. Called client's son on the parking lot and old him he would probably be receiving the fax any minute now. Also called client to update her, and told me since I ws on my way, I could drop by to Vons and get Tow-House cookies. Dropped by to Vons and checked the cookie aisle and frozen aisle since she said its on the frozen section, but wasn't there, nor not on the bakery. Was about to give her a call and tell her but I noticed I had left my cp on the car! So I just picked up 2 Cracker Jack and paid for it. Spent $2.50 with my card. Arrived to client's place about 10 minutes before 11 a, client awake, and knows the time, says it's 11 am! Put dog outside and gave client her March statement while I put the check's copy for the $212 on the drawer with her permission, and told her about the bank too, and the Tow-House cookies she wanted that store doesn't have. tidied up kitchen and stored groceries. Laundried and dried clothes. Prepared lunch. Client had 3 chicken wings, glazed and Greek salad, Diet coke for drink. Likes her Greek salad and says chicken was cooked better :) Gave her vit. and other blood pressure med. before 1 pm, about 12:45 sh and a small sliced of the chocolate fudge cake for dessert. got a mail from Water and Waste Services, for a bill of $188 plus due on April 17. Called her son to tell him about it and about the shower too, that shower was working but leaking. And told me about the plumber coming on Tuesday, about 9 am. Client was chit-chatting with me, and its past 1:10 pm, and she asked for oranges. So I went and picked oranges,washed it and put on the kitchen table, let her know about it and asked me if I got some for me, says no and asked me to take some since that was the idea of her asking me to get it :) Already 1:35 pm when I finally left. P.S. Also told me about a call fr. her granddaughter and son (?) asking her to check if she has water since she told them about seeing a Water department car parked outside.

April 07 (Sunday) = OFF!
