March 19 (Tuesday) = Dog outside on leased, but walked back inside with me when I arrived. Client awake, sitting in bed, writing and watching tv. Showed me Target ads, and a sandal with heels she wanted ($25 worth.)Made her coffee and tidied up kitchen. Had coffee and took her morning blood pressure too. I noticed the Atenolol that I left yesterday wasn't taken. Talked to me and asked me about beef brisket on how many did I got: 1 or 2? as she went and looked for it, she only saw 1. Told her I only got 1, says she thought I got 2. So I told her I could go and get 1 on Ralphs for her, also wants me to get cookies and waffles but reminded her she decided to skip on the waffles from Ralphs last time (last week Sat.) I went in there as it was over $2 or almost $3 and doesn't wanna spend that much. Also wanted me to ask butcher on how to cook brisket. Left before 10 am for Ralphs, got another 1 corned beef brisket, got 2 more dog food, 1 Caesar and 1 Pedigree and pain cream. Client doesn't want more tv dinners so I didn't get more. Spent $10.48 with my card. Got back maybe 10:15 sh, showed client what I bought in her room. Shampooed carpet on the vacant room, cleaned client's cr. Client had lunch before 12 noon, had beef bacon sandwich, spinach, beans and corn and water for drink. Had taken her vit. and bladder med. told her I noticed she didn't took the Atenolol (other blood pressure med.) I left yesterday, says "yeah" and took her current meds. but says she's doing me a favor. Client had fallen asleep. But woke her up to let her know I'm leaving at past 1 pm. Left 1:04 pm.
March 20 (Wednesday) = dog outside on leased but went back inside when I arrived. Some poop on the floor and some got into the side of the dryer, and two more on the hallway close to client's bedroom door. Client awake, sitting on the bed, told me about the three mails that I left yesterday on the kitchen table. Told me what it was about, and that two are bills, one from collection agency, and one from Secure Horizon, and that she had talked to her son and had mentioned her the bills and he wanted it to be sent to him. Made client coffee, had her coffee while I cleaned dog's mess, cleaned kitchen area, then shampooed vacant room again because of a spot. Asked me to call Subway about specials. Also wiped kitchen floor. Made the mail ready, meanwhile client had fallen asleep. Returned call to client's son as got a voice mail from him, about not sending the water bill as they already had paid it in full and asked for the current mails client was taking about to be sent. Then called Subway, and lady says they don't have footlong specials. Told it to client and asked her what she wants for lunch, if she wants Popeyes or Burger King, and decided on Burger King's chicken sandwich, onion rings and apple pie. So left about 10:45 sh for Burger King, got 2 orig. chicken sandwich, value onion ring and 2 apple pies. Spent $8+ with my card. Client had lunch before 11:30 am, chicken sandwich, half of the apple pie, and onion rings, and water for drink. Took her vit. and bladder med. a little past 12 noon. And says her sandwich is salty. Changed bed sheets and client had fallen asleep. Left mail on the mailbox for mailman. Left 1:12 sh pm.
March 21 (Thursday) = OFF!
March 22 (Friday) = Arrived, with dog outside, client sleeping. Woke her up with a gentle knock on the door. Dog's mess. Some "P" track on hallways and kitchen. Coffee, and gave blood pressure am med. Cleaned kitchen, shampooed carpet on vacant room and hallway. Laundry: 2 loads. Blankets fr. changing bed sheets yesterday. Client fall asleep. Wrote two check for Rite-Aid. Wants Tylenol, dessert (ice cream) dog treat. Told her I could get dog treat fr. 99 Cents tomorrow along with waffles. Went to BK past 11:15 sh am. Got 2 cheese burgers, spent $3.22(note: noticed cashier didn't gave me the other receipt which proofs I used my card, but I just let it be.) with my card. Asked her if she wants onion rings and fries, says if I don't want it, I don't have to get it. Went next to Rite-Aid, got Tylenol for arthritis pain, ice cream for $2.49, soda pop (Diet Coke). Paid $9.13. Had issues printing receipt with machine. Waited for another cashier, she discovers it was overcharged and got me $1+ refund (Amanda.) Got back almost 12 noon, gave money back to client and told her what happened. Lunch at past 12 noon: cheese burger, steamed squash and brussels, soda pop for drink. Had ice cream for dessert afterwards. Took vit. and other bp med. before 1 pm. I put some Tylenols on a ziplock bag for easy use. Made a list for 99 Cents tomorrow. Left about 1:15 sh pm.
March 23 (Saturday) = Had dropped by to 99Cents. Got items client had wanted me to get on the list. Then gave her a call 9:08 am as I wanted her to know the store only have the strawberry flavor Whoppers and it's in a box. We were talking, and then she told me to wait as dog needs to go out. So I waited and she had added more items she wanted me to get. Was already 9:21 am when we finished on the phone. Looked for pain cream, waffle and syrup, and says I was talking about a Mexican food yesterday (which I really don't remember mentioning abt a Mexican food,) and wanted me to look for it. Spent $22.94 with my card on 99 Cents. Then got back on the car and remembered I don't have the waffles but got the syrup. Went back inside to get waffles but turned out store doesn't have waffles, out of it. Got back, almost 10 am, dog outside and client awake, sitting on the bedroom, with the windows open, trying to clean it. She had coffee after a while and gave her am blood pressure med. Took cared of the kitchen and the groceries I got. Told me about her trying to clean window so I took cared of it, and washed the screen too as she wanted. Also had washed her walker outside as I finally right with the thought that the bag was detachable. Screen was dry when I was done washing the walker, so I returned back screen on the bedroom's window, client lying down falling asleep. Made lunch ready as it was already around 11:20 sh am. Made client bologna sandwich (last pair of bread,) and 1 taquitos (frozen fr. 99 Cents Store) water for drink. Baked potato that I made for her the other day was still on the fridge so I made steamed squash for it. Opened and made ready a beefaroni for her. Then set canned soup on the table if she wanted soup. Didn't like taquitos, and told me not to get it for her next time. Really hard to chew. ( I tried it too.) Shower and hair dye plan, asked me the time which was before 12:30 pm, and told me whatever time I will spend more, I would come later Monday. Had shower, hair dye, sat on the vacant room, applied pain cream. Was telling me about her hearing, not to good. Wanted to see all the candies, and snack she had asked me to get. Showed it to her and she gave me each of those. :) Opened tv, on shopping channel before I left @ almost 2 pm.
