March 04 - March 10

March 04 (Monday)(10 - 1 pm) = Called client about 9 am before I got ready, (as she told me to call her today when she spoke to me on her granddaughter's phone, they were there yesterday, Sunday.) :) Told me about Kmart and that the ring is on sale for $39 and was set aside for me to pick up, decided to get beef bacon too on Food 4 Less after Kmart. Got to Kmart, asked lady in the jewelry and found the ring in there in ziplock bag in my name, called client as the ring has a small stone, red, heart shape. She then didn't want me to get it as she wants large stone so I went look on the rack and found two size 7, 1 ruby and 1 green stone, just like the two she has at home that I got before. So I got the red one, paid in the jewelry, used my card and spent $16.19. Also client had remembered the glazed chicken wings so told me I no longer have to go next to Food 4 Less. Done on Kmart at 10:10 am, dog outside, not on the whole lease, only on red. Client awake, told me about her son's and daughter in laws visit with her granddaughter. Did laundry and shampooed carpet again on the vacant room as it smells, also wiped kitchen floor, client had fall sleep. Emptied bucket, tv on the big one which she said her son had fixed. :) Client had lunch past 12 noon, had 3 pieces of honey glazed bbq chicken, steamed spinach and some carrots and squash, and Coca Cola for drink. Had given her half of the dessert (chocolate) that she said was for me, and she doesn't wanna have it, wanted me to take it.) Took her vitamin and other blood pressure med. around 12:45, she also got the check ready for the office, asked her about the bill for the handyman and she remembers it, wants to call her son and ask him what he thinks about it, called son and had spoke to him and told me he/they will take care of the bills and not touch it, just hold onto the $150 bill as he noticed there's still some water leak in the front. Client called bank and made transfer for the needed amount for the office, past me the phone to give the employee her account number and had spoke to a male employee. Client watching her favorite tv show, left 1:15 pm.

March 05 (Tuesday) (10 - 1 pm) = Called client past 9 am to tell her I'd be dropping by to Kmart to return her amethyst ring as I had the receipt. Again, wanted to see if they have another designs for rings so told her I'd look. Got to Kmart 10 am, went to jewelry and look for other ring design, both on the jewelry section and on the rack, then called client. Decided not to get another ring, so told her I'm just gonna return the ring bought Nov. 11, '12 and I could use money to Food 4 Less for items she wanted me to get. Guy didn't accepted the ring back when he learns it's been bought past 3 months ago. Called client when I got back on the parking lot, and wasn't happy about it, says talk to the manager and tell them she's been a customer, etc. etc. but told her I'm already on my way to Food 4 Less. Got to Food 4 Less and got chocolate dessert, beef bacon, dog foods, paper towel, Greek salad, used my card and paid $24.13. Arrived to client's house maybe almost 11 am, less than 10 minutes before 11 am. Dog was outside on leased, and client in the bedroom, awake, doesn't want tea, seems ok this morning as she wan't talking about pain or bad things :) Did cleaning and laundry on the kitchen, client had fallen asleep for a while. Prepared lunch, made bacon. Client had bacon sandwich, slice of cake for dessert, Greek salad and water for drink.Enjoyed her lunch :) Then made pasta, (spaghetti pasta) with sauteed zucchini, carrots, and pieces of bacon. Had taken her vitamins and other blood pressure med. Again, talking about bills, SDG&E and Water Department bill, also talking about the yard sale, free ad on the paper, and her daughter-in-law finding the pinned ad last time,etc. Left before 1:10 pm, client watching her favorite show at 1 pm. :)

March 06 (Wednesday) = Back to usual time, 9 am - 1 pm. Got there with the dog outside on leased and client awake, in her room. Started cleaning and picking up things on the kitchen. Client sleeping and made tea, the chamomile and lemongrass tea I got from Food 4 Less when she had woken up.  Turned on tv, (the big tv now her son had fixed) and she watched"The Price Is Right," while I went back on the kitchen and continued cleaning then preparing her meals for dinner and tomorrow. Meanwhile, client had fallen asleep watching tv, and was feeling cold, as usual. Had told her the temperature was on 76, and she knows "they" had lowered it down because of the big bill lately. Had prepared tuna sandwich, salad, and there's still the pasta I made yesterday. I woke up client about 10:50 am and told her I'm going to buy lunch, Chinese Food,, asked me if I wanted or craving for it but I said no, I was thinking of it so she could have half of the food for tomorrow. And told her I already prepared tuna sandwich for her too, for meals. But then I told her if she wanted to have the tuna sandwich instead for lunch, she could, I could just make something else to put on the fridge. Told me how to make tuna sandwich, and wanted egg in it too and olives, and says she needs something else from Rite-Aid, Tylenol (as she was almost out of it) and a BB cream with a coupon and wanted it, hair color too and the olives. I checked the Tylenol bottle and told her there's still 10 tablets so she decided that would be enough and I don't need to get another Tylenol. Gave me $15. Got to Rite-Aid and called her from there about the hair color, Revlon has "auburn" colors which is the color she wanted for $4.79, compared to the other brand which is over $8 and she doesn't want to spend that much. So she decided on Revlon, medium auburn. Then I got green olives, looked at the BB cream and it was $16.99, which going to be $14.99 with the $2 OFF coupon I have. (BTW, my cashier was the Filipina lady. Then when I got back to client's place I realized I don't have the receipt with me.) Got back about 11:20 something and boiled 2 eggs, then went to client's room to let her know I'm back. Also gave back the change which is $4.06. Redo the tuna as client wanted egg in there, then defrosted the beef bacon so I could make bacon sandwich for her. Client had lunch before 12:15 pm, had the tuna sandwich, and steamed squash, water for drink. Had made beef bacon sandwich. All meals ready on the fridge and she still has two cans of mushroom soups. Also had prepared/opened dog food. Gave her other blood pressure med. and vit. about 10 mins. before 1 pm. Again, talked to me about merchandise that her husband have, that she wanted to return on the store so to get the money back, and told me she called him again but HOH, and that he hangs up when she calls, and that "they" wasn't cooperating. So she wanted me to write a note/letter to "him" telling him that merchandises has to go back on the store as I need my money back. I wasn't paid yet with the money I spent in buying those items, and it's been over 4 months ago! She also has the idea, for the merchandise to be send to Walmart in Highland Ave, in National City where my mom works, so my mom could get the items and bring it to me for me to return items on the store, told her its been way past the 30 days return policy, been over 4 months now but she insisted on her idea and wanted me to write the note. Also had given me back again the amethyst ring she wanted to return to Kmart wit ha note and wanted me to make excuses with the store. Had asked her if she had called Kmart, but says no, she had written a note for me for them. So I said ok, I'll try. Opened a can of soup and put it on the fridge before I left. Left at about 1:10 pm or something.

March 07 (Thursday) = OFF!

March 08 (Friday) = Called client before I left house letting her know I am planning on going to Kmart first, try to return the amethyst ring "again" for the second time, then drop by to 99 Cents, asked her for the items she wants to be purchase, then to Food 4 Less for the cake she wants. Told me her heating pad not working, thinking of returning/exchanging it back to Walmart and DZ Akins for lunch as we are out of bread. Got to Kmart about 9 am or little past 9 am, looked for heating pad quick on aisles but didn't saw it. Went to Customer Service and the same guy was in there, told the guy it was me again trying to return the ring as client wants to try again, was told again he can't do it as it was way past the 30 day return policy. I told him client would probably call and he said, client is free to call so he/they can talk to him/them. Dropped by next to Food 4 Less, grabbed 2 cans of tuna as saw it was on sale for .68 cents each, then picked up 2 single serve whip icing dessert that client wants, $1.98 each and went next to pet care aisle and got few cans of dog foods. Paid $6.27 with my card. Starting to pour when I got out and head next to 99 Cents (raining heavily now,) and got few canned soups, writing pad, 1 Tootsie Rolls, 2 Cheetos Puffs, canned olives. Paid $09.18 with my card. Left the store was already past 9:35 am. Got to client's place before 10 am, client was on her way to back door ready to put dog outside on lease but then I came in, she went on the vacant room instead and sat down there, while I put dog on lease but dog was only outside a few minutes and was ready to go back inside, didn't do anything. Made client tea, swept under the vacant room's bed while she have tea, hearing about the arthritis and her bladder, says she goes on every minute. tidied up kitchen, cleaned, stocked grocery items, etc. At past 10 am placed order to DZ Akins, usual order, sliced Hallah bread, 1/2 lb. corned beef, 1 pickle, 1 cheese pocket, talked to a guy employee and says I'l pick up order at about 10:30 am. (Raining on and off.) Client watching shopping channel on the vacant room and I went to pick up order almost past 10:30 already, about 10:35sh. Got to Akins and the Asian lady in there (thought was Filipina gave me my order,) paid $12.40 with the male cashier. Was raining on my way. Got back and client was already back in her bedroom, awake, tv on the vacant room was off. Had let her know I'm back and asked me to look at the heating pad. Tried the heating pad for three times but it won't work, client had fallen asleep so I just let her sleep while I prefer lunch. Had lunch at about 11:45 am, made sandwich, a slice of the cake, and set aside some green olives on her plate, water for drink which is warm as she was cold. Had warmed up gumbo soup for her so she could have something on the fridge for dinner as she wasn't ready to answer me when I asked her if she wants me to open a can of soup or make her another sandwich for dinner. Gave her the ring back after lunch, letting her know store (Kmart) didn't accepted it back. About maybe 15 minutes before 1 pm, client called Kmart and had told her story to the guy she spoke on the phone, turns out to be manager/supervisor(?) which was also the same guy I had talked too, twice while trying to return ring. I was on the room listening to  client as she wanted me to be there and listen to what she says. After call, says the guy said bring back the ring and he/they will exchange it to what she wants. Gave client vit. and other blood pressure med. Gave me all three rings so I could show them to the guy tomorrow. She's watching her Talked Show, and chit-chatted with me, past 1:15 already. Then heard dog barking, means he wants to get out. Put dog outside. Brought him back in and a little more chit chat with client. Left almost 1:30 pm.

March 09 (Saturday) = Got to Kmart 5 minutes early, waited for the store to open in my car :) Returned amethyst ring and it was the same guy who took cared of it, turned out to be the manager. Took me long time waiting in the line. Gave me Kmart gift card instead of cash, $16.19 worth. Already past 9:30 am when I was done. Called client when I got to the parking to let her know I'm on my way. Got to client's place, dog outside on leased. Brought dog back inside, client awake on her bedroom. Gave her back the two rings she wanted: the blue and red one in the box where it was. Also gave the the Kmart gift card, had put it in ziplock bag. Tidied up kitchen, trying to find the heating pad box while client was on the phone trying to connect to Walmart in College Grove. Made client tea and found heating pad box under the cabinet, next to the sink below. Also client talking about going back and forth into the commode, says she's been up 17 times last night 'coz of it, told her she hasn't been taking her bladder medicine, and thinks that whatever it is she wasn't taking was making her feel better. Making tuna for sandwich past 10:30 am, client still on the phone. Then called me to show me sales on Rite-Aid, asking if I wanted canned corn, or anything else, maybe canned spaghetti for lunch, also wanted me to get Tylenol as she's out of it, only 1 tablet left. Made a list of what she wants, and she wrote a check for it, didn't called the bank but she hopes she has enough money in there. Left about 11:10 am already. Got 1 can Spaghetto, 2 macaroni and cheese, 1 can of olives, Bengay pain cream, (red color box) and Tylenol (arthritis pain relief.)Got to the cashier and check won't go through, cashier thinks maybe the top portion of the check is torn up so I paid with my debit card instead. Had spent $15.+ (Cashier was the young Mexican lady.:) Got back to client, let her know I'm back, gave the Tylenol to her and gave back the check, telling her it didn't went through and I paid for it. Got back to kitchen and prepared lunch. Client had the remaining 3 pieces of bacon (defrosted it on the microwave as it was frozen,) then the spaghetto and water for drink at about 12:08 noon. Then after a while gave her portion of the cheese pocket as she told me it is what she wants for dessert. :) Likes her lunch. Then, me, was busy preparing meals for her for dinner and for tomorrow. Made tuna sandwich, the Gumbo soup was on the cup which I opened yesterday but she didn't touched, then made ready a macaroni and cheese. Client watching the shopping channel, even called me to see the Hibiscus flowers on sale :)  Says she was cold, and wanted me to turn up the temperature higher, had put it now on 84 and she was still cold. Put her under another blanket. Left already about 1:25 pm or something.

March 10 (Sunday) = OFF!
