Oct. 08 (Monday) = Client awake, in bed when I came in. Back door unlocked. Cleaned all mess, in the kitchen and room. Made tea.Did laundry, cleaned table and trash, separated recycle/papers to trash, rinsed trash bin, washed dishes. Was asked to placed order on DZ Akin's, and I did. Then left at 9:40 am to pick it up: 1 Hallah bread (loaf,) 1 Kaiser roll, 1/2 lb. of corned beef, 1 cheese pocket, and I said dill pickle but there's no pickle when I was preparing the lunch. And the bread and corned beef is cold. Heat corned beef on microwave and client wasn't happy with it, says it's like bacon. Water for drink, squash, and watermelon for lunch. I spent $13.39 from DZ Akin's with my card. Then went to Von's to get 6 Cesar's dog food and I spent $5.17 with my card.Gave client blood pressure med. before 1 am. Also looking for scale. Columbus Day today! Left at 1:15 pm.
Oct. 09 (Tuesday) = Stopped by to Food 4 Less for corned beef brisket, and then others stuffs came up such as Cracker Jack, vege., soda pop, marsmallows, etc. I also got corned beef brisket for $8 and something and I spent $24.29 with my debit card. Gave morning med. with tea. Gave her tv dinner for lunch as she wanted and some squash, and soda pop for drink and gave other blood pressure med. after she had lunch. Left at 1:06 pm.
Oct. 10 (Wednesday) = Made tea and gave morning med.
Walked the dog outside the house as client want it so neighbors could see her dog specially the next door neighbor but nobody's there. Made bacon sandwich for lunch, spinach, and another cup of tea for drink as client was sneezing. Also I found the weighting scale she was looking for. Started cleaning such as steaming carpet as it smells bad, (doggie went in there,) vacant room, hallway and her room, took off the rug under commode and changed it with the white one. Again, asked me to sweep under bed to look for missing jewelry but didn't found it. Was talking about his husband's upcoming birthday and wanted to buy a pair of shoes as gift, but doesn't wanna spent higher than $15, and showed me the coupons from Big 5 Sporting Goods. Also tells me she could used shoes and asked me to pay for it first again. Almost 12 noon when I'm done cleaning and chit chatting so I hadn't got into Big 5 today. Told her I'm gonna drop by in there on Friday instead on my way to her place so I'm going to bring coupon with me. Also brought her watch with me that she wants new battery in for me to bring to Walmart in Highland in my place. Told her I'm not sure if I'm going to be in there tomorrow which is my off, but still brought the watch. And talking about candy too from the store and that I would pay for it again... and she would just pay me back. Left at almost 1:15 pm.
Oct. 11 (Thursday) = OFF!
Oct. 12 (Friday) = Stopped by to Big 5 Sporting Goods for shoes that client wants to get as gift to her husband. Got there 9 am but store still closed and opens 10 am.Called client and told her and I went to Vons instead as she wants me to get 6 Cesar dog foods, 1 gal. of milk, tv dinners.Got there and spent $26.81 with my card. Then went to Burger King and got 2 double cheese burgers, small onion rings, and medium size malt (chocolate.) I spent $9.01 from Burger King, used my card again. Got to clients house past 10 am and made her tea and gave the morning med. for blood pressure. Had the cheese burger for lunch, onion rings, malt, and squash. Gave her the other blood pressure med. with water before 1 pm. Talked to me about getting a shirt, or pajamas instead for her husband if not the shoes. Wants me to drop by to Marshalls tomorrow to look for shirt, or pajamas, and gave me a Marshalls card she wants to be activated.
Oct. 13 (Saturday) = Called client before I leave home and told me about Kmart so she wants me to get there instead and pick up 2 sets of pajamas with top that was held on the service desk for her. Got the pairs, called her and wants me to look for blouse too for her. Went to the register, and learned pajamas worth about $20 and something, called client and she insisted about the pj's worth $8 and something that a sales associate told him last night. So I went in the Men's department to look, returned the pairs I picked up and got 2 pj's, went to counter and learned it was about $16 this time. So called client again, about the price and she wants to speak to somebody in there but lost client on the line. I went back to Men's department and look for the pj's $8 something that she wants (that I can't find as there's none in there that's worth like that.) Then heard my name paged on the service desk, got there and client was on the phone and talked to me. Told me she spoke to a lady and was told that there's no such pj's as $8 and something, but it was $11 like what I got the second time. So I went there and grab the 2 pj's back that worth $11.89 with the 30% off. Got it together with the blouse for her and paid $33.14 with my card. Then dropped by to Von's and got 7 Up Diet for 99 cents, birthday card for 99 cents, small dessert and drinking cups. Paid it with my card, spent $7.41. Got to clients place past 10 am, client already had tea she told me. Did all the cleaning, steaming, cleaned kitchen, ref, restroom, emptied commode, laundry, etc. Made bacon sandwich for client, and squash, and soda pop for drink. Gave shower afterwards. Asked me if I could stay an hour more and just come an hour late on Monday. Changed bed sheets and blankets. Client looked at the pajamas and expecting it comes with the tops so I went back to the Kmart store. Called her when I got there about me thinking of just getting the 1 pair with top worth about $20.99 instead of returning one pj and taking a top which would cost more as each is $11.99. Says whatever I think was best or good so I got 1 pair and returned the two pajama's. Went in line, but directed to the customer service desk and there's also candy in there client told me when I called her. Had 2 cents in return as amount was deducted from the receipt I got the morning. Got about 15 minutes to 3 pm, client sitting on the kitchen. About 10 minutes before 3 pm client's son, daughter in law and granddaughter arrived. And they got her 2 new phones. Left already 3:15 pm.
Oct. 14 (Sunday) = OFF!
