Sept. 24 (Monday) = Arrived and client told me about trying to call me last night but can't contact me so she called Merilee instead. So that's why I have a missed call from her I thought to myself, but didn't have a voice message. Client told me about the notice of complaint she had read from the mail I had set on the kitchen table. The date on the noticed was Sept. 19 and had a remarked of client has to call the selected agency number in there until Sept. 20, we hadn't found about the noticed until Sunday. I tried to call the number but was closed. Went to Subway and had tuna sandwich for lunch. Also got the dry dog food from Pet Market for $14, already with tax. Gave client her morning medicine too, made tea. And later gave the other medicine before I left. Both are for high blood pressure. Made baked potato for her and spinach. Got to Rite-Aide and got telephone cord, M & M's, Mrs. Field's cookies.
Sept. 25 (Tuesday) = Asked me to call the number again from the notice when I got in. Tried it but still closed but was open today starting 9:30 so I said I'll just call again at 9:30. Made coffee, put dog out, laundry, washed dishes and wipe some parts of the floor and cleaned the mess. Gave her morning medicine and gave coffee and then I tried and call the number again. Got hold of someone but said she can barely hear me so I said I'll try and call again. unplugged and put the new cord back, and called again. Got a hold of someone (another lady) and this time it was better as I didn't got hearing that I was barely heard. She asked me the name and address, spelled it. And when asking what best day someone can come I gave the phone to client and she talked to hear. Client handled me the phone back when was asked about the day of someone coming there. I said I'll be there tomorrow and Friday 9 - 1. And said someone is coming there either tomorrow or Friday between 11 to 1 pm. Went to Subway passed 10:30 and got oven roasted chicken and I paid for it with my card for $5.39. Client had it for lunch and made french fries, had water for drink.Gave her the other high blood pressure medicine before I left. Emptied the commode as well, left dog food on his plate, and made tomato soup ready on a cup on the fridge and squash, and left some french fries on the table.
Sept. 26 (Wednesday) = Dropped by to Rite-Aide and got Diet Coke and Alka Seltzer and spent $4.93 with my debit card. Then went to Popeyes and got Dip'n Chicken for lunch, read it from their ads for $3.99 with biscuit and fries. Got back before 11 am and made lunch ready. I re-heated the fries on the pan as it was cold and the biscuit on the toaster. The chicken pieces are cold too so I also re-heated it on the pan. Made spinach and brought it to client. Client noticed it was still cold so I asked her if she wanted me to reheat them, and agreed. Then later heared her from the kitchen that she wanted to return the Di'n Chicken instead. I went back to the room and confirmed it and returned the food on Popeyes and got a coupon instead of 2 pieces of chicken for $1.49. I then got it and got 1 apple pie for .99 cents. I still had some changes of $3 and something and kept it as I used my debit card to pay with the Dip N' Chicken.Got back and gave it to client for lunch, and half of the apple pie and water for drink. Didn't gave meds. as she said she wanted to try not to take it as she thought its making her feel bad. Client owes me only $2.67.
Sept. 27 (Thursday) = OFF!
Sept. 28 (Friday) = Went to Rite-Aid as client asked me to get milk, and small size chocolate (Snickers, .97 cents.) I paid for it and had spent $3.36 with my card. Picked up an order from DZ Akins at at 10:30 am that client had ordered: Hallah bread, square, small dill pickle, 1 cheese pocket, roast beef, 3 plain bagels, 1 small container of cheese cream. Client asked me to pay for it first and so I did using my card and spent $14.81. Made roast beef sandwich for lunch, 1 snicker (which she didn't touch,) some fruits (cantaloupe and watermelon, she didn't touched as well,) and water for drink. Client had shower at 12:30 and asked me to rub her pain cream (Icy Hot cream). I left already 1:15 pm.
Note: Animal shelter officer, Edgar arrived passed 12 noon and checked the dog and saw doggie wasn't limping as complained said. Asked for the dog to be groomed and told either her or another officer will be back either Oct. 5 or Oct. 6 to check the dog if groomed, same time 11 am - 1 pm.
Sept. 29 (Saturday) = Been trying to call client if she wants me to drop by to Food 4 Less for groceries tomorrow is Sunday but can't contact her, phones goes "beep...bbeep..." Got a hold of her while I'm driving and told me not to so I didn't. Changed bed linens, pillow cases and blankets when I arrived. Went to Rite-Aid and got Diet Coke, Tylenol and Snicker for .97 cents and spent a total of $11.72 with my card. Then went to Subway and got 2 footlongs, 1 tuna for $5.00 and 1 roast beef for $ 6.95. Used my card and paid for $ 12.88. Then to Vons to get small dessert and Foster Farms BBQ chicken wings. Had spent $10.98 for two items. Client had tuna sandwich for lunch, strawberry shortcake for dessert, 1 snicker, and a cup of soda for drink. Gave her 1 blood pressure med. after lunch. Also I called the Pink Poodle salon and set appointment for JR (the dog) for Thursday next week.
Sept. 30 (Sunday) = OFF!
