July 02 (Monday) Called client at around 8:20 am 'coz she wanted me to call her as she was planning for me to drop by to 99 Cents on my way. Called twice using mom's cellphone but hadn't been answered. Called using my cp on my way and she answered. She then told me she called Food For Less and that they set aside a "strawberry shortcake." And so I asked her her if she still wants me to go to 99 Cents as it was on the same place and was told to call first and ask if they have Cracker Jack. Dropped by to 99 Cents and got chocolate (milky way,) and potato chips. Then went to Food For Less and bought strawberry short cake, Roast Beef, soda, and 4 tv dinners. Watered the lawns, give her meds. Had roast beef sandwich for lunch and Merrille dropped by. Client called her bank for money transfer for agency's payment.
July 03 (Tuesday) Watered back lawn. Client asleep when I arrived, walked her up to let her know I'm there, and she went back to sleep. Was told to clean the small toilet (close to the kitchen) and put bottles under the sink. Noticed the back of the toilet bowl was dirty. (I did cleaned it but can't get rid of the stains.) Was told client took Tylenol passed 11 am when I brought in coffee and one of her pills. Wasn't comfortable taking the pill as she just took Tylenol so said "later." At 12 noon prepared lunch, grilled hot dogand Italian squash an soda. Heard client was mad at somebody on the phone while on the ktichen and she's in the bedroom. Client went to kitchen later to talk why she's mad. Turns out she's mad at her husband about him knowing the whole family of their son is coming "today" (July 02 afternoon) and she doesn't like it. Was asked to stay longer (about 2:00 or 2:30 pm) and just come later on the day I'm going there (Thursday.) Also that's when client told me about feeling "up there" or not herself as she had taken 3 Tylenols. I told her she's not supposed to do that and she answered back, "I know. I don't why I did that." Changed her bed sheets, cleaned both restrooms, changed bed sheets to on the room close to kitchen, got mails (check on the mail), watered plants on pot at the porch, swept leaves on driveway, watered plants on pots too near garage front, did laundry, put rugs on her room, put roses on vases, cleaned kitchen area, etc. Then went to Vons to get 2 cans of dog foods, and milk chocolate cookies. Prepared client's medicine when I came back, about 2:20sh pm. Had prepared some new plates, and utensils, cut watermelon and was left on the table. Assist client change her dress and washed her face.Dog has food and went out. Left just before 2:50 pm.
July 04 (Wednesday) OFF! July 4th and day off was exchange from Thursday to Wednesday for this week as client will pay more for it.
