April 24, Tuesday: I left house at 8:30 am so I can drop by to Subway to College Grove in El Cajon Blvd. to get the BOGO deal, tuna sandwich that Mrs. Weissman asked me to get. There's an Asian guy in there that I thought a Filipino that got my order, and a petite, smaller young lady probably in her teen years. I paid cash $5 and it cost $4.58. Mrs. Weissmann said she's just going to pay me after that later.
April 25, Wednesday: I left earlier again, about 8:35 am to drop by to Subway in El Cajon Blvd. and got steak and cheese sandwich. And it cost $4.85. A Mexican guy got my order. And this is also an embarrassing day as when I got to the car I noticed that I got my long sleeve under my scrub inside out.
April 26, Thursday: Busy day for me and a little crazy. I hadn't done most that has to be done as the time I got in the house, the dog was barking and wants out. Started picking up mess in the kitchen, then Mrs. Weissmann was awake already so I went to her room. Spend almost the first two hours calling each stores if they have a "carpet steamer" that cost less than $100. Mrs. Weissmann also wants me to drop by to 99 Cents store first in La Mesa before going to Target in Grossmont to pick up the steamer that cost $89.99. She asked me if I could charge it in my card and she would just pay me afterwards.
From 99 Cents store I got 3 roses ( 2 reds and 1 white,) Cracker Jack, dog food, potatoes, asparagus, onions, strawberry. Paid using my debist card and I spent $21.42 minus $1.98 because I got 2 asparagus for myself. So she only owes me $19.44.
Then I went to Grossmont Shopping Center after that to pick up the carpet steamer from the Target store, desk service. A Target employee named Cameron told her about the steamer and she appreciates his help with it. She also asked me to bring the Uniden cordless phone with me and try to return it to Target in Grossmont thou former caregiver named Ericka bought it for her from Target in College Grove last year, December. And that maybe a refund for the cordless phone or store credit towards the steamer. I returned the phone and the employee said only $7 of refund. And I said "but she said she bought it for $21." And she said,"Ok, I'm going to check it." And she went look on the computer for it and said, really only $6.66. So I accepted it since Mrs. Weissmann really wanted the phone to be returned anyway. Then, I used the refund/credit towards the carpet steamer, and it's worth $89.99 plus tax of $7.65. A total of $ 97.64. And I charged it on my debit card.
(Off thursday, April 26, 2012.)
April 27, Friday: Went shopping to Vons. Mrs. Weissmann wrote me a check for groceries but then, a little trouble when I got in the register as the employee/cashier named Frank was asking for ID. I gave her my own ID (like I usually do,) but he said,"this is a first check so I would need HER ID." I said," I don't have it." He can't process the check so I just charged it on my card AGAIN.
Dropped by to Rite-Aide too to pick up 2 medicines. I bought a package tape too to used for the Clarity cordless phone that has to be returned to Amazon. And yeah, I returned first the brown plastic planting pot, and I got a refund of $9.79 cents. Mrs. Weissmann was watching in the other room close to the kitchen with her favorite show at 1 pm while finishing her lunch. I made hot dog bunch, strawberries and raspberry pudding. She enjoys the grilled hotdog.
Before I left, she asked me about her debts to me, and I got all the receipts with me. She said, she's gonna pay me one at a time. She gave me the refund from Rite-Aide, the $9 and she said, subtract it on the money she owes me from 99 Cents store. But since she gave me $9 and the total of Subway sandwiches that she owes me was $9 and some cents, I told her that the $9 she gave me would be the payment for the sandwiches instead. So the Subway from Tuesday and Wednesday was taken care off. She told me today, April 27, 2012 before I left that she wants me to get tuna sandwich for tomorrow and she will just pay for it. >.<' Gosh... I hope she would pay me as its piling up.
P.S. As for being safe and covering my butt, I do take a photo of all the receipts which I charged in my card that was for her.
